It had been some time since low tide, but the water depth was about knee-high, which I had expected, so I had no particular complaints. It seems I was lucky on the day I participated, as a large group of dolphins was found right away. Even without swimming, just floating with my face in the water, I could see the dolphins swimming just below us! There were baby dolphins too, and their calls were so clear; it was incredibly moving. We moved to another spot and also got to see sea turtles and beautiful fish. I was able to try stand-up paddleboarding as well, so I was very satisfied!

I was supposed to go with my cousin, but she couldn't make it on the day, so I participated alone. I felt a bit lonely going by myself, but the guides and staff were very warm and accommodating, so I was able to enjoy it fully even on my own. I'm really grateful for that.
The tour content was also fulfilling. The malasadas and BBQ lunch we had on the boat were very delicious. I got to see sea turtles multiple times, which made for great memories.
However, it seemed that the timing of our visit coincided with high tide, so instead of a sand walk, we ended up doing sand swimming, which was a bit disappointing. The water level was just about at the point where my toes could barely touch the bottom. I thought I would check the tide times before participating next time.
But even with the high tide, it was truly a valuable experience.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone going to Hawaii.

ただ、行った時間がちょうど満潮だったようで、サンドウォークではなくサンドスイミングになってしまったのが残念でした。つま先がやっと届くかどうかという感じの水位でした。次回は、満潮の時間かどうか調べてから参加しようと思いました。
でも、満潮だったことも含め、本当に貴重な経験ができました。

I had an amazing day that exceeded my expectations! First of all, our guide, Julie, was truly wonderful and great at getting everyone excited, which raised our spirits even before we saw the dolphins! Unfortunately, there was a boat from a dolphin protection organization that day, so we couldn't swim with the dolphins, but we were still able to see many wild dolphins up close, which was very moving. Nessa arrived to pick us up at hotel early. We were the only people on the shuttle. When we arrived at the boat we found out we were the only people on the tour!!! We were shocked they didn't cancel the tour. We had an AMAZING time. The crew was awesome!!! They were very attentive and helpful. We saw tons of turtles and got a ton of great pictures. We cannot say enough good things about this tour! It was a highlight of our trip to Oahu.

I participated with my sons who are 5, 7, and 9 years old. They had never snorkeled in deep water before, so they were really scared. I managed to take them out twice with floating vests, but on the third dive, my son said he didn't want to go and stayed on the boat.

I had a dream of swimming with dolphins, and it came true! The guide was a woman who was bright and articulate, providing just the right amount of information. The round-trip transportation and instructions on the boat were clear, allowing me to participate with peace of mind.

After about 20-30 minutes out at sea, we encountered a pod of dolphins. It was said that there were probably around 80 of them, and we hit the biggest pod of the year. During the day, they were swimming while half-asleep, so we couldn't see them jumping, but it was a rare experience to hear their sounds and see baby dolphins.

It gets cold when you come out, so it's better to bring a hoodie or something similar. I participated wearing a rash guard and leggings, but others rented wetsuits for about 1,000 yen. I think it would be cold without one.

After the dolphins, we moved the boat a little and went snorkeling, where we also encountered sea turtles. It was really fun. I hope that the other boats were operated in a way that wouldn't stress the dolphins.

本当に楽しかったです。他の船も何隻かいたのでイルカにストレスを与えることのないよう運営されていればいいなと思いました。

Dan was the best. We had first class service the whole trip. Dan went out of his way to make sure the kids, as well as the adults, were comfortable in the water and we all had a great time because of the small group size. It was almost as if we had a personalized one on one tour. Snorkeling was great the day we went, we saw tons of fish! Everything from a parrot fish to schools of colorful little fish... and how could I possibly forget my daughters favorite, this little silver looking stick fish! Awesome experience with awesome people! A must-do while in Hawaii!! This is not something that you want to miss!

We had so much fun! The kids could not have had a better time. We were picked up promptly at our hotel in a clean and accommodating vehicle. We were given information about people, places, and things that we were passing on our way to the Bay to snorkel. Upon arriving at the Bay we were escorted in, past all lines, to watch a short information movie, and then taken down to the Bay via tram, as not to have to walk. Upon arrival to the actual Bay we were given instructions on how to wear, and use all the provided safety equipment. Upon making sure that we were completely comfortable, the the fun of snorkeling ensued... We had a great time.

