This tour offers an experience that you absolutely cannot have on your own. The captain searched for wild dolphins, found the spots, and stopped the boat, which I thought was amazing. Dolphins are smart and swim fast, so we desperately chased after them, making it not easy to spot them. However, the excitement of seeing dolphins in the ocean made it all worthwhile. The guide and crew were friendly and kind, which made the experience enjoyable, and I am grateful for that. Our guide, Karen, is from Hawaii, but her Japanese is very good, and you can really feel her love for Hawaii. I thought she was such a lovely person! Thank you so much for this precious experience. I participated in my first Hawaii trip five years ago, and it became my best memory, so I joined again without hesitation this time! We were able to see dolphins and turtles again! The staff, especially Shohta who speaks Japanese, were all so much fun, it felt like Disneyland!

However, it seemed like there were more people this time than last. The boat was crowded, and when swimming, there were so many people that it was hard to hear and see the dolphins. More than anything, I felt that the communication with the staff and the sense of unity among participants had decreased. This activity is different from others; I believe that the satisfaction comes more from the staff's interactions and the atmosphere rather than just seeing or playing with the dolphins, so I think having a bit more space would enhance the sense of unity.

It was a bit chilly in December, but it was fine without renting a wetsuit. The water wasn't cold. I felt like more than 10% of the participants got seasick. It seems like there weren't any sick people five years ago...? Maybe it was because of the winter and the high waves? Even if you usually don't get seasick, it might be a good idea to have some motion sickness medication.

ただ、前回より人が多かった気がします。船ギュウギュウだし、泳ぐ時も人が多すぎて声が聞こえづらくてイルカも見づらかったです。何よりスタッフさんとのコミュニケーションや参加者の一体感が少なくなっていたと思います。このアクティビティは他と違って、イルカを見るとか遊ぶとかの目的よりもスタッフの皆さんの対応や雰囲気が満足につながっていると思うので、もう少しゆとりがあった方が一体感も出て良いと思いました。
１２月で少し寒い時期でしたが、ウエットスーツレンタル無しでも大丈夫でした。水は冷たくないです。1割以上の方が酔っていた気がします。5年前は酔った人いなかったような…？冬で波が高いとかですかね？普段酔わなくても酔い止めがあった方がいいかもしれません

There's no guarantee that you'll definitely see dolphins, but I did.

First of all, it was tough getting up early, but there is a shuttle service to take you close to the departure point. There were quite a few Japanese people, and with a Japanese guide, I had nothing to worry about.
- Even if you usually don’t get seasick, I recommend taking motion sickness medication. I usually don’t get seasick, but even with medication, I felt nauseous towards the end. The boat sways so much that you can’t stand unless it’s anchored somewhere. The waves were high, and just floating in the water made me feel sick. There’s a toilet on the boat, so you can throw up without worrying about others (there are special bags available). They were selling motion sickness bands, but it seems to vary from person to person...
- If you can’t swim, don’t worry. I hadn’t swum in years and had no experience with snorkeling, so I was anxious, but they give you a briefing before swimming, and you wear a life jacket, so you definitely won’t sink. I felt very safe while snorkeling.
- It’s quite cold, so I think it’s better to rent a wetsuit. If you want to swim in a cute swimsuit, you’ll definitely need a cover-up and a towel.
- It was nice to have light snacks. They provided pineapple, snacks, and cheeseburgers to refresh your palate. For those who got seasick, the cheeseburger was a bit much, but they also give you a takeout bag. I got sick, so the pineapple and lemon water helped me.
- The crew performed a hula dance and were very lively, making it a fun and exciting experience.

I was able to see dolphins during my second snorkeling session. Since dolphins are fast, I found that sticking closely to the crew was key to seeing them. It was moving to connect with nature.

I feel a bit guilty saying this, but if you board the boat last, you can sit towards the back. Being at the back means you get to enter the water first, so I was able to closely follow the crew and see the dolphins. There were some people who didn’t see any dolphins this time, but it really depends on timing.

You can’t take pictures with the dolphins or turtles; you need to keep your distance. It’s all about observing from afar. I did feel nauseous towards the end, but until then, I had a great time, so I have no complaints about this tour. All my anxieties were resolved, and I was able to participate! ・泳げない人でも大丈夫。何年も泳いだことない、シュノーケリング未経験な私は不安でしたが泳ぐ前にレクチャーしてくれるし、ライフジャケット着るので絶対に沈みません。とても安心してシュノーケリングできました。
・かなり寒いのでウェットスーツレンタルした方がいいと思います。可愛く水着で泳ぎたい方は上着とタオル必須です。
・軽食つきが有難い。お口直しのパイナップル、スナック、チーズバーガーが配られます。酔った人にチーズバーガーは追い討ちでしたがもちろんテイクアウト用の袋もくれます。私は酔ったのでパイナップル、レモンウォーターに助けられました。
・クルーがフラダンス披露してくれたり、ノリノリなのでとてもワクワク楽しいです。

