It was a very good experience tour.

I thought a regular pickup would come, but a really cool, big, and beautiful bus arrived, and everyone got excited.

There were plenty of monitors inside the bus, and the explanations were easy to understand. The female guide not only spoke Japanese but also created a great atmosphere, making it fun.

The tour was enjoyable for all the members. We got to see and swim with dolphins.

The snorkeling afterward was also very good. Since it can be cold, it's definitely better to borrow a wetsuit at the beginning.

My long-awaited first trip to Hawaii! I went in mid-April. The day before was unfortunately rainy, so I was worried about rain on the day of my trip, but fortunately, the weather held up until the end. I was able to see a pod of dolphins, sea turtles swimming along the ocean floor, and schools of small fish, which made for an incredibly moving experience in the crystal-clear waters.

As for advice for those who will be participating, I tend to handle the cold well, but if you are sensitive to cold, be sure to bring a larger towel and a jacket, as it can get chilly, especially with the wind while moving on the boat! 念願の初ハワイ！
4月中旬に行きました。前日があいにく雨模様だったので、当日雨が降るのが心配でしたが、幸い天気も最後まで崩れる事なく、予定通り？イルカの群れにも海底を泳ぐウミガメにも小さい魚の群れにも会う事ができて透き通るようなきれいな海中もともなって感動の体験でした。
これから参加される方へのアドバイス？ですが、私は寒さには強い方なのですが、寒さに弱い方は、船で移動中は特に風が吹くと寒いので、大きめのタオルとジャケットなど寒さ対策は忘れないように！
あと4月中旬は雨季の終わりという事で、今回も仕事が比較的落ち着いた時にお休みをもらってハワイに行く事ができましたが、もし又機会があれば、今度は是非、乾季に行きたいと思っています。

I was able to see dolphins. The crew on board, including the captain, skillfully found a pod of dolphins and guided us into the water. I thought they would be further out at sea, but I was surprised to find them closer to the shore. While in the water, wearing snorkeling goggles, we were signaled to "look down!" However, rather than looking straight down, we needed to look ahead at a shallow distance to see the dolphins. During that time, some people in our group couldn't see anything and the dolphins swam away without them getting a glimpse.

While it says "you can swim with dolphins," it seems that the dolphins do not come close to you. The experience felt more like watching a pod of dolphins from the water. If you want to swim with them, I think you would have a more enjoyable time at a seaside park. Additionally, repeatedly getting in and out of the water can be a bit tough for elderly people and small children, especially since the boat isn't very large.

After the dolphin experience, we moved to another location for snorkeling. We spent about 40-50 minutes there. The crew worked hard to provide us with slides and kayaks, and we were able to see sea turtles.

”イルカと一緒に泳げる”とありますが、イルカは決して寄って来てくれるわけではないようです。感覚としては、海の中からイルカの群れを見る...という感じでしょうか。一緒に泳ぐならシーサイドパークの方が確実に楽しめるかと思いました。あと何度も海に入る、船に戻るを繰り返し、船も大きいわけではないので、高齢の方や小さい子供は少し辛いかもしれません。

イルカが終わったら、次は場所を移動してシュノーケリングをします。ここで40-50分過ごしました。滑り台やカヤックを出してくださり、ウミガメを見たりとクルーの皆さんはとても頑張ってくださいました。

最後に、お名前は控えますが送迎から一緒の日本人女性クルーが、とても残念な感じでした。
研修中との事でしたが、たぶんその日が初日だったのでしょうか、説明中は、I don’t know how to say in Japanese ! や、超すごいんでぇ！などとあまり日本人の接客では使わない言葉を連発し、「注意事項のビデオを流すので、よく見てください」と流したものの狭い車内の中で、彼女は先輩クルーやカメラマンに、ご自身の犬や旦那様(一部かなり下品な内容を日本語と英語を混ぜて話されていて不快極まりないです)の話、今日これ終わったらうちに遊びに来ない？などと、積極的に話しかけ、その声が邪魔になりビデオの音声なんて聞こえませんでした。それを注意しない先輩男性クルーもどうなのか...。
そういうお話は業務中でなく、終わっかてからしていただきたかったです。ツアーに参加する日本人は全く英語がわからないと思われているのでしょうが、その日に参加した人達の中で、「あの人、すごい事話してるね...」と顔を見合わせていましたよ。日本人参加者がほとんどのツアーなのですから、もう少し配慮をしていただきたかったです。

I definitely want to participate again! It was great to see dolphins and turtles up close. The instructors were all fun, and I enjoyed the travel time as well. This became my favorite memory from my 7-day trip to Hawaii, and I want to recommend it to my friends and participate again.

