I have always wanted to swim with dolphins, and this tour made it happen! The staff member (the principal of Dolphin Middle School) was bright and very friendly, sharing valuable information about Hawaii while we were in the car, making the ride enjoyable.

Once on board, the captain communicated with other boats via radio to get information about dolphin sightings, and we moved around in pursuit of them. This added to the excitement and made it fun.

When we finally encountered a pod of dolphins and got to swim with them, it was thrilling and moving! Moreover, we were lucky enough to encounter them twice, and we even got to swim with sea turtles. The sea turtles had beautiful eyes and their movements were adorable! The ocean and sky were both beautiful, and I was very satisfied with the experience.

スタッフのお姉さん（イルカ中学の校長先生）は明るくて、とても気さくな方で移動の車中でもハワイのガイドをためになる生情報を入れながら楽しく話していただけました。
乗船してからはイルカ出没ポイントの情報を船長さん？が他の船の方から無線で連絡をもらいながら、イルカを追って、あちこち移動。これも臨場感があって、楽しかったです。

We participated in the afternoon session with our family of three, including our 2-year-old. First, I recommend checking the website for low tide days and making a reservation. Since it wasn't low tide this time, even in the shallowest areas, the water reached about our bottoms, and we couldn't see the beautifully exposed sandbar as in the photos. The weather was also quite cloudy, so when we got fully wet, it felt particularly cold when we got out. For those who are sensitive to the cold, I recommend keeping your upper body dry. Still, we were able to see sea turtles swimming near the boat, and if you're lucky, they might come close to you. The sea was beautiful, and we were quite satisfied. The food was delicious too. Small children cannot participate in snorkeling after landing on the sandbar (an adult must accompany the child), but we didn't get bored as we could eat first or watch turtles from the boat. It’s incredibly soothing. The endless horizon, the white sandy beach, the sound of the waves, the townscape—everything is just perfect. I only had time to visit Kailua Beach, but the guide mentioned that Lanikai has its own unique charm as well. Next time I go, I’d like to make the trip to Lanikai.
Most of the staff are Japanese, but almost all the foreign staff are fluent in Japanese, so you can participate with peace of mind.

On September 20th, our family of four, including a 4-year-old and an 8-year-old, participated in the morning session. After coming out of the sea, it was a bit chilly, so we needed something to cover ourselves. The staff explained everything in Japanese, which made it easy to understand. They provided life jackets for the kids, so there was no need to worry even if they couldn't swim. The DVD they filmed for a fee was well-edited and became a wonderful family memory. After taking plenty of photos at the sandbar, we returned to the boat for lunch. This was satisfying. We had sandwiches, salad, fruit, and cookies, which were quite filling. The tour organizers also offer photos for an additional fee, and you can receive the data that evening.

After a break, it was finally time for snorkeling. Despite the cold and strong winds causing some people to give up, I managed to return to the boat safely thanks to the support of the instructor, but I was filled with fear due to the high waves.

サンドバーでひとしきり写真を撮ったあとは、船に戻り、ランチタイムです。
これは満足でした。
サンドイッチやサラダ、フルーツ、クッキーボリューミーです。
写真はツアー主催者側でも別料金で写真を映してくれます。
データとして当日の晩には渡してもらえます。

一息ついて、いよいよシュノーケリング。
寒さと、強風でリタイヤ者の出る中、なんとかインストラクターのサポートのおかげで無事には船に戻れましたが、波も高く恐怖感でいっぱいでした。

天候にかなり左右されるツアーだと実感しました。
時間的には丁度良いと思います。

I participated last October and personally found the seawater to be very cold, so this time, since it was September, I was really looking forward to it. Last time I joined the afternoon session, but this time I discovered the different charm of the morning session.

The result was... rain. While Waikiki was sunny, once we crossed the mountain, it was pouring rain (laughs). Before even worrying about the cold seawater, I was soaked and freezing! I was a bit anxious that it might get canceled, but we set sail in the rain! We did some turtle watching in light rain and saw about 2 or 3 turtles. By the time we arrived at the sandbar, it was raining even more. We went out in our swimsuits, but it was cold! Some people on the tour were smartly wearing jackets while walking on the sandbar. I thought that was the right choice. When the sunlight peeked through the clouds, it felt really nice. The seawater was warmer than last year, which was a bit of relief amidst the cold rain on my upper body.