イルカを2回目のシュノーケリングで見ることができました。イルカは早いのでしっかりクルーの先頭についていく事が見るコツかなぁと。群れで泳ぐイルカはなんとも言えない感動でした。子供のイルカもみれました。また船からもウォッチングしていたらスピンジャンプしてくれました。少しだけクジラも見ることができました。自然に触れられて感動です。
その後シュノーケリングする場所へ移動し、滑り台やボートなど自由に遊べます。カメもいましたし、熱帯魚がたくさんいました。

こんな事を書くとずるいですが、船に乗る時、最後にのると船の後ろらへんに座れます。後ろにいると海に入るのが先になるのでクルーにしっかりついていってイルカを見ることができました。今回はいませんでしたが、中には見れない人もいるみたいです。本当にタイミングです。
またイルカやカメと写真が撮れる、ということはないです。近寄ったりはダメなので。あくまでも遠くから見る、という感じです。
私は終盤によって吐きましたが、それまではとても楽しかったのでこのツアー文句ナシです。
私の不安も全部解消されて参加できました！安心、安全、とっても楽しい経験でした！
参加を検討されてる方、是非した方がいいですよ！
必ず酔い止め対策は誰でもしてくださいね！

We couldn't swim with them due to time constraints, but we were able to see many dolphins from the boat, including some jumping! It was an experience with professional hospitality. When I jumped off the large boat, I was excited to see dolphins and turtles swimming nearby and along the seabed. For snacks, we were served juicy beef patties in hamburgers, pineapple, snacks, and lemonade. I usually don't get seasick, but I felt a bit uneasy, so I didn't eat and took it back with me (there were some people who got sick). There was also a photographer on site who took pictures for us, which were available for purchase. I was a little anxious about snorkeling for the first time, but I had no worries and enjoyed it. I'm glad I participated and I recommend it.

I participated in late November.

I think there are seasonal issues, but the waves were strong and the current was fast, causing many people to get seasick.

I saw that the boat is new and large, which supposedly makes it less shaky, but don't get your hopes up. The boat rocked, and after going into the rough sea with waves and strong currents two or three times, it really drained my energy and made me more prone to seasickness! For those participating, if you determine that the current is strong, I think it's better to just float and look down rather than trying to swim. Even if you're confident in your swimming skills, it's not just about that. Please be careful not to overestimate your abilities.

I was able to see dolphins both on the boat and in the water, but that's purely a matter of luck. I've seen promotional photos where many dolphins come close, but you shouldn't expect that. I think many people only catch a glimpse of them from a distance.

If you're just looking to see dolphins, there are other places where you can see and interact with them. You can also go snorkeling in beautiful, calm waters elsewhere. Unless you really want to see wild dolphins, I wouldn't particularly recommend this experience.

船が新しく大きいから揺れにくいというのを見たけど
期待してはいけません。
船上で揺れた上、波があり潮がキツイ海に2度、3度入るとかなりの体力を消耗し、酔いやすくなります！
参加される方は、潮がキツイと判断したらただ浮いて下を見て浮いてるくらいに留めておいた方がいいかと思います。
泳ぎには自信があってもそういう問題ではないのだなと感じました。とにかく過信しないようにして下さい。

船上でも海中でもイルカを見れましたがこればかりは運です。プロモーションで多くのイルカが近くに寄ってきている写真を見ますがこれは期待してはいけません。かなり遠くで一瞬見れただけという人も多いと思います。

イルカだけなら他にも見れますし、触れ合える場所もあります。綺麗で穏やかな海でシュノーケリングも他で出来ます。
野生のイルカをとにかく見たい！という方以外には特にオススメするものでもないかなあ

I was helped when they called me at the hotel 30 minutes before the meeting time. Also, the Japanese guide, Karen, and the other staff were very energetic, and I was able to participate without getting seasick.

The boat was new and had a slide, which made it really fun. I felt a thrill when sliding down the slide, haha.

I was able to see dolphins three times. The final dance by the staff was very uplifting, and it was so much fun to dance along with them.

At the end, they even put stickers on my favorite parts of my body. ^_^

We still saw green sea turtles both below and above the water. We had a great time just sailing the Cat when it was clear that snorkeling conditions weren't great.

I saw dolphins a few times. It might be a luxury, but this is my evaluation of the tour.

First, make sure to arrive early when boarding the boat. The staff will ask you to fill in from the back, but those who know will sit in the front.

Sitting in the front makes it easier to secure a spot near the staff who are aware of where the dolphins are, as people in the front will jump into the sea first.

Also, it’s inconvenient if there’s no basket for your belongings under you, so try to sit where there is a basket.

You will inevitably have to swim close to the staff. Other guests may kick you or push you aside, but keep moving forward without giving up.

After seeing the dolphins, the staff will say, “Those who haven’t seen a dolphin yet, please come to the front,” but those who are at a distance where they can’t see the dolphins at that point cannot move forward.

