I had a dream of swimming with dolphins, and it came true! The guide was a woman who was bright and articulate, providing just the right amount of information. The round-trip transportation and instructions on the boat were clear, allowing me to participate with peace of mind.

After about 20-30 minutes out at sea, we encountered a pod of dolphins. It was said that there were probably around 80 of them, and we hit the biggest pod of the year. During the day, they were swimming while half-asleep, so we couldn't see them jumping, but it was a rare experience to hear their sounds and see baby dolphins.

It gets cold when you come out, so it's better to bring a hoodie or something similar. I participated wearing a rash guard and leggings, but others rented wetsuits for about 1,000 yen. I think it would be cold without one.

After the dolphins, we moved the boat a little and went snorkeling, where we also encountered sea turtles. It was really fun. I hope that the other boats were operated in a way that wouldn't stress the dolphins.

本当に楽しかったです。他の船も何隻かいたのでイルカにストレスを与えることのないよう運営されていればいいなと思いました。

This was my second time participating, and it was fun! The staff's response was excellent! I could feel that they were trying to make us enjoy ourselves. I went in May, and the sandbar was deep from my knees to my thighs. But it wasn't cold, and the weather was really nice, so I was very satisfied. The day we participated was cloudy, so I was worried, but as we went further out, we started to see clear skies.

It's really strange to have a sandy beach even though we're offshore. The corals were large, and we saw a lot of fish. We even got to see a sea turtle, which was very satisfying!

It was beautiful enough, but I think it would have been even more stunning on a clear day. I want to try again when I go to Hawaii!

This was my first trip to Hawaii, and I chose this tour because it was the most popular!

First, I got on the shuttle bus. The instructions said, "Look for staff in blue T-shirts," but in reality, I was called by someone in a different outfit. Once we arrived at the port, I was relieved to find staff who spoke Japanese. We first headed to the sandbar, where we snorkeled and played volleyball. It was very beautiful, but I felt the water was murkier than I expected. I didn't see any marine life.

After gathering together, it was time for lunch! We were given buns with cheese and a hamburger patty, and we could add our favorite toppings. As someone who is picky, I really appreciated this. There were also pineapples and nachos. It was very delicious.

After that, we headed to a spot where we could see sea turtles. I was able to spot a few turtles popping their heads up. I heard there were manta rays, but they seemed to be on the opposite side, so I was disappointed that I couldn't see them.

Next, we snorkeled near a large coral reef! There were many fish here. However, the water was murkier than I expected, and it might have been clearer in Okinawa... which was a bit disappointing. バンズにチーズとハンバーグが乗った状態で配られ、自分で好きな具を挟んで食べるスタイル。好き嫌いの多い私にとってはとてもありがたかったです。その他にパイナップルとナチョスがありました。
とても美味しかったです。

その後、ウミガメがいるスポットに向かいました。ピョコっと顔を出すウミガメが度々発見出来ました。マンタがいたと声は聞こえましたが、自分とは反対側だった様で見る事が出来ず残念でした。

次は大きな珊瑚礁の付近でシュノーケル！
ここには魚も沢山いました。ただ、ここでも海は思っていたより濁っていて、沖縄の方がキレイだったかも…少し残念でした。
先に入った15人ぐらいはウミガメと泳げる可能性が高いと説明があり。
最後の方に入った為諦めていましたが、ウミガメが！！一緒に泳ぐ事ができ、感動！
貴重な体験となりました！！

他の方も書いている様に、バスの中と、海から上がった時はとても寒かったので上着は必要です！！また日焼け止めも必須です！

I participated in the morning tour.

A year and a half ago, I intended to sign up for Sandbar but mistakenly went on a tour to Heaven's Sea Kailua. I confused angels with heaven, didn't read carefully, and jumped at the chance because the price was cheap (of course). I didn't realize my mistake until the day of the tour, when I overheard a conversation between other guests and the guide in the car: "Wait!!! You're not taking us to Sandbar???" I couldn't say anything at that point... So, finally being able to come to Sandbar was quite emotional for me. It lived up to my expectations, and I truly enjoyed it. Both Angel's Sea (Sandbar) and Heaven's Sea (Kailua) have become wonderful memories.

I wanted to visit Sandbar after seeing it introduced by Higashi MAX on the TV program "Another Sky." What I saw on TV was truly a place surrounded by the ocean, but on this tour, we were brought to a spot close to the land. Huh? It was just a shallow area. I’m not sure if it was just beautifully portrayed on TV or if this tour was a letdown...

Since I participated in the afternoon, the water came up to about my chest. It didn't feel like a sandbar at all. The itinerary included a sea turtle spot, but there was no guidance about it, and when the boat got a bit noisy, it was just because a sea turtle was there. Plus, I could only see it for a brief moment...

We also went snorkeling, but honestly, the sea and the fish were not beautiful at all!!! It was no different from Waikiki Beach.

