After seeing the dolphins, while moving to a point where we could see sea turtles, we were stopped in the water due to engine trouble. We returned to port safely on the one boat that was functioning. The hula dance lesson, the staff's planned dance on the boat, and the BBQ lunch (which had been cooked on the boat but was cold) were held at a park instead.

It seemed to be an unexpected trouble, but the staff were smiling, kind, and fun, which made me forget that we hardly got to do any snorkeling or experiences like kayak surfing or paddle surfing.

However, what was disappointing was the company's response. Despite the schedule changes due to the boat trouble, the apology was simply a discount on the DVD (which could be purchased by those who wanted it) from 8,000 yen to 3,000 yen. At that moment, everyone was tired from seasickness and agreed to it, but considering that some might not want to purchase it, I found it strange.

It was truly disappointing, especially since all the staff were great. Among the group, I was the only one participating for the second time, and knowing how much fun I had the first time made me feel sorry for my friends who joined me this time. エンジンのトラブルで、海の上で足止め、
二つのうち一つ無事なほうで、帰港しました。
フラダンスレッスン、船上で予定していたスタッフのダンス、BBQランチ（船で焼かれたものを持ってきてあり、冷えてました）は公園で行われました。
予想外のトラブルだったようですが、スタッフの方たちは、笑顔で優しく楽しく、結局シュノーケリングがほとんどできなかったこと、カヤックサーフィンやパドルサーフィンなどの体験もできなかったことを忘れさせてくれる気がしました。

ただ、残念なのが、会社の対応です。船のトラブルで、スケジュールに変更があったにもかかわらず、お詫びが『（希望者のみ購入する）DVD8000円を3000円に割引します』といったものでした。その場では、皆船酔いなどの疲れもあり、了承しましたが、購入しない場合もあることを考えるとおかしいと思います。

スタッフの方たちが、全員よい方だっただけに本当に残念です。グループで参加の中、私だけ二回目参加で、一回目とても楽しかったことを知っていただけに一緒に参加した友人にも申し訳ない気持ちになりました。
予想外のトラブルとはいっても、今後もあり得ることだと思いますし、キチンとした対応を考えていただきたいと思います。

I've been on a few excursions. . .all have been fun, but this was my favorite. I highly recommend it! The staff was great fun and very knowledgeable. We saw so many dolphins, a sea turtle, and a sting ray. We were able to snorkel along side and enjoy! It was a bonus they had a photographer on board that took underwater pictures so we have our memories in pictures of all we enjoyed that day. You won't be disappointed!!

I was skeptical about whether I could really see wild dolphins, but I was moved to see them for sure! I was asked about wearing a wetsuit, but since none of the other participants raised their hands, our group also participated without suits. However, the seawater was colder than I expected, and it was very chilly with the wind when we got back on the boat. I recommend participating with a wetsuit.

I had to cancel dolphin watching twice in Kyushu due to typhoons, even though the probability of seeing them was over 90%. This time, I learned that in Hawaii, not only can you see them, but you can also swim with them, so I confidently signed up!

On the day of the event, we had an early morning meeting at 6 AM, but my excitement kept me awake and ready to go☆

As soon as we arrived, I put on a wetsuit ($10), hopped on the boat, and off we went! I was a bit anxious about the early start, but as soon as we reached the bay, we spotted dolphins right away! Over the course of a few hours, we encountered several dolphins, including baby dolphins♪ Other teams were there too, but the dolphins kept coming back to our group, making it hard for us to get back on the boat (laughs).

到着するやいなやウエットスーツ（＄１０）を着て、ボートへ乗り込み、いざ出発！なんて早いスタートなんだと焦りましたが、湾にでるとすぐイルカ発見！！数時間の間に何頭もイルカや子供イルカにも逢うことが出来ました♪他のチームも来られていましたが、イルカは私たちのチームへ何回も寄ってきてくれボートに上がるに上がれない状態でした（笑）

場所を変えてウミガメは２匹も泳いている姿を見ることができました。旦那はウミガメの悠々を泳ぐ姿が神秘的に感じたと言っていました。

I think it's great that you can visit the west coast of Hawaii, which you wouldn't go to otherwise, on this tour. The staff is full of energy and keeps you entertained. You can eat malasadas, swim with dolphins, see sea turtles, enjoy a simple cheeseburger, go paddle boarding, and even dance a little hula—it's a packed tour.

This was our second visit with this company and we were even more pleased this time than we were before!

This is a well run company staffed by people who know how to please! Captain Jenna and First Mate Katie were both superb! There was little wasted time looking for dolphins and turtles as Jenna knew right where to go to find them. She also ensured we had the maximum time in each area. We came away very satisfied.

Yes, we would even entertain another visit and hopefully bring friends.

Also, Jim Ward was a very personable photographer who was very prompt in send out his photos for download.

First, we went to eat a treat called malasada. It was freshly fried and very delicious. On the bus, they passionately talked about snorkeling precautions and Hawaii in Japanese.

Once we boarded the boat, the lively crew welcomed us, and we had a great time. We were particularly fine with seasickness, but some people felt unwell, so those who are worried might want to bring motion sickness medication. Also, they will take photos for you, but since you'll have to buy them later, if you want to avoid spending money, it might be better to take your own pictures.