This was my second time participating, and it was fun! The staff's response was excellent! I could feel that they were trying to make us enjoy ourselves. I went in May, and the sandbar was deep from my knees to my thighs. But it wasn't cold, and the weather was really nice, so I was very satisfied. After that, I took a break from snorkeling and played with a float near the boat. Snorkeling is not forced, so those who are scared can enjoy other marine sports. Since being healed by wild dolphins four years ago, this was my second time participating. The first spot was filled with a school of dolphins swimming around, and it was over in the blink of an eye, but I was satisfied as dolphins crossed right in front of me and I could hear their voices. At the second spot, there were more than 50 dolphins, some of them were relaxing and there were even baby dolphins, which was incredibly healing and satisfying once again.

Also, while moving on the boat, I saw many dolphins performing spin jumps, as if they were saying, "Come back again!" I’m thinking of going to the Big Island next year.

I went to Hawaii for my first overseas trip. I was torn between Guam and Hawaii, but I decided to go to Hawaii since I was looking forward to enjoying my summer vacation. The day before, I did a little snorkeling at Heaven's Beach, but snorkeling at Hanauma Bay was a completely different kind of fun. Seeing the round, intricate shape of Hanauma Bay, I was moved by the clarity of the water and the beauty of the coral before even getting in. Watching the story of Hanauma Bay's creation and the ecosystem video made me realize that it is a place that is carefully protected.

Up close, the water was truly transparent, and it was an emerald green sea that I had never seen in Japan. As soon as I got in, there were lots of corals and many fish. Thanks to the veteran guide, I felt a sense of security and was able to see a sea turtle, which is not something you can easily encounter. Because of the guide, we were able to visit snorkeling spots that were just on the edge, as well as areas with incredible transparency that are far from the beach and hard to reach. I was really satisfied. Snorkeling at Hanauma Bay was an experience I will never forget because of the clarity and beauty of the sea. I had such a great experience that if anyone around me is going to Hawaii, I would definitely recommend snorkeling at Hanauma Bay. Thank you very much.

This time, I participated in this tour because the sea in Heaven was not at low tide. I joined with a light heart, and I'm really glad I did. First of all, the instructors, a couple, were very kind and attentive. Although I had some snorkeling experience, it had been a while, so having the explanation in Japanese was a great help. If you're not confident in English, I highly recommend this! They stay with you throughout the snorkeling, so I think even children can enjoy it. The tour is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, but if you have the chance, you should definitely participate. They provide everything except for swimwear, and there's also a pick-up service to the hotel. It's okay even if you're not confident in snorkeling or can't swim! It was a pity that I didn't encounter any sea turtles (I snorkeled in the afternoon, but I heard there were turtles in the morning), but that's just luck... Instead, there were plenty of fish, and I swam for nearly an hour without getting bored. You might get tired occasionally, but if you do, you can return to the beach early and take a nap while resting. After snorkeling, we relaxed a bit while eating snacks, which was also very nice! Please give it a try!! I also want to challenge myself again to see a sea turtle when I come back to Hawaii. I'm truly grateful to the instructors.

今回、天国の海が干潮ではないためこちらのツアーに参加しました。軽い気持ちで参加したのですが、参加して本当良かったです。まずインストラクターの御夫婦が本当優しく丁寧でシュノーケリングの経験はあったものの久しぶりだったので説明が日本語だったのが助かりました。英語に自信がない方は是非！！またシュノーケリングの間も常に一緒にいて導いてくれるのでお子様でも楽しめると思います。ツアーは月水木金しか参加が出来ませんが機会があれば是非参加して欲しいツアーです。ツアーは水着着用以外、すべて準備してくれます、またホテルまで送迎がついています。シュノーケリングに自信がない方、泳げない方でも大丈夫です！！ウミガメに遭遇出来なかったのが残念でしたが（私は午後にシュノーケリングしたのですが、午前はウミガメはいたとのこと）これは運なので・・・そのかわり、魚が一杯いて一時間近く泳いだのですが飽きなかったです。たまに疲れますが、疲れた方は先に浜辺に帰って休みながら昼寝も出来ます。シュノーケリングの後はお菓子を食べながら、少しゆっくりします。それもとても良かったです！是非参加してみてください！！私もまたハワイに来たらウミガメに会える様、再チャレンジしたいと思います。インストラクターの御夫婦には本当感謝しております。
