Many people have written about the tour content. It was truly a fun tour. I will share my thoughts on the gap between my expectations before participating and the actual experience.

<An early morning departure isn’t tough!>
Listening to the staff's stories in the car as they pick you up makes the sleepiness disappear, and my excitement gradually increases.

<Don’t underestimate seasickness!>
I’ve never experienced motion sickness, but I got seasick. More specifically, while snorkeling and drifting on the water's surface, I felt nauseous. I recommend going to bed early the night before and taking motion sickness medication.

<You can’t touch the dolphins, but it’s moving!>
Since they are wild dolphins, you can’t touch them. However, seeing a pod of dolphins in their natural state is truly moving. The dolphins seem to take an interest in us, swimming around us, as if welcoming us.

<It’s fine for kids too>
The staff will stay close by, so as long as your child isn’t afraid of the water, they can enjoy swimming in the ocean. Kids can also experience kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. I would love for my child to participate when I have one.

<Even a difficult man smiles...>
The staff genuinely enjoy themselves, and that energy naturally spreads to the participants, making everyone smile. After joining this tour, I broke out of my usual shell and switched to Hawaii mode, both mentally and physically.

<You won’t be exhausted even with a packed morning>
This tour allows you to return to the hotel by around noon. There’s so much to do in the morning, yet you can still be active in the afternoon. This is because everyone is fast asleep in the return vehicle, resting up for the afternoon activities. The staff who provided various information on the way there quietly let participants rest on the way back. You can maintain the same high energy from the morning and handle afternoon plans as well. I think it’s perfectly fine to fill your schedule with shopping and beach activities.

本当に楽しいツアーでした。
私は、参加する前と実際に参加してのギャップについて記します。
＜朝早い出発は辛くない！＞
迎えに来られるスタッフの方のお話を車中で聞いていると　眠気は吹っ飛び、だんだんテンションがあがってきます。

＜船酔いを甘く見ちゃダメ！＞
乗り物酔いなんてしたことがない私が船酔い。というよりもシュノーケリングで水面を漂っていると酔っちゃいました。前日は早めに就寝し、酔い止めの薬は飲んでおいたほうがよいと思います。

＜イルカには触れられないけど感動！＞
野生のイルカなので触れません。でも自然のままのイルカの群れを見ると感動します。イルカ達も私たちに興味を持って周りをグルグルまわってくれるんで、歓迎してくれているみたい。

＜子供でも大丈夫＞
スタッフの方がずっとそばに付き添ってくれますので、水を怖がらない海水浴が普通にできる子供さんなら大丈夫。カヤックやスタンドアップ・パドルも体験できます。子供ができたらぜひ参加させたい。

＜気難しい男にも笑みが・・・＞
スタッフ自身が本当に楽しんでいるんです。だから参加者にもそれが伝わり自然と顔が笑ってきます。こちらのツアーに参加して、いつもの自分の殻を破り、心身ともにハワイモードに切り替わりました。

＜朝から盛りだくさんでも疲れ果てない＞
このツアーは１２時くらいにはホテルに戻って来れます。
午前中だけで盛りだくさんなのに午後も活動的に動けます。なぜならば、送りの車中ではみんな爆睡して、午後からの活動に備えます。行きの車中では色々と案内をしてくれるスタッフの方も、帰りには静かに参加者を寝かせてくれます。
午前のハイテンションそのままで、午後の予定もこなせるでしょう。買い物やビーチなどどんどん予定を詰め込んでもＯＫかと思います。

Prestigious Dolphin University is the best!! 名門イルカ大学　最高!!

On June 14th, we set off on a tour to encounter wild dolphins under clear skies. I was worried about feeling sleepy since it was early in the morning, but my excitement outweighed those concerns, making them unnecessary.

First, we had Leonard's malasadas. I had actually eaten them a couple of days prior, so I knew how good they were, but they were still delicious! I could eat them over and over again.

The drive to the boat dock was quite long, but I enjoyed the scenery of Hawaii that I don't usually get to see, and before I knew it, we arrived.

Then we boarded the boat. It was quite cold out on the water... They offered wetsuits for $10, but I foolishly thought, "It’s such nice weather, I’ll be fine," and didn’t rent one. I was shivering until I got in the water (though I felt fine once I was in). If you're not good with the cold, it's safer to rent one.

When we spotted dolphin fins from the boat, we jumped into the water! For those who aren't confident swimmers, the handsome staff will pull you along with floatation devices, so you can relax. I was pulled along, which allowed me to see the dolphins up close!

As I was watching a pod of dolphins diving right in front of me, one swam right by my feet. I think there were more than ten of them, and there were even two baby dolphins.

In the midst of this excitement, a dolphin a little distance away performed spin jumps over and over again, and I was just so grateful and thrilled.

After that, we went snorkeling with tropical fish and sea turtles. There was a little boy on our tour who was overjoyed every time he spotted a turtle, which was very heartwarming. He was also thrilled to ride on a paddle boat with one of the staff members.

I tried stand-up paddleboarding, but it was difficult. The staff encouraged me to "Stand up! Stand up!" and while I did manage to stand for a moment, I quickly fell. But it was a lot of fun!

Then we had a cheeseburger lunch. It was a simple burger, but it was delicious!

On the way back to the boat dock, we enjoyed a ukulele live performance and hula lesson. The entire staff got everyone excited, and before we knew it, we had arrived.

Finally, we received eco bags as graduation certificates. I truly had a wonderful time, saw many dolphins, and I’m so glad I participated in this tour. The staff's attentiveness was also fantastic, making it enjoyable for people of all ages.

