It was my first time in Hawaii, so I wanted to see something like a traditional dance, and after searching around, I chose this one as it seemed convenient. We went in mid-September, just the two of us.

- Food…★★★ It was a buffet style, but we could only go once to get food before the show started, and getting a second helping was nearly impossible (the plates were cleared away quickly). However, the plates were larger compared to Japan, so it wasn't a problem in the end. There was a separate kids' buffet available. The taste was decent.
- Drinks…★★ The ticket included two drink vouchers; one was for a welcome drink (you could choose between juice or one of two cocktails), and the other was for after the meal (you could choose from several cocktails, wine, beer, or soft drinks). The welcome drink was almost forced upon us. The free water was gone by the time we had our meal, so I wished they had included another drink voucher.
- Show content…★★★★ The final fire dance was very impressive. Various traditional dances from places other than Hawaii were also showcased. Each had slightly different costumes, which was quite interesting.

It's not a full-fledged luau with a whole roasted pig, but I think it's good for those who want to see traditional dances in a convenient way. By the way, surprisingly (?), about 30% of the audience was Japanese, with many Westerners present.

初ハワイだったので、一度は伝統舞踊のようなものを見てみたいと思い、色々探してお手軽そうなこれにしました。行ったのは9月中旬、夫と2人です。

・料理…★★★　ビュッフェ形式ですが、ショー開始前に一度取りに行けただけでお代わりはほぼ無理です（お皿が早々に片づけられてしまいました）。ただし、お皿が日本と比べて大きかったので結果問題なし。キッズ用ビュッフェが別に用意されていました。味はまずまずです。
・飲み物…★★　チケットにドリンク券が2枚ついていて、1枚はウェルカムドリンク（ジュースorカクテルの2種から選択）、もう1枚は食後（数種のカクテルかワイン、ビール、ソフトドリンクから選択）に使いました。ウェルカムドリンクはほぼ強制的に回ってきます。無料の水は、食事の時にはなくなっていたので、もう1枚ドリンク券つけてほしかったと思いました。
・ショーの内容…★★★★　最後のファイヤーダンスが大迫力。ほかはハワイ以外にも様々な伝統舞踊が披露されました。それぞれ衣装も少しずつ異なり、なかなか興味深かったです。

豚丸焼きが出るような本格的なルアウではありませんが、伝統舞踊をお手軽に見たい方にはよいかと思います。ちなみに、日本人は意外に（？）全体の3割くらいで、欧米人が多かったです。

I went to see it on the last night of my trip. At first, I felt very lonely being there alone, but I was able to enjoy my meal with the people at my table. The show was amazing, and if you're going to Hawaii, it's definitely something you should experience!

The Luau was very rushed. I did not have the opportunity to complete all the crafts while also watching and participating in the events. I would have liked if my bus had arrived earlier to give my family time to enjoy all the Luau had to offer. The food was mediocre. We loved the headbands and bracelets. The view from the Luau was absolutely beautiful.

I was looking forward to the luau. I had heard that there were few Japanese guests and that it was English only, but it was disappointing that the staff who assisted us made a clear unpleasant face and spoke to other staff about how troublesome we were. Even though I couldn't perfectly understand English, I got the gist of it.

I also received a simple tattoo, and the service for that was good. The show was very impressive and wonderful, and since we had deluxe seats where food was served, it was great.

The $24 card you receive upon entry might be a good deal for those who drink alcohol, but for those who don't, you can use the remaining amount at the concession stand, although it closes early after the show, so I recommend using it before the show starts.

We walked from the nearby Aulani, and it took less than 10 minutes. If you go before 4:30 PM, you will have to wait outside. The leis you receive at the entrance (men receive kukui leis, and women receive flower leis) cannot be taken back to Japan, so I wish I had requested a kukui instead.

楽しみにしていたルアウ。日本人の利用者が少なく、英語ONLYとは聞いていましたが、対応してくれたスタッフがあからさまに嫌な顔をして他のスタッフに私たちの担当になって面倒くさい～と話しかけていたので残念でした。英語がパーフェクトに聞き取れなくともニュアンスでわかりました。
簡易タトゥーも施していただきましたが、こちらの対応はよかったです。
ショーはとっても迫力があり素晴らしく、食事もサーブしていただけるデラックス席でしたので良かったです。
入場の際にいただける２４ドル分のカード、お酒を飲まれる方にはお得かもしれませんが、お酒を飲まない人は、残りを売店で使えますがショー終了後は早めに閉まってしまうので、ショーが始まるまでに使うことをお勧めします。
近隣のアウラニから歩いたので、１０分かかりませんでした。
１６：３０前に行くと外で待つことになります。入口でもらえるレイ（男性はククイレイ、女性はフラワーレイ）日本にはお花を持ち帰れないので、ククイを希望するとよかったなと思いました。

