We were able to encounter a large group of dolphins right after setting sail. It was such a lucky experience! The dolphins came much closer than I had expected, and I was very satisfied. However, there were a lot of people in one group, and many were not familiar with snorkeling, which made movement a bit difficult. It was also challenging with many people splashing around and kicking up water.

That said, I was able to hear the dolphins' ultrasonic sounds and swim with sea turtles, making it a very valuable experience. The guide and the photographer were all wonderful, and I enjoyed the entire trip without getting bored! The hospitality of the staff was also outstanding!

We went to Hawaii for our honeymoon, and at my wife's request, we participated in a sandbar tour. Due to the weather, there was no sandy beach, and we were constantly submerged up to our waists in water, but the clear sea and the impressive view of Kualoa made us feel like we were part of nature. The staff were Japanese, and all the announcements were in Japanese. Because of that, all about 20 guests were also Japanese. In that sense, the feeling of being in Hawaii might be slightly diminished.

The tour boat was surrounded by sea turtles and fish that resembled porcupinefish, allowing us to take plenty of photos up close! We also enjoyed snorkeling and paddleboarding, which was a lot of fun.

天候の関係か、砂浜はなく常に腰くらいまで水に浸かっている感じでしたが

On the day of the tour, the water level was up to my thighs even in shallow areas. However, the staff's hospitality and the luxurious meals showed various considerations for Japanese guests. After boarding, we were served drinks and donuts, and there was an all-you-can-eat lunch during the tour, which was satisfying.

It seems there are many similar tours to the same location, but I'm glad I chose this one even though it was a bit more expensive.

The bus driver for the round trip didn't seem to speak Japanese. On the way there, he explained the overall flow and the consent form in English, but I couldn't catch it well. There was consideration to ensure the air conditioning in the vehicle wasn't too cold, which made it feel a bit hot instead.

It's a pity that I couldn't see any turtles. There's nothing that can be done about that. I would like to participate again.

往復のバスの運転手さんは日本語が出来ない方のようでした。往路で英語で全体の流れと承諾書記入の説明をされましたが、よく聞き取れませんでした。車内の冷房が冷えすぎないようにという配慮があり、逆に暑いくらいでした。

亀が見られなかったのが残念です。こればかりは仕方ないですね。また参加してみたいです。

The price and content are about the same. However, the round trip bus drive to the destination was surprisingly enjoyable. Many people were sleeping on the bus ride back... It had a different Hawaiian feel compared to downtown Honolulu, and I thought it was nice to be swayed on the bus.

However, since a middle-aged couple participated, I wished they would refrain from calling each other "papa" and "mama." It brought me back to reality all at once.

I participated in this tour on my honeymoon. Although I couldn't see any dolphins during the first two tries, I was able to see them swimming slowly in a pod up close during the next two attempts. I also saw rays and sea turtles, and it was an amazing experience to witness the sea turtles surfacing for air.

Listening to Alisa made me want to maintain an eco-friendly lifestyle even after returning from Hawaii.

The wind was strong and it was cold on the boat, so I recommend renting a wetsuit. I have participated in two other dolphin tours in the past, where I was able to buy disposable underwater cameras at the wetsuit rental location, but this time we didn't stop at such a store. If you want to use a disposable underwater camera, I think it would be good to purchase one in advance at an ABC Store or similar. However, on this tour, the photographer Michael took a lot of great photos of all the participants, as well as beautiful shots of the dolphins and sea turtles, so it was more than enough. Since you can focus on snorkeling rather than taking pictures, I think a camera is unnecessary if you join this tour.

過去に2回他のイルカツアーに参加したことがあるのですが、その際はウエットスーツをレンタルする場所で使い捨ての水中カメラを購入することができましたが、今回はそのような店舗に寄ることはなかったので、使い捨ての水中カメラを使用されたい場合は、事前にABCストアなどで購入して参加すると良いかと思います。ただこのツアーでは、カメラマンのマイケルが、参加者全員の写真をまんべんなくたくさん撮ってくれており、またイルカやウミガメの写真もとてもキレイに撮影されており、十分でした。写真を撮ることよりシュノーケルに集中できるので、このツアーに参加される場合はカメラは不要かなと思います。

We were able to see dolphins and turtles up close, and we even got to take pictures with them. I thought my 5-year-old son might find it difficult, but with the gentle encouragement and guidance from the staff, he was able to go into the water and see them too.