６/１４　快晴のなか、野生のイルカに出会うツアーに出発しました。
朝早くて途中で眠くならないかと心配していましたが、ワクワクドキドキのほうが強くて、そんな心配は無用でした。
まずはレナーズのマラサダ。実は前々日に食べていて味は知っていましたが、やっぱり美味しい！何度食べてもいいです。
ボート乗り場までのドライブ。かなり距離がありますが、ふだん見られないハワイの景色を堪能しているうちに着いていました。
そして船上へ。海の上はかなり寒い・・・。ウェットスーツを１０＄で貸してくれますが、「こんなにいい天気なら大丈夫でしょ」と借りずにいた私はバカでした。海に入るまでブルブル状態でした。（海に入った後は割と平気でしたが）寒いのが苦手な人は借りたほうが無難です。
そして船上からイルカの背びれが見えたところで、海にドボン！泳ぎが苦手な人は浮き具を使ってイケメンスタッフが引っぱていってくれるので安心です。私は引っぱってもらいました。おかげでイルカを至近距離で見ることができました！
目の前で海に潜るイルカの群れを目で追っていたら、私の足元を泳いでいきました。１０頭以上はいたと思います。赤ちゃんイルカも２頭いました。
そんな感動の中、少し離れた所で１頭のイルカがこれでもか！というぐらい何回も何回もスピンジャンプを決めてくれて、もう感謝感激でした。
そのあとは熱帯魚と海亀とのシュノーケリング。私たちのツアーには小さい男の子も参加していて、亀を見つけるたびに大喜びしていたのがとてもほほえましかったです。その子はスタッフのお兄さんにパドルボートに乗せてもらってご満悦でした。
私もスタンドアップパドルに挑戦しましたが難しい。スタッフの方に「立って！立って！」と励まされて立っては見たもののすぐにコケました。でも、とてもおもしろかったです。
そしてチーズバーガーのランチ。シンプルなバーガーなんだけど、これが美味しいの！
それからボート乗り場に戻りがてらウクレレライブとフラレッスン。スタッフ全員で盛り上げてくれるので、みんなで大盛り上がりしてるうちに着いてしまいました。
そして最後に卒業証書のエコバック。
もう本当に楽しくて、イルカもたくさん見られて、このツアーに参加してよかったと心から思います。
スタッフの気配りも素晴らしかったので、どんな年代のかたでも安心して楽しめる

My first goal on my honeymoon in Hawaii was not shopping or relaxing on the beach, but to swim with wild dolphins! However, I’m a bit of a weak swimmer... and shy...

I was in search of a safe, enjoyable tour with a high chance of encountering dolphins, and I found

"Dolphin University"!!!!!!

The tour price is definitely not cheap... However, due to the high ratings and the wonderful personalities of the tour staff that shone through on their website, I decided to go with them. If you are hesitating for similar reasons, I absolutely recommend Dolphin University!

In the morning, we received a surprise wake-up call from President Yuriko♪ The malasadas from Leonard's that we stopped by were so delicious that even girls could easily eat three! Shortly after boarding, we had a group introduction and photo time, which helped us bond with the other guests. Before we knew it, we arrived at the dolphin spot. I will never forget the excitement when a pod of dolphins swam towards us.

Then we jumped into the sea! For those who can't swim, the handsome crew members will pull you along with a float. There were mother and baby dolphins in the pod, and the baby dolphins came really close to us.

After about an hour of fun, we moved by boat to the snorkeling point. I forgot the name of the place, but the water was so beautiful that I could have stayed underwater forever.

Then it was lunchtime with cheeseburgers in paradise☆ Made by Captain Papa. I realized it had been a while since I laughed so much while enjoying my meal.

The hula dance time after lunch is all about having fun, even if it's your first time!! Before we knew it, we were back at the port.

The day really flew by. It's a good idea to bring a waterproof camera. The boat has a restroom☆ Even at the end of May, it's better to rent a wetsuit (it gets cold after coming out of the water). You can change from your swimsuit to clothes at the port on the way back.

I think this is one of the few tours that makes me want to repeat the experience.

朝はユリコ学長のサプライズモーニングコール♪
途中で立ち寄るレナーズのマラサダは女子でもかるく３個はいけるくらい絶品です。
乗船してからまもなく始まる全員の紹介＆写真タイムのおかげで、他のお客さん達とも仲良く打ち解けられました。
そして　あっという間にイルカさんポイントに到着です。
十数頭のイルカさんの群れがこっちに向かってきた時の興奮は忘れられません。

そしてすぐに海へＩＮ！！
泳げない人はイケメンクルーが浮き輪で引っ張ってくれます。
群れの中には親子やカップルもいて赤ちゃんイルカが本当に近くまできてくれてました。

小一時間ほど楽しんだら、今度はシュノーケリングポイントまで船で移動です。
場所名を忘れてしまいましたが、こちらの海も本当にキレイで、ずっと潜っていたいぐらいでした。

そしてランチタイムのチーズバーガーＩｎパラダイス☆
キャプテンパパさん手作りです。
こんなに笑ったの久しぶりだなあとしみじみしながら頂きました。

食後のフラダンスタイムは、初めてでも楽しんだもん勝ちです！！
踊りまくって笑っているうちにもう港に着いていました。

当日は本当にあっという間です。
防水のカメラは持ってきたほうがいいです。
船にトイレはついてます☆
五月末でもウエットスーツはレンタルしたほうがいいです。
（海から上がった後が寒いです）
帰りの港で水着から服に着替えれます。

またリピートしたいと思わせてくれる数少ないツアーのひとつだと思います。

This was my fifth trip to Hawaii, and I participated in a dolphin tour for the first time! I wish I had joined the tour earlier! It was a tour packed with activities! Swimming with dolphins, turtles, and fish, enjoying kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, the music on the boat, and the friendly and kind staff... everything was satisfying!

