I was a bit anxious about participating with my 3-year-old and 7-year-old children, but we had a great time!

Since the reviews here were helpful, I wanted to write in detail as a thank you.

Check-in was at 8:30, so we arrived on time, but it turned out that the reception started at 8:30... arriving at 8:50 was totally fine.

The location is the beach at Outrigger Hotel. The nearby beaches are connected, so it seems fine to walk along the beach.

Everything was in English, but there were also Japanese instructions, so there were no issues. It didn't seem like they were saying anything too complicated.

The crew was kind and polite, so I had no worries. Plus, all of them were incredibly handsome. It was quite a treat for the eyes.

After setting sail, we arrived at the spot shortly after. We jumped right into the water. And immediately saw turtles! We spotted about four at once! One of the crew members stayed with our family and supported the kids, so we were able to enjoy it for a solid hour.

The kids got tired, so we got back on the boat, but it was cold during this season. It was also drizzling on and off, so warm clothing is essential. We brought two bath towels, a hoodie, and a light jacket, but having one more bath towel might have been better. Since we got wet, one towel for warmth would have been useful.

After that, we went sailing, which was super fast and felt like jumping! This was also very exciting.

Drinks were around $2 to $5. We could choose from beer, juice, and more. We paid after arriving, including tips.

In any case, we saw a lot of turtles! With the beautiful sea and the handsome crew, it was an incredibly fun experience! It wrapped up quickly in the morning, so I was satisfied with how we spent our time!

ここのクチコミが役に立ったのでお礼を込めて詳しく書きたいと思います。

チェックインは、0830だったので、間に合うように行きましたが、0830からの受付って事だったのですね…0850で全く問題無かったです。

場所は、アウトリガーホテルのビーチ。近辺のビーチは、繋がっているので、ビーチつたいに行っても問題なさそうです。

言葉は全て英語。案内は日本語もあるので、問題ありませんでした。
難しい事も言ってなさそう。

クルーも優しく、丁寧ですし、心配無かったです。そして全員がイケメンすぎる。
目の保養感半端ないです。

出航し、少ししたら、スポット到着。
すぐに海に入りました。
そしてすぐにカメさん！
4匹くらい一気に見れました！
家族に一人のクルーが付いてくれ、子供達をサポートしてくれたので、
しっかり1時間ほど楽しめました。

子供達が疲れたので船に上がりましたが、
この時期は寒い。
雨も降ったり止んだりなので、防寒は必須です。
我が家はバスタオル2枚、パーカー、羽織で行きましたが、バスタオルはもう一枚あった方が良かったかも。
濡れてしまうので、1枚防寒用に。

その後はセーリング、すごいスピードで、ジャンプするように！こちらも大興奮でした。

ドリンクは、2ドルから5ドルくらい。
ビール、ジュースなど選べました。支払いは到着後、チップと合わせて払いました。

とにかくカメさん沢山見れました！綺麗な海と、イケメンクルーで、最高に楽しかったです！
サクッと午前中で終わるので、時間の遣い方としても満足しました！

My first time in Hawaii,
I participated with my husband, feeling excited.
The Japanese-speaking guide, the beautiful sunrise, the clear ocean,
wild dolphins, sea turtles, and rays.
Everything became the best memory.
The crew was all very friendly,
and you could feel the teamwork.
I recommend taking motion sickness medication just in case, even for those who usually don’t get seasick!
There was someone who looked like they were struggling in a sitting position on the boat, saying, "I’ve never been seasick before..." with teary eyes. Better safe than sorry!
After all, we’re dealing with wild dolphins.
Of course, there are times when you might not see them.
However, no tour guarantees that you will see wild dolphins.
It seemed like it was a tough day for us too,
and we didn’t see them much, but we still had a great time otherwise, so I was very satisfied.
The guide, Tairiku, was really funny!
I will definitely participate again when I go to Hawaii.

The underwater scooter that I had been wanting to try was amazing! (^_-)-☆ I received explanations in somewhat hesitant Japanese from the staff, and I wondered if it would be okay, but they were very kind and attentive when it came time to ride the scooter. I was truly impressed by the beautiful sea!! After getting off the scooter, I was able to snorkel, and for $30, you can download photos and videos. It gets very cold when you get back on the boat, so I recommend wearing a thick jacket, and also taking motion sickness medication. The staff worked very hard, but it would be nice if they had a few more smiles. I definitely want to participate again! (*^-^*)

Since it had been raining since morning, I thought there wouldn't be any fish, but I finally got to see a turtle that I had been longing to meet! It was so close that I was almost scared to touch it! I was really happy! (^^)

Dan-sensei was very good at Japanese, and we all laughed and had fun during the car ride there and back! (^^)

Next time I go to Hawaii, I want to join the tour of Hanauma Bay or a diving tour!

