After spending several days planning our schedule for our stay in Hawaii, this Dolphin & You tour was the highlight event for us!!

With the favorable exchange rate, I was hesitant about the photo option, but adding it turned out to be a great decision! Our Japanese guide AYA took wonderful photos for us! ☺︎

All the other staff members also entertained us, and we were able to see a pod of dolphins, which made us extremely satisfied!!!!

We participated with our family of four, including two children in first and second grade! We thought we would have to go far to see wild dolphins, but we encountered them right along the coast as soon as we left the harbor. I was worried about seasickness and took some Travelmin beforehand, but there were no waves, so it wasn't necessary after all. I guess it depends on the weather.

Since our two children are naturally a bit timid, they quickly gave up on snorkeling as expected, but they had plenty of fun with the waterslide, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding! Our guide, Aya, and the photographer (I forgot their name) were very friendly and easy to interact with, and I'm glad we asked them for photos.

The pickup location and the bus landmark that was communicated in advance were easy to understand. There were staff members who could speak Japanese, so I didn't have any trouble. I enjoyed multiple activities, and there was a live performance on the boat, which was a lot of fun.

Since it was mentioned in the notes that the boat was cashless, I only brought my card and couldn't pay a tip. All the staff were friendly and provided great service with smiles, so I regret not bringing a little cash.

The temperature setting on the bus was quite low, so it was really cold on the way back. I should have brought an extra bath towel or a light jacket as a precaution.

ピックアップしてくれる場所も、あらかじめ連絡のあったバスの目印も分かりやすかったです。
日本語対応可能なスタッフがいたので、困ることなかったです。
複数アクティビティも楽しめるし、船上では生LIVEもあり、とても楽しかったです。

バスの温度設定がかなり低いため、帰りは本当に寒かったので、バスタオルを1枚余計に持参するとか、薄手の上着を持参する等、対策すればよかったです。

Extremely beautiful, fun and amazing! My mother in law never goes into large bodies of water and she was swimming here the entire time. The first time in years! That should tell you something! Perfect for kids my little sister and niece are both 8 years old and had no problem standing in the water and swimming around. The crew is the best! Beautiful kind hearted people. Overall 10/10

First of all, the meeting place was hard to find! I think that should be improved.
The tour was in August, and while it was fine until we boarded the boat, upon arrival, there was no land in sight, and it was quite deep. My daughter and grandparents couldn't touch the bottom at all and were nearly drowning.
Also, there was hardly any snorkeling. There were no fish at all. The sea was deep and there were waves, so it was dangerous for shorter individuals (laughs).
Kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding were somewhat enjoyable, but those two activities alone were too much time to fill.
Regarding the day I went, it was quite a disappointing tour.

I participated because it was cheaper than similar tours. It was a snorkeling trip off the coast of the hotels in Waikiki. We saw as many as five sea turtles up close. Since it wasn't a coral reef, there were fewer fish. The catamaran cruise while listening to music was the best. There were only foreigners, and I didn't understand English, but it was totally fine. One drink was free. I was worried about getting to the location, so I reserved a round-trip taxi at JCB Plaza, and it was a flat rate of $22 one way from Sheraton Waikiki, including tips. It's a good idea to check the location of pier D on the map provided by the tour when you make your reservation.

同じようなツアーの中でも安かったので参加しました。ワイキキのホテル群の沖合でのシュノーケリングでした。海亀は間近で見られたものを含めて5匹もいました。サンゴ礁では無いのでお魚は少なめです。音楽を聞きながらのカタマランでのクルーズは最高でした。外国人ばかりで英語はわからなかったけど全然OKでした。アルコールは1杯タダでした。現地までの移動が不安だったのでJCBプラザで往復のタクシーを予約してシェラトンカイウラニからチップ込み定額片道22ドルでした。集合場所のpierDの場所は予約時にツアーから届く埠頭の地図で確認しておくと良いです。

I was worried because there were no Japanese speakers available, but there was no problem enjoying the activities themselves (I think it would have been even more fun if I could understand the English explanations). My family had a great time, especially the kids who were very satisfied! One of the other groups on board looked quite miserable from seasickness, so I recommend bringing motion sickness medication.

I participated with my fifth-grade son.

I felt reassured because the guide was a Japanese woman. There was also a local staff member who spoke a little Japanese, and they were very kind. You could easily recognize them by their tall stature and distinctive hat.