I participated in the recommended plan with a barbecue lunch, but I would recommend the early morning plan with a snack breakfast instead. The snorkeling felt like it was just added on to raise the price, and I felt like I lost out.

Since the sunburn was intense, I highly recommend taking thorough precautions against it.

ＴＶが綺麗に映していただけなのか、このツアーがはずれだったのか・・・わかりませんが。

お昼に参加なので胸くらいまで水がきてました。サンドって感じはしなかったなぁ。
日程にウミガメスポットが含まれていますが、そのような案内はなく、船の中がざわついたなと思ったらウミガメがいたという感じです。
しかもほんの一瞬しかみれませんでした。。

シュノーケリングにも行きましたが、正直ぜんぜん海も魚も綺麗じゃないです！！！
ワイキキビーチと変わらないですよ～。

おすすめプラン・バーベキューランチ付きに参加しましたが、早朝プラン・スナック朝食付きをおすすめします。
シュノーケリングは本当に無理やり付けて値上げした感があって損したきぶんです。

日焼けがはんぱないので念入りに対策をおすすめします。

I was picked up around 8:30 AM. Unfortunately, we couldn't land at the sandbar because it was close to high tide, but we walked about 100 meters, and the staff took many commemorative photos for us. Since most of the participants were Japanese, I felt quite at ease. The coral was very beautiful, and snorkeling, where we also got to see sea turtles, was a lot of fun! (*^^*)

I participated with my wife and middle school children. First of all, I was impressed by how clear the water was. From the boat heading to the snorkeling point, I could see the colors of the tropical fish close to the surface. Upon arriving at the point, we first experienced the underwater scooter. A little diving required pinching my nose to equalize, but after that, it was just a matter of turning the throttle on and off. The divers adjusted the direction and distance from the surface as needed, making it easy to operate. Being close to the surface and having the divers nearby made it reassuring to enjoy the underwater experience. We had a net with pieces of bread attached to the front of the scooter, which attracted the fish. I had done experience diving and snorkeling before, but this was the first time I was surrounded by fish so closely that my view was almost blocked. The diver signaled for us to look down, and when I did, I saw a large sea turtle leisurely resting on the seabed. After finishing with the scooter, we soon boarded a rubber boat and moved to a shallow point closer to the open sea. I thought it was better described as shallow rather than a sandbar. I participated because it had been my dream since childhood to swim with wild dolphins. I had to wear a life jacket the whole time, which was a bit disappointing compared to what I imagined a dolphin swim would be like, but I was moved when I heard the dolphins' voices and when they swam right underneath me. There were also many turtles that I could see up close, which was great. I thought the first boat would have a better encounter rate, but it was full, so we took the second boat. We departed the port after eating malasadas.

It took quite a while to reach the point where the dolphins were, but since it was summer vacation, there were seven children under 12 on board. Thanks to that, we were able to try three times and see dolphins each time, which was great. To be honest, it felt more like watching the dolphins swim underwater rather than swimming with them.

I wore a long-sleeved rash guard, so I didn't rent a wetsuit, but after getting out of the water and heading to the next point, it was a bit chilly.

There was a place to store luggage under the seats on the boat, but in some spots, people got soaked from the waves.

After that, we moved to a snorkeling point where we could see turtles and tried canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding. The stand-up paddleboarding felt more like paddling calmly on the sea like a canoe rather than riding the waves, and it seemed difficult to stand on the board.

イルカのいるポイントまで随分かかりましたが、この日夏休みと言うこともあり12歳以下の子供が７人もいると言う話でしたが、おかげで３回もチャレンジして頂き３回ともイルカを見ることが出来て良かったです。
正直一緒に泳ぐと言うかは水中でイルカが泳いでいるのを見ると言った感じでした。

私は長袖のラッシュガードを着用して行ったのでウェットスーツはレンタルしませんでしたが、海から上がりまた次のポイントまで船を走らせると少し肌寒かったです。

手荷物は船の座席の下にしまう場所がありましたが場所によっては波がかかりずぶ濡れになってる人もいました。

その後カメに会えるシュノーケルポイントに移動しカヌーやスタンダップ・パドルボードに挑戦。
スタンダップパドルは波に乗ると言うよりカヌーの様に穏やかな海の上を漕ぐだけでしたがボードに立つのが難しい様でした。

そして帰りながらチーズバーガーを頂きました。途中温かいお茶やスナック菓子やジュースも出ました。

今回は３回もチャレンジしたので時間が無く着替える時間も無かったので、皆水着のままバスに乗りホテルに帰りました。
バスの中はクーラーがガンガンに効いてて寒かったです。
普段は広めのトイレで着替えるようです。

体験談の中には厳しい口調のガイドだった事も書かれていますが、私達は日本人男性のガイドさんでとても良かったです。