The Japanese female staff on-site were kind and provided information on how to get to Lanikai Beach and the hills to be careful of while biking.

As everyone else has mentioned, the lunch pizza was very large and delicious.

We participated as a family of three. Since we were staying at Hilton Village, we were scheduled to be picked up at 5 AM, but after waiting for a little over 15 minutes, I started to worry a bit, but we were able to meet up safely. Our 5-year-old daughter also joined, and she slept soundly in the car (laughs). Shortly after boarding the boat and moving to the spot, we finally spotted the dolphins! A large group of dolphins swam right beneath our feet. I was a bit worried about having the youngest participant, but my daughter was super excited!! After that, we also got to see turtles, and we experienced kayaking and paddleboarding, making it a very satisfying day. The staff members were always cheerful, and we were able to enjoy a fun atmosphere throughout. I definitely want to go again! ♪

It was like a dream to see wild dolphins passing underneath and in front of me!! It felt like I was swimming with them, and it was so much fun! It reminded me of when I was a child and wanted to become a dolphin trainer after seeing dolphins at the aquarium. I thought to myself that this is what it means to have a lifetime of youth and excitement! We participated as a family of four. I wondered if we could really swim with wild dolphins as we departed the port at 7:30. Contrary to my expectations, we quickly encountered a pod of dolphins. We got ready and dove into the sea with the kids. About 10 to 15 dolphins swam slowly beneath us, and our whole family was moved. The dolphin swim was surprisingly short, and I wished we could swim longer, but when we got back on the boat, I was shocked at how tired I felt. I realized that amount of time was just right. After the dolphins, we swam with sea turtles. We encountered them right away, and the kids were thrilled to see them up close. We tried hard to take our own photos, but it turned out to be surprisingly difficult, and we didn't get good shots. Instead, I was very satisfied to purchase the data from a professional photographer for $50. The staff and the director were very polite, and we had a great time throughout. This must have been an unforgettable experience for the kids (and of course for the adults too). Personally, I think this tour is definitely worth participating in.

I'm a repeat visitor. It's wild, so it's understandable, but this time I saw the least number of dolphins. They were far away and didn't come close. It's disappointing.
Due to the waves, I couldn't experience stand-up paddleboarding either.
It seems they made the boat larger, and it was two stories. I feel like the number of people on board hasn't changed, but going up and down is a bit of a hassle. I got to see colorful fish, and at the end of the tour, I even met a sea turtle. It swam right towards me, so I could see its face perfectly. It had such cute eyes. It was a very busy schedule with a morning tour and returning home in the afternoon, but I was picked up separately from the other participants and was able to return to the hotel earlier than planned. I really appreciated that consideration.

I was lucky enough to encounter four sea turtles while traveling by boat. I've seen sea turtles on the beach before, but it was my first time seeing them swimming gracefully in the ocean. I also had an early encounter with dolphins and experienced how they gather in such large numbers.

The staff was energetic and worked hard to boost the participants' spirits from early in the morning, creating a fun atmosphere throughout the tour. It felt great to see the effort put into making the entire tour enjoyable, not just focusing on the main purpose of seeing dolphins, but also ensuring a pleasant experience from the bus ride to the end of the tour.

I want to go again! I'm also curious about the manta ray tour. Maybe next year?

I participated with my elementary and high school sons as a family. Shortly after boarding the boat, we were told that dolphins were nearby. We tried twice and were able to see many dolphins. There was even a baby dolphin in the pod, which was adorable. Later, we moved to a different spot for snorkeling where we saw sea turtles and various fish, and the kids were very excited. The cheeseburger we had on the boat was very delicious. It was a thoroughly satisfying tour.
