I went with my two daughters, and we arrived at the venue earlier than expected without any traffic. We were very satisfied to be able to watch the recommended movie (14 minutes) by the tour guide. Not only did we learn about Polynesian history, but there were also surprises in the seating arrangements, making the quality unexpectedly high, so I highly recommend it. The meal afterward, including roast beef, mussels, grilled shrimp, and pineapple juice, was delicious and satisfying. If visiting Hawaii for the first time, this place is definitely a must-do! Very informative, FUN and a great all-day experience. Staff were very courteous, funny and food was quite delicious! I'd like to personally thank Manu, our tour instructor, as he knew all our names and stories by the end of the day, such a nice gentleman! You will leave this place wanting to visit other islands such as Tahiti, Samoa, and Fiji. You end your visit at the PCC with an awesome dance show, which is a must see! Overall had a really great time with my family.

The show was amazing! That's all there is to say. Since it was a deluxe course, we had great seats, but the standard seats might actually offer a good view of the entire show as well. It takes about 1 to 1.5 hours from Waikiki one way. The bus has strong air conditioning, so I recommend bringing a light jacket and socks.

The meal was fine but the entertainment and the "carnival" atmosphere was the best. We have girls 12-20 years of age and each thoroughly enjoyed the vendors, the activities, the interactive things to do before the dinner and show. The meal starts at 7:00 PM but people must show up early (around 4:45 the gates open) to enjoy the cultural activities prior. First rate and all included in the price. My daughters all appreciated the good-looking performers, especially the "Fire King".

I cannot recommend the regular course in the afternoon. I just walked around the park and got tired. The free bus tour involves religious solicitation, so it's better to avoid it. It was boring. The theater had a Japanese show at 5 PM, so if you have time, please check it out. Overall, everything was boring except for the night show.

I had a very enjoyable time on this occasion.

At first, I was guided to the green room, and although I felt a bit nervous about the reception, I was excited and thrilled about this first-time experience.

The photo session with the performers was also a very exciting moment.

I was taken behind the scenes and to the dressing room, places that are usually hard to see, and the manager provided clear explanations. I was deeply moved to be able to experience something that is not normally possible. The staff were all cheerful and beautiful, which was also very impressive.

The dinner was delicious, but it was a bit too much for us (including my friends), and we couldn't finish it. I felt a bit rushed as I was falling behind the pace of those around us. By the time dessert came, I was so full that I couldn't enjoy it, which was disappointing.

The highlight of this tour was definitely the showtime. Every song was very familiar to me, and both the singing and the talk were wonderful. I was so moved by the singing that I almost cried. The dancers around me were also fantastic, and I was completely captivated by their performance. I felt surprised and laughed, and time seemed to fly by.

The photo session after the show was fun as well. If I could wish for something, I would have liked to take more photos with the dancers.

It became the best memory of our trip. Thank you very much!

As this was my wife's first trip to Hawaii, we visited the center. I'd never been before either.
We both thoroughly enjoyed the day and our guide. We paid for the Ambassador level and it was worth every penny as you are guided through the center with a personal touch.
The center was very informative and the luau was very good.
We'll be returning again as there is so much to see and learn that it can't be covered in ine day, even with a guide.

This was my first time in Hawaii. I signed up for this tour because I wanted to see authentic hula dancing. When I got on the designated large bus at the hotel, it turned out we were the only Japanese people. The guide's announcements were all in English. When we arrived at the venue, I had a bad feeling as there were about 3,000 to 4,000 participants, almost 100% of whom were from Western countries, and I think there were probably fewer than three groups of Japanese people. The show was wonderful, but if you're not used to foreigners and not quite proficient in English, you might feel overwhelmed.

I was guided from the VIP entrance to the backstage green room, and I was thrilled to be welcomed with champagne and light snacks.

The fresh fruit platter was very delicious, but the bacon-wrapped pineapple left the biggest impression on me.

The green room was a lovely space where I could relax comfortably.

The manager's tour of the backstage allowed me to see the stars getting their makeup done in the dressing room, and I was very happy to take photos and shake hands with them—experiences that are not possible in everyday life.

In the costume room, all the costumes used in past concerts were on display, and I was impressed by the intricate craftsmanship of each one. The costume worn by [name] weighed nearly 5 kilograms, and seeing them dance vigorously on stage in that heavy outfit made my heart swell.

During the stage tour, I was carefully shown the stage equipment, and at the end, we took a commemorative photo on stage, feeling like stars (laughs).

After the backstage tour, we were guided to our seats. And here’s another surprise! We had the best seats in the house right at the front (laughs).

The pre-show dinner was beautifully presented, like something from a top-notch restaurant, and each dish was outstanding—definitely the best food I had during my trip to Hawaii.

The show I saw after the manager's tour was even more entertaining! I believe the enjoyment of this experience is a hundred times clearer when you actually experience it rather than just reading about it.

以上でバックステージの案内が終わり、客席に案内されました。
ここでもビックリ！私達は一番前の特等席です(笑

開演前のディナーは一流のお店で出てくるような美しい盛付、
一つ一つの味も抜群の料理、ハワイ旅行の中で一番美味しい料理でした。

何一つ抜かりなくゲストを歓迎する、おもてなしの心を非常に強く感じました。

支配人の案内の後に見たショーは、一層おもしろかったです！
このおもしろさは文で読むよりも、実際に体験いただいた方が
１００倍分かりやすいと思います。

すべてのゲストに一流のおもてなしと素晴らしいステージであることは間違いありません。

その中でもやはりグリーンルーム・ディナー＆ショーを利用されたなら、
お値段は決して安くないですが
その満足度は比べものにならないものだと思いますよ。

It was the best fire dance I've ever seen!! Since it was the cheaper dinner option, it might be understandable, but I hope there are a few more delicious options available.

Two years ago, I went to see a show with my husband, and when I decided to go to Hawaii this time with my daughter, my husband said I should take her to the Polynesian show because it's great. I thought to myself that it would be my second time, but we went to see the show anyway. It was truly amazing! The dance was powerful and wonderful! My daughter was also delighted. Paradise Cove Luau on the Beach at Ko Olina Resort

First time to go to this Luau with my husband and friends. Had a lot of great activities, not too crowded. It was definitely worth paying for the gold vip box seats so we didn't have to wait in the buffet line or sit at a table with 20 other people. The food was decent and the entertainment was excellent. Really enjoyed the show and everything about the luau experience. Would definitely do it again1
