Snorkeling was amazing as I got to see dolphins and turtles! The light snacks were delicious, and I had a great time swaying on the boat while enjoying the views of the mountains and the sea. However, when I sat in the very back seat of the bus on the way there, a huge amount of water dripped down from above and I got soaked. The instructors were very cheerful and fun, which was really great!!!

When we arrived at the port and got off the shuttle bus, a veteran staff member, who apparently was in charge of middle school groups, abruptly announced that he would be switching places with the guide in charge of university groups. This surprised guide B, who was in charge of the university group. This staff member, although Japanese, has been in Hawaii for so long that he seems to have lost touch with the sensibilities of Japanese travelers, making him come off as annoying to those visiting from Japan.

Because of the sudden change in responsibility, the questions we had from the bus were not passed on, and despite having communicated that we were not confident swimmers, we were left unattended. It was mentioned that there would be souvenirs, but neither adults nor children received anything. We opted for the package that included snorkeling, SUP, and canoeing, but it only lasted about 20 minutes. At this rate, we might as well have gone with the middle school option. The difference in price was wasted.

We did see dolphins, but that was just due to good timing and not because of this company. Next time, I will choose a different tour company.

We woke up at 5 AM and participated as a family of three. After about an hour's ride on the bus, we moved to the point where the dolphins are located by boat. To see the dolphins, we had to follow the instructor's directions and move back and forth from the shore to the open sea multiple times, which was suddenly tiring. It felt like a physical education class.

The sea was beautiful, and we saw many dolphins, so it was enjoyable, but my wife got seasick and was exhausted in the second half. If you're okay with boats and the sea, I think it's an activity you can enjoy thoroughly.

However, this tour was really amazing! I got to swim close to sea turtles and even encountered a sleeping one, which made me want to join again next time. The food was good, and the guides were all kind and funny, plus they spoke Japanese perfectly, so I think it's even better for those who might feel anxious about being away from home.

It was incredibly moving to see dolphins up close! There was someone in the tour group who couldn't see the dolphins, so they kept searching until that person could see them, and in the end, everyone was able to see the dolphins.
We also got to see sea turtles up close, which was another amazing experience.
The guide and crew made various efforts to entertain the participants, and I think it was a very satisfying tour.

However, the meals were really just light snacks, so if you eat a lot, you might prefer a tour that includes more substantial meals.

By the way, babies can also join the tour, but be careful as it can get quite bumpy on the way to the points, and you might get splashed with seawater.

This was my first time using the service.
The night before, the winds in Waikiki were strong, and I was worried about the sea conditions, but since it was on the west side, I participated in the early morning tour, and the visibility was excellent.
We were able to have a rendezvous with dolphins and sea turtles, and the kids were very satisfied with the tour.
As expected, the winds picked up on the way back, so while it requires an early wake-up, I think the early morning tour is recommended.

Our activity was rescheduled by the company for a 3 days later which we received a gift for our inconvenience. When we arrived we quickly realized that there were going to be many people going. I was expecting a much smaller group. Our family of 5 decided to ride on the upper deck and had the best time. Our main guide was Oliver who was very friendly and funny. He made our experience very enjoyable. The entire crew was friendly as well. The Captain proceeded to try to find dolphins. Much to our dismay he was unable to locate them but he drove all over trying his best to locate them. With the changes in the water with the hurricane 1300 miles away the dolphins had retreated to deeper waters. This didn't take away from our very fun experience. We were able to snorkel for a good amount of time where we did see a turtle. Other water activities were available as well. There were 2 photographers on board.. 1 which was in the water as well. We were fed lunch very efficiently and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. We were treated to 2 hula dancers which was a lot of fun. I would recommend this experience to anyone. A great
crew and a fun adventure!

I had an awesome time snorkeling and would highly recommend the tour. I am not a strong swimmer and was somewhat anxious about the experience. To calm my fears, Cheiko held my hand for the majority of the tour which allowed me to relax and to challenge myself to let go and enjoy the moment. I felt safe and was able to accomplish a personal goal, especially since I love adventure. What a thrilling ride! My nephew accompanied me who had the time of his life as well!

The weather had been nice, so I was looking forward to it, but the water clarity wasn't very high. Okinawa and Guam are much prettier. I did encounter a sea turtle, but due to the low water clarity, I couldn't see it very clearly. There were some fish, but it didn't feel like there were many.

