The sunset over the beautiful sea was magical and wonderful.

However, the pick-up bus was nearly 30 minutes late, which made me anxious.

I wish there was a system in place to notify us when the bus is delayed...

Perhaps because of the delay, I missed the Kaluapik.

The luau was really good.. We went as a family and everyone enjoyed it. I would recommend that you request a middle table. We made our reservation (premium seats) 6 months previously and were seated at the far right table. Some of the people with regular seats had better views than our seats. Although we enjoyed it a lot it would of been nice to have the center tables to the stage especially for the premium price we paid.

The food was great as well as the service
I would highly recommend this luau to all. It was spectacular

This is the best Luau and a must see!
From the beginning of the bus ride out of Waikiki to the final drop off this was a treat. Everyone going to Hawaii should see this at least once.
Cousin Mo was so funny and informative on the bus that it really made it fun. There are great activities at the Luau and you really experience the hospitality and sprit of Aloha.
This was my second time to Paradise cove and it did not dissapoint. I took my brother and he loved it.
We bought the front row tickets and had great seats....just don't expect your ticket price to deliver a top notch dinner. The food is good and the pork exceptional but not what I would spend $120 on. All the other inculsions make it really worth it.
I would go back again and again

the hotel is really nice but at this activity they dont give you enough food. small portions and everyone gets the same food. the entertainment is ok but definitly not worth the price. the fire dancer is only 5 minutes long. ours was inside, that was disappointing as we thought it would be outside. overall find a different activity or a different luau.

I participated with my family on December 31st. I've been to Oahu many times, but this was my first time in the Ko Olina area, so I decided to join. When I got on the bus that came to pick us up, all the passengers were foreigners, and the explanations on the bus were only in English, spoken at a rapid pace. Although I understand some English, I couldn't keep up. However, I think I could understand the explanations regarding the bus number and other details since they were shown on paper.

After arriving, I didn't know how to participate in the activities before the show started. As for the food, the fried chicken tasted good but was too hard to eat; my mother, who has dentures, couldn't eat it at all (laughs). The dessert was too sweet!

The show was impressive, but overall, I felt that it might not be worth going all the way from Waikiki to Ko Olina.

You can have various interesting experiences like canoeing, javelin throwing, and getting a tattoo before the meal and luau show. It was great that two drink tickets were included, and alcohol was generally okay. The meal was neither good nor bad... The fried chicken was tough and really bad. Since the explanations were not in Japanese, I struggled to understand them because I'm not good at English. I think if I understood English, I could have enjoyed the show even more, but I still had a great time even without understanding.

食事とルアウショー前にカヌーややり投げ、タトゥーを書いてもらったりと面白い体験が色々と出来ます。
ドリンク券も２枚ついていてアルコールも大体ＯＫだったのがよかったです。
食事は可もなく不可もなく・・・。フライドチキンは固くてすごくまずかったです。

The atmosphere is different from the Polynesian Cultural Center, and I was very curious about the luau, so I joined the tour.

There were a lot of people lined up at the pickup location, showing how popular it is. There were only a few Japanese tourists, and there were just six of us on the bus I took. It was English-only, but the guide kept the energy up inside the bus. I didn't understand the English, but I could easily enjoy the performance through body language.

The content of the luau was unique, and there were various activities to enjoy. What was wonderful was the scenery. It was a sunny day, and the sunset and coastline really felt like Hawaii.

The staff's response didn't seem very good, perhaps due to their familiarity with the routine. Since it's a service industry, it would have been better if they had smiles and a more welcoming attitude.

I was seated in the Deluxe Dinner Package (VIP Royal Box seats) at the back of the venue. There was service for food and drinks. The food was from the luau menu, so it was okay to eat, but some people might not find it to their taste.

With few Japanese tourists and an English-only environment, I think the cove is interesting for enjoying a different culture.

スタッフの対応が、慣れなのか、とても良いという感じはしませんでした。サービル業なので、笑顔とかがあればもっと良かったですね。

デラックス・ディナーパッケージ（VIPロイヤルボックス席）で会場後方でした。配膳などのサービスもありました。
料理は、ルアウメニューなので、まぁまぁ食べれましたが、口に合わない人もいるかもしれません。

日本人観光客も少なく、英語オンリーなので、異文化を楽しむには、コーブは面白いとおもいます。

The Second Time

This was the second time that we had attended this event. The first time was in 2010 right after we got married on the beach.

This time, we brought another couple as told them just how great of an event that it would be and you would be sorry if you did not attend.

After the Luau, they both agreed that it was worth the time and money. The shops are great, the events are wonderful, the food is superb, and the show is fantastic.

I would recommend this Luau to whomever I see and/or states that they are going to Hawaii.

Last but surely not least, the lady (Bev) that was assigned to us for the evening was just the cherry on top of the Sunday. She needs to be praised for her wit, professionalism, her personality, and maybe even her dance (I would give her a 8.5).

May you continue to provide the, "Best Luau on the Island!"

On the last day of our trip, we decided to book a dinner cruise. I thought about wrapping up our time in Hawaii with this, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The Royal Hawaiian, which I've always admired, was right in front of us, and we had the best location in the front row.

By the time we arrived at the hotel, there was already a line forming, and I was really glad we splurged on the premium seats. The show and the food were amazing, and the all-you-can-drink alcohol made us feel so happy! I definitely want to participate again the next time I go to Hawaii!

I was a little anxious about picking out a luau because of how long they all are. However, the Paradise Cove luau has lots of activities so you don't have to worry about getting bored.We got the basic package with no frills and there was plenty to enjoy. The drinks were great, the buffet was just wonderful, the dancers were amazing--it was my favorite event of our trip! I even got on the stage for the hula dance lesson!