The luau was an overall great experience. It was my 2nd time i've been here so i decided to take my girlfriend here since it was her first time in Hawaii. Good entertainment and a few small activities where you can make flower headbands, bracelets, and temporary tattoo's that are complimentary. Drinks are reasonably priced but the price of the drinks listed on there menu are of the drinks smallest size. They don't really specify on their menu that they have a s,m,l,souvenir and prices differ from that shown on the screen but I had no complaints we had a balance on a card that allowed us to have two rounds of drinks for free. Definitely have to come on an empty stomach. They provide you with enough food and you can come for seconds. Definitely would recommend going.

Took my kids a few years ago and loved it. They had so many activities prior to the buffet it was more like a hawaiian fair, so I had to go back and enjoy it solo this time. The scenery is breathtaking. The food is awesome! The staff is so very friendly and helpful, and the show is amazing!!!

This was my second Luau and while it is a very "touristy" thing to do, anyone who visits HI should at least go to one. This was a very entertaining Luau and the performers were outstanding and extremely talented. I was very impressed with the musicians who were multi-talented and did an amazing job with all the music. The food was really good and the drinks weren't bad either; however, the foo-foo drinks were pretty sweet. We paid for the "VIP" package and I'm still on the fence as to whether or not it was worth it. It was nice having your food brought to you and the extra drink coupons were a plus (we ended up having a little left on the card at the end of the night which we used for souvenirs). Also, you weren't with the big crowd, but you still have strangers at your table so don't expect to be alone. Also, you are in the back of the crowd (up higher than everyone else, but you are not up front like I expected). So, not sure if the extra money for the VIP was worth it, but overall the Luau was really fun and entertaining and we had a great night.

We visited Hawaii for our honeymoon, and I booked this show again for my husband, who was visiting Hawaii for the first time. We were able to watch the show in an open outdoor setting in Waikiki, and it seemed like my husband enjoyed it. The show is wonderful, but just like last time, the buffet (food) isn't particularly delicious, so it's best not to have high expectations (though the meat was good). We might not go for a third time, but I think it's worth seeing once. Also, please note that buses do not stop at the bus stop in front of the Hilton right now!

ワイキキで、そして屋外という開放的な場所でショーを見られ、旦那さんも楽しんでいたようです。

A wonderful time was had by my husband and myself. There are so many activities for everyone. Ladies can create their own head piece or wrist bands made with fresh flowers. The men threw javelins and took part in a form of Hawaiian bowling. There was activities for children. We watched the Emu ceremony (retrieving the pig from the fire pit). There was a wonderful buffet and of course the after dinner entertainment was the best. All the dancers, whether they were the girls doing the hula or the guys that were fire dancers, very professional and well trained. Best luau in town for the money.

I took my son to Hawaii for his birthday he has never been. My last trip was the first time I went to the luau at Paradise Cove and my friends and I just got the regular seating. Now I know, for this trip I got the deluxe dinner package same price as the vip covered but with the deluxe you are right at the stage area and it is wonderful!!!! They could serve hamburgers and hot dogs and it would be a wonderful time but they give you great food and all types of entertainment before the show even starts. If you plan on a dinner show while on your vacation you can't go wrong with this one!!! My next trip I will do this one again and again and again wonderful time

Such an enjoyable time, good food, & wonderful entertainment! The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because we weren't given enough time to participate in the activities of the night. Overall, a wonderful evening. Dancers are gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this activity!

I went there with my mom. My mother said this tour was the best among all tours. I strongly recommend you this tour. Hawaiians were very welcoming and everybody was kind!
I like especially dance performance with dinner. It was absolutely amazing!! The food was delicious and good to have a traditional food like poi.
I still have a flower necklace from Paradise cove. The sunset was also beautiful.Mahalo!

I participated because I wanted to see an authentic hula dance show.

The hula dance show featured various forms that are rarely seen in Japan, including performances by male dancers and hula danced by male-female pairs, which were truly wonderful. I'm glad I attended. Children aged 7, 5, and 3 also participated and had a great time.

