I stayed at a hotel near Kuhio Beach. I changed into my swimsuit at the hotel and took The Bus to get there. There were only two Japanese couples in our group, along with people from France, Canada, and South Korea, making it a multicultural experience. The staff was friendly, and there were enough staff members for participants to swim comfortably! They took the time to thoroughly explain safety precautions, such as not swimming at the back of the boat, and they were always watching over the participants. There was also a practice for the OK sign and help sign, which was reassuring. We were the only Japanese participants, but there were many children joining, and we were able to communicate and have fun. There was an incident where a participant's hat flew into the sea, but the staff returned the boat to the point where the hat was and jumped in to retrieve it. The snorkeling time was long, and if you get tired, you can return to the boat via the stairs! I highly recommend it!

We had an amazing time. It was a really easy process from boarding and check in to the snorkeling to getting back to the dock. We got to see lots of fish and turtles. Anna and Zane were super helpful in making us feel comfortable especially since this was our first time snorkeling, I would recommend this especially if you are a first timer, we had a great time and really enjoyed every second of it
