I participated in this tour during my first visit to Hawaii.

On the day of the tour, we traveled to the port via a shared bus that stopped at various hotels in Waikiki. During the ride, we received an explanation about the tour.

It seems that the snorkeling spots vary by day, and since the dolphins are completely wild, there’s no guarantee that we will see them. Some days we might encounter around 80 dolphins, while other days we might only see about 20, or in the worst case, none at all. However, since this is nature, there's nothing we can do about it, and it can't be helped. Hearing this made me even more excited as I swayed in the bus.

Once we arrived at the port, we used the restroom, changed out of our clothes, and put on our swimsuits. At this time, they also offered wetsuit rentals, which I believe were around $20, so those who needed one could wear it. By the way, my husband and I thought we would be fine without one, but about half of the participants rented wetsuits.

When it was time to board the boat, I had imagined a somewhat larger vessel, but it felt more like a boat than a ship. Therefore, there was some rocking, so I recommend that anyone prone to motion sickness take some medication beforehand. I personally tend to get quite seasick, so I took some in advance.

After the boat set sail, we spent some time searching for dolphins in the vast ocean, but surprisingly, there were no dolphin detectors on board; we were relying solely on the captain's instincts and experience to find them! I was quite shocked and my anxiety and excitement grew.

Despite my worries, the scenery along the west coast of Oahu was incredibly mystical and beautiful. Unlike Waikiki Beach, it was very quiet and was described as a sacred place for the locals. However, since the name was unfamiliar to me, I forgot the location...

As we were swaying on the boat, the captain made a delightful announcement that there was a pod of dolphins! Everyone quickly put on their snorkeling gear and jumped into the water at the signal.

Following the guide, we proceeded and... there they were! A few dolphins were gracefully swimming at a depth of about 10 meters, and we could see them right below us! However, since we were wearing life jackets and floating on the surface, it didn’t feel like we were swimming with the dolphins. Instead, it felt like we were observing them from above, but I was still so happy to see wild dolphins!

Since dolphins are always swimming and moving, they soon swam away, and we returned to the boat to head in the direction they had gone and entered the water again.

Then, we were able to see another pod of dolphins, and this time, if we listened closely, we could hear their squeaky sounds! The guide also heard the sounds and mentioned that the dolphins were playing.

I don't know if the dolphins were calling out to us, but I felt incredibly happy to have such a precious experience!

After that, we moved by boat again and were taken to see the home of some sea turtles in the ocean. We were able to see about 10 wild sea turtles swimming leisurely up close! Sea turtles come up to the surface to breathe every few minutes, so even as we floated, we could see their faces right in front of us! As someone who loves turtles more than any other creature, I was even more excited about seeing the wild sea turtles than the dolphins!

This tour allowed us to see both wild dolphins and sea turtles, providing a truly rare and happy experience. I hope to visit again the next time I go to Hawaii.

初めてのハワイで参加しました。

当日はワイキキの各ホテルを周る乗合いバスで港まで移動します。
その車内で、まずツアーの説明を受けます。

シュノーケリングするスポットは日によって違うようで、イルカも完全に野生なので、必ず会えるという確約はありませんという事でした。
日によっては80匹程のイルカに会えたり、20匹程しか会えなかったり、最悪全くいないという事もあるそうです。
でもそれも自然相手なのでどうする事もできないし、仕方がないという事でした。
私はそんな話を聞いてますますドキドキしながら、バスに揺られていました。

そして港に着くと、トイレを済ませて、着ていた服を脱ぎ、あらかじめ着用していた水着姿になります。
この時、ウェットスーツの貸し出しも行っていて、たしか20ドルだったと思いますので、必要な方はこちらも着用します。
ちなみに私たち夫婦は大丈夫だろうと思い借りませんでしたが、半数の方が借りていました。

そしていざ船に乗り込むのですが、私は勝手にちょっとした大きさのある船を想像してましたが、船というよりボートに近いかなという感じがしました。
そのためやはり揺れはありますので、乗り物酔いされる方は酔い止めを飲んで行かれる事をお勧めします。
私自身、普段から乗り物酔いが激しいタイプなので、あらかじめ飲んでいきました。

