The experience on this trip was amazing. We are avid snorkelers and love the ocean and animals so our expectations were high. The crew was friendly, fun, kind, (even when we had to be reminded of the safety rules because we got a bit excited when we saw the dolphins) professional, talented and explained the rules and safety precautions very well. We saw a large pod of dolphins as we swam in the bluest of water, sighted whales, snorkeled with tropical fish and two turtles and cruised down the gorgeous West coast listening to Hawaiian music. Magical. Group tours have there frustrations because of the number of people trying to see things at the same time but as far as group tours go this was one of the best we have done! We appreciated the Aloha we received from all the crew! You will not regret going on this trip! Mahalo to all the crew and Tommy who greeted us on the docks.

A must do! One of the most enjoyable activities on Oahu. Worth the money.

The crew was super fun and really paid attention to everyone onboard. Everyone was included in all activities while on the sandbar. I would highly recommend this specific company. They provided SUP boards, snorkels, and lead us to see the sea turtles (they were HUGE)! One of the most fun activities we had while in Oahu.

Ricki was very patient and helpful in making our (my wife & my) first time snorkeling experience so good. My wife didn't know swimming but Ricki's tips helped put her at ease and she enjoyed it as well. Due to the small group nature of the tour, fortunately there was only 2 of us and we had lots of fun. Saw lots of fishes and reef. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for beginner lessons.

Captain Woody and Jacob were very knowledgeable, engaging and personal. We wanted to snorkel for 1 -2 hours and did not need drinks and food, just a couple of relaxing hours in the water and sitting. This was very affordable and low key. The turtles did not disappoint us as we followed and observed several along with a multitude of fish.

The trip does not include flippers so we rented 2 pairs for 10.00 total from the Waikiki Dive Shop on Nahua St., a short walk away.

I have to admit that this being my first time snorkeling, I had never been so scared and nervous in my WHOLE life!!

Zola, our instructor, was extremely patient and caring throughout the entire experience. Even through I had to concentrate extremely hard with breathing and using my flippers, I was SO proud of myself and I couldn't have done it without him.

Ask for Zola for the snorkeling tour, you wont' be sorry. You will be in terrific hands!

It was an incredible downpour. Before going, I looked at many pictures of Heaven's Beach and thought that since the water was about knee-high, I could enjoy it even though I'm not a good swimmer, so I made a reservation. However, due to the heavy rain, the water level was high, and at 155 cm, I was barely able to stand on my tiptoes.

The waves were rough and murky, which was scary, so only my husband went snorkeling while I waited. I was able to enjoy paddleboarding with others who were waiting, but I had imagined a calm, clear sea with turtles swimming nearby, so I was quite disappointed.

The lunch was delicious, and the crew on the boat were nice people, but the sea in February was freezing cold, and everyone else seemed eager to go back. It was at a level that could be laughed about, so I hope to have a revenge trip someday.

Many reviews mentioned that the sea in Hawaii is cold in February, so I prepared myself for that. I visited in late February, but we were blessed with great weather and had a beautiful sandbar experience, which made it worth participating! The staff took many memorable photos of us at the sandbar, and we enjoyed a delicious barbecue until we were full, which left us very satisfied. We even encountered a honu (sea turtle) and had our first stand-up paddleboarding experience, creating wonderful honeymoon memories. 😊

It might be unavoidable at this time of year, but I really want to go during low tide! I checked the tide times and chose my schedule, but the tour didn't match the low tide, and the water level was still up to my waist. However, there is a thrill in being able to walk right in the middle of the ocean. I think it would be the best tour if you can book it during perfect conditions. I did see sea turtles and fish, at least. The tour was only with Japanese participants.

I was lucky to participate just before the travel ban to Hawaii. I was surprised to learn that dolphins can be found surprisingly close to the shore (though it might have just been that time).

Things I hope can be improved and some disappointments:
- Since I prefer renting a car during my stay, I didn't need transportation, so it would be nice to have a discount system for that.
- The term "light snack" was used, but it was more like a snack. It definitely wasn't a meal.
- I was told there would be a graduation gift, but there was no such present at all. Even a single pen would have been a nice keepsake, so it was disappointing.

イルカは意外と岸に近いところに居るもんだと、初めて知りました。(この時だけだったのかもしれませんが)
改善していただけたらと思うことや、残念だったこと。

I used this service for my first tour after arriving in Hawaii. It was amazing, just as I expected. Since it was only Japanese tourists, I felt safe and enjoyed myself. However, I went during the COVID period, so I brought my own snorkel and goggles.

I heard that you need to be able to swim to some extent for turtle watching. Hearing that made me nervous and I almost gave up, but watching the turtle watching group made me think it would be okay. I definitely recommend going even if you can't swim. I believe it will work out. I brought my snorkel and goggles but ended up not participating, which was a mistake.

While waiting for the turtle watching group, there are inflatable rings and other toys available, so don't worry. You can have plenty of fun. Also, it gets cold on the way back, so if you don't have something to wear, you might catch a cold. It's better to prepare a jacket and pants that you can wear over your swimsuit, as the bus ride back can be chilly.

ウミガメウォッチング組を待ってる間は、浮き輪など遊び道具はありますので安心してください。十分に楽しめます。
あと帰りは寒いので、羽織るものが無いと風邪引きます。
濡れても良い水着の上から着れる、上着とズボンを用意したほうが良いです。帰りのバスは寒いです。

Second time with dolphins!!

It was absolutely amazing!!! The day before we went, it took three hours to see dolphins, but on this day, we encountered a pod just 15 minutes after reaching the spot!!! We got to swim with them over and over again. It was March, but I managed to swim without a wetsuit (it might have been better if I had borrowed one??). I also got to meet the turtle instructor right away, and it was truly, truly wonderful!!!

Dolphin experiences are the best!!! ❤️❤️❤️

From various reviews, I didn't have high expectations due to the winter weather and water depth. However, on the day of the trip, it was sunny! There was no wind, and I started with an excited feeling. As we approached the sandbar and stepped into the water, it was indeed deep up to my thighs, but as we walked along the sandbar, it became shallower to around my calves, and the water was so beautiful!

After that, we went snorkeling to see the sea turtles. My husband isn't very good at swimming, so he stayed on the monitoring cruiser, watching us snorkelers from nearby. The sea turtles came close to us as if they were welcoming us. We were so considerate of the turtles that we kept a little distance from them. I was worried because the weather in the morning wasn't great, but by noon it turned into perfect sandbar weather. I even got to see a honu and swim with it, making it an amazing tour. When you participate, it's a good idea to check the wave height before making a reservation! Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy it in water that was about knee-deep.