However, it felt like the bus ride to and from the venue was part of the show, with the male bus guide engaging the audience in lively talks. Most of the audience were native speakers, and it created quite an exciting atmosphere. Unfortunately, I couldn't understand the content of the talks at all due to my level of English. Even my husband, who usually works in English, said it was too fast and he could only catch about half of it. But for some reason, the kids were really into it…(^^;)

I think those with a good level of English will enjoy it from start to finish. Regardless, I was satisfied because I got to see a fun show.

As for attire, since the show is held on the beach, you can dress up or wear casual clothes. Beach sandals would be a good choice for footwear.

フラダンスのショーは、日本ではあまり見られない、男性のダンサーのショーや、男女ペアで踊るフラダンスなど、様々な形態がみられ本当に素晴らしいものでした。参加してよかったです。
7才、５才、3才の子供たちも参加しましたがとても楽しんでいました。

ただ、行きのバスの中から帰りのバスの中までがショーの一環という感じで、男性のバスガイドさんの観客を巻き込んだトークが繰り広げられます。ネイテェブのお客さんがほとんどで客を巻き込んでかなりの盛り上がりがあります。ただ残念なことに私の英語レベルだとトーク内容は全くわかりませんでした。。
普段、英語で仕事をする主人ですら、早すぎて半分ぐらいしか聞き取れないと言っていました。
でも、逆に子供たちはなぜかノリノリでした…(^^;)

こんな感じで、英語がかなりのレベルの方は最初から最後まで楽しめると思います
それをさしいても、楽しいショーが見れたので私は満足です。


服装は浜辺で行われるショーなので、ドレスアップを、してもよし、普段着でもよしだとおもいます。靴はビーチサンダルがよかったです。

Great Show. had a good time. We did the VIP box seating, we were a little disappointed in that. we were up higher but way at the back and the way they have the table if you are not at the end of the table you have to try and see through everyone in front of you. Next time we would do front row seating, I think they would be better seats

During my last trip to Hawaii, I was so moved by the show before the Hilton fireworks that this time I wanted to see it up close, and I also wanted to entertain my friend who was visiting Hawaii for the first time, so I made a reservation.

The reviews beforehand weren't great, but we were very satisfied with the show.

The table we were assigned to had few Asians, but the foreigners sitting next to us were very friendly. The conch shell contest was also fun, as we formed teams at each table, which created a great sense of unity. By the way, we watched from the general seating, and it was more than enough.

The stage show was thrilling, and the female MC's storytelling was easy for Japanese people to understand.

Once the show starts, you become glued to the stage, so you won't have time to go for seconds at the buffet or even focus on eating. I recommend eating well before the show begins.

前回のハワイ旅行でヒルトンの花火の前にやっていたショーを見て
感動したので、今回はすぐそばで見たいと思ったのと初ハワイの友人を楽しませたくて
予約しました。

As mentioned in other comments, I couldn't understand Japanese at all. However, the staff brought several people who could speak Japanese and were very considerate of us throughout the tour. It truly made me feel warm and was wonderful! The show was interactive, and the dinner buffet at sunset was incredibly satisfying in terms of both taste and scenery. Drinks were included too! I will cherish the commemorative photo they gave us at the end as a memory. Thank you very much!

I went with a friend who is learning hula♪
Since we wanted to take our time, we chose the "Deluxe Dinner Package."
It mentioned that it comes with three drinks, but we received a $25 card to order any drinks we liked. Although our bus driver wasn't Japanese, there was a Japanese driver who spoke to us in Japanese and brought us chopsticks★ As the reviews said, communication in Japanese was limited, but the lively atmosphere was really fun. A couple celebrating their anniversary was dancing nearby, and it was lovely〜★
The dance in the show was really wonderful, and I was happy to see my favorite hula under the starry sky♪

My son and I went to this luau and it was amazing! From beginning to end! They pick you up at your hotel and the bus driver was so funny and entertaining!! It felt like a family and all the staff had so many parts in the luau! So many things to do and the location was breath taking!! The show was great and the food was good! Great Drinks!

Worth paying extra for the VIP Seating, pictures were included at no extra charge and we were treated well. The drinks were excellent and my wife learned that she liked Lava Flows. We enjoyed this Luau and the activities were interesting. The drink/merchandise cards was a good way to handle the drinks, much better than trying to carry cash with you.

I participated on the first night of my arrival in Hawaii. The final fire show was incredibly powerful and captivating. Since it was my first time in Hawaii, I planned to immerse myself in the experience right from the first day, and it was definitely the right choice! There was a bit of time between when the venue opened and when the meal started, so I was hit by some drowsiness, but the food was very delicious, especially the meat.