ボートが出港してしばらくの間、ひたすら広い海を進みながらイルカを探すのですが、驚く事にイルカ探知機などは装備しておらず、ただただ船長さんの感覚と経験だけで探すということでした‼︎
私はかなり驚きながらますます不安とドキドキが増していきました。

ただそんな不安を感じながらも、オアフ島西海岸沿いの景色はとても神秘的で綺麗でした。
ワイキキビーチとは違いとても静かで、地元の人達にとって神聖な場所であるというお話でした。
が、聞きなれない名前だった為、地名を忘れてしまいました、、、汗

そうこうしてボートに揺られていると、なんと船長さんからイルカの群れがいるという嬉しい発表が、、、‼︎
すぐにシュノーケリングを着けて海に入る大勢になり、合図とともに海へ飛び込みます。

そしてガイドさんの後に続いて進んで行くと、、、い、いました‼︎
数頭のイルカの群れが、水深10メートル⁇くらいのところを優雅に泳いでいて、私達の真下に見る事ができました‼︎
ただ、私達はライフジャケットを着用して水面に浮かんでいるので、水深何メートルも下にいるイルカと、一緒に泳いでいるという感覚ではなかったです。
ただイルカが群れで泳ぐ様子を私達が上から見ているというという感じでしたが、それでも野生のイルカに会えただけですごく嬉しかったです‼︎

イルカは常に泳いで移動しているので、しばらくするとみんな行ってしまい、私達も一旦ボートに戻り、イルカが進んで行った方向に先回りして、再度海へ入る事になりました。

すると、またイルカの群れを見る事ができたのですが、今度はよく耳を澄ましていると、キィキィキィ、、、というイルカの鳴き声を聞くことができました‼︎
ガイドさんも鳴き声を聞いていて、イルカが遊んでいたねと言っていました。

イルカが私達に向かって声をかけてくれたのかは分かりませんが、貴重な体験ができてすごく幸せな気持ちになりました‼︎

その後、再度ボートで移動し、海中にあるウミガメのおうちに案内してもらいました。
10匹程の野生のウミガメがゆったり泳いでいる光景をすぐ近くで見る事ができました‼︎
ウミガメは数分毎に空気を吸うために水面に上がってくるので、プカプカ浮いてる私達でも、すぐ間近で顔を見る事ができました‼︎
実は生き物の中で1番カメが好きな私は、イルカ以上に野生のウミガメに興奮しっぱなしでした‼︎

このツアーでは野生のイルカにもウミガメにも会えて、とっても貴重な幸せな体験ができました。
次回ハワイに行った際にも、また会いに行けたらなと思います。

The sea was beautiful, anyway!
I saw a sea turtle from a distance.
It was my first time snorkeling, and I enjoyed seeing the coral too!
It was great that I could first challenge myself in the shallow waters!
The staff were so cheerful! It was reassuring that the Japanese staff provided clear explanations.
The handmade hamburger we had on the boat was delicious!
The freshly grilled patty was juicy!

We participated as a couple. We were moved to see wild dolphins and sea turtles! In particular, we encountered a pod of dolphins, and many dolphins swam right beside us. Snorkels and fins are free, but wetsuits are available for rent at a cost. It was unfortunately rainy from the morning, but the sun came out just during the sandbar and snorkeling time. We checked the tides and were able to see the best views. The round trip from the port was cold due to the rain, and some people were standing in covered areas. There's nothing we can do about the weather, but it would have been even better if it had been sunny.

I love Hawaii and go there 1 to 2 times every year. This was my second time participating in the activity of swimming with wild dolphins. Last time (with a different company), I was able to swim with a pod of dolphins, which was incredibly moving, and this time I enrolled in Dolphin University.

Not only can you swim with dolphins, but you can also enjoy malasadas, see sea turtles, and if you wish, you can do kayaking as well (they prioritize your preferences without any pressure). I was truly satisfied.