もっと早くツアーに参加していればよかった！っと思うほど
内容盛り沢山のツアーでした♪♪

They came just a few meters from the boat and jumped around, showing their playful spirit. I also enjoyed snorkeling. Coincidentally, it had rained a lot the day before, and the water was murky, so I could only spot the dolphins from underwater once, but I was thrilled to see them many times from the boat. Just cruising was a wonderful experience.

The activities after returning, like the hula lesson, were also fun. I would love to participate again when I go back to Hawaii. Next time, I want to see the dolphins from underwater!

During our honeymoon in Hawaii, we wanted to have memorable experiences. Since we both love the ocean, we were interested in a tour where we could encounter wild dolphins and decided to participate. On the day of the tour, we were worried about oversleeping since it was an early morning, but knowing we could enjoy Leonard's malasadas helped us arrive at the meeting point on time. Since we hadn't eaten anything before, the malasadas were especially delicious. Along the way, we enjoyed seeing the hospital where President Obama was born and the luxurious home of former sumo wrestler Konishiki, making the journey fun. Although it was windy, the weather was nice, and we were greeted by many dolphins, which we had been eagerly anticipating. I was concerned because my wife is prone to seasickness, but it was great that we could snorkel at a point very close to the beach without going far offshore. Additionally, the staff took care of those who were not confident in their swimming abilities, allowing us to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. We were able to see the dolphins up close, and hearing their calls was incredibly moving. After the dolphins, we also saw a large turtle and had the chance to try paddle surfing, making for a packed and enjoyable time. It was a fulfilling experience that created wonderful memories. 新婚旅行で訪れたハワイで、思い出になる体験がしたいと思っていました。二人とも海が好きだったので、野生のイルカに出会えるツアーに興味を持ち、参加しました。当日は朝が早く、寝坊しないか心配でしたが、レナーズのマラサダをいただけるということもあり、時間通りに集合場所へ向かうことができました。何も食べないで行ったので、お目当てのマラサダもとても美味しく感じました。道中、オバマ大統領が産まれた病院や小錦さんの豪邸を見ることができたりと、移動中も楽しかったです。風が強かったものの、天気は良く、念願のイルカさんがたくさんお出迎えしてくれていました。妻が船酔いしやすいので心配でしたが、沖合いまで行かずに、ビーチからすぐ近くのポイントでシュノーケリングできたのがよかったです。それにスタッフのみなさんが、泳ぎに自信のない人へのケアをしてくれていて、安心して楽しむことができました。想像以上に近い距離でイルカを見ることができ、イルカの鳴き声も聞くことができたのは、大変感動的でした。イルカの後は大きなカメも見ることができたり、パドルサーフィンもできたりと盛りだくさんの内容で、充実した楽しいひとときを過ごすことができ、いい思い出になりました。いろいろとありがとうございました。

Until now, playing with dolphins in the pool was the norm, but my sister's comment, "I want to meet wild dolphins," led us to search for a dolphin encounter tour, and that's how we found Dolphin University. The reason we chose it was because of the appeal of Leonard's and hamburgers. But the entire tour exceeded our expectations! I was worried about seasickness, but it was so much fun that I didn't have time to feel sick. When we spotted the dolphins, I forgot the fear of jumping in and peered into the clear sea. I was truly moved to see the dolphins swimming happily. I wanted to get closer, but my swimming skills weren't good enough to do so... However, I was thrilled to meet a turtle. It was my first time seeing a turtle up close like that. I enjoyed standing on the canoe (I forgot the name), which was quite challenging, but I was having so much fun that when I was resting on the boat, the president recommended I try kayaking as well. I was a bit reluctant, saying it sounded like a hassle, but since I was already there, I decided to go out to sea, and I was so happy when a turtle approached me! If I hadn't gone kayaking, I wouldn't have been able to see the turtle's face up close, and I later thanked the president for that☆

At one point, my camera broke, and I was worried about what to do, but I was glad I could buy a DVD later. I'm also happy I got a CDR for additional copies! Next time, I want to participate with all my relatives! I look forward to seeing you again then.

今まではプールにいるイルカと遊ぶのが定番でしたが、妹が「野生にルカに会いたい」という一言から、イルカに会えるツアーを探して出会ったのがイルカ大学。選んだ理由はレナーズとハンバーガーという食べ物につられて…といったところでした。でもツアー全体は期待以上！船酔いが心配でしたが楽しすぎて酔う暇なんてありませんでした。イルカを発見して、興奮して飛び込む怖さも忘れて透明な海をのぞきこみました。楽しそうに泳ぐイルカを見れて本当に感激しました。もっと近くに寄りたかったけど泳ぎのレベルが低くてできず…。でもカメに会えたのも感激。あんなに近くでカメさんを見たのは初めてでした。立って乗るカヌー（名前忘れた）を楽しんで結構難しく、それでも楽しみ過ぎて船で休んでいたら、カヤックにも乗っておいでよ、と学長さんからお勧めされました。もうめんどくさかったのでいいです、、って言ってたけど、せっかくだからと乗って海に出たら、カメさんが近づいてきてくれてうれしかった♪カヤックに乗ってなかったらあんなに近くでカメの顔を見れなかったし、後から学長さんに本当に感謝しました☆
途中でカメラが壊れちゃってどうしようかと思ったけど、あとからDVDを買えて良かったです。焼き増しができるCDRも付けて買ってよかった！！
今度は親族一同で参加したいです！！
その時はまたよろしくお願いしまーす。
学長さんに教えていただいたパンケーキやさん行ってきました！！今まで食べた中で一番おいしかったです！！
何もかもお世話になり、感謝感激です☆

On May 21, under a cloudy sky, my mother and I participated in the event. We gathered early in the morning and left Waikiki, but before that, we stopped by Leonard's to enjoy some delicious malasadas! It's located quite far away, so I was really happy to be able to have Leonard's malasadas in Waikiki! The taste was, of course, delicious, and the price was reasonable too! We had the type that was plain inside, but it was great to experience the crispy and fluffy texture.