Next was snorkeling. What surprised me was how the sea turtles were unusually friendly! They are protected by law and should never be touched, but they actually came up to us (laughs). While snorkeling, they swam alongside us the whole time, and it was truly a precious experience!

Despite the on-and-off rain and feeling cold, it ultimately became a wonderful memory for me and my two friends!!!

結果は.....雨。。。ワイキキは晴れていましたが、山を越えるとすっかりどしゃぶりでした（笑　海水が冷たいとかいう以前に雨にぬれて凄く寒いっ。もしかして中止になるのかと少々不安になりましたが、雨の中出航！！やや小雨の中海亀ウォッチング。2~3匹見れました。サンドバーに着いた頃にはさらに雨。。。水着で繰り出しましたが、寒い！！ツアーの中にはしっかり上着を着てサンドバーを歩いている方もいました。正解だと思いました。途中雲の隙間から太陽の光が出てきたときはとても気持ち良かったです。肝心な海水は去年より温かく、雨で上半身が寒い中少し助かりました。続いてはシュノーケル。ここで驚いたのが異常にに人に寄り付いてくるウミガメがっ！？法律で守られていて決して触ってはいけないとされているカメですが、むしろ向こうからぶつかってきます（笑　シュノーケル中、終始一緒に泳ぎ、それはそれは貴重な体験をさせていただきました！
降ったり止んだりな雨の中、寒い思いもしましたが、結果的に友達2人でとても良い思い出になりました！！！

The summer-only early morning course follows this flow: "Boat → Walk on the sandbar → Snorkeling → Breakfast."

However, it can be quite cold in the morning. Once you get into the water, it's manageable, but due to the strong wind, it can be quite uncomfortable when you come out wet. Even without that, if you go with a summer mindset, it feels chilly. (At one point, all the participants were hesitant.)

Make sure to bring something to protect against the wind, or you can borrow a wetsuit.

Also, you need to pay attention to the tides, as there can be times when the water level is quite high.

あるいは防水ケースを持参。

懐いているウミガメがいるらしく、
ウミガメには結構会える雰囲気。
（今回も、間近にきてくれました）


値段はやや高めの設定な気はしますが、
総じて良いツアーだと思います。

I confirmed my reservation in Waikiki, and it was fine to do so in Japanese. They even gave me a morning call early on the day of my arrival.

I participated alone, but both the crew and other guests were friendly, so I highly recommend it!

I took motion sickness medication before departure, and I didn't feel sick at all on the boat or in the pickup van, so it's a must for those who are worried about it. In fact, about two people got seasick on the boat and couldn't go snorkeling with the dolphins.

Since we were dealing with wild dolphins, I thought it would depend on luck, but a mother dolphin and her five calves swam slowly around us! It was a lucky day because the water was very clear!

We moved to another spot and snorkeled among about eight sea turtles! The taro bread hamburger for lunch was also quite delicious!

We were able to return to Waikiki by noon, so I highly recommend it!

野生のイルカ相手だから、運もあるだろうとおもってましたが、5頭のイルカの親子が私達の周りを本当にゆっくり泳いでくれました！その日は水も透明度の高い日だったのでラッキーでした！
ポイント移動して、ウミガメが8頭くらいいる中でシュノーケルしました！
ランチのタロイモブレッドのハンバーガーもなかなか美味しかったです！
昼にはワイキキに戻ってこれたので、オススメです！

The image of the sandbar had me expecting a lot, but when I actually set foot on the sandbar... it felt just like a shallow area? I think it's best to participate with slightly lower expectations. The photos that are often shared are a bit too impressive (ﾟｰﾟ; However, the location is amazing! The sea stretches as far as the eye can see, and it's beautiful. There were many other tour participants, but it didn't feel crowded, and I was able to enjoy myself. Unfortunately, the snorkeling visibility was low, possibly due to the season, but it was still a valuable experience. The Japanese guide's stories and atmosphere were very pleasant. I was really able to see it up close! If the water had been a bit clearer, I think it would have felt like I was in a dream world. Unfortunately, it was a bit cloudy, and I really regretted not borrowing a wetsuit. It was very cold.