The weather was nice, although a bit cold, but I borrowed a wetsuit, so I was glad I didn't get cold! I was able to see a lot of fish. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see any turtles (^ - ^;

I was able to safely snorkel because I could leave my valuables and belongings in the guide couple's locked box. Thank you very much.

She was a cheerful and friendly Japanese female guide who taught us everything with great care. I was also very satisfied to encounter sea turtles! It seems that the guide also offers scuba diving tours, so I would definitely like to request her for my next visit.

In late November, the water temperature was a bit low, so I rented a wetsuit. Since it was morning, I think I wouldn't have enjoyed it if I hadn't worn one (^_^;) The guide, who spoke fluent Japanese, and the other staff members were all bright and friendly.

After heading out to sea for a while, we were able to encounter a lot of dolphins right away! We watched quietly without making any noise to avoid startling them. There was a briefing beforehand about the precautions when encountering dolphins and turtles. I thought it was wonderful that they showed consideration for the wildlife. We also saw about 3 or 4 turtles and around 4 rays. Plus, we even saw a double rainbow!ヽ(^0^)ﾉ

After that, we played on the slide from the boat and kayaked, then enjoyed hamburgers to wrap up the tour. I was just a bit hungry, so it was appreciated. Additionally, a group photo of everyone was sent via email, which I thought was a nice service.

The highlight of this tour is not just seeing dolphins from the boat, but being able to see wild dolphins up close! My first trip to Hawaii turned out to be a wonderful experience (*^o^*). I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

沖の方に出てしばらくするとすぐにたくさんのイルカに出会う事ができました！驚かさないよう、音をたてずにじーっと見ました。
事前に、イルカとカメに出会った時の注意事項の説明がありました。野生の生き物に対する配慮もあり、素晴らしい思いました。
そして、カメも3、4匹、エイも4匹ほど見ることが出来ました。あと、ダブルレインボーもヽ(^0^)ﾉ

その後、船からの滑り台やカヤックなどで遊んで、ハンバーガーをいただきツアー終了。ちょうど小腹がすいていたので有り難かったです。
あと、全員の集合写真がメールで送られてきていて、それも良いサービスだなと思いました。

船からイルカを見るのではなく、野生のイルカを間近に見れるのがこのツアーのポイントですね！
初ハワイ、素敵な旅行になりました(*^o^*)
友達にもすすめたいと思いました。

It was a windy day, so it was difficult to go out to the open sea, and we ended up snorkeling in the shallows. However, thanks to Mr. Dan's accurate guidance, we were able to see sea turtles about four times! Hanauma Bay has high transparency, and we were able to see many other fish as well, so I recommend this place for snorkeling!

Last year, I came to meet dolphins for the first time and was moved to see a pod of dozens of them. When I decided to go to Hawaii this year, I immediately thought I absolutely wanted to go again and planned my schedule accordingly for the day.

The weather was great, the sea was calm, and we all expressed our gratitude to the ocean as the boat headed to Makua Beach, where we spotted dolphins jumping in the distance! Following our guide, we entered the water, and dozens of dolphins came to greet us. Among them were baby dolphins, and although I felt a bit torn not to stress them out, we moved on to the next beach for snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking, and enjoying the slide and trampoline.

For lunch, the captain grilled hamburgers on the boat, which were delicious. After enjoying a leisurely meal, our guide Saki introduced everyone again, and we all danced together. Even on the way back to the harbor, the staff entertained us with ukulele and hula, which I found impressive. Everyone enjoyed the tour with smiles and without getting bored.

It seems that swimming with dolphins is becoming more challenging, and I hope it continues in the future. I want to participate again next time, and I hope to capture the expressions of the dolphins.

This was my first time participating in a tour alone. I was very anxious, but swimming with dolphins had been a dream of mine for many years, so I decided to go for it!

Since I was participating alone, not being able to take photos and not having someone to talk to were drawbacks, but the tour guide, who was also a photographer, came over multiple times to take pictures and chat with me. Also, it seemed there were many cancellations, so instead of the usual 40 people, there were only 9 of us, which was fantastic!