Now, we got on the highway and headed west. After passing by Konishiki's mansion, we were almost there! Once we got out of the car, we boarded the boat and set off. We aimed for the area where the dolphins are, swaying on the boat for about 30 to 40 minutes. Since the boat can sway, I think it's better to bring water or something if you tend to get seasick. On the boat, there were explanations about putting on fins and snorkels, as well as safety gear and instructions for jumping into the sea. Since the weather wasn't very good and it was cold, I borrowed a wetsuit. I believe it costs $10 per person to rent. Those who were experienced wore their own wetsuits.

Once we were all set, we finally went into the sea... I could see the dolphins playing even from the boat. We jumped into the water and headed towards the pod of dolphins. Underwater, there were many dolphins swimming and playing together. They would signal us where the dolphins were, so we all headed in that direction. レンタカーがないとなかなか来られない距離のところに
あるので、ワイキキでレナーズのマラサダが食べられて
本当に嬉しかったです！味はもちろん美味しいし！
お値段もお安いし！いただいたのは、

さてハイウェイに乗って、ひたすら西に向かいます。
小錦の豪邸を過ぎると、もうすぐ!
車を降りると、そのまま船に乗り込んで出発です。
30~40分ほど船に揺られながら、
イルカたちがいるところを目指します。
船が揺れるので、船酔いをする方はお水など、
持参されるほうが良いかと思います。
船の上で、フィン（足ひれ）やシュノーケルをつけたり、
救命具の説明や、海に飛び込む際の説明があります。
今回はお天気があまり良くなかったし、寒かったので、
ウェットスーツを借りました。
確か、1人10ドルで借りられます。
慣れている方は、ご自身のウェットスーツを着て参加を
されていました。
準備が整ったところで、いよいよ海に…
イルカたちが遊んでいるのが船の上からでもわかりました。
海に飛び込み、イルカたちの群れを目指します。
海の中ではたくさんのイルカたちが群れをなして遊んで
います。
ここにイルカがいるよ！と教えてくれるので、
みんなでそこに向かう感じでしょうか？
イルカたちがキューキューと鳴いているのが、
海の中でも聞こえますし、
それが聞こえれば、近くにイルカが必ずいるはずです。
イルカの交尾や遊ぶ姿が本当にすぐそこで見ることができ、
本当に一緒に泳いでるようでした。
こんな貴重な体験はここでしかできないかも。
1時間くらい楽しんだ後は、船に戻ります。
そこから、再び船を走らせて…
今度はカメや魚たちと遊びます。
シュノーケルで潜る人、カヌーに乗る人、
パドルボートに乗る人、船の上で休む人、
などここでは様々でした。

I was able to see both dolphins and sea turtles. I've visited Hawaii many times, but I really wanted to swim with wild dolphins at least once, so I’m very satisfied. It didn’t feel like we had to search for them; we found them early on, so maybe we were lucky.

The staff were all cheerful and it was a lot of fun. The freshly grilled cheeseburgers we had on the boat were exquisite!

I participated in this experience to relax from my fatigue in Japan and to be healed by the dolphins. Although I was nervous about the early morning meeting, I got excited with the delicious malasadas, and by the time I boarded the boat, I was filled with anticipation.

At first, I was worried because we couldn't encounter a pod of dolphins, but the experienced staff managed to find them. Once we discovered the pod, we were able to swim multiple times with about 20 dolphins. I also saw a cute mother and baby dolphin. Even though I'm not skilled in marine sports and don't have much interest in them, I completely forgot about that and became absorbed in swimming with the adorable dolphins. We also encountered swimming sea turtles.

Snorkeling with tropical fish is beautiful, but snorkeling with the dolphins is exceptional. I highly recommend going to see the dolphins swimming freely in the natural ocean. It was a more wonderful experience than I had imagined.

The boat ride can be quite windy, so be sure to bring a jacket. Also, don't forget the $10 wetsuit rental fee. Even if you think you'll be fine, it can get pretty cold. The staff provides detailed care, so even beginners can feel at ease. I'm thinking of bringing my parents, who are in their 60s, next time.

熱帯魚とのシュノーケルもキレイですが、イルカ達とのシュノーケルは格別です。自然の海の中で自由に泳ぐイルカ達を是非見に行ってみてください。想像するより素敵な経験でした。
船での移動は結構風が強いのでかならず上着は持っていきましょう。またウェットスーツレンタル代１０ドルもお忘れなく。大丈夫と思っても結構寒くなります。
スタッフがきめ細かくケアしてくれるので、初心者でも安心です。次回は６０代の親を連れて行こうかなと思います。

I graduated from Dolphin University!

On the day of the trip, I woke up early and hopped on the van to Leonard's. There, I enjoyed freshly made malasadas. They weren't too sweet and were very delicious. If you want water, it's an extra charge, so having a bottle of water with you is convenient. While eating the malasadas, we headed to our destination, arriving in less than an hour. The views from the van heading north were quite enjoyable as well.

