My first parasailing experience!
Two handsome guys assisted us.
We boarded a boat with four groups of participants and headed to the parasailing location.

We challenged ourselves to the highest height of 150 meters.
It was much less scary than I expected, and the flying time was so much fun!!
The guys even played around by intentionally dropping us into the sea, which added to the experience. The water wasn't cold, and it was really enjoyable!
Make sure to wear a swimsuit since you might get wet!

They also took photos and made a DVD for us. I think it was $30? It does cost money, but everyone on the same boat bought it!
It became a wonderful memory★

I was able to experience parasailing efficiently within a tight schedule, which was great. A van arrived to pick us up 15 minutes before the meeting time. They waited while calling out to us until the exact departure time. It can be a bit hard to find if you're at a distance, so it's good to be cautious and stand near the road. Parasailing felt safer and less scary than I imagined. The view was also amazing and breathtaking. I highly recommend it.

The weather was great on the day, and we had a wonderful experience!

During our time there, we were the only Japanese participants, while the other four groups were all foreigners. We didn't speak much English and felt a bit lost trying to keep up with the conversations between the local guide and the other participants, but the important thing was that the guide communicated in simple English and some Japanese, which made it enjoyable for us. In fact, the other four groups were couples, and we were a duo of two women, so we ended up interacting with them quite a bit... right? (laughs)

We signed up for the 130 meters height. However, I’m not sure what height the others signed up for or if we really did the 130 meters. It felt like we flew longer than expected, and it was fun. The view was truly spectacular!! Just be aware that even if you say you don’t want to get wet, they will pretend to drop you into the sea. It was fun in the end, though! (laughs)

As others mentioned, photos are taken for $30. We considered asking other participants to take our pictures, but we couldn't bring ourselves to do it with the foreigners. (laughs) Of course, some of the photos were blurry, but they took about 80 pictures and a few videos, so we were really satisfied! I think there might be some variation in the number of photos, but they burn the CD right there and hand it to you, so there's no waiting.

写真は他の方たちも記載していたように30ドルで撮ってくれます。他の参加者に撮ってもらおうとも考えましたが外国の方たちには頼むことができませんでした。笑　もちろんピンボケしている写真もありますが、約80枚の写真と少しの動画も撮ってくれたので本当に満足です！写真の量には差があるとも思いますが・・・ＣＤその場で焼いて渡してくれるので待つこともありません。

高さは好みもあるかと思いますが、パラセイリングができたことは本当によかったです！

今まで色々なツアーに参加してきましたが送迎の方は必ず参加者のリストを持っていたし、普通のワゴン車なのであればせめてツアー名だけでも言ってくれれば良いのに...と思います。
Pick Up場所のデューク像前は止まる車も多く、他のツアーの待ち合わせ場所やトロリー乗り場にもなっているため、案内もなしにロゴの無い車をツアーの車だと判断するのはかなり難しいです。
船に乗ったガイドさんは現地の方で参加者を楽しませてくれましたが、他の参加者を待たせてしまったこと、受付の日本人女性にすごく感じの悪い態度を取られたことで、ハワイで楽しい思い出を作るはずが残念な思い出となりました。

I have a significant fear of heights, but I had no problems at all!! The reason I decided to challenge myself to jump from 150 meters was because I saw everyone's experiences.

Since I participated alone, I jumped with others. Everyone was supposed to jump from different heights, but from the boat, they all looked like they were at the same height. The price varies depending on the height, so I'm really unsure if the person I jumped with was actually at the same height as me. Was it possible they were lower than 150 meters? Did the person I jumped with not actually want to jump from 150 meters? If that could be clarified, it would have been incredibly fun☆

I definitely recommend taking photos. I think they make for great memories. If they could also provide photos (or videos) from above while jumping, that would be even better. I want to jump again when I go to Hawaii!! The staff made it enjoyable, so I created wonderful memories.