I had a wonderful half-day at the dreamlike sandbar, even though I was a bit anxious about bringing my baby. Everyone was very friendly, and I truly enjoyed the experience!

I was thrilled to swim with the sea turtles that come to work every day (laughs). They were so friendly, and my child was excited when a turtle came close and touched me!

The snorkeling took us to some really deep spots, but for small children, they provided large boogie boards with windows (for a fee) to take them along. They also made sure that both parents could participate separately, showing great attention to detail so that everyone could enjoy their time.

Even if you're not confident in swimming, there are other activities available (like paddle boarding), and it's a great recommendation for those who want to try a little bit of everything—walking on the sandbar, snorkeling, and swimming with the sea turtles! The lunch was delicious too (^ - ^).

Although the calendar indicated low tide, we couldn't walk on the beach, so I might have misunderstood how to read it, or perhaps it was just a low tide that didn't expose the sand. Also, it was just before the jellyfish warning period, but we did see a few jellyfish. It's nature, so that's a bit tricky.

All in all, it was a fun experience! Thank you!

シュノーケリングも、すごく深いところを行くのですが、小さな子供は窓がついた大きなビート板のようなもの（有料）に載せて連れていけたり、両親がそれぞれで参加できるように配慮してくださっていたり、参加した人が皆楽しんで帰れるような細やかな気配りが随所感じられて素晴らしかったです。
泳ぎに自信がなくても他に遊ぶ道具（パドルボート？とか）があったりしますし、サンドバーを歩いてみたい、シュノーケリングもちょっとしたい、他のアクティビティにも興味があるし、海亀さんとも泳ぎたい！！という、あれこれ少しずつ体験したい方にオススメです！お昼ご飯も美味しかったです(^-^)
カレンダーでは引き潮っぽかったのに砂浜は歩けませんでしたので、カレンダーの見方を間違えたのか、引き潮でも砂浜の出ない引き具合だったのか。あと、くらげ注意のギリギリ手前の日程だったのですが、少しくらげがいました。自然のことなので、その辺は難しいですね。

Overall this was not one of the better snorkel experiences. The boat was too crowded, with 61 snorkelers. The right size for the boat should have been about 40. Especially crowded at the start where people were not allowed on the top deck when leaving port.

The crew try their best to provide a good time. They are energetic and enthusiastic.

Food option was another issue. Basically you get either a cheeseburger or veggie cheeseburger. No other choices. I hate cheese. Since food is pre-made, there is no opportunity for a simple hamburger. Drinks are either water or watered down lemonade, served in tiny cups. Should have had more variety and larger cups. You also can get a bag of chips.

Swimming with the dolphin is basically everyone jump in the water, look down to see a couple dolphins swim by, and then jump right back in the boat.

Snorkeling was not rushed, but the site did not have many fish or varieties of fish.

Water slide was fun. Much more fun than snorkeling.

A breathtaking spot often seen in TV shows and guidebooks! I wanted to go to the sandbar, so I signed up.
It was definitely the right choice! I highly recommend it!!
On my boat, Justin kept the energy up and it was a lot of fun. I tend to get seasick, so I took some motion sickness medication before joining. It didn't rock too much, so it wasn't a problem. The lunch on the boat was delicious too!
The sandbar had cloudy skies with occasional sunny breaks, and I took a lot of photos.
It would have been even better if it had been clear!
I had a great time snorkeling and paddleboarding.
I even got to see a sea turtle!!

This was my first time participating with my mother and my children, aged 3 and 7. I thought my 3-year-old might not be able to handle the dolphin swimming, but when we arrived at the spot, everyone dove into the sea! The 3-year-old was held by a staff member and got to see dolphins and sea turtles, and even ride on a paddleboard, which made them incredibly happy! The staff were all friendly and kept the kids entertained. We encountered dozens of dolphins, many sea turtles, and even baby turtles, making it the best day of our lives. There was a bit of trouble with the operating company at the meeting point. We arrived at the meeting location more than five minutes before the scheduled time. Since we had minimal luggage and didn't have our smartphones, we had no choice but to return to the hotel, where we received a call from the operating company... They said they had come to pick us up at the meeting point but since we weren't there, we could no longer participate in the tour.