We boarded the boat and set off! Soon, we were informed that dolphins were nearby. The instructions were brief, and we prepared our snorkels. I was amazed by how efficiently the staff worked. Even though the boat was full of customers, we were ready in no time! For those worried about the cold, you can rent a wetsuit for an additional $10 (it was very nice). It was quite chilly with strong winds, so most women rented one. I rented one too, and it would have been tough without it. It would be great if it were included in the fee, as it's essential. Once we entered the water, we were lucky enough to see dolphins right away. The dolphins travel in pods, and the staff guides us by predicting their movements. Seeing the dolphins from underwater was breathtaking! However, rather than swimming alongside them, the reality is more about chasing and observing them from the sea. The dolphins aren't always close, so we floated and waited, then moved towards them repeatedly. Still, we were able to see the dolphins several times. It was fun to watch them do spin jumps right above the water.

After that, we moved to another spot for snorkeling with tropical fish. At the same time, we could also experience paddle surfing and sea kayaking at no extra charge, which was great. There were sea turtles, but unfortunately, we couldn't see them underwater. However, it was cute to see them come up to the surface to breathe occasionally.

After snorkeling, we enjoyed hamburgers grilled by the captain and listened to the staff's ukulele performance on our way back to the port. The tour started early in the morning, and the energy in the vehicle was unusually high! I thought to myself, "Really, this early?" as we set off. First, we enjoyed some delicious, freshly made malasadas, and the car headed straight for the West Coast.

We were given a local guide who shared interesting spots like the hospital where Obama was born, the tree from "This Tree, What Tree," and a house reminiscent of Konishiki's sumo stable, keeping us entertained all the way to the harbor.

Finally, it was time to set sail. The boat moved along the coastline we had just traveled, and I was excitedly scanning the area, wondering when dolphins would appear. I noticed other tour boats anchored nearby.

Then, right in front of us, dolphins started to spin and jump! The excitement on the boat skyrocketed as everyone rushed to the side to see.

The dolphins were incredibly playful, swimming close by in turns. The largest group was a stunning pod of about 30 dolphins, swimming just a few meters below us while seemingly chatting away.

Interestingly, there were a few participants who couldn't swim, but everyone was wearing life jackets, and floatation devices were provided. The powerful staff pulled them along with impressive strength, ensuring we all had great positions for dolphin watching, which was reassuring.

ああ終わっちゃったとボ~とするところがない。
帰りの車内は皆爆睡でしたけどね。

イルカに会える確立を聞くと

会えない日は逆に特別な日という事らしいです。

On May 14, I enrolled at the prestigious Dolphin University. Until now, I had participated in similar "swim with dolphins" tours, but unfortunately, I often ended up just snorkeling without seeing any dolphins. The early 6 AM pickup was a bit tough, but we started with some hot malasadas. Before we knew it, we arrived at the port.

"Dolphin University" was an exhilarating experience.

Since it was my first time in Hawaii, I wanted to do something that felt uniquely Hawaiian, so I searched for optional tours and decided on "Dolphin University" because of its impactful name.

Even though I was excited to swim with dolphins, I honestly had some concerns about how close we would get and how many dolphins would be there, but those worries vanished as soon as we arrived at the first spot.

There were about 10 dolphins in one pod, and I believe there were over 50 dolphins that day in total.

The water was crystal clear, and light streamed down to the bright white seabed at a depth of about 10 meters. In this beautiful setting, I swam above a pod of about 10 dolphins swimming near the seabed.

When the dolphins came up to the surface for air, I was probably less than a meter away from them. The dolphins were very curious and welcomed us with spins and jumps.

At the second spot, there were five sea turtles, and I was able to swim alongside them as they glided effortlessly without paying much attention to us (I could get close enough to touch them, but it seems that touching is not allowed).

We visited three different spots, and each session lasted about 40 to 50 minutes, which was more than satisfying.

The cheeseburger served for lunch was also excellent, and we headed back while listening to the music of Keoki, who is also a professional musician.

The staff members were very friendly, and you could feel their desire for everyone to have a great time. If you're looking to experience something extraordinary, I highly recommend Dolphin University!

イルカと一緒に泳げるといっても、何せ野生ですので、どこまで近く、何頭ほどいるのか、など正直不安もありましたが、最初のポイントに到着した途端にそんな不安も吹き飛びました。

一つの群れで10頭程度、その群れがいくつもあり、当日は50頭以上のイルカがいたと思います。

水は透き通り、水深10Ｍ程の真っ白な海底へ光が差し込み、その光の中、海底付近を群れを成して泳ぐ10頭程のイルカの上を、私が泳ぐという構図です。

呼吸の為、水面へ上がってくる時には、イルカとの距離は1Ｍも離れていなかったと思います。イルカも好奇心旺盛で、スピンジャンプなどでお出迎えしてくれました。

2箇所目のポイントには5頭のウミガメがおり、人間を気にせず伸び伸びと泳ぐウミガメと並んで泳ぐことができました（触れる距離まで近づけましたが触ってはダメらしいです）

計3箇所のポイントを回りますが、1回の時間は40~50分程度と十分に満足できました。

昼食として出されるチーズバーガーも絶品で、プロのミュージシャンでもあるKeokiさんの歌を聞きながら、帰路につきました。

スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで、何とか皆に楽しんで帰ってもらおうと気持ちが伝わってきました。
非日常を味わうのであれば、イルカ大学おすすめです！

This was my first time going to Hawaii, and I joined a tour at the invitation of a friend. I had never even seen an aquarium before, so swimming with wild dolphins and sea turtles was incredible!

Starting with Leonard's malasadas, we enjoyed a variety of activities: from the car, we listened to "This Tree, What Tree" (Hitachi) → visited the Kōnishiki Palace → and headed to the ocean. The moments with the dolphins and sea turtles, the ocean activities, lunch, singing, and dancing made the time fly by.