The Luau is so much fun, they have some games, and you can ride a canoe, take pictures with some beautiful birds, and there are jewerly that you can buy. I love this purple earrings that I bought! The food is good, but the drinks are water down. I would defintely go again. Hey when your in Hawaii you gots to go to a Laua. Also our activity guy was cuzin Mo, and if you get him, he is sooo funny! He made our ride to the Luau(about 30mins or so)not boring at all. He was singing and making jokes and everything. So if you get him, your very LUCY!

We had a wonderful evening at the Royal Hawaiian Luau!!! Beautiful hotel and grounds (took my breath away when we pulled up in the taxi) and beautiful evening. We were the very last ones to arrive (someone stole our taxi!) and I was very upset fearing that we would be seated in the rear. I had paid for the premium seats (forgot I did that, and recommend doing so), however, and they walked us right up to our front row table. It was fabulous. The food was wonderful and authentic, not too much to make us feel stuffed, and not too little that we were hungry after dinner. The entertainment was fantastic, we especially enjoyed the woman doing the emceeing (I'm sorry, I forget her name), the fire dancer and the woman playing Wipe Out on the yukelele. What a terrific night. The entertainment was first rate, the night beautiful, and the drinks were lovely and yummy! We highly recommend. Photos are from my phone, so not the best quality.

We attended the family gathering the night before my second son's wedding. The meal was a proper course dinner, and the luau was of quite high quality, leaving everyone very satisfied. When I told the host of the show that I was getting married the next day, he introduced me to everyone, and I received applause and blessings from them. It seems to have become an unforgettable memory for the couple.

I was thinking of leaving feeling very satisfied, but when I went to pick up the photos taken by the photographer, I was charged $20. Since it was free two years ago, I felt quite disappointed.

Aside from this, it was a wonderful luau, so I recommend it. However, please note that it only takes place on Mondays.

次男の結婚式前夜に家族で参加してきました。
食事はちゃんとしたコース料理、ルアウはかなり質が高く、それぞれ満足度は高いものがあります。
ショーの司会者に「翌日結婚する」と伝えたら、皆さんに紹介してくれて、皆さんから祝福の拍手をいただきました。次男夫婦には忘れられない思い出となったようです。
満足感いっぱいで帰ろうと思い、帰りにカメラマンが撮った写真を受け取りにいったら20ドル払わされてしまいました。2年前は無料だったので、とっても損した気分になりました。　
このことを除くと、とても素晴らしいルアウですので、お勧めします。ただし、月曜日だけしかやっていませんのでご注意を。

Cousin Flo was our guide and she made the experience 10x better. She got everyone pumped up and ready for the luau. When we arrived, they took our picture (available for $15 at the end of the night) and we got our complimentary mai tai drink (alcohol/non alcohol). They gave us over an hour to wander off on our own and do activities. Ladies make sure you get a flower headband made!

Use your time wisely. Waiting in line to do an activity can take up to 15 minutes. We waited in line for another drink for about 20 minutes. Keep in mind while you're doing the activities they have you listen for the sound of the shell. You have to drop what youre doing and follow that person for a demonstration. Thats the only downfall i felt there was too much going on. It took away some time from taking pictures and soaking up the view.

The food was good and the show was amazing. The view is breathtaking especially at sunset. You're sitting outside right by the water. Its a great experience. Ive be

Last time, I attended the Polynesian Cultural Center, but this time I participated here. It has a bright atmosphere that feels very Hawaiian, and I definitely recommend this place more. The show is beautiful and it's close to the audience. The food is typical American fare (buffet), but the drinks were delicious—very Hawaiian cocktails!

There were almost no other Japanese participants, so if you can enjoy it in English, definitely go for it. If you understand a bit of Japanese, you won't have any problems at all! They take free photos at the entrance. I've taken various photos in Hawaii, but this one turned out the best.

Before the show, there are various interactive events. Inside, there's a place where you can take photos with parrots (for a fee), and you can have them perched on your shoulder and more.

前回は、ポリネシアンセンターでしたが今回はこちらに参加しました。
　ハワイらしく、明るい雰囲気でこちらのほうが断然お勧めです。。。ショーもきれいですし、観客席から近いです。
　ご飯は、アメリカの大味ですが。（バイキング）お酒は美味しかったです。ハワイらしいカクテルです！！
　ほかの参加も、ほぼ日本人ゼロですので、英語で楽しめる方はぜひ。日本人である程度分かる方なら、まったく問題ないです！
　入り口で、無料で写真とってくれます。ハワイでいろんなィ写真撮りましたが、この写真が一番よかったです。
　ショーの前にも、参加型のいろいろなイベントがあります。

　中で、オウムと写真取れるとこあります（有料ですが）肩などにたくさんのせられます・・・。

You must do this luau when you are in Oahu. Get the Deluxe Dinner Package...it is worth every penny. The staff was awesome, the food was excellent, the luau was amazing. The package includes a lei, coffee cup, souivener picture, 4 course meal that is served to you. I will go again when I am back in Hawaii.

As we have done a couple Luaus before I knew what to expect. This is a pretty good one - their location is fantastic - much better than Germaine's. And really loved the Hawaiian activities before the dinner. The food and drinks were average though. The drinks at Germaine's were a lot stronger. This Luau was also a little more restrained - better for families and older couples? Germaine's was a lot more fun and relaxed.

There are so many activities to partake in leading up to the dancing show and feast! It is a really great, fun experience. Everyone was so very nice & polite making sure you were having a great time.
