They took us to a great snorkeling spot off of Electric Beach, the captain took us to see a pod of dolphins too!

After a quick safety briefing, we headed out from Ko Olina into the cerulean waters of the Pacific with nothing but a sunny cloudless sky above us. I immediately made my way to the bow of the boat so I could have a totally unobstructed view of the western coast of Oahu and the feeling of the ocean mist as it sprayed on us felt divine!

Soon after we hit the open water, the captain informed us that a pod of Hawaiian spinner had been spotted a little ways up the coast, so before we went snorkeling, our we all got to see these dolphins in action.

Spinner dolphins are actually nocturnal creatures, so they go out into deeper waters during the evening to hunt and eat, and then they come back into the shallower coastal waters during the day to relax. I participated on April 29th. The weather was very nice, perfect for a tour day. We went out to the ocean by boat, and after a short walk, we reached a sandbar, but in reality, the water was up to our calves. It seems to depend on the season and the tides, so I think it's a good idea to check that beforehand. After coming out of the water, we went snorkeling, but it was quite cold, so I recommend bringing plenty of towels or something to wrap around you. They advised that those with health issues or children should refrain from snorkeling, and due to the depth, about 20% of the participants were just observing. It was fun to see many sea turtles, but I think considering these factors will lead to a more satisfying tour experience.

I had booked a helicopter tour, but it was canceled due to an accident where a helicopter crashed a few days ago. While looking for an alternative tour, I heard from a friend in Hawaii that Captain Bruce's tour was interesting, so I decided to join. Unfortunately, the sound bar was at high tide, which was disappointing, but the BBQ prepared by the staff on the boat was incredibly delicious—absolutely the best!!! I encountered several sea turtles and got great photos (see photo reference). The snorkeling was fantastic, with tropical fish, sea turtles, and large pufferfish... On the way back, Captain Bruce and his wife provided transportation and shared many interesting stories. Overall, I was very satisfied with the guides and the staff's service.

I participated on March 27, 2007.
The weather was cloudy with occasional rain and sunshine.
We set sail aiming for the sandbar!
The staff kept us entertained with their talks, so we never got bored.
At the sandbar, we first went for a walk!
There was a brief moment of sunshine, but it was short-lived.
If the weather had been better, I think it would have been even more amazing with the white coral sand and the sunlight reflecting off the water.
Next, we went snorkeling!
They kindly lent a wetsuit to my second-grade son, who was trying it for the first time, and taught him how to enjoy it.
We were able to see many fish near the sandbar.
Then, there was a BBQ on the boat!
While we were playing at the sandbar, the staff prepared the food, and as soon as we returned from snorkeling, delicious BBQ was waiting for us. There were other dishes prepared as well, and we were completely full.
Finally, we went to the turtle spot!
Unfortunately, we couldn't go snorkeling this time, but they helped us search until the last person was able to see a turtle, which is not easy to find.
It's a unique experience, and it's a tour that people of all ages, from the elderly to small children, can participate in with peace of mind!

サンドバーでは、まず散歩！

私たちが、サンドバーで遊んでいるうちにスタッフが料理をしてくれていて、シュノーケリングから帰ってきたらすぐに
美味しいBQQが待ってました。ほかの料理も用意されていておなかいっぱいになりました。
最後にカメのスポットへ！
今回は残念ながらシュノーケリングは出来ませんでしたが、なかなか見つからないカメを最後の一人が見れるまで探してくれました。
なかなか、体験できないことですが、年寄りから、小さい子供まで安心して参加できるツアーですよ！
あとは、天気次第ですね。...

I was really looking forward to the heavenly sea! The sandbar!
The weather was great on the day, and the sea was emerald green!!!

Taking photos at the sandbar was fun, but what was even better was snorkeling with the sea turtles.

船に戻ってからもたくさんの海がめを見ることができて、
本当に満足したツアーでした。
なんとこのツアー、海がめ遭遇率９９．９％だそうですよ！すごい☆

The scenery was so stunning that it looked like something out of a gravure idol photo book or a travel brochure, with a blue sky and blue sea. Due to the rainy season, I felt a bit of chill, but thanks to the kind and fun guidance of staff member YASUKO, my whole family was able to truly appreciate the wonders of Hawaii and the enjoyment of the activities (^^). It was unimaginable to think we could reach the sandy beach by boat, even though we were so far from land.

At lunch afterward, we were surprised by an incredible BBQ that exceeded our expectations (ノ゜？゜)ノ. After the meal, we finally embarked on the sea turtle watching tour by boat... I was so moved by the sea turtles popping up here and there when suddenly, about 20 meters away, I spotted some dorsal fins... (゜＿゜i) Oh no... I thought, "Is that a shark? (＠Д＠;)" but to my surprise, it was a manta ray! (⌒▽⌒;) For us, who are passionate about diving, the manta ray is the ultimate dream! Even staff member YASUKO got caught up in the excitement over the manta rays. Sorry, sea turtles (^∧^).

We experienced a double and triple joy. If we go to Hawaii again, this is definitely an activity we want to do again (^^).

This time, we participated as a family of four. We were able to see whales, and as the tour name suggests, we got to swim with dolphins. I was impressed by the staff's service, as they even caught a sea turtle and showed it to us up close. Their effort to make sure we had a good time was evident. My son was thrilled and excited. My wife and daughter suffered from seasickness, but it seems they still enjoyed the fun atmosphere. I want to thank everyone, including the captain. When I signed up, the cost felt a bit high, but after participating, I think it was reasonable for what we experienced.

当日、お天気は曇りで少し肌寒かったのですがイルカちゃんにはバッチリ会うことが出来ました。イルカと一緒に泳いで・・・8歳になる下の娘なんかはシュノーケルをくわえたまんま｢スゴーイ！イルカと泳いでる~！！｣の連発。イルカに夢中の我が家の娘に合せてくれたのか、イルカとの時間をたくさん取ってもらえました。本当に楽しかったし、癒される体験でした。その後のハワイ滞在中も「イルカ行きたい！」と毎日言われ、日本に帰ってからも「イルカが一番楽しかった！」と、17歳の上の娘も言っています。次回のハワイも是非参加させていただきます！！サーファーの主人はマカハに置き去りにして・・・。
最後になりましたが、ユリ子さん、キャプテン、ピーチャン、カイ、ジャスミン、アダム、スタッフの皆さん大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました！！

I've been to Hawaii many times, but when you venture to places that can only be accessed through tours, you encounter breathtaking views and experiences you've never seen before!!
