A must do experience…. We arraigned for the shuttle to pick us up at our hotel which I highly recommend to add that to package because you are tired after the experience…. The staff was awesome and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. The musicians were fantastic, beautiful voices and very funny. I highly recommend the higher package that includes the banana boat ride…. It’s so worth it

The morning tour on 11/3 couldn't have been better. The small deli/store has adult beverages, some limited hot items and small snacks but they do serve food. The pancakes where delicious but the egg spam and cheese breakfast sando was perfect. When we returned as the afternoon tour was starting the deli/store switched over to more lunch items like fried chicken which looked pretty good.

The tour was great! The crew was on point and the entertainment brought it to another level. Couple bathrooms and they served donuts, juice and water to start. The activities were a highlight. It's my first time out at the sandbar and just hanging in the water was the best. I'm 6ft and it was up to my neck at its highest, atleast where I ventured to. The dock was a good place to get some time off the water if not in the boat. Kayaking and sup were awesome. Snorkeling is a must do with Brudahh guy! The whole crew was a blast. The ke'aloha singers are worth the price alone.

Bring a cooler with whatever snacks/picnic food/drinks and adult beverages. Grab a towel and some sunscreen and you're going to have a great time! But forsure I'll be back!

Sidenote: we got there at 8am for our checkin at 845 and parking was sparse. I'm not sure where everyone else ended up but it didn't seem like a huge inconvenience wherever they parked. Just don't park where you aren't supposed to like the 2hr spots and the boat trailer spots.

The weather was great, and my excitement was high from the start. The female guide was very experienced, and it was nice that the group was divided into Japanese and English speakers. She took a lot of photos, and since we could practice snorkeling at the sandbar, my friends who were trying it for the first time seemed to enjoy it without any confusion. Everything was perfect until the end, and I can only say that I was glad to participate.

This trip to Hawaii only had this water activity planned, so it became a wonderful memory.

The highlight of this trip was the snorkeling tour at Heaven's Sea, and we were fortunate with the weather, making it a lot of fun. The snorkeling lasted just under an hour, but it was quite exhausting. For me, it was the right amount of time. I was also able to enjoy seeing the sea turtles. The hamburger for lunch was delicious. With unlimited soft drinks, I didn't have to worry about hydration. A larger towel is definitely a must.

The water temperature was a bit low and it was cold, but I was glad to encounter a sea turtle. It was my first time snorkeling, and my 10-year-old son was also happy.
There are several staff members who speak Japanese, and they provide explanations in Japanese as well. About 80% of the tourists are Japanese.
There are no changing rooms, so we went in our swimsuits and wiped off our wet bodies before getting on the bus for the return trip. Some people were changing in the restroom, but there are only three stalls, so it gets crowded. It might be tough for those who are not good with the cold.

I wanted to go to Kailua Beach, but I participated in a tour due to concerns about the time it would take to get there and the unfamiliar transportation. The pickup service to a nearby hotel was very helpful. The driver spoke in English, but I felt reassured as many of the other participants were Japanese. Additionally, there was a Japanese female staff member who provided explanations in Japanese beforehand, which was great! (I think it's important to note that she may not always be available.) The other staff members were locals, but they could speak some simple Japanese and told us about the fish and sea turtles, which was fun as they spoke to us in Kansai dialect. Even with the basic plan, there were three options: SUP, snorkeling, and boards, and rotating among them turned out to be just the right amount of time, so I was satisfied.

The kids said this trip was the most fun they've ever had, and it seems they really enjoyed jumping off the boat. The hamburger was hearty with a strong meat flavor, large, satisfying, and delicious—I was very pleased! I made a reservation for the morning session, which lasts about four hours in total. First, be aware that there is hardly any parking available for the rental cars. If you can't find a spot, you might have to park on the street along the road. (When I left after the morning session, there were cars parked all along both sides of the road.)

There were some people who struggled to find parking and were running late, but they waited for them, so I don't think you'll be left behind. However, it might be a good idea to call if you happen to be late.