Actually, the bus we chased after was a different bus picking up Western guests, while Japanese guests were supposed to be picked up by a smaller van (a plain white bus without the operating company's name or logo), which apparently arrived quite late on the day of the tour. Despite this, the operating company said, "Since this is a cancellation on your part, we cannot issue a refund. If you want to participate, please take a taxi to the harbor." I thought it was unreasonable to ask us to take a taxi to a location that takes an hour by car, and when I expressed my frustration asking, "Is this really our responsibility???" they reluctantly agreed to send someone to pick us up.

On the morning of the tour, a confirmation call was made to the hotel, but the staff member was not fluent in Japanese and did not provide detailed information during the prior call. Therefore, I recommend confirming what kind of bus will come to pick you up on the day of the tour.

Once we got on the boat, I thought the staff members were very kind and helpful. There were also staff members who spoke Japanese fluently. Regarding clothing, I wore a rash guard and tights, and I think that was sufficient without needing to rent a wetsuit (the rental wetsuits are short types). As for belongings, you should definitely borrow a bath towel from the hotel and bring it with you. It can get a bit chilly on the way back, so it's better to take off wet rash guards and dry off with the bath towel before putting on a dry shirt.

実は我々が追いかけたバスは、欧米人客を拾っていく別便のバスで、日本人客はそれよりは小さいバンのようなバス（運営会社名もロゴもない、真っ白なバスです）が拾っていくことになってたらしいのですが、当日それが待ち合わせ時間よりもかなり遅れてきたのです。
・・・にも関わらず、運営会社がいうには、「そちらの都合のキャンセルなので、返金には応じられない。参加したければ、タクシーでハーバーまで来てください。」とのことでした。
車で1時間もかかるところに、タクシーで来いというのもどうかと思いますし、さすがに「それってこちらの責任なのですか？？？」と憤ったところ、渋々なんとか迎えにきてくれました。

当日の朝に確認の電話がホテルに掛かってきますが、そのときのスタッフは日本語が堪能ではなく、事前の電話でそこまで詳細な情報までは教えてはくれませんでした。
ですので、当日はどんなバスが迎えにくるのかを必ず確認された方がいいと思います。
　
船に乗ってからは、スタッフの皆さんとても親切で良かったと思います。
日本語がとても流暢なスタッフもいました。
とてもハイテンションなので、気分が悪くなるとちょっとしんどいかもしれません。
私の場合は、結構風が強かったのも原因かと思いますが、シュノーケリングは小さいお子さんは厳しいかも・・・という印象でした。
うちの子は、1回目で大泣きでダメでした。
イルカは水中で見ても、黒い影のようにしか見えないので、子供は船上で見た方がいいかもしれません。
あと水中カメラを持っていきましたが、泳ぎが得意な方でないとなかなか難しいです。
あと服装ですが、私はラッシュカードとタイツをはいて行きましたが、ウエットスーツ（貸しウエットスーツは短パンタイプです）を借りなくても、これで十分だと思いました。
荷物としては、バスタオルはホテルで借りて必ず持っていくべきでしょう。やはり帰りはちょっと寒いので、ぬれたラッシュガードなどは脱いで、バスタオルで体を拭って、乾いたシャツ等を着る方がいいと思います。

日本人が戸惑うチップですが、そんなにきっちり払っている感じはなかったです。運営会社HPのQ&Aにも書いてありますが、気持ち程度でいいと思います。

The weather was wonderful, and the color of the sea was just as I expected! I was worried if my elderly mother would enjoy it, but when we got off the boat and walked in the shallow water, she was satisfied to see sea turtles and fish up close.

I was the only one who went snorkeling, but the sea turtles came so close that I could almost reach out to them! It was a happy moment where we could gaze at each other without touching.

The sandbar was disappointing because the water level was high, but snorkeling was great as I got to see sea turtles and schools of fish. Additionally, I had the opportunity to try stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking, which made for a very fulfilling experience. The staff were all kind and entertaining, which was wonderful. Everything went smoothly from the pickup time to arrival. Renting a bicycle for $10 was a great decision. We quickly got takeout from Kimo's Pancakes. We shared it and ended up very full. The staff were kind, and we had a wonderful time at Kailua Beach. For lunch, we had plates at the hotel.
