The deluxe package is fantastic. It's pricey but well worth the investment. We had three children with us and the seating was stage side. A great view for the children. The activities were great for our children and the Lava flows were great sipping while they were having fun. The meal was served to us by waitresses and the show was wonderful. We have been to the Polynesian cultural center for their deluxe luau and show and these two luaus were very comparable. Food selection was wider@ the cultural center but the shows were phenomenal. The seating was front row but set back further from stage@ the cultural center but still was entertaining. The kids really enjoyed the fire dance and to see it up close was a treat for all of us. Overall this is a great choice for a luau and the food was good.

Since I was staying at Aulani, I walked over to see an authentic luau. I knew that all activities would be conducted in English, but when I realized that my conversation skills weren't up to par, the cast members seemed annoyed and were openly speaking negatively (even though I couldn't converse, I could understand). It really depends on the person, but the attitude of the cast was the worst.

Before the show started, there were activities like tattoo painting and bracelet making, but it felt like there was a bit of wasted time. Since I had the deluxe package, I received a gift card worth about $20 or $24, but I couldn't drink that many beverages, so I went to the shop. However, the items on display didn't really spark my interest, and once the show ended, the store closed quickly as the bus for the group departed, so I recommend making your purchases early. In the end, I couldn't even spend about $15.

The content of the show was wonderful, but the food was just okay. As for whether I would go again... honestly, I'm not sure.

全てのアクティビティが英語で進行するのはわかっていましたが、こちらが会話ができるレベルではないことを知ると、面倒くさそうにした上に、思いっきり悪口を言っており（会話はできなくとも、ヒアリングはできるため）人にもよるとは思いますがキャストの態度は最悪でした。
ショーが始まる前にもタトゥーをペイントしたり、ブレスレットを作ったりできますが、やや時間を持て余ます感がありました。
デラックスタイプにしていたので＄２０？２４くらいのギフトカードがついていましたが、飲み物も何杯も飲めないので、売店に行きましたが、購買意欲があまり沸かない商品が陳列してあり、ショーが終わって団体専用のバスが出てしまうと早々に店じまいしてしまうので、早めに商品にしてしまうのがお勧めです。結局私は＄１５ほど使えずに終わってしまいました。
ショーの内容はすばらしかったですが、食事はまぁ、こんなもんかといった感想です。
もう1度行くか・・・というと、正直わかりません。

Kids both loved the experience. Plenty of activities to do that are included in the price. There are a lot of places to spend more money. Food was good, not great, but lots of options. Everyone was nice and it was well run. Entertainment was great.

This is our third time going to jParadise Cove Luau over the years and I enjoy it so much. I have been to other ones and feel Paradise is the best. My daughters and family also feel the same when we went together. The show is always outstanding and the food to die for. All the people working for Paradise Cove are wonderful and so helpful.
I will tell my other friends about it and my next trip to Hawaii I will return.

We participated as a family of four, including two children. Since we stayed at a hotel in the Ko Olina area, we walked to the venue. Given that it was Christmas Day, there was a long line by the 4:30 PM meeting time. I heard that last year there were over 1,500 attendees. I recommend arriving with plenty of time to spare. Most participants were from Europe and America, and I only saw a few Japanese families.

Before the show started, it was nice to enjoy activities like javelin throwing and lei making. The show was impressive, but since it was Christmas Day, many Christmas songs were performed, which was a bit disappointing. I was expecting to see a Hawaiian luau, but it turned out to be more like a Christmas dinner show.

It gets cold, so a jacket is necessary. The food is traditional, so you might want to manage your expectations. It was edible, but I can't say it was very delicious.

Enjoyed the Luau, food was also beyond my expectation. Overall, we had a wonderful time. My kids were impressed and it's one of their favorite memories in Hawaii.

The luau show was impressive and enjoyable. However, I couldn't understand the explanations since I don't speak Japanese. I felt it was unkind that it wasn't clear that the drinks were not included and that you could only use up to $16. I had the impression that Japanese would be understood in Hawaii, but it seems that there are many English-speaking guests.

When you come to Hawaii, you must visit. It's a luau at my favorite Ko Olina.

The staff member who guides the shuttle bus is a wonderful DJ, making the ride enjoyable. They explain how to enjoy the luau in English. There are also restrooms available, which is great since the air conditioning can be quite strong. A thicker jacket is recommended.