On the boat, they played the ukulele and sang songs, and performed hula dance; it was the best experience I've had so far. I think everyone, from first-timers to repeat visitors, can enjoy this.

At the end, the pod of dolphins escorted us back to the harbor and showed us some jumps. Above all, the staff were all very warm, and I definitely want to participate again next year.

最後はイルカの群れが港まで送ってくれ、ジャンプも見せてくれました。
何より、スタッフの方が皆さんあたたかくて来年も是非参加させて頂きたいと思います。

The sandbar feels like an ordinary beach in the ocean, so I wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be, haha. However, I think it's nice to spend the day relaxing, eating burgers grilled on the boat, watching sea turtles from the boat, and snorkeling.

I participated alone, and at the time I joined, there was no one else participating alone. However, the guide really took care of me, which made me happy. I was able to swim with dolphins just as the title promised, and I also encountered sea turtles.

On the boat during the transfers, the staff really got everyone excited, and I didn't have a moment of boredom; it truly became a wonderful memory. Although there were only Japanese participants, I felt very embarrassed as no one gave a tip despite how well we were treated.

There are cultural differences, but since I was in America, experiencing the local culture is part of the joy of traveling. I hope people can understand that it's not about thinking "tips are a waste," but rather experiencing a culture where showing appreciation with money is valued. If you enjoyed your experience, please be sure to give a tip!

私は一人で参加したんですが、私が参加した時は、他に一人で参加した人はいませんでした。ですが、ガイドさんはとっても私のことをケアしてくれて、うれしかったです。
まさしくイルカと一緒に泳ぐ事ができたし、タイトルどおりウミガメとも出会えました。
移動中の船上では、スタッフの方が思いっきり盛り上げてくれましたし、暇することも無く本当にいい思い出になりました。
日本人ばかりの参加だったのですが、こんなに良くしてくれたのに、誰一人チップをあげている人がいなくて、いち日本人としてとても恥ずかしくなりました。
文化の違いもありますが、アメリカに行ったんだから現地の文化を堪能する事も旅の醍醐味ですので「チップ代もったいない」と思わず、気持ちをお金で見せる文化だという事を体感してほしいです。

This time, I participated with my brother. I was surprised that the tour start time changed from 9:00 to 6:00 the day before, but it turned out to be better to start at 6:00 for the dolphins' sleeping schedule and the scenery of the mountains on the West Coast. At the dolphin spot, we encountered a pod of about 50 dolphins and had fun swimming with them. The sound of the dolphins was impressive. We also got to swim with turtles. Since the instructor had given us cheese beforehand, we were able to see the fish up close as they went for the bait.

There were about five turtles near their habitat, and we swam alongside them, but they seemed used to people and swam leisurely.

The travel time from Waikiki to the West Coast was about 1 hour. I think we spent about 2 hours out on the water. The instructor had prepared free motion sickness medication for us on the bus beforehand, so I was able to enjoy snorkeling without getting seasick. We arrived back in Waikiki around 11:30.

I hope to challenge myself with Dolphin University next time.

今回は、兄弟での参加となりました
前日に9:00ツアースタート予定が6:00になりびっくりしましたが、イルカの睡眠時間と西海岸の山肌の景色が6:00スタートの方が良いそうなので結果良かったです。イルカスポットでは、50頭くらいの群れと遭遇。し、一緒に泳ぐことができ楽しかったです。イルカの鳴き声が印象的でした。また、亀とも一緒に泳ぐことができました。インストラクターに事前にチーズをもらっていたので、餌に食いつく魚をまじかで見ることができました。
亀は住処付近に5匹程度おり、並走して泳ぎましたが、人慣れしているのか、のんびり泳いでいました。

ワイキキから西海岸までの所要時間は1h。海に出ていた時間は2hくらいだったと思います。事前に行きのバスでインストラクターさんに無料で酔い止め薬を準備してもらえていたので船酔いをすることもなくシュノーケルを楽しむことができました。ワイキキ到着は11:30くらいでした。