I spent a precious and luxurious time surrounded by Hawaii's unique environment, ocean, dolphins, and the warm hospitality of the staff.

There were repeat visitors as well, and I completely understand why! Even on the way to the location and back, there were various activities, making it a fulfilling experience that offers satisfaction beyond the cost of participation!

Every day, I was overwhelmed with work and living a stressful life, but the great outdoors healed my mind and body. I highly recommend participating!

On May 11, I participated in a dolphin university tour with a friend. This was my fifth trip to Hawaii, but it was my first time joining a tour to swim with dolphins, so I was half excited and half wondering if I would actually get to see them.

We started by enjoying hot masala while heading out to sea, welcomed by cheerful staff.

After a short time on the boat, we encountered a pod of dolphins! We hurried into the water. In the clear sea, we chased after the dolphins, watched them jump, and felt the unique sounds they make underwater. The dolphins even came right up close to us, which was incredibly exciting.

Still buzzing with excitement, we headed to the turtle spot. As soon as the boat arrived, a turtle popped its head up to greet us. That day, there were five turtles, and we got astonishingly close to one, about 50 centimeters away!

While kayaking, we saw dolphins swimming beneath us again, and I had a wonderful, healing time swimming with dolphins and turtles, which I usually only see at aquariums.

On the way back, we enjoyed cheeseburgers made by the captain while listening to music and watching hula dancing as we returned to the port.

Before signing up, I thought the price was a bit high, but after participating, I believe it was worth every penny.

Yuriko and the rest of the staff were all very kind. Participating in the tour, swimming, and seeing the beautiful scenery helped relieve my stress.

I would love to come back for more healing experiences!

5/11、イルカ大学ツアーに友人と共に参加しました。ハワイに旅行するのは５回目でしたが、イルカと泳ぐツアーに参加するのは初めてだったので見れるのかなーという気持ち半分、期待半分で参加しました。

最初に熱々のマサラダを食しながら海へ☆陽気なスタッフに迎え入れられ沖に出ました。

少し船に乗った頃、イルカの群れに遭遇！急いで海の中へ。澄んだ海の中でイルカの姿を追いかけたり、ジャンプを見たり、イルカが出す特有の音を海の中で感じたり。イルカも私たちのすぐそばまできて大感激。

興奮冷めやらぬまま海がめのスポットへ。船が着いた途端にひょっこり顔を出してお出迎え。その日は５匹の亀がいましたが、その中の１匹となんと50センチくらいまで大接近!!驚きです。

その後もカヤックに乗っているときも再びイルカが下を通りぬけたりと、いつもは水族館でしか見れないイルカや海がめと泳げ、いい癒しの時間を持てました。

帰りも船長が作ってくれたチーズバーガーを食べながら歌を聴いたり、フラを踊ったりしながら港へ戻りました。

申し込む前は、お値段は少し高いかな？と思いましたが、実際参加してみてお値段以上の価値はあると思います。

ユリコさんを始めスタッフの方たちは皆親切な人ばかり。ツアーに参加して、泳ぐこともキレイな景色を見たこともストレス解消になりました。

また癒されに来たいです☆

I was able to see a lot of dolphins.
I could hear their voices, and I felt like I wanted to watch them forever.
The staff were cheerful and kind, so I never felt bored on the boat.
After seeing the dolphins, I was able to borrow a kayak without any additional charge, and the cheeseburger was delicious, leaving me very satisfied.

I love turtles, so I wished I could have seen a few more turtles...

I resonated with the staff's spirit of cherishing dolphins and nature.
I definitely want to participate again.

From the moment the boat set sail, dolphins began to come alongside us one after another. They swam slowly with us, and I was able to meet many dolphins, which made me extremely satisfied! It was so healing.

At first, you might think this tour is a bit pricey when you sign up, but I believe it's worth participating!

On the way to the harbor, we had breakfast at Leonard's with their famous malasadas, and not only did we swim with dolphins in the ocean, but we also got to swim with sea turtles and snorkel in a place that felt like a dragon palace! We also had the chance to kayak. And just when we were getting tired, we enjoyed freshly made cheeseburgers.

The breeze felt nice, the scenery was amazing, and it was a truly healing moment.

All the staff were wonderful! (＾＾)

I want to make this a regular event whenever I go to Hawaii.

This was my second time snorkeling with wild dolphins and sea turtles. During my first experience at a different location, the instructions were not clear, and I ended up swallowing seawater at the beginning, which was quite frustrating. However, I really wanted to see dolphins, so I decided to try at "Dolphin University." The staff were kind and friendly, which made the experience very enjoyable. Dolphins swam right below me, and sea turtles gracefully glided beneath as well. When I fed them a little bread, the yellow fish came close and touched my hand, which was adorable. The weather was perfect too. I will definitely come back when I visit Hawaii again.

Unfortunately, the sea was rough on the day I participated, and I couldn't see any dolphins or whales, which lowered my overall rating a bit.

However, the staff were friendly, and although I didn't get to meet any dolphins, I enjoyed the other activities.

I hope to participate again someday and swim with the dolphins next time.

There was an option to purchase photo data taken by the staff, and I signed up for it, but after returning home, I thought it might have been better to just stick with the photos we took ourselves. The slideshow included photos from other participants for $75, so... (In the end, I found that creating my own slideshow with just our photos turned out better.)

I really wanted to swim with dolphins, so I considered various options, including theme parks, but I chose this one because it had so much to offer.