As soon as you enter the venue, you are handed a punch. This alone lifts your spirits. Then, you receive a lei and take commemorative photos, posing with the dancers.

You are shown to your table for dinner, and until the meal begins, you can freely explore the venue. This time, I rode a canoe. Even if you don't paddle, the paddler does all the work, so it's fine. I'm satisfied with the friendly approach of the paddler.

While taking photos of the sea behind the stage, I encountered a mongoose. This is one of the fun aspects.

The sunset over the sea is beautiful, and the event is enjoyable (you can have fun for just $1 in tips). The stage is wonderful, and the dancers are of high quality. Even if you don't understand English, you can still enjoy it. There is a dance time, so couples might find it memorable to dance together in the dark shade of the trees.

When you enter, you receive a card with $12 worth of drinks. Since drinks are $6 to $11 each, you might be able to have two glasses of wine or beer. 食事はビュッフェなので自分で取りにいかないといけません。
以前より品数は少なくなったような氣がしますが美味しいです。

I have visited the Polynesian Cultural Center several times, so this time I participated in Paradise Cove for the first time. There were few Japanese participants, and most of the communication in the shuttle was in English, so it might be tough if you can't speak it. You can enjoy hula, tattoo experiences, and lei making until the buffet and show start at sunset. A whole roasted pig is brought out, and the buffet offers sliced meat, but the food is quite simple, consisting of vegetable salad, pork, chicken, fruit, and dessert. As for the show, the host's talk felt a bit long, but overall it created a nostalgic Hawaiian atmosphere that I enjoyed.

The shuttle bus was incredibly enjoyable.
It was so lively that pedestrians pointed at the bus.

There's no need to worry if you miss the meeting time.
After the show, a natural flow of people returning to the bus will form.
The bus number is humorously announced inside the vehicle.
Definitely leave your shy Japanese side behind and join in the laughter.
Just be aware that you might wake up with a sore throat from all the excitement the next day.

The history of Hawaii was tastefully and elegantly done. The fire dancer was totally awesome. The chance to meet the cast after the performance was great, it allowed me to connect with them on a personal basis.

For those of use who prepaid for the deluxe accommodations the check in process was not good. There was no express check in. I had to stand in line with everyone else who had not prepaid and who was not purchasing the deluxe package! So the check in process totally circumvented what I paid for. Yes, I got to sit closer to the stage and got a different lei but that was it. So I don't know that the deluxe price was worth it.

We celebrated my mother's 70th birthday (a traditional milestone in Japan) with a total of 13 family members. We chose the standard course, but considering the seating and the food, I wish we had opted for the deluxe course since it was a special occasion. The activities, shows, and location were all wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. As mentioned in other reviews, everything was in English and catered to Westerners, but it was nice to experience a foreign atmosphere that you don't find in the Japanese-speaking Waikiki, which added to the fun.

However, the air conditioning on the shuttle bus was very strong, and it was freezing cold. I think it's especially advisable for women to bring a thicker outer layer like a hoodie.

母の70歳（古希）のお祝いに、身内親族総勢13人で参加しました。スタンダードコースにしましたが、席やお料理のことを考えると、お祝いごとなので、デラックスコースにしておけばよかったと思いました。アクティビティー、ショーやロケーション、どれも素晴らしく、満喫できました。皆さんの口コミにあったように、全て英語で欧米人向きでしたが、日本語だらけのワイキキにはない外国に来た雰囲気を実感できて、それも楽しいものでした。
ただ、行き帰りの送迎バスの冷房が強く、凍える寒さでした。女性は特に、パーカーなど厚手のはおりものがあったほうがいいと思います。

Awesome luau. Never been to one so I didn't know what to expect. We went all out and did VIP. VIP included a private table, 24 dollar drink cards, a picture. I would recommend VIP if your going.

This is my third visit.
The show is authentic, and the activities are plentiful. I love this halau!!
Compared to hotel shows, the time commitment is longer, but I recommend it for those who want to see elegant hula!
However, there are basically few Japanese participants, and it's English-only. Well, you can manage even if you can't speak much.

Paradise Cove is an awesome place to experience and learn about the Hawaiian culture. THE location was beautiful and we were able to watch the sunset. The staff and performers were professional, friendly, and made sure yyou had everything you need. It was more than what we expected, and what better place to bond with your loved ones.