I think a wetsuit is necessary for this time of year, as everyone who participated borrowed one. I wanted the data, so I purchased it for about $40. I recommend bringing at least a little money. From the harbor, we boarded a boat and set off on a dolphin search. During the boat ride, we encountered a pod of dolphins, which was amazing. A few others also experienced seasickness. It was really disappointing. If I hadn't gotten seasick, I could have enjoyed the sea a bit more. I could have gone on the waterslide too... The staff were all nice. Many on the bus were fast asleep. It's a pity that the data I received didn't have many photos from snorkeling. I guess you have to actively ask for them to get good shots. This turned out to be a good memory, though. If only I hadn't gotten seasick...!!!!

朝は早起きでした。集合場所で待っていれば威勢の良いスタッフがお迎えに。バスに乗り、船場へ。ウェットスーツは時期的に必要だと思います。参加されていた方皆さんが借りていました。データが欲しかったのでたしか＄40で購入。お金は最低限持って行った方がいいと思います。船場から船に乗り、イルカ探しの旅へ。船で移動中にも数頭のイルカの群れと遭遇で感動。キャプテンの指示でポイントに到着。ゲストみんなで固まってシュノーケル。イルカとウミガメをまじかに見れて感動。ただ、思った以上の寒さとシュノーケルから船に上がる時の揺れでまさかの船酔い。2回ダイブしましたが、3回目は船の上で待ってました。自分以外にも数人船酔いしてました。もう本当にショックでした。船酔いしなければもうちょっと海で遊べたのに。ウォータースライダーも出来たのに・・・。スタッフは皆さん良い人でした。かなりのバスは皆さん爆睡。もらったデータはシュノーケルでの写真があまりなかったのは残念。たぶん積極的に声をかけていかないと撮ってくれません。これはこれで良い思い出になったのか。

I participated in an underwater scooter experience with two friends. The ride lasts about 20 minutes, which is plenty of time to enjoy it. I've swum a lot in Hawaii and abroad, but that day had the most beautiful sea. The guide mentioned that the water was clear and warm, making for great conditions. Although it felt a bit chilly due to the wind in November, the water was warm, and we enjoyed the summer sun close to noon. If there's wind, the boat can sway a little, so it might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication before participating. SUP at the sandbar is also fun. You can return to Waikiki by 1 PM, making it a great way to use your morning effectively. Additionally, they take photos underwater and send them via email for $45. The pictures of me playing with the fish and the underwater scooter became wonderful memories. By the way, it's $60 if you want a video included. The equipment is clean, and the staff is friendly, so I highly recommend this company!

1時にはワイキキに戻れますし、午前中を有効に使うにはおすすめです。
あと、水中で写真を撮影してくれますが、45ドルで写真をメールで送ってくれます。

The tour was concerning because the pickup was about 20 minutes late. Once we arrived at the site, we had to wait about 20 minutes to board the boat, but we could take our time with the restrooms and such. The end time for the activity was as scheduled, so perhaps the time allocation was generous...?

Once we boarded the boat, we could see many swimming sea turtles and fish from above, which really boosted our excitement! They also gave us bread, and we could feed the fish while waiting. Water, Lay's chips, and Doritos were all-you-can-eat♪

As for the snorkeling cruise, it was cold until we got in... I had to dive in, and at that moment, it was so cold that I felt like I might have a heart attack... 肝心のシュノーケルクルーズですが、入るまで寒かった。。。一度潜って乗るのですが、その時に寒くて心臓発作を起こしそうでキツかったです。。。後がつまっているのでゆっくりも出来ず、パニックで最悪でした。ただ、乗り始めると海の中はとても綺麗で写真も手持ちのカメラでとってくれて、とてもいい思い出になりました！魚もたくさん触れたし、ウミガメも少し遠くですが一緒に泳げました♪
ただし、船の上での待ち時間も長く船酔いして帰るころには寒いしで青ざめていました。。。酔い止めと、時期によってはちょっとした防寒が必要です。

We signed up for this snorkeling cruise as a couple because we heard we could see wild dolphins.

On the bus ride to the boarding location, the tour guide mentioned that they had searched for an hour yesterday before finally spotting dolphins, which made us quite anxious. However, once we got out to sea, we quickly encountered a pod of dolphins, put on our life jackets, and jumped into the water!

Immediately, a large group of dolphins swam right in front of us. We could hear their sounds, and they swirled around us. It was incredible to see wild dolphins, and we realized how lucky our team was.

Onboard, we were served handmade hamburgers while the crew performed a hula dance. Watching the dance while enjoying the burgers was exceptional.

On our way back to the harbor, we also spotted a whale. The spouting was very impressive.

We even got to see the tail fin, which can only be seen when diving deep, making it a truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend participating in this if you go to Hawaii!

