Down and dirty

Water was super choppy which was not their fault. Captain Junior was kind of a jerk. He was preoccupied with his phone and his smokes. While we road out to the spot, the intro was more about tips and rules than about the snorkel experience. I ended up tipping half of what I planned to tip prior to the trip. I would have liked a little more instruction on how to use the snorkel gear. I was told "it's pretty self explanatory." Bella was the life guard and pulled the anchor. She was a badass. Only had about 45 mins in the water and no time to enjoy "free drinks." Would only recommend if you know how to swim, snorkel, can pound drinks and are only looking for a cheap ride out to sea.♀️

We came for our anniversary and the experience was amazing!! The crew is so dope and truly and laid back group of people it feels like you are with family. The music was great and the activities were really nice. They have all of the equipment there for you to participate in the activities so you will need to bring the other things like towels, byob, and sunscreen. Go with these people for your snorkeling experience you won’t regret!! Thank you KBOS we had a blast!! Mahalo!!

It was such a fun and relaxing day trip. Worth it! Good experience! The only con thing is that it’s stated on the website that soft drinks, juice, bread, pastries and continental breakfast are included with all the water activities BUT….BIG BUT they didn’t have and never had any of those except DONUTS, water and punch! I showed them what’s written on the tour site and the booking confirmation and they said that’s weird I was not the first who said this, they gotta talk to the agent. So come prepare your own drinks and snacks.
We apologize for the misunderstanding. We can assure you that we did contact your booking agent to make that correction on their website.

This was our first time visiting the sandbar and it was so much fun because of the crew of KBOS! Our day was overcast, but we still had an amazing experience. They have a large selection of water toys. We did the paddle boards, clear canoe & snorkeled over the coral. But you can also kayak or get a ride on a banana boat. They also set up a volleyball net. They pull a large platform barge with seating so you can rest or just enjoy sunbathing. The catamaran is shaded & spacious with plenty of tables for seating. There are bathrooms & changing rooms on board. They fed us a turkey/ham sandwich on a croissant with chips & pineapple and they provide water & punch anytime you need it. I felt like we could bring our entire family including all ages from grandparents to small kids. There is something for everyone. We saw a massive turtle & a sting ray. Even though our day was cloudy the crew still made it a blast! They were fun to hang out with & the live band was AMAZING! I usually don’t redo excursions that I’ve already done, but I would definitely book this tour every time I visit Oahu!

At first it we questioned ourselves on where to meet (no signs whatsoever) but it was exactly where the instructions said- beachfront in front of Duke Statue. Otherwise instructions were all very clear & easy to follow. Guys on our boat were friendly and super relaxed- could bring anything on the boat in terms of food and drinks. Boat ride was beautiful. Was a clear day so we saw a lot of turtles- got to spend lots of time on the water. Chill vibes all throughout just the way we like it. Had a blast for first time snorkelers!!!!

My friends and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary in Honolulu. The turtle swim was our first activity. It met all of our expectations and then some. The three men who took out out to swim made us feel very comfortable and we saw several turtles while snorkeling. The catamaran ride was exciting and the views of the island were breathtaking. This is a must activity for anyone visiting this island.

Super fun experience! Crew was great. Saw 3 sea turtles (or the same one 3 times....who knows). The last one literally swam right up to me, which was awesome. Next time will rent an underwater camera so I can get some photos too.

I would not recommend snorkeling with this company. The captain implied turtles would be all around us--we only saw a couple turtles after everyone was out of the water and only saw a few fish while snorkeling. Also, flotation devices were defective--they kept deflating while in the water. Lifeguard apologized for bad snorkeling spot and defective equipment. Save your money and don't snorkel here!

I really liked the turtle snorkel excursion. We went out short boat ride to the snorkel site. The equipment was excellent everything fit right. The snorkel experience was amazing. I actually saw five sea turtles. They are so neat. I was able to take pictures with my underwater camera. It was abs big. The hides were very nice abs I was able ti get a Diet Coke.

A fun experience

Very convenient as we stayed at the Outrigger, a stones throw from where we boarded the vessel. Crew was very friendly and that always helps. Confused about flippers. Posting on web site said they are not provided by yet they were given out on the ship. I’m glad, made snorkeling a lo easier. Turtles were fun to watch. Only wish we saw more of the reef. Had a very good time.

Hawaii Nautical 2-Hour Waikiki Turtle Snorkel Sail - Morning & Afternoon Tours [Apr-Nov]
Amazing! So many turtles!

They weren't joking when they said "turtles sightings guaranteed" - I think we saw about 5 turtles at once, maybe more! The water was so clear that it made seeing everything, including eels and pufferfish, in the reefs so easy. The crew also found a sea urchin and an octopus that they brought up to the surface for us to see and learn about. They were a very fun group that made the experience easy and fun. We wanted to redo the experience all over again as soon as it was done! I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area!

First they changed our tour from 8am to 2pm which I did not like because supposedly you can see more marine life in the early morning. We only got to see 1 turtle and few fish. Where they took us snorkeling wasn't too far from our departure place, when I was hoping it would be further to enjoy more of the ocean. I did enjoy the snorkeling and the tour but wouldn't do it again.

Private Kaneohe Sandbar Pontoon Boat Rental with Snorkel & Paddle - Captain Bruce
Amazing Experience

This private snorkel tour was 100% worth the money. A private pontoon boat with many amenities, including snacks, drinking water, water sport toys and others were all provided. Captain Kokua could not have been friendlier and showed us a lot to see in the area. The sandbar of course was beautiful and a huge highlight of the trip.

West Oahu Snorkel Cruise with Dolphin Watch, Kayak, SUP, Waterslide & Lunch

The dolphin tour was so crowded and even though the guide was friendly and the people were very friendly there were just too many. Many people didn’t actually get to see the dolphins in the water and were being kicked with fins because of how crowded it was. We will not be doing that again unless there are less people.