On the way from the port to the sandbar, we enjoyed drinks and donuts while listening to the relaxed singing of a musician.

Once we arrived at the sandbar, we could do stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling, and the local staff kindly taught us how to use the equipment. I could speak a little English, but even those who couldn't speak it were treated with care through gestures, so there was no need to worry. I think you can also do banana boat rides if you make a reservation, but since my child is small, we didn't do that this time.

On the way to the sandbar, a young boy in elementary school became unwell and collapsed, but the Japanese female staff responded appropriately, and there was also a nurse among the guests, so the boy recovered without any issues.

The staff's response and the activities were excellent!

As advice for those who will participate, I think it's a good idea to prepare a change of clothes, including underwear, because it can get quite cold after coming out of the sea while still in wet swimsuits.

There was a hot water tank (for drinking water) near where we could get drinks, and I was grateful to have warm water to drink since I was feeling cold. (*^_^*)

案内役の方が日本人女性だったので不安はありませんでした。現地のスタッフの中に片言で日本語を話してくれる方が居てとても親切でした。背が高く特徴のある帽子を被って居たのですぐに分かると思います。

港からサンドバーまではドリンクとドーナツのサービス、そしてミュージシャンのゆったりした歌声を聴きながらの移動でした。

サンドバーにつくとサップ、カヤック、シュノーケリングが出来るのですが、現地スタッフがとても親切に乗り方などを教えてくれました。私は少し英語を話せましたが、話せない方でも身振り手振りで丁寧に接して下さるので心配ありません。バナナボートも予約を入れれば出来るのだと思いますが、子供が小さいのもあり我が家は今回入れませんでした。

サンドバーに向かう時、小学生の男の子が具合が悪くなり倒れてしまいましたが、その時も日本人女性のスタッフが適切に対応されていて、お客さんの中に看護師さんも居たので男の子も回復し事なきを得ました。

スタッフの対応とアクティビティの内容についてははなまるでしたよ！

これから参加する方へのアドバイスとしては海から上がった後、濡れた水着のままだと結構冷えるので、下着を含めた着替えを1セット用意しておくと安心だと思います。

ドリンクをもらえるところの側にお湯が出るタンク（飲料水用）があって、私は体が冷えてしんどかったので温かいお湯が飲めたのは有り難かったです(*^_^*)

After an hour's ride on the shuttle bus from Waikiki, we boarded a boat from a quiet harbor, away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. However, perhaps due to the recent typhoon, the weather was unfortunately rainy, and the child who joined us immediately wanted to go home as soon as we got off the bus and were hit by a sudden downpour.

Despite the weather, as we received donuts and approached the sandbar with the cheerful staff's live performance, the weather improved a bit. By the time we enjoyed two hours of snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, and sea kayaking, the child was having a great time, creating fun memories. The sea was a bit high tide, which was a mix-up with the tides, but it was still great to enjoy the water activities. I would like to try again during low tide when the weather is nice.

Lastly, I left something on the return shuttle bus, but thanks to the kind response from the local company and the driver, it was returned to me the same day. I'm grateful.

It was a different experience compared to other seas.

ワイキキから1時間送迎バスにゆられ、ワイキキの喧騒から離れ静かな港まちから船に乗りました。

最後に、帰りの送迎バスに忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、現地の会社とドライバーの親切な対応でその日のうちに戻ってきました。感謝

Disappointed that we were Not at the real sand bar. We were to far away from it and the water level were too high to call it a sandbar. We were expecting to be able to stand at the sand bar.
The lunch provided was a disappointment.
What I really like was the staff, especially the guys helping with the kayaks and boat.

The staff are all very friendly, helpful and excellent energy. Very convenient with free pickup from hotel. Most staffs are fluent with Japanese. The singers have beautiful voices.There are lots of activities choices to enjoy with. And very safe with multiple staff stand by around to make sure you are doing okay. Only complain is I wish we have more time.Did not want it to end. Highly recommended it.

Great crew for exploring this natural, beautiful sandbar!