As for what to bring, you'll need a swimsuit, sunscreen, and towels. You can go snorkeling, but be careful not to step on the coral, as it can cause injuries. It would be reassuring to have some kind of water shoes for the ocean.

For stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and kayaking, it's first come, first served, and there are plenty of them available, so just let the staff know when you want to go out. During this time of year, the tide was high, so we couldn't see the sandbar, but the water was shallow enough for beginners, which I thought was nice.

On the way to and from the boat, we also got to experience the local excitement of Hawaii, which was really fun! Mahalo!

駐車場停めるのに手こずって遅い人いたけど待ってくれてましたので、恐らく置いていかれることはないかと思いますが万が一遅くなった場合は電話した方が良さそうです。
持ち物は、水着、日焼け止め、タオルなど。
シュノーケリングができるのですが、サンゴを踏んでしまって怪我する恐れがあります。海で履く用の靴下みたいなやつあると安心です。
supやカヤックは早い者勝ちで数も多いのでやりたい時にお兄さんに言えば乗れました。
この時期は潮が満ちてかサンドバーは見れなかったが足がつく程度の海で初心者にもいいのかなと思いました。
行き帰りの船上ではハワイのローカルな盛り上がりも体験できてとっても楽しかったです！！

The shuttle service to and from the hotel made it easy to get around, and I was able to receive explanations about tourist spots and snorkeling in Japanese, allowing me to enjoy the experience with peace of mind! The hamburgers we had on the boat were truly delicious... After getting into the water, it gets cold, so I think it's a good idea to prepare something to wear over your swimsuit (like a rash guard), hot water, a bath towel, and a change of clothes for after disembarking! I participated in a tour with two friends. Due to the rainy season in October, the sandbar was deeper than I expected (about chest height), but we were able to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery of the white sandy area while playing with floaties. It was my first experience with snorkeling, and I wasn't very good at swimming, which made me anxious. However, wearing a life jacket made me feel safe, and there was a clear pre-lecture, practice time in shallow water, and several guides watching over us, so the support system was sufficient. It was scary to go deeper than I imagined (maybe due to the rainy season?), but while desperately keeping up, I was able to see coral and sea turtles, making it a valuable experience. We encountered sea turtles several times on the way to and from the tour, allowing us to feel the nature of Hawaii. The light snack of spam onigiri was also delicious. I thought the price was a bit high, but I believe it was worth it for the unique experience that only a tour can provide. 友人2人とツアーに参加しました。10月雨季だった影響もあり、サンドバーは思っていたより水深は深めでした（胸下あたり）が、浮き輪で遊びながら白い砂地の美しい景色を十分楽しめました。シュノーケリングは初体験で、あまり泳ぎも得意ではなく不安だったのですが、ライフジャケット装着で安心ですし、解りやすく事前にレクチャーあり、浅瀬での練習時間あり、ガイドさんが数名で見守ってくれるのでフォロー体制も十分でした。想像以上に深いところまでいくので怖かったですが（雨季の影響もあるかも？）、必死について行きながら、サンゴやウミガメも見れて貴重な体験ができ満足でした。行きも帰りも何度も船の上からウミガメに会う事ができ、ハワイの自然を感じる事ができました。軽食のスパムおにぎりも美味しかったです。少し値段はお高めかな？と思いましたが、ツアーだからこそ体験できる価値もあり参加してよかったと思っています。ハワイの自然に触れる貴重な体験ができるので、絶対おすすめです。

This was my third time participating. I usually can't see the sandbar. If it's waist-deep, that's better. During the accompanying snorkeling, I was able to see fish, corals, and turtles. The stand-up paddleboarding felt free with two people sharing one board, and I enjoyed it. This time, the weather was nice and not cold, but last time the bus was cold and it was quite uncomfortable. A dry towel and something to wear over are essentials.

3度目の参加でした。いつも基本的にはサンドバーは拝めません。腰丈ならましな方です。付随するシュノーケリングで魚とサンゴ、カメも見れました。SUPは二人ひとつで自由な感じ、楽しめました。今回は天気が良く寒く無かったですが、前回はバスが寒くて辟易としました。乾いたタオルと羽織るものが必需品です。