This is because those who have seen the dolphins do not give up their spots.

The staff warns not to touch the dolphins beforehand, but even when someone tried to touch them, they didn’t seem to pay much attention.

Since there are good options available, I think it would be better to include the details on the tour page.

The photos and videos were $79. Groups that opted for this option wear special rubber bands, which allows them to receive priority for photos. I was satisfied with the results. However, picking up the USB at the office near DFS the next day was a bit of a hassle. It would be nice if they could send it to Japan for an additional $15.

The wetsuit was $10. I tend to get hot, but it was a good decision to wear it. The seawater was quite cold.

On the last day, I joined this tour to find a place to play in Honolulu in the morning. We took a boat from downtown Honolulu to a spot that wasn't too far away. Honestly, I thought it was a bit too close, but I was able to see at least three sea turtles! The water was a bit deep, so it wasn't incredibly clear, but the sea turtles were golden and divine! Moreover, I was able to see them come up to the surface for air, and at that moment, I was truly moved to be swimming so close to the sea turtles!

The cruising after snorkeling was just a slow ride around near Honolulu, so it wasn't particularly exciting, but I was very satisfied because I got to see the sea turtles!

We participated with my husband, my mother-in-law, and my sister-in-law. A Japanese guide named Shota was with us.

It was challenging for my mother-in-law due to her leg issues, but the staff provided cheerful support when boarding and while she was seated, which we were truly grateful for.

I was thrilled to see wild dolphins and turtles!

However, I got a bit carried away and went down the boat slide, which left me with whiplash, making things difficult after returning home. I realized that in my 40s, I need to be more selective about activities as my body can't keep up.

Since we swam in the sea and got our swimsuits soaked, everyone changed in public restrooms after we docked before getting on the bus. I think it's better to bring a change of clothes.

The staff were bright and fun, making it a wonderful half-day experience!

I took my son, daughter, and my son's two friends on this cruise for my son's birthday and they had a blast! The crew got them sized for their snorkels and fins and they had so much fun swimming with all the fish in the clear water! The kids loved jumping on the inflatable trampoline, going down the slide, and especially loved jumping off the top deck of the boat! They raced each other on kayaks and the stand up paddle boards and had tons of fun. The crew were very accommodating and friendly! They even had snacks and drinks for everyone, which the kids devoured. My kids and my son's friends had a memorable day in the water and I got some great pictures to remember his birthday!

GREAT activity for families w/ kids of different ages!

This was SUCH a fun experience for my kids and their friends (ages 7 - 12). They got to do all five activities and didn't have any wait at all for 4 (there was a short wait for the stand-up paddle, but because there were four other things for them to have fun doing, they didn't notice at all). The crew was fabulous. They let the kids jump off the boat from different parts and had great snacks that the kids gobbled up. We asked them what they liked the best and they said they loved all the activities.
The stand-up paddling was probably the biggest hit. The snorkel and kayak and jumping off the boat (extra LOL) was next. Slide and trampoline after that. Since they're smaller/lighter, it was harder for them to jump on the trampoline -- adults will be able to make it bounce more. But yes, over all, AMAZING experience. Just a reminder that the harbor is paid parking so make sure to be ready for that. Hope you all enjoy it like we did! :)

This was my second time participating in this tour. I usually join the morning sessions, including those from other companies, but this time I thought I’d try the 12 PM session. Just like last time, the staff were all very pleasant. It’s a reliable tour. The visibility wasn’t great this time, but we saw more than five turtles and a decent number of fish. It lasts about two and a half hours, and the fact that it departs right from the heart of Waikiki makes it highly recommended for enjoying such an experience just a bit offshore. I also appreciated that they provide fins along with the snorkeling set.

このツアーには2回目の参加でした。他社のも含めいつも朝イチの方にさんかしてたのですが、たまには午後にしてみようかと今回は12時の回にしてみました。前回同様スタッフはみなさん感じよく。安定感あるツアーです。今回は透明度が今ひとつでしたが、亀さんは5匹以上、魚はまぁまぁいました。2時間半程度で、しかもワイキキど真ん中からのツアー、ワイキキからちょっと沖にでてこれだけ楽しめる、というのは変わらずおすすめ！シュノーケルセットに加えてフィンも貸してくれるのも結構うれしいポイントです。

My friend and I did this activity last week and it was so much fun! Perfect thing to do on your day off or if you are vacationing in Hawaii. So many activities to do on one boat, you can't beat it! My third-grade daughter also participated. I was a bit worried because she isn't very good at swimming, but she was full of curiosity and I had no worries at all. We offered a prayer and headed to the spot on a beautiful boat. We jumped into the sea and followed the leader! We swam quite a bit and got to see some adorable dolphins. This became the best memory of our trip. Floating in the sea, swimming, and gazing at the island was so healing. The staff kept saying that this is the real Hawaii. I want to participate again.