After snorkeling, I had a great time playing on the slide and dancing with the staff. Everything was wonderful. The day I went was sunny, but it got a bit chilly when I was in the shade after coming out of the water. Since it was an early morning tour, I still had time to play in the ocean afterward. The photo and video sales were about 10,000 yen for one family. They also sold trainer T-shirts on the bus. Thank you to the staff for a fun half-day!

I was worried about oversleeping with an early departure, but they even gave me a morning call. During the boat ride to where the dolphins were, our Japanese guide, Miu, and the crew were all cheerful and made it enjoyable. The dolphins swam close by, and we also got to see turtles up close!

The sea water was a bit cold, but the weather was nice, so I was able to enjoy snorkeling, the slide, and paddleboarding comfortably. The hamburger was delicious too!

I searched for Hawaii OP and decided on VELTRA after reading various reviews. From the reservation stage, I felt well taken care of, and I was glad I chose VELTRA.

As for the tour itself, all the staff provided a wonderful Hawaiian hospitality experience, which was fantastic. Of course, we were thrilled to see dolphins and honu ❤️ My husband jumped into the sea and within five minutes, he cramped up in both legs and had to signal for help, and the staff came to his rescue. They were lifesavers. The weather was perfect, but the seawater was a bit cold, and since the bus had air conditioning on the way to and from the site, I think a jacket is necessary. For lunch, snacks like pineapple and hamburgers were provided, but if you're a big eater, I recommend bringing some light snacks besides bananas. I'm really glad I participated.

(I wondered if this could have been anticipated since it happens every year, but all the other tours and buses heading to the airport were also delayed, so I thought it might just be something you have to accept in Hawaii with a big heart, haha). It seemed that the street where we were supposed to be picked up was particularly congested, so the bus stopped on a larger road, and two staff members (one of whom was Japanese) ran to greet us. A large, beautiful bus came to pick us up. Once on the bus, they began with an apology for the delay, introduced the staff, and explained the schedule and important notes in English followed by Japanese. There was also information about purchasing a USB for photos and videos taken on the trip, as well as renting wetsuits. 予約をしていた日の朝、ＶＥＬＴＲＡさんのスタッフの方から「本日は波が高く催行不可能となりました…」と連絡があり、返金・振り替えなどの説明があり、翌日へ振り替えてもらいました。もちろんきちんとした対応で、何の心配もありませんでした。次の日も心配でしたが、電話が来なかったので大丈夫なんだなと思いピックアップ場所へ。しかしその日は年に一度のパレードの日だったらしく道路は大渋滞。バスを待つこと1時間…。（毎年の事なので事前に予測できないのかな？とは思いましたが、他のツアーも、空港へ向かう予約のバスもどれもこれも全てが遅れていたのでハワイでは仕方がないのかな？と思う大きな心が必要です（笑））我が家のピックアップ場所の通りが特に渋滞していたようなので大きい道路にバスを停めスタッフの方が2人（1人は日本人）で走って迎えに来てくれました。大きい素敵なバスがお迎えに来てくれていました。バスに乗るとまず、遅れたお詫びから始まりスタッフの紹介、今日のスケジュールや注意事項などを英語に続き日本語で説明してくれます。バスの中で写真や動画を収めたＵＳＢの購入、ウエットスーツのレンタルなどについても説明があります。行きのバスで写真・動画のセットを購入した人はリストバンドのプレゼント（参加人数分）、5㌦の割引がありました。カメラマンの方の近くにいると多めに撮ってもらえるような気がします。ハーバーに着くと、トイレを済ませフィン・ゴーグルを借ります。（バスの中でレンタルしたウエットスーツもここで試着してみます）サイズを合わせて、ＯＫであれば船に乗り込みます。乗船後、イルカを探しに行きますがその間、再度説明があり、海や生き物に敬意を表すためのハワイの歌を歌って花を捧げます。陽気なハワイアンのスタッフ、イルカのポイントに着いたらすぐに海へ飛び込みイルカの場所まで泳いでいきます。残念ながらかめ、くじらには会えませんでしたが、イルカに出会え自然を感じられ感動でした。そのあとは別の場所へ移動し、シュノーケリングやカヤックなどで遊ぶ自由時間があります。ハーバーまで帰港する際にタロイモのチーズバーガー、パイナップル1口サイズを1つ小袋のチップスを一人一袋食べながら帰っていきます。スタッフがフラダンスも踊ってくれ、参加者皆で踊ったりもします。終始楽しい時間で家族みんな大満足です。我が家はUSBを購入したので、その日の夕方ワイキキのDFS近くにあるオフィスへ取りに行きオフィスにいた日本人の男性もとても気さくで感じのいいかたでした。エコバックはこのオフィスでもらえます。次回ハワイへ行った際には是非また参加したいです。お子さんがいらっしゃる場合は、11時出航プランにした方が子供の負担にならないと思います。普段酔わなくても酔い止めは予防として飲むべきだと思います。