次回イルカ大学に挑戦できればと思います。

Get ready for a fun time on this catamaran! The dolphins are a plenty and are in their hibernating season so they stay close to the coast. While you don't get in the water surrounded by dolphins, it keeps them safe, so it's good for everyone. There were so many kinds of fish and it was fun to swim through them. It was a nice cool day, and the dolphins were definitely out there. They got nice and close to the boat! The snorkel was amazing. By lunchtime, I was looking forward to food. The Captain is a fine cook and knows his way around a boat so it's double bonus for us. We had the tasty teriyaki chicken sandwich, which I can proudly give 5 stars! Try the Naked Pirate drink. It's awesome! The crew on the boat was friendly and managed to keep it fun for everyone even with a bunch of little kids running around. It's family-friendly and they made sure those kids stayed safe. This catamaran sail is worth every penny and then some. I highly recommend!

I was waiting at the changed meeting place the day before the tour, but no shuttle came, and I didn't receive any calls on my registered mobile. I tried calling the tour company several times, but couldn't get through. After 40 minutes, I finally got a call through, and when I explained the situation, they asked if I had been at the meeting place.

They said they would contact me again after confirming, so I waited in my room, but after 30 minutes, I still hadn't heard anything. When I called again, they said the Japanese office opens at 8 AM, which is why they couldn't contact me. At that point, it was already past 8:15 AM.

They mentioned rescheduling for another day or in the afternoon, but due to my travel schedule, I could only reschedule for that afternoon, which meant I would have to switch to a lunch plan that was different from the morning one I had originally chosen. Since I was traveling with an 8-month-old baby, snorkeling wasn't an option, and long hours would be a burden, which is why I had specifically chosen the morning plan.

It was a main option for me, so I decided to switch to the afternoon one, but they said it would just be a direct rescheduling, which frustrated me. When I complained, they said they would cover the costs.

The option I participated in was wonderful, but I felt that my limited time on this expensive trip was wasted on phone calls, I couldn't even have breakfast, and my original afternoon plans were ruined. Moreover, there was no response unless I took action myself. It’s truly sad and frustrating that such memories were left from this trip. I don't think I will use this company again.

I’m sharing this for reference, hoping no one else has to go through a similar experience.

参加前日集合場所の変更があったためそちらで待機していましたが送迎が来ず、登録した携帯に連絡が来ず、ツアー会社の電話にも数回したが繋がらず。40分後にようやく電話が通じ、事情を話すと
もう出てしまった、集合場所にいたのか？ との対応。

確認後再度連絡すると言われたため部屋で待ったが30分経っても連絡なし。再度こちらから電話したら日本語のオフィスが8時から開くため連絡できなかったと。その時点で8時15分過ぎでしたが。
他の日、もしくは午後に振り返ると言われたが滞在日程ではその日の午後にしか振替できず朝とは違った昼食付きのプランになってしまった。
生後8ヶ月の赤ちゃん連れだったためシュノーケリングが出来ないし長時間は負担になってしまうからわざわざ朝のプランにしていたのに。
メインにしていたオプションだったので午後のに振り返ることにしたが、そのまま振替にするという対応だったので頭に来て文句を言ったら料金はこちらで負担しますと。

I participated in a tour in July during the day. The weather was a bit rainy and somewhat cold, but we had fun playing underwater beach volleyball at the sandbar. After that, we moved to a point where we could see turtles and had hamburgers. We saw about ten turtles from the boat. They come up to the surface for a moment to breathe, so we only saw them briefly. After that, we went snorkeling. There were life jackets available, and there were also things like boogie board poles, so I felt safe doing it. There were a lot more fish underwater than I expected. We were even able to feed them bread, which was very satisfying. Finally, it cleared up, and we were able to see the beautiful sandbar!

This is my second time participating in this tour. The last time I came, the tide was high and the sandbar didn't appear, but this time I did my research and was able to see the sandbar. There are always sea turtles near the boat (they have names, but I forgot them), and you can definitely see them. They are friendly towards humans, so when you make gestures to feed them, they come close, which is adorable. I might go again just to see the honu! I really recommend this tour!