On the day of the tour, the sea was quite rough, and many people got seasick. I felt scared at first, but the photographer, Shera, smiled and said, "The captain is a veteran, so there's nothing to worry about!" This eased my tension, and I ended up having fun with the other participants. Thankfully, I was able to meet the dolphins without feeling seasick. They performed front flips and spin jumps right in front of me, and I was so impressed!!!

It seems that this was the only tour where I could swim with dolphins that day. This was all thanks to the veteran Captain Papa and the other staff who patiently searched for them. By the way, we also got to see a whale's tail and a jump.

I hope the sea is a bit calmer next time...

For those participating, I recommend preparing for seasickness and the cold. I think the best way to combat seasickness is to chat and have fun with the people around you!

とにかくイルカと泳ぎたくて、テーマパークも含めいろいろ検討しましたが、内容が盛りだくさんだったので、こちらを選びました。

当日は、結構海が荒れていて、船酔いする人も続出。
私も最初は怖さを感じていたのですが、カメラマンのSheraさんが「キャプテンはベテランだから怖がらなくて全然大丈夫！」と笑顔で言ってくれたことで緊張が解け、その後は他の参加者とはしゃいでいました。
そして、船酔いと無縁のまま、イルカに出会うことができました。
目の前でフロントフリップやスピンジャンプを見せてくれて、大感激！！！

この日海に入り、イルカと泳げたのはここのツアーだけだったようです。
これもベテランのキャプテンパパさんや他のスタッフのおかげです！本当に根気強く探してくれました。
ちなみに、クジラのおしりとジャンプも見られました。

次回はもうちょい海が穏やかだったらいいなぁ。。。

参加する方には、船酔い対策と寒さ対策をしておくことをお勧めします。一番の船酔い対策は、周りの人とたくさんおしゃべりをして、はしゃいじゃうことだと思います！

Wild Dolphin and Sea Turtle Snorkeling - Luxurious! Prestigious Dolphin University! (Oahu)

I participated on New Year's Eve this time, but the sea was rough... the boat was swaying... both my partner and I ended up feeling unwell (many others were also feeling sick).

However! Even in rough seas, there were good things, like the humpback whales performing spectacular high jumps!!! They jumped quite close to us, which was very exciting!

Unfortunately, there was no duet swim with dolphins as originally intended, as mentioned on the website and in the information; we only saw the pilot whales swimming from the boat.

At the end, we returned to the cove to play a bit, and the cheeseburgers that came out during that time might have been the best part... (I did jump into the rough sea once, but I didn't encounter any dolphins and felt like a passenger escaping from a sinking ship...)

The captain and the staff were very fun and nice people, so I didn't have any unpleasant experiences, and it was enjoyable. However, since we couldn't achieve the original goal, I give it three stars.

しかーし！荒れた海でもいいことはあるもので、ザトウクジラがハイジャンプの嵐！！！かなり近寄っても跳んでくれたので、とても興奮しました！

ただ残念ながら、本来の目的であったHPや案内にあるようなイルカとのデュエットスイムはまったく無し、ゴンドウイルカの泳ぎを船の上から見るだけでした。

最後に入り江に戻って軽く遊ぶのですが、その時に出てくるチーズバーガー始め、その時間がいちばん良かったかも・・・（一回は荒れた海に飛び込んだのですが、イルカとも遭遇せず、且つ沈没する船から逃げた乗客のようでした・・）

船長はじめ、スタッフはとても楽しくいい人たちなので嫌な思いは一切しませんし、楽しかったです。ただ本来の目的が達成できず、ということで星三つです。

On September 8th, I enrolled at the prestigious Dolphin University for the first time. Since I was a child, it has been my dream to swim with dolphins, and I finally got to fulfill that dream this time.

As others have written, the excitement of encountering dolphins and swimming with them is beyond measure. This is something you must experience for yourself and truly feel. The other tour activities are also plentiful, so there's no doubt you'll be satisfied.

Moreover, the staff members are incredibly kind. They welcomed us with warm smiles, and I could feel their genuine effort to make our experience enjoyable.

What left the biggest impression on me during this tour was not only swimming with the dolphins but also Yuriko's feelings towards the dolphins and her message to us. I was truly moved by this. You might think it's an exaggeration, but after listening to Yuriko's stories on the boat, I feel like my perspective on life has slightly changed. I realized the importance of cherishing each day, remembering to be grateful, and valuing who I am now.

There may be other tours that offer "swimming with wild dolphins," but I believe there are many experiences that can only be found at this prestigious university.

I will definitely participate in this tour again! And when I have friends visiting Hawaii, I want to recommend this tour without hesitation.

I was really looking forward to this tour because it promised that we would definitely see dolphins... and we encountered a pod of dolphins about 4 to 5 times!! When we dropped into the sea at a dolphin spotting location and floated for a while, a few dolphins came over... The guide said, "Dolphins here!" and we could even hear the dolphins' sounds. It was just amazing!!

After that, we moved by boat to a spot where we could see lots of fish and enjoyed snorkeling. When I held out some bread, the little yellow fish came right up to eat it. It felt like being in a natural aquarium, and we also enjoyed kayaking, making it accessible for a wide range of ages. There were actually little kids, pregnant women, and grandfathers participating with their grandchildren! For those who are not confident swimmers, the staff is there to support you, so there's absolutely no need to worry. You really shouldn't miss this; it's an incredible experience!