I had high expectations for the main event of my trip to Hawaii, but I didn't see any dolphins at all. I understand that it's a wild animal, so it's not surprising. Even when they said, "It's a whale!" it was too far away, and even with my contact lenses, I couldn't see it well. They worked hard to find dolphins, and since we waited on the boat for a long time, I ended up feeling seasick, even though I usually don't take motion sickness medication. I hoped to do a lot of snorkeling since I couldn't see any dolphins, but it ended rather quickly. I think it was a stroke of luck that I got to see a sea turtle! They took a lot of photos, but honestly, if you don't buy a USB, you won't see anything, so I recommend purchasing it on the bus if you want to keep those memories. For lunch, I think "light snack" is a better description than "lunch." Later, I received an email saying, "Here are today's photos," but there were no attachments... 後ほど、今日の写真です、とメールが届きましたが写真は添付されておらず…どこに問い合わせていいのかも分からず…
ちょっと期待し過ぎたかなと思いました。

This was just a terrific day from start to finish. We were picked up on time, and everything was exactly as advertised. We saw turtles, swam with the dolphins, and saw approximately 8 whales too! It was the first time snorkeling for both my husband and myself and the staff was terrific. Emmanuel picked us up and took care of us for the whole day. Our captain was terrific, making sure that we saw all those whales and had plenty of time for snorkeling with the dolphins and then over a wonderful coral reef. Photographer Justin was also terrific - making sure to get great pictures of everyone who wanted them. HIghly recommend this tour and company! Friendly AND professional!

Wow, wow, wow. This was the experience of a lifetime for me and my family. We really hit the jackpot. Within minutes of leaving the harbor we came across some Humpback whales frolicking with some dolphins - this was breathtaking. We then swam with sea turtles and had an amazing experience with a pod of approximately 50 dolphins. I honestly believe we had luck on our side because we couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made the tour even more enjoyable. I can honestly say this was the highlight of our holiday and would recommend this company to everyone.

This was a great experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I was having problems swimming in the choppy water and one of the girls stuck by me, made sure I was ok and also made sure I was able to see the dolphins.
My son and grandson loved seeing the turtles and the kayak.
Thank you for a wonderful time. We highly recommend this excursion with this company. They’re outstanding!

I participated with my 6-year-old child, but swimming with the dolphins was quite a challenge, so my spouse and I took turns. The activity slide looked fun, and it was great to see everyone enjoying it.

It was mid-December, and I heard it was cold even with a wetsuit, so I brought a winter rash guard just in case and wore diving shorts underneath, which kept me warm.

We were able to see about 10 dolphins up close! During snorkeling, we encountered about 3 dolphins, and I was very satisfied! I was also glad to see a sea turtle from the boat.

I think it can depend on the weather, but unlike other tours, it was great to have an eco-friendly and authentic experience. Thank you!

Before moving to Waianae Harbor, there was an explanation (in English and Japanese), and I signed a consent form on an iPad. There was enough time to take a nap during the transfer.