My wife was feeling a bit unwell from the start, got motion sickness on the bus, and seemed quite uncomfortable on the boat, but she felt a little better once we got into the water. However, she still felt seasick while snorkeling in the cold water with the life jacket on.

行きの社内でDVDが流れていましたが、見ている人は少なく、皆寝ていました。
現地に着くと、先にフラダンスをやるという事で傍の原っぱにて衣装を借りて皆で踊りました。あっという間でしたが説明もわかりやすく楽しかったです。

他の方達含め、元気が良いのはここまでです。

船に乗り、イルカポイントに到着するも他の船も何隻か待っていて自分達の番が来るのをひたすら待ちました。その間に何回かイルカの群れを見ました。スピンもしていたし、子供イルカも居ました。
ガイドさんの指示を待って海に入りましたが、群れはあっという間に行ってしまいました。船上では何度も見れましたが、海の中では一瞬見れただけでした。
この後、今度はシュノーケルポイントに向かいましたが、この辺りで船酔いする人が出てきて、自分もちょっと嫌な予感はしましたが、船上に居るよりは良いと思いシュノーケルしました。ガイドさんについていくとウミガメを発見、野生のウミガメには感動しました。魚も悠々と泳いでいて感動です。
しかし、雲行きがあまり良くなかったせいか体が冷えてきて、限界まで泳ぎましたが早めに船に上がり、その後は襲ってきた船酔いと寒さでずっとうずくまっていました。
さっきまで元気だった周りの方達も半分以上酔っていたようで、手作りハンバーガーもチップスもお持ち帰りしました。船を下りると、本当に不思議なことにケロっと船酔いが治り私は車内でハンバーガーを頬張っていましたが旦那さんは本当に辛そうでした　笑
イルカと泳ぐ夢は叶いませんでしたが、全体的に良い体験でした。　酔い止め必須です。

Last time, I signed up for a different tour, but I was just desperately swimming after dolphins and hardly saw any. With Dolphin You, the captain predicts the dolphins' movements and takes you to the right spots, so I was able to see the pods without chasing them around. Also, the life vests allow you to adjust the air yourself, so those confident in swimming can dive, which made it a lot of fun. My 8-year-old daughter, who is good at swimming, was crying because she wanted to use an adult vest instead of a child-sized one, and Shanti kindly comforted her and switched it to an adult vest. I was very satisfied as I was able to see many dolphins during all three tries. At the turtle point, we were allowed to snorkel slowly, and I was able to swim with 4 to 5 turtles for a long time. This tour is truly filled with consideration for making guests enjoy themselves, and I was moved by that. It was completely different from the previous dolphin tour and other tours, as I always felt that they prioritized the guests. 前回は別のツアーに申し込んだのですが、イルカを追いかけて必死に泳いでいるだけで、ほとんど姿をみられませんでした。ドルフィンユーの場合は、キャプテンがイルカの動きを予測してポイントに落としてくれるので、追いかけ回すことなくイルカの群れを見ることが出来ました。また、ライフベストも自分で空気の量を調整できるため、泳ぎに自信のある人は潜ったりすることも出来るので、とても楽しめました。泳ぎの得意な８歳の娘が子供用のベストでなく、大人用のものを使いたいと泣いていたところ、シャンティが優しく慰めてくれ、大人用のベストに替えてくれました。３回のトライすべてでたくさんのイルカを見ることが出来て大満足でした。ウミガメのポイントでもゆっくりとシュノーケルをさせてくれたので、４~５匹のウミガメとずっと泳いでいられました。このツアーは、本当にゲストを楽しませようという心遣いに溢れており、感激しました。前回のイルカツアーや、別のツアーとは全く違い、ゲストのことを第一に考えてくれていることを常に感じていました。ハンバーガーも美味しかったし、フラダンスもやってみると意外と楽しかったです。次回もイルカに遭いたくなったらこのツアーで行きます。シャンティ・カイナ・イラ・スティーブ、みんなありがとうね！！