When we got out to sea, the weather was fantastic, and we were able to see over 100 dolphins, which was truly moving. It was a wonderful experience to see dolphins right in front of us. We only saw one turtle, but I think it offers a different kind of excitement compared to seeing turtles in an aquarium. I highly recommend this tour.

私たちが海に出た時はとても天気がよくイルカたちにも100頭以上あうことができ感動しました。目の前でイルカを見れるのでとてもいい経験をすることができました。カメは一頭しかみれませんでしたが、水族館で見るカメとは違う感動を味わうことができると思います。お勧めのツアーです。

I had a great time! Actually, I got seasick and spent most of the time on the boat, but I was happy that the staff were concerned about me.

It seems that the dolphins were a bit nervous because a baby had just been born, so I was able to see them from the boat, but it looks like the people swimming couldn't see them.

My daughter said she was disappointed about not seeing the dolphins, but she was moved when she saw the sea turtles.

The tour we participated in was something that my daughters went on about a week ago and were very impressed by. Hearing this, my husband and I eagerly joined, believing without a doubt that we would get to see dolphins. The tour description did mention that since it involves nature, there are rare occasions when you might not see them. However, we didn't see a single dolphin, and only a few fish. That said, the performance of the staff was very good.

This was my fifth time swimming with dolphins. This time, I participated in "Private Dolphin Junior High" for the second time. Just like last time, I was able to encounter many pods of dolphins. Moreover, since it was the birthing season, we also met several baby dolphins. Their earnest jumping was very adorable and entertained us.

Additionally, while we were returning to the harbor, six dolphins swam alongside our boat for over five minutes. This was truly the best part. The tour guide was also very pleasant, which made it even better. The food and drinks kept coming, making it a tour filled with happiness.

今回参加した”私立イルカ中学”は２回目。
前回同様、沢山のイルカの群れに出会うことが出来ました。
しかも、出産シーズンと言うことで、数匹の赤ちゃんイルカにも出会えました。
一生懸命ジャンプする姿がとても愛らしく、私達を楽しませてくれました。
しかも！私達が港へ戻っていたその時、６頭のイルカが５分以上も並走して私達のボートの横を一緒に泳いでくれたんです。これは本当に最高でした。
ツアー担当の方も感じがよく、とても良かったです。
食べ物＆飲み物もどんどん出してくれて、幸せ一杯のツアーでした。

I participated with my 6th-grade daughter. As mentioned in other reviews, we felt quite chilly at times, so I think a jacket is essential. The staff were all cheerful and kind, and we were able to see dolphins, making it a very satisfying day.

The staff worked hard to find dolphins for us, and we were able to see them three times during our three attempts. At this time of year, we encountered baby dolphins. If you're going to Hawaii, you absolutely have to go to the ocean! I decided that and signed up here after checking the reviews. The staff were very friendly, and I got to see beautiful scenery, dolphins up close, and even meet sea turtles. I was able to feed colorful fish from my hand, which made for truly wonderful memories! I would love to participate again if I have the chance!

スタッフの対応はとてもよく、きれいな景色がみれたり、間近でイルカの群れをみれたり、海がめにもあえ、色とりどりの魚に手からエサを与えたりでき本当にいい思い出になりました！

I participated in a dolphin tour during my trip to Hawaii a year ago, but the Dolphin School was definitely more interesting. The tour guide really got us participants excited, so we had a great time both on the bus and on the boat.

The main dolphins were amazing. When we first spotted them, they came right up to the boat and swam alongside us. Even after we got into the water, they swam slowly around us. It was incredibly healing.

You absolutely must participate in this in Hawaii.

ツアーガイドさんは我々参加者を盛り上げてくれるので、バスの中、船の上でも非常に楽しめました。

メインのイルカも最高。

In August 2012, I participated in my fifth dolphin swimming tour. As I had heard, this time of year is the season for baby dolphins, and I encountered many of them. Moreover, they swam leisurely, allowing me to observe them closely. The baby dolphins had a whitish color and were swimming with all their might. Occasionally, they also showed off some spins. They were incredibly cute and it was the best experience!

At this age, even though I don't regularly go swimming or to the gym to train my body, I wanted to meet wild dolphins and let my family see these beautiful dolphins, so I participated. Thanks to the quick thinking of the dolphin staff, who provided guidance and support for my 4-year-old twins, the two boys had a wonderful experience together in the ocean. This time, we moved quickly to catch up with the dolphins, and everyone worked hard to make sure we could meet them without giving up. As a result, we were also able to see the Hawaiian sacred site Makua, which was truly moving.

この歳になって、普段スイミングにジムにと通う、スポーツに体を鍛えてる訳でもないのに　
だだ野生のイルカに会いたくて　家族に美しいイルカさんたちに会わせてやりたくて　参加。
イルカ女史の機転でスタッフに指示して下さって、4才の双子をしっかり、サポートして海原に一緒についてくださったおかげで、二人の4才男の子たちは　素晴らしい体験をしました。
今回はスピードの移動で　イルカさんたちに追いつくため、諦めず、なんとかみんなに会わせ様とがんばってくれました。
おかげで、ハワイアンの聖地マクアも観れて　感動でしたよ。