昨日、1時間探してやっとイルカを見る事ができた。という話をツアーの方がしており、

潮吹きもすごく迫力がありました。

また海の底に潜る際にしか見れない尾びれも見る事が出来、
非常に良い経験でした。

At first, the price was somewhat high, and I wasn't very enthusiastic about the activity, but I participated due to my girlfriend's strong insistence. After joining, I was convinced... it was a very enjoyable and good activity. There are additional fees for things like wetsuit rental and photo/video data (optional), but I think the basic content is quite satisfying. Since I brought my own underwater camera, I didn't purchase the photos or video data, but while the price seemed a bit high, they were well taken and definitely better than what an amateur could capture. I couldn't take nice pictures at all (cry). If you have children or are in a large group without an underwater camera, I think it's worth purchasing. They will take pictures of everyone, but they prioritize the buyers for the shooting... As for the dolphins, we saw them for a rather short time, but I think everyone wished to see them a bit longer. We also saw sea turtles swimming, which was a rare experience that you don't get to have often. The staff were amazing! They were all very lively, so if you're not good with that, it might be a bit much, but I truly felt it was worth participating. This is all my personal opinion, but if you have even a little interest, I definitely recommend joining (laugh).

最初はお値段もソコソコするし、そこまで乗り気では無いアクティビティだったのですが彼女のゴリ押しで参加しました。参加して納得…とても楽しく良いアクティビティでした。ウェットスーツレンタルや写真、動画データなどの+αの追加料金(希望制)もあったりしますが基本的には満足出来る内容だと思います。当方は水中カメラ持参でしたので写真や動画データは購入しませんでしたが、お値段は割高な気がしますがキッチリ撮っていてくれていて、やはり素人とは比べ物にならなく納得出来そうな良い物でした。自分は全然綺麗に撮れなかったです(泣) お子様が居るご家族や大人数で水中カメラ持参で無い様でしたら購入価値はかなりあるかと思います。皆、撮って頂けますが一応、購入者優先で撮影してくれますので…。肝心のイルカはかなり短い時間でしたが見れました。もう少し長く見たいと皆様、思われていたと思います。海亀も普通に泳いでいて中々体験出来ない貴重な時間でした。スタッフの方たちも最高でした！皆ノリノリで騒ぐ事もあるので苦手な方は苦手かもしれませんが参加して良かったと心から思いました。全て個人的な意見ですが興味が少しでもありましたら是非参加をオススメします（笑）

On November 2, 2016, I participated with a friend. The weather that day was sunny, although it was a bit windy, the event went ahead as planned.

We had an early start, with the hotel pickup at 5:40 AM, but we managed to wake up. Since we were the last to be picked up, the bus arrived a little late and was almost full. That day, the bus was packed, with about 80% Japanese and 20% foreigners.

From there, the bus drove to the west coast of Oahu. Inside the bus, we signed a simple waiver on the provided iPads and watched a video on snorkeling guidelines. Those who wanted to purchase photos (to be delivered via USB) or rent wetsuits needed to inform the staff at this time.

My friend rented a wetsuit (paying $10 on the spot), while I wore my own short-sleeve rash guard and had rented an underwater camera in Japan beforehand. Next, we dove at a spot known for the honu, or sea turtles. I was amazed by the dolphins, but I was especially thrilled to see my first sea turtle (and so close!). My friend was also impressed by the sea turtles! The staff, who understood the turtles' ecology well, shared tips on how to observe them, which made it really enjoyable.

Additionally, there were (simple) stand-up paddleboarding, a water slide, and a trampoline, so I think both kids and adults can have fun with these activities.

The finale included a Hawaiian performance and the captain's special cheeseburger as a farewell!

The staff were very lively, so I felt that some people might not vibe with them. Personally, I had a great time, but my friend seemed a bit less enthusiastic. However, if you view it as part of the cheerful Hawaiian communication, it felt very natural. The staff were all in their twenties, so they were very energetic and good at keeping the mood up.

After arriving at the port, we had some time before the bus arrived, so the staff called out to nearby members and organized an impromptu yoga session! Doing yoga under the warm sun around 11:00 AM felt wonderful. I thought this kind of service spirit was lovely.

Finally, we were dropped off at the hotel, and everything ended smoothly. We arrived around 12:30 PM, so our afternoon schedule went as planned! If I could see more dolphins, I would definitely want to go again!

