Thanks to Jamie and the staff's thoughtful care, I was able to enjoy myself with peace of mind. It was a strange feeling to be right in the middle of the ocean. They showed us the corals and fish underwater, and even picked up a pink sea cucumber from the ocean for us to see. The SUP after scuba diving was also fun. Additionally, I was lucky enough to spot a honu five times. Their little heads popping up for air were incredibly cute. I'm grateful to the staff for providing such a wonderful experience.

I stayed at a hotel near Kuhio Beach. I changed into my swimsuit at the hotel and took The Bus to get there. There were no particular landmarks at the meeting point, but staff appeared as the time approached. The staff spoke only English. It was a good decision to come in my swimsuit instead of changing there. The meeting point was in front of the restroom, but it was unavailable. There was a restroom on the yacht.

I took motion sickness medication based on other people's reviews, and none of my family of six experienced seasickness. The yacht, with its pink sails against the blue sky, was very beautiful. There were two staff members, who might have been brothers. They were cheerful and very kind. I was a bit anxious about not understanding English, but I felt at ease.

Since I can't swim, I borrowed a life jacket. During snorkeling, we were guided to a spot where we could see sea turtles. There is a rule that you must not approach within one meter, and if you accidentally get too close, you will be stopped. There were many beautiful fish, and I could have watched them forever. After snorkeling, before heading back to the port, we went a little east, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

After we arrived at the point, we started playing in the water, but during lunch, the tide was high, so even at a shallow point, I, being 153 cm tall, could barely touch the bottom. It's definitely important to check the tides. After playing for a while, we went snorkeling, but about half of the group stayed on the boat.

She talked a lot about Hawaii while we were on the boat and brought us drinks; she was truly a considerate tour guide. I participated in September. The staff were all very kind, and the instructions were provided in both English and Japanese, which was very considerate. I was a bit anxious since it had been a while since I went snorkeling, but they explained in detail how to put on the gear, safety tips, and what to do if water gets in, which made me feel at ease. Not only did I see dolphins (including mother and baby dolphins!), but I also got to see turtles and even some rare seals, making it a truly fulfilling trip! When I go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to experience this tour once more.

I participated in this tour for the first time in seven years. This time, I snorkeled for the first time, and I was so moved that I regretted not doing it before. I was lucky enough to encounter many fish and even saw sea turtles multiple times, which I thought would be a rare occurrence. After getting out of the water, it gets chilly, so I recommend bringing extra beach towels. There were also warm drinks available, which was very helpful. It was great that it was sunny this year after two consecutive years of cloudy weather. When it's sunny, the water is beautiful and I could see the turtles well. Unfortunately, the white sandy beach didn't appear, but I was happy to find Jamie, who took care of us last year, on the neighboring boat! This year, I was moved to see a large turtle, about the size of three adults, swimming gracefully up close! Anyway, the crew members teach us various things in Japanese, so there's nothing to worry about. We went snorkeling at an incredible spot where we saw so many turtles—it was absolutely unforgettable! When we mentioned my wife was from Puerto Rico, they immediately played music from there, which made the experience even more fun and personal. We truly enjoyed every moment and would do it again without a second thought. Highly recommended!

We went out about 30 minutes offshore to search for dolphins. The boat was a speedboat, which might be a bit confusing for those who have participated in snorkeling in places like the Okinawa islands. The snorkeling gear and life jackets were basic, so if you have your own, it's better to bring them along.

The staff were friendly, and there wasn't a photographer as mentioned in the reviews, which made for a fun experience. The Japanese staff were kind and took good care of the children! I wanted to buy some photos, but the original tour price was already quite high. I thought it would be better if the photo cost was included in the tour price, so we could board with peace of mind.

It seems that there were fewer Japanese participants, and there were many English-speaking guests, which allowed us to enjoy the overseas experience.

However, I would like to see improvements in the pickup process. A Japanese staff member came to confirm at 5:30 AM before the driver arrived, and we waited for 40 minutes. It seems there were some issues with the driver, and some Japanese guests were unable to join the tour.

I think it was a good tour since we saw dolphins three times.

I don't think all hotels have the same 5:30 AM pickup, so I would appreciate adjustments to the timing and more reliable pickups.

スタッフの方はノリが良く、口コミにあったようなカメラマンさんは居なくて楽しく過ごせました。日本人のスタッフさんは、子ども達にも優しく面倒見てくださいました！写真買いたかったけど、元のツアー代もまあまあするし、高いなあと。それならいっそツアー代金に組み込んでくれたら安心して乗り込めるのにとも思いました。

かなり日本人の方の参加は少なくなっているようで英語圏の方が多く、それはそれで海外を楽しむことができました。

ただ、、、ピックアップの仕方は改良求めます。先に日本人スタッフの方が5時半に確認に来られてからドライバーさんが来ますが、40分待ちました。ドライバーさんのミス？でピックアップしてもらえず、ツアーに参加できなかった日本人の方もいるようです。

3回イルカにも会えたしいいツアーだと思います。

どのホテルも同じ5時半ピックアップはないと思うので、時間の調整や確実なピックアップをお願いしたいです。

I joined a tour because I wanted to see wild dolphins. Right after we set sail, we encountered a pod of spinner dolphins, and they swam alongside the boat for a long time, jumping several times. The natural dolphin show was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and taught us a lot about Hawaii. It was quite cold when we returned after snorkeling, so I really appreciated the warm drink they provided. I was hoping there would be a hot water shower, but unfortunately, there wasn't.

I saw many comments about seasickness, so I took motion sickness medication beforehand and participated. However, the time to reach the sea turtle spot was shorter than I had imagined, and the rocking of the boat wasn't too severe. When we arrived at the spot, each person jumped into the sea, but before that, they checked our snorkeling masks.

We participated with two children, aged 10 and 7, and three adults. There were only two Japanese couples in our group, along with people from France, Canada, and South Korea, making it a multicultural experience. They asked if we were okay with English, and when I replied that I could understand a little, they kindly gathered the Japanese group and earnestly explained safety points while reading from their smartphones in Japanese. I was really touched by their effort!

The children, who were snorkeling for the first time, were a bit anxious at first, but just five minutes in, they were having so much fun! I was a bit anxious about whether I would really get to see sea turtles, but I was thrilled to see several of them up close. The staff also entered the water and would point out where the turtles were when they found them. In fact, it's better to take off the mask they provide and see the turtles with your bare eyes as they come up to the surface multiple times.