As the title suggests, the staff was very cheerful and helped create a lively atmosphere, making for a very enjoyable tour. It was initially rainy and cold, but the weather finally cleared up by the time we arrived at the sandbar. It was our honeymoon, and the staff suggested various poses while taking some wonderful photos for us. The hamburgers were delicious as well. The snorkeling was a bit murkier than I expected, possibly because it had been raining.

I was worried about the weather, but we were blessed with very nice weather, to the point where I was concerned about getting sunburned.

On the day of the event, the schedule was so packed that I barely had time to sleep. We had about an hour of travel time, but it was enjoyable thanks to the lively talk from the student council president.

Also, it was lucky to have Leonard's malasadas along the way. Honestly, I wanted to buy about three of them at my own expense. More than half of the participants rented wetsuits, and of course, I rented one too. It helped prevent sunburn, and since I'm not a strong swimmer, the added buoyancy was a great help.

They also provided zippers so we could take home cheeseburgers, which was very convenient. The dolphins were a bit far away, but we were excited to spot a pod. Fortunately, we also got to see baby sea turtles, which made me very happy.

I truly understood why it's called Ryugu-jo (Dragon Palace). I definitely want to participate again next time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

天気が心配でしたが、大変良い天気に恵まれ日焼けが心配なほどでした。
当日は、暇で寝る暇もないほどのスケジュールです。
移動中１時間ほどありましたが、生徒会長の軽快なトークの説明で楽しい時間でした。
また、途中レナーズのマラサダはラッキーでした。
正直実費で３個ぐらい買いたいぐらいでした。
参加者の半分以上がウェットスーツをレンタルしてました。
もちろん私もレンタルしました。
日焼け防止にもなるし、泳ぎが得意ではないので浮力がまして大変助かりました。チーズバーガーも持ち帰りが出来るようにジッパーを用意してくれてたので助かりました。
イルカは少し遠かったですが群れを発見して興奮でした。ラッキーなことに海がめの赤ちゃんにも会えて大変嬉しかったです。
本当に竜宮城いう名が分かりました。
是非、次回も参加させていただきたいと思いました。

朝のピックアップ時間にバスがかなり遅れた為、非常に不安になりました。ホテルのフロントから電話して確認したら『今、ホテルに到着したようです。』とご連絡頂いたのにピックアップ場所にまだバスは来ておらず、更に不安になりました。その後、数分後に来ましたが…

購入した写真の枚数は多かったですが知らない人の写真が大半で、あまり自分達が写っている写真がなかったのに60ドルは高いと感じました。

We participated as a family in a wedding ceremony in Hawaii. It was a tour of the sandbar that I had always dreamed of, but unfortunately, due to high tide, the water was up to my chest. Additionally, it rained on the way there, and it was cloudy at the sandbar, so we couldn't see the beautiful scenery like in the pictures, which was disappointing. I would love to participate again.

The staff were very friendly, and the hamburgers we ate on the boat were delicious. At the sandbar, there were small, beautiful jellyfish, and I was really worried because I heard that getting stung can cause excruciating pain, even for adults. My brother, who is quite tough with pain, got stung, and he said it hurt a lot, so I was glad it wasn't my grandmother or sister (laughs).

While getting stung was unavoidable, the staff's quick response after finding the jellyfish was good. It was disappointing that we didn't see any sea turtles while snorkeling. Also, the air conditioning on the bus ride back was extremely cold, and with wet clothes, I felt like I was really freezing. It was so cold that I thought we didn't need air conditioning since we were already wet, but it was still very cold, which was the most disappointing part.

刺されたのは仕方ないですが、くらげを見つけた後のスタッフさんの対応も早くて良かったです。
シュノーケリング中にウミガメに会えなかったので残念です。
また、帰りのバスがすごーく冷房が効いており、濡れた服では寒くて本当に凍えそうでした。服が濡れているので冷房要らないんじゃ？というくらいなのに普通にしてても寒いくらい冷房が効いていたのが1番残念です。

Since I was going to Hawaii, I wanted to have experiences that can only be done there! So I decided to participate!!