朝の出発は、ホテルに5:40迎え、とだいぶ早かったのですが、なんとか起床。
迎えの順番が最後だったこともあり、若干時間に遅れて到着したバスは、ほぼ満席状態。
この日は満員で、日本人８割、外国人２割程度でした。

そこからバスはオアフ島西海岸まで、走って行きます。
バスの車内では、配布されるiPadで簡単な誓約書にサインをして、
シュノーケリングの基本ガイドラインのビデオを見ます。
写真購入（USBでの受け渡し）の方、ウェットスーツレンタルの方は、
このタイミングでスタッフの方に申告することになります。

相方はウェットスーツをレンタル（その場で10ドル支払い）。
私は自前のラッシュガード（半袖）で、
水中カメラは事前に日本でレンタルして持ち込みました。
その他の装備は、港に着いてすぐ支給されます。
サイズも結構幅があるので、自分にフィットするものを吟味するのが良いと思います。
（あと、このタイミングで酔い止め薬を飲むのを忘れずに！）

船には、これまた満員キツキツで乗り込みます。
少し手狭な印象でしたが、イルカをメインと考えれば、船上はおまけみたいなものです。
それでも、陽気なスタッフが、ダンスやパフォーマンスで盛り上げてくれるので楽しめます。
デッキに上がって、船長と記念写真を撮ることもできます。

そうこうしていると、待ちに待ったイルカタイム！
フィンやマスクを装着して、皆でぞろぞろと海に飛び込んで行きます。
できるだけ先導のスタッフについて行って、水中をキョロキョロ見まわすのが良いと思います！
私はカメラを持っていたので、数枚パシャり。
50頭ほどの群れだったそうですが、私が確認できたのは、10頭ほどでした。
もう少し、見たかった、、！
10〜15分ほどで、一旦船に上がり、次のポイントへ。
（時間が短いので、モタモタしているともったいないですよ！）
イルカを追いかけようとしていたみたいなのですが、
潮の流れ（当日は風強め。惜しい！）も影響し、イルカはここで断念。

そのあと、ホヌと呼ばれるウミガメのスポットへダイブします。
イルカも感動しましたが、私は初ウミガメ（しかも至近距離！）にことさら感動しました。
相方も、ウミガメ凄かった！と感動していました。
ウミガメの生態をよく理解したスタッフが、観察のコツを教えてくれるので、
しっかりと楽しめました！

その他にも（簡易的な）SUPや水上滑り台、トランポリンなど、
アクティビティーでわちゃわちゃできるので、子どもから大人まで楽しめると思います。

ラストはハワイアンなパフォーマンスと船長特製チーズバーガーで、お別れです！

ノリノリなスタッフたちなので、人によっては合わない方もいるかもな、と感じました。
ちなみに、私はかなり楽しめましたが、相方は少し気乗りしない感じでしたね。
でも、ハワイアンな陽気なコミュニケーションの一環と捉えれば、すごく自然でしたし、
20代のスタッフばかりなので、すごく機動力もあり、盛り上げ上手でもありました。

港に着いてから、バスの到着まで時間があったので、
スタッフが近くにいたメンバーに声を掛け、臨時のヨガタイム！
11:00過ぎの暖かくなった時間帯での太陽の下でのヨガは気持ち良かったです。
こういうサービス精神は素敵だなと思いました。

最後はホテルまで送ってもらって、無事終了。
到着も12:30ぐらいだったので、午後のスケジュールも予定通りスムーズでした！
もっとイルカ見れるなら、ぜひまた行きたいですね！

I think it's an activity that anyone can easily enjoy underwater, even if they can't swim, since you're just sitting on a scooter. However, it states that your face won't get wet, but when getting off the scooter, you're told to get off in the water, so you end up submerged. For the 4.5 people after the first, they also had to get on the scooter from underwater, so everyone was soaked. We had a really nice time. Saw some sea turtles and some fish. Unfortunately it was windy and a boat of scuba divers scared off the fish and turtles or should I say made it hard to keep up with them. The crew was completely awesome. The sail to the other side of Diamond Head was amazing. We had a really good time.

I couldn't see sea turtles on the tour, but I was very satisfied to see many here. If you can swim, please consider renting or bringing your own fins. It seems to be a diving spot, and if you can dive to about 5 to 6 meters, you can see a variety of colorful fish. The area near the surface is full of black fish, so if you're confident in your swimming, give it a try. The staff was friendly, which was great.

海亀を見るツアーで見れなかったのですが、こちらで、いっぱい見れて大満足です。泳げる方は、是非フィンをレンタルもしくは、持参して下さい。ダイビングスポットらしく、5〜6m潜れれば、色とりどりの魚が見れます。海面付近は黒い魚だらけなので、泳ぎに自信のある人はチャレンジしてみて下さい。スタッフもフレンドリーな感じで良かったです。