イルカに必ず会えるとのことで、とっても楽しみにしていたツアーでしたが・・・イルカの群れに４~５回は遭遇できました！！
イルカに出会えるスポットで海にチャポンと落ちて、しばらく海に漂っていたところ、イルカが数頭でやってきて・・・ガイドさんが「イルカここぉぉ~」と教えてくれます。キューキューとイルカの声まで聞こえましたよ。もう感激です！！
その後はまた船で移動して、魚がいっぱい見られるスポットでのシュノーケリングを楽しみました。手にパンを持つと、黄色いお魚さんがパクパク食べにくるんですよ。天然の水族館に癒され、カヤックも楽しめたりと幅広い年齢層での参加が可能と思います。実際にちっちゃいお子さん、妊婦さん、孫たちと一緒に参加のおじいちゃんなどおられましたよ♪泳ぎが苦手な方は、スタッフさんがついてサポートしてくれるので心配は全くありません☆行かなきゃ損っていうくらい最高の時間を過ごせますよ

I participated with children, and thanks to the very attentive Yuriko, we had a great time. We had malasadas for breakfast, so even though the mornings were early, the kids were fine. The sea was calm and very clear, and when we saw a pod of dolphins, it was truly healing. The boat didn't rock much, so there were no seasick people, and everyone was able to enjoy themselves happily.

子供ずれで参加しましたが、とても面倒見の良い百合子さんのおかげで、楽しく過ごせました。
朝ごはん代わりに、マラサダを食べられるので、朝が早いのですが、子供も大丈夫でした。

We participated as a family of three on August 25th (our child is a first-grade boy). I might have been the most excited when we encountered a pod of dolphins. I think it's rare to find a tour where you can swim with them. When we met a turtle, my husband jumped into the sea and touched its shell. Surprisingly, our child got really into paddle surfing and kept challenging himself until the end. It was a truly fulfilling tour that kept both kids and adults engaged. Also, the tour guides were really warm-hearted people, and I definitely want to participate again. Thank you, Yuriko, for keeping the atmosphere lively until the end!

On August 12, 2009 (Wednesday), our family of three (two adults and one child, age 8) participated. We were worried that the tour might be canceled due to the hurricane forecast for August 11, but it was confirmed to go ahead. Our family is a heavy dolphin fan, having participated in "Private Dolphin Middle School" during the same period in the summer of 2008 and again at the end of 2008, where we encountered dolphins and swam with them both times. This time, we decided to advance to the prestigious Dolphin University, which has upgraded its offerings. Swimming with wild dolphins is extremely rare worldwide and can be considered a high-potential tour. Generally, dolphin watching tours are more common, but Dolphin Middle School and this university allow you to swim with dolphins, making it a worthwhile activity to pay for in Hawaii. Conversely, it’s an experience you can’t have unless you participate in the tour.

Our pick-up was by Yuriko, the class representative from Private Dolphin Middle School, in a yellow van. However, the weather was rainy. It was raining enough in Waikiki that we occasionally needed umbrellas. There were several other groups participating, but the rainy drive dampened the mood. In such circumstances, Yuriko kept our spirits high and encouraged us. We enjoyed freshly made Leonard's malasadas on our way to Waianae Harbor.

Waianae Harbor is located in the West Oahu region, which is a dry area. Because of this, the weather was different from Waikiki, and we were lucky to have cloudy weather with occasional sunshine that day.

Additionally, we were fortunate to encounter a large pod of dolphins just five minutes after departure! We were satisfied to see the dolphins up close, and it was great to hear their sounds. After swimming with the dolphins, we headed to the underwater palace with tropical fish! There, we could swim with turtles and tropical fish, and if we got bored, we could play with kayaks or paddle surfing.

It was a greedy tour with swimming with dolphins, snorkeling with tropical fish and turtles, paddle surfing, and hula dancing.

２００９年８月１２日（水）に３人家族（大人２名、子供１名(8才)）で参加しました。８月１１日にハリケーンが来るということで天気も曇りがち、明日は中止かな・・・と思っていたら催行が決定しました。私たち家族は、08年夏の同じ時期に「私立イルカ中学」に参加し、08年の年末にも「私立イルカ中学」に参加したヘビーなイルカファンで、これまで２回ともイルカと遭遇し一緒に泳ぐことができたので、今回はバージョンアップした名門イルカ大学へ進学を決めました。野生のイルカと泳げるツアーというのは、世界でも極めて稀で、ポテンシャルの高いツアーと言えると思います。一般的にはイルカウォッチングツアーなるものが主ですが、イルカ中学、この大学はイルカと一緒に泳ぐことができ、ハワイのアクティビティーの中でもお金を出して参加する価値があるものだと思います。逆に言えばツアーに参加しないと経験できないアクティビティーです。

　お迎えは私立イルカ中学の学級委員長のゆりこさんです。黄色いバンでお出迎え。しかしながら天気は雨。ワイキキは時折傘が必要なぐらいの雨が降っていました。私たち以外にも数組のグループが参加していましたが、雨のドライブでテンションは下げ下げ。そのような中、ゆりこさんがテンション上げ上げで励ましてくれます。出来立てホヤホヤのレナーズマラサダを食べながらワイアエナ港へ迎います。

　ワイアエナ港は西オアフ地域にあり、乾燥地帯。そのかいあり、ワイキキとは天気が異なり、当日は曇り時々晴れという天気でラッキーでした。

　またラッキーなことに出航して５分でイルカの大群に遭遇！　今までの経験より近くでイルカを見ることができ満足！イルカの声も聞けて本当によかったです。イルカと泳いだ後は、熱帯魚のいる竜宮城へＧＯ！　そこでは亀や熱帯魚と泳ぐことができ、飽きたことにはカヤックやパドルサーフィンで遊ぶことができます。

　イルカと泳いだり、熱帯魚、カメさんのいる場所でシュノーケルしたり、パドルサーフィンをしたりフラダンスをしたりと欲張りなツアーです。

　最後に大学と中学の違いですが、みなさんの参考になればと思い記述しておきます。