My impression of the experience is simply moving! I joined with the mindset of just wanting to see wild dolphins, but I was pleasantly surprised in a good way♡

On the morning of the event, a school bus picked us up around 6 AM near the hotel. It’s about a one-hour ride, but there was an explanation of the schedule and safety precautions on the bus, so I think it’s better to get plenty of sleep the night before since you won’t be able to nap. It also takes a lot of energy...

After arriving at the site, we immediately boarded the boat and set off! For those who want, there’s a rental of wetsuits for $10. We didn’t rent them, but it was quite cold on the boat, and it could help prevent sunburn, so it might have been a good idea to borrow one.

Within about 30 minutes of departure, we arrived at Makua Beach, a sacred place on Oahu. We received information that there were dolphins nearby!! Then, we saw countless dolphins jumping in a spot where we could clearly see them with the naked eye. We got excited, prepared ourselves, and entered the water. It was truly moving to see the dolphins playing right in front of us and to hear their sounds!! We encountered about 70-80 dolphins!!

After enjoying the dolphins thoroughly, we moved to a snorkeling spot and had fun snorkeling. This is the home of the turtles. As soon as we entered, we encountered a family of four turtles! The fish were beautiful too!

After returning to shore and changing, we took the bus back to Waikiki. We were able to return to the hotel by around noon, so we could make good use of the afternoon!

Even for us, who aren’t very good swimmers, we had a great time! I’m thinking I want to enroll in Dolphin University next!

せっかくハワイに行くのだから、ハワイでしか出来ない体験がしたい！と思い参加を決めました！！

参加した感想はとにかく感動です！野生のイルカが見れたらなーくらいの気持ちで参加しましたが、いい意味でとっても裏切られました♡

当日の朝は早く6時くらいにホテル付近までスクールバスでお迎え。
1時間ほどの移動ですが、バスの中でスケジュールの説明や安全に関する諸注意があり、寝ることが出来ないので前日はたっぷり睡眠をとって参加した方がいいと思います。体力も相当使うので、、、。

現地に到着後すぐにボートに乗り込み出発！希望者には$10でウェットスーツの貸し出しがあります。私達は借りませんでしたが、ボートの上はとても寒いのと日焼け防止にもなるので、借りてもよかったかも。

ボートが出発して30分もたたないくらいでオアフ島の聖地マクアビーチに到着。付近にイルカがいるとの情報が！！すると肉眼ではっきりわかるくらいのところで無数のイルカがジャンプしていました。興奮しながら準備をし、海に入りました。目の前をイルカたちが遊んでいたり、イルカの声が聞こえたり、本当に感動しました！！70-80頭くらいのイルカに会えました！！

充分にイルカを楽しんだ後はシュノーケルスポットへ移動し、シュノーケルを楽しみました。ここはカメのおうち。入ってすぐに4匹のカメの親子に出会えました！魚もきれいでした！

岸に戻って着替えて、またバスでワイキキへ。12時くらいにはホテルに戻れるので午後も有効活用出来ます！

泳ぎがあまり得意でない私達でもとっても楽しむことが出来ました！
次はイルカ大学に入学したいなーと思います！

My parents and I went on this snorkel trip as kind of a last minute thing and it was absolutely amazing. There is usually about 25 people on the boat but we got lucky and were aboard the boat with just one other family of three, also with a teenager. The snorkeling spot is perfect! I would definitely recommend bringing fins, they aren't provided or required but your experience will be much better with them. There are lots of fish but not a huge variety. The main thing is the turtles and there's plenty of those! They chill at the bottom and occasionally come up for air. If you have fins you can dive down about 15 feet and be near them. It's incredible being face to face with a turtle. The boat provides you with fun noodles if you would like to float at the top and look and that helped out the people who didn't bring fins. They also have one guy out there diving with you and keeping an eye on things which makes you feel really safe while snorkeling. After about 45 mins-hour, we got back on the boat and ate some sandwiches. There's drinks for sale as well. We then went on an hour long sail pretty far out there. If you don't mind getting wet you can sit or lay across the nets in the front and it's really fun. If you have younger kids or aren't comfortable in the water then I think you'll need to bring your own lifejacket. I'm sure they probably had them someplace on the boat but they weren't given to you and you don't really need them. All in all the trip was extremely fun and well worth the price ( which is better than any others we could find). Would definitely recommend this and we might even do it again before leaving for home.