The reason I booked this tour was because it was described as "a healing tour to swim with wild dolphins in the sea!" However, in reality, diving was prohibited. It was more of a dolphin watching experience while snorkeling. The life jackets were the type that hang around the neck and were mandatory (you could deflate them). On December 13th, the water quality was poor and murky, possibly due to high waves. The dolphins were mostly deep down and only faintly visible (the staff would say, "Look down!!"). They didn't come close at all, and it ended quickly. After that, we moved to the snorkeling point where we could enjoy SUP, sea kayaking, and a slide. However, the snorkeling point we went to had nothing. There were no corals, no turtles, and only a few fish were spotted. I later heard that the captain decides which snorkeling points to go to, but this was just too disappointing.

For lunch, we had a pre-made cheeseburger with taro buns wrapped in foil. The buns were a bit sweet, so preferences may vary. There were also chips. Drinks included free water and lemonade on board (on December 13th, there was warm tea, possibly because it was cold). There were also restrooms available. If you're worried about seasickness, it's better to take something (three people vomited and were down). On the way back to the harbor, there was hula and ukulele performance, and the staff's effort to entertain was nice. Some people bought a USB with photos and videos during the ride, as there was a $5 discount, but it's important to think carefully about whether you'll see dolphins, whether you might get seasick, or whether the weather might prevent you from getting good photos before purchasing in advance. The eco bags were probably only for those who purchased the USB. I didn't receive anything. Honestly, I didn't feel that the service was worth the tour fee of $156.

I understand that it's wild and natural, but I was disappointed by the discrepancies between the description and the actual experience.

今回こちらのツアーを予約したのは説明文にある＂海で野生のイルカと一緒に泳ぐ癒しのツアー！＂と記載されていたからです。実際は潜る潜水行為禁止。イルカウォッチングをシュノーケルしながらの形になります。ライフジャケットは首からさげるタイプで着用義務(エアーは抜くことができます)。12/13は波が高かったのもあるのか水質は悪く濁っていました。イルカはずっと下の方に居てうっすらと見える程度(スタッフが＂Look down!!＂と教えてくれます)。近くに寄って来てくれることもなく。あっという間に終了。その後シュノーケルポイントに移動しSUPやシーカヤック、滑り台などを楽しめます。しかし、行ったシュノーケルポイントはなんにもない所でした。珊瑚もなければ亀は居ない、魚は数匹みかけた程度。後から聞いた話ではいくつかあるシュノーケルポイントをキャプテンの判断で決めるそうですが、これが、あまりに酷すぎでした。その後お昼ご飯は事前に作られホイルで包まれたタロイモのバンズでできたチーズバーガー。バンズは少し甘めで好みがあると思います。おまけにチップス。飲み物は船内に自由に飲めるお水とレモネードがあります(12/13は寒かった為か暖かいお茶もありました)。トイレも完備されています。船酔いを心配されている方は飲んだ方がいいです(3名嘔吐してダウンしてました)。ハーバーまでの帰り道にフラやウクレレ演奏があり、スタッフの楽しませようとしてくれる雰囲気は良かったです。行きの車内で写真と動画のUSBを購入すると$5割引になる為購入している方がいましたが、イルカに会えるかもわからない、船酔いしてダウンするかもしれない、天気が悪く良い写真が撮れていないかもしれない事をよく考えた上で事前購入しましょう。エコバッグはおそらくUSB購入者だけです。何ももらえませんでした。正直私はツアー代金$156の見合ったサービスを受けられたとは思いませんでした。

I think there were too many people. I would have liked them to split us into two boats to distribute the number of people. Even when trying to watch the hula dance, it was hard to see because the staff were filming videos on their smartphones. Especially since I was alone, I often felt overlooked. I would have appreciated a bit more consideration.

Thank you for taking care of us on the 11:00 AM departure course on November 1st. The thorough safety checks and explanations beforehand made us feel secure and allowed us to enjoy ourselves. Although I'm not great at understanding English, the repeated explanations in both English and Japanese helped me understand well, and I feel like I learned something in English too, haha.

Traveling by boat takes some time, but during that time, the staff entertained us by singing with a ukulele and dancing to the music, which was very fulfilling. We were also blessed with good weather, and the staff, both men and women, were wonderful people. It was truly the best experience. Thank you! ☆

My friend couldn't make it for personal reasons, so I participated alone! I was the only one attending solo; everyone else was with friends, couples, or spouses, which made me a bit anxious at first.