The sandbar itself is an awesome natural phenomenon, and having a top-notch crew that supports you during your visit is a great benefit! Their boat cruise out to the sandbar provides you with water and a snack, as well as offers a place out of the sun to change or use the restrooms which would otherwise be completely unavailable without them. PLUS, they provide so much equipment to snorkel, kayak, play volleyball, and swim with lifejackets that is all included in the initial price. Definitely recommend the banana boat or tube ride though, as the thrill of being pulled behind a speed boat across this paradise is beautiful and quite fun! Overall, excellent experience that allows you to enjoy a natural phenomenon I've never experienced before.

We participated as a family. During snorkeling, we were able to see the coral reefs and fish up close. We also rode kayaks together as a family, and although it was optional, we got to experience the banana boat, which made the kids very happy. We created wonderful memories as a family and would like to participate again next time.

It's better not to expect shallow waters.

There were plenty of activities, so it was fun. The staff provided explanations in Japanese, live performances, and meals, which made the experience very fulfilling.

The seating is assigned, and you leave your belongings in that space when going to the sea. In case of theft, there are surveillance cameras. If you're concerned, it's better to secure your belongings with a lock.

One slight disappointment was that I rode the banana boat with my spouse, and since we were together, we couldn't take a photo. When I asked if we could at least get a photo at the moment we boarded, they declined. I thought it would have been better not to do it if we couldn't capture the memory.

I forgot my sunglasses on the return bus, and when I contacted the support center, they delivered them to my hotel. They also provided assistance in Japanese.

浅瀬になることを期待しないほうがいいです。

アクティブティが沢山あったので楽しかったです。
スタッフの方も日本語の説明や、生の演奏、食事もあったのでとても充実はしました。

席は決まっていて、荷物はそのスペースに置いて海に行きます。
万が一、盗まれた場合は監視カメラがあるそうです。不安な方は荷物に鍵を付けた方がいいです。

少し残念なのが、バナナボートに乗ったんですが。夫婦で乗ってしまったら撮れないので、乗る瞬間だけでも、写真頼めないですかと言ったら、断られました。写真に残らないなら、やらなければ良かったと思いました。

帰りのバスにサングラスを忘れて、サポートセンターに問い合わせたら、ホテルまで届けにきてくれました。こちらも日本語対応ありました。

This was our 3rd time on this boat. The crew and musicians are the best around and always make it a great experience. I highly recommend this trip to all that are looking for a fun adventure in one of the most beautiful places on Oahu. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

very disappointed! $140 is way too much. We also paid extra $20 for lunch - and only got a sandwich with 2 pieces of pineapple - I mean this is a SNACK not a Lunch actually..

We were also only allowed to kayak in a certain tiny room. So we basically drove in circles and could not explor the beautiful sandbar - wow. So It would be cheaper if we had rent the kayak by our own!!

Too expensive - would rather pay the half of the price or less, but definitely not more!

It was really cold. I couldn't stay in the sea for even five minutes. The wind was strong, and the weather wasn't good.
I heard from relatives in Kaneohe that summer weather has a cycle, and during our time, there were just a few days with a lot of wind, clouds, and showers.
It seems that the sandbar is not often visible; we couldn't see it at all this time. The water was up to my chest, and the waves were strong. When I got on the free kayak, I was swept away immediately, and it was scary.
If possible, I would like to make a reservation while checking the weather on-site.
The crew members were very kind and warm. My mother had a hard time with seasickness, but we are grateful for their heartfelt support.

Kayak and paddle boarding without the crowds!

Get on a large boat with about 30 to 40 people to enjoy 20 minutes of live music as it takes us to our destination near the sandbar, then get off the boat and swim over to 4 possible activities:
(1) snorkeling
(2) kayaking
(3) paddle boarding
(4) sunbathing on a floating platform

Lunch is a turkey/cheese croissant sandwich with chips and a drink. I had great fun doing both kayaking and paddle boarding but I didn't do snorkeling. Word of advice - swim fast to either paddle board or kayak otherwise you'll have to wait about an hour for one to be available (first come first serve). Ultimately, everyone had a chance to do all activities but whichever one you are most looking forward to doing - hit it first! NOTE: water is deep in most places so even though you are wearing a lifevest, your feet will not touch the ground - it's not dangerous as there's no heavy surf but I don't want non swimmers to be surprised or panic.

I celebrated my 60th birthday and was able to visit Hawaii and the sandbar after a long time.
The tide was high, so we mostly went snorkeling, but I was impressed by the beauty of the ocean and the large schools of fish.
The live music on the boat and the donuts were also delicious.

I definitely want to participate again.