Me and my two kids (20 and 21) went on this excursion with Mandy, Jenn and Allie (photographer)! This was the absolute best part of our trip. We enjoy snorkeling and had already visited Hanauma Bay - but this is 100x better than that.
We were fortunate to see bottle-nose dolphins as well as spinner dolphins and snorkel with all of them. Plus sea turtles, crabs and even an eel. Super clear water - absolutely wonderful. Perfect even for younger kids. Well worth the price - top notch crew!

This time, we participated as a couple on our honeymoon trip to Hawaii. Since it was our first overseas trip, we had some anxiety, but once we joined, that anxiety quickly disappeared. During the welcome and snorkeling, both local guides and Japanese staff were there to guide us, so we felt safe using the services.

To our surprise, we spotted a pod of dolphins shortly after departing by boat, and with the guide's signal to go, we jumped into the water. With the call of "Look down!" we were able to see many dolphins. Watching the dolphins swim happily, even though we are not great swimmers, we had a wonderful time.

After moving to another spot, we were able to swim with colorful and cute Hawaiian fish. Just when we thought we couldn't find a sea turtle, one surfaced for air right near us, which was both surprising and delightful.

Next time, I definitely want to enroll in other schools as well. Thank you for the enjoyable time.

初めての海外旅行ということで不安な気持ちがありましたが、参加してみるとその不安もあっという間なくなりました。
お迎えやシュノーケリングでは、現地の方とともに日本人の方が終始ガイドや誘導をしていたでいたので、安心して利用させていただくことができました。

驚くことに船で出発してすぐにイルカの群れを発見することができ、誘導員さんのGOの合図で海へ飛び込み「下を見て！」の声とともに、たくさんのイルカをみることができました。イルカたちが気もち良さそうに泳ぐ姿を見ながら、泳ぎが苦手な私たち夫婦も楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

また、ポイントを移動してからは、ハワイらしいカラフルな可愛い魚たちと泳ぐことができました。
なかなかウミガメを見つけることができないなと思っていると、ちょうど息継ぎに上がってきたウミガメが私たちのすぐ近くにいたので、驚くとともに嬉しかったです。

次回は是非、他の学校にも入学してみたいと思います。

I participated with my husband and our 5-year-old son.

On the day we attended, there were no sandbars, but there was a shallow area where adults could wade in up to their chests.

What surprised me was how accustomed the sea turtles seemed to people; they would come so close that I could touch them if I didn’t move away. While we were floating and playing, I noticed four or five dorsal fins about two meters away. Since we had gone snorkeling to see dolphins the day before, I rushed over, thinking, "Dolphins!" but the guide warned us, saying, "Shark! Shark! Shark!" It was terrifying to think that a shark larger than a person was so close, but looking back, I feel grateful for the rare experience.

The lunch was seasoned to suit Japanese tastes and was very delicious. My son, who loves rice, eagerly dug into the rice after a few days without it. Also, the salad they served right after we boarded the boat was still warm and incredibly tasty.

I deducted one star because the return bus was cold. There seemed to be no place to change, so we had to ride the bus wet, wrapped in beach towels, back to the hotel. It would have been nice if they could have given us some time to change, even if it was just at a restroom somewhere. Aside from that, it was a tour that I was very satisfied with, deserving of a full five stars.

I had a great time! Thank you very much.

*You need to take off beach sandals and Crocs when boarding the boat, but it seems you could wear aqua shoes. I noticed someone had injured their foot, so if you can, it's better to bring aqua shoes. 驚いたのは、ウミガメが人に馴れているのか、こっちが逃げないと触れるくらい近づいてくるほどでした。子供と漂って遊んでいると、２メートル先くらいに背びれが４つか５つ…。前日、イルカを見るシュノーケリングに参加していたので「イルカだ！！」と近寄っていくと、ガイドさんが「サメ！鮫！サメ！」と言って注意してくれました。人の身長よりも大きいサメがすぐそばにいたかと思うと恐ろしいんですが、今思うと貴重な体験ができたな～と感動しています。

昼食も日本人好みに味付けされていて、とても美味しかったです。
ごはんが好きな息子も、数日ぶりのお米にかぶりついていました。
あと、船に乗ってすぐに出してもらったマサラダもまだ温かくって、すごく美味しかったです。

星マイナス１にしたのは、帰りのバスが寒かった事くらい。
着替える場所が無いのか、濡れたままバスに乗りバスタオルをかぶってホテルまで帰ります。
どこかトイレでもいいので、着替える時間をとってもらえるとありがたかったです。
これを除けは、星満点くらい満足できたツアーでした。

《ビーチサンダルとクロックス等は船に乗る際に脱がないといけません。でも、アクアシューズなら履いていても良かったみたいです。足を怪我されていた方もいたみたいなので、用意できるならアクアシューズを持参した方が良いですよ。船の上でも20ドルで販売してました。使い捨て防水カメラも２０ドルでした。カメラマンが撮ってくれる写真集みたいなの（たぶんCD-Rで渡されるのかな？）も販売されていたので、鍵付の荷物入れはなかったのですが、参加しているのは日本人ばかりだったので、多少のお金は持って行ったほうがいいですよ》

As soon as we left the hotel, it started to rain... Our guide, Sue, said, "It's the first rain in six months. But don't worry! This rain is a cleansing rain!" True to her words, by the time we reached the sea, the rain had stopped and the blue sky began to peek through.

However, it's definitely better to rent a wetsuit. It was cold on the boat due to the wind, and I've heard that jellyfish have been appearing lately. Everyone in our group rented wetsuits.

Once we got out to sea, we immediately saw a pod of dolphins! Moreover, they came to us without us having to chase them, swimming right below and beside us while we just floated in the water. Just before we got back on the boat, a huge school of sardines came by, allowing us to experience being surrounded by a black mass of fish. Apparently, this is not something that usually happens. We also saw about five sea turtles. It was so much fun!

Since it was our child's first time at the sea, I was a bit worried, thinking, "Will he be okay?" but he seemed to have a great time.

Above all, our guide Sue was incredibly entertaining. She provided detailed instructions because not paying attention could lead to injuries or cause the dolphins to escape, but she delivered the information with plenty of humor, which really lifted the mood.

ホテルを出ると雨…。ガイドのスーさんも「半年ぶりの雨です。でも大丈夫！この雨はお掃除の雨ですから！」との事。言葉通り、海へ着く頃には雨もあがって青空がのぞいてきました。

ただ、ウエットスーツはレンタルした方が絶対いいです。船の上は風もあって寒いのと、最近はクラゲがでるらしいので。私たちが参加したグループは皆レンタルしてました。

海へでると、すぐにイルカの群がいました～！しかも、おっかけなくてもイルカの方から来てくれたので、海に浮いてるだけで下や横を通ってくれました。船にあがるちょっと前にイワシの大群がやってきて、黒い群れの中に身を置くという体験もできました。普通こんなことは無いらしいです。ウミガメも５匹くらい見れました。めっちゃ楽しかったです。

５歳の子供は海へ行くのも初めてだったので「大丈夫かな？」と思っていたのですが、すごく楽しそうでした。

なんと言っても、ガイドのスーさんがとても楽しかったです。
説明を聞いていないと怪我につながったり、イルカが逃げたりするので、細かく注意が入るのですが、それもユーモアたっぷりに話してくださって場を盛り上げてくださってました。

主人はインドア派なので、あまりハワイのアクティビティに期待をしていなかったようなのですが「また来よう！！体力無いから次も中学で！」と言っているほどです。