When I emailed to request a three-person ride, I received a polite response saying that depending on the weather and other conditions, it might be a two-person ride, but I decided to go ahead and book anyway. In reality, it was a three-person ride!! The kids were thrilled and really felt like they were flying. I would love to do it again. I think the height of 110 meters was sufficient. The flying time was longer than I expected. I thought it would end quickly... After arriving by car, we waited for about 15 minutes for the boat to reach the port, but I think this depends on the number of people in the previous group. Each group is set for an hour, but if there are fewer people in the previous group, they return sooner, allowing us to board earlier. 家族で参加しました。母である私と、１３歳と１０歳の子供たち。父親はビデオ撮影者として同行しました。（ボートが揺れてあまりよく撮れなかったらしい…）。写真撮影は３０ドルでお願いしました。ばっちり撮れてました。揺れに慣れているスタッフだからこそかなと思いました。とても良いツアーでしたよ。予約時に３人乗りをリクエストする旨のメールを送ったところ、天候などの状況によっては２人乗りになってしまうとの返答を頂きましたが、丁寧な返答だったので、それでも予約しようと決めました。実際は３人乗りでした！！子供たちも大喜びで、本当に鳥になった気分でした。またやりたいです。高さとしては１１０メートルで十分だったと思います。思ったよりも飛んでいた時間は長かったです。すぐ終わるかとおもっていたので…。車で現地に着いたあと、ボートが港に着くまで待ちます。１５分くらいだったけど、これは前のグループの人数にもよると思います。一時間ずつ設定されていますが、前のグループの人数が少なければ早く帰ってくるから早く乗れるし、多ければその分時間もかかっているはずなので帰りが遅く、必然的に自分たちのスタートも遅れていく…。でも仕方ないかとも思います。そのときの予約状況次第なので…。私たちのグループは日本人は私たちだけ、あとは３組いました。私と子供たちは最初に飛びました。日本語の上手なイケメン船長ら２人やその他の乗客たちとも楽しく過ごせました。ボートはかなり揺れます。この体験談を参考に酔い止め薬を飲んでよかったと思いました。他の方たちが飛んでいる間も揺れてるし、ほんとにずーっと揺れてます。酔い対策は是非！！（特にお子様は）。結局港に戻って車に乗り込んだのは１２時１６分でした。１１時スタートのグループに予約したので終了時間は少しずれ込みました。（スタートが前述通り遅れたため）。でも、こればかりは仕方ないことだと思うので、スケジュールには余裕を持ったほうが良いです。終了時間（スタート時間）がある程度遅れることは念頭に、是非この素晴らしい体験を！！VELTRAの皆さん、ありがとうございました。毎回お世話になってますが、また来年ハワイに行きますので（懲りないな～）、良いツアーをじっくり探させて頂きますね。その時は宜しくお願い致します！

During the Obon holiday period, we were the only Japanese people there. The handsome staff member gave us instructions in Japanese, so we had no trouble at all.

They offered to take photos for $30, so we decided to go for it. They give you a CD right on the spot. There seemed to be a scratch on the lens, so every photo has a mark on it, but that's part of its charm. They even included some landscape photos.

The pictures are a bit monotonous since we're just flying, but only the staff can take photos of us up there (if you try to take turns in a group, you can only get tiny pictures since you can't stand up to take photos), so I thought $30 was a bit pricey, but I don't regret it at all☆

It felt really nice, so I want to go again.

I didn't experience the scary trolley that others mentioned; it was just normal driving.

This was my first time parasailing, and it felt amazing and wasn't scary at all. Actually, I'm not good with heights. A friend who loves Hawaii said it wasn't scary, so I decided to give it a try! In the end, I'm glad I participated. We took a shuttle to the boat dock and boarded with 11 people on one boat. It had been raining since the morning, but it stopped when we went out to sea, so we were lucky. However, there was some wind, so it was a bit bumpy.

I took motion sickness medication, so my daughter and I were fine, but my husband and son weren't feeling great. They said if we had stayed on any longer, it would have been tough. It was the only tour I participated in on Oahu, and it was truly wonderful.

The tour trolley bus arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time at the meeting point. We were taken by a driver who spoke a bit of Japanese and was quite friendly, traveling mainly with other Japanese participants. Most of the staff were locals, and although their Japanese was limited, we were able to communicate.

After checking in, we waited a bit before moving to the boat. On the boat, there were other Japanese participants and a beautiful sister duo from California. We headed out to sea in perfect weather, and one by one, we went parasailing! We soared much higher than I had expected, and it felt amazing.

For an additional $30, the local staff would take photos of us with a DSLR from the boat. Everyone on our boat purchased this option. It seems that tips are also expected, but we only brought exactly $30 in cash, so that's all we could give (sorry!). Everyone else was tipping around $5.

They also captured beautiful scenery and videos, creating wonderful memories. One of the fellow participants, who was on their second trip, was flying with a waterproof camera and took photos from above, so I want to try that next time!

Basically, they drop you into the sea at the end, but if you say "dry please," it seems you can finish without getting wet. I highly recommend that everyone experience this!

僕たちのボートはみなさん購入していました。

At first, I was confused because I didn't know where to meet, and I was surprised that the welcoming vehicle was something like a trolley. However, they called out to me properly, so I was able to get on safely.
The captains were great and kept the atmosphere lively, making it enjoyable even when we weren't parasailing.

酔い止めを飲みました。小型船でぶっ飛ばし、波をどんどん超えていくので、
苦手な方は薬を飲むことをお勧めします。そのあと、他の方が
飛んでいるときにも船に乗っているのでそこでも結構揺れました。

そしてあっという間に器具をつけられ、ここに座れと言われ、
カチャカチャ装具をつけられ、空へ…

「怖い」など考える暇もなく飛ばされてしまいました。笑

空の上は不思議な気持ちになり、自然と笑顔になりました。
我々は写真のサービス（３０ドル）をお願いしなかったので、
自分たちで写真を撮ろうとしましたが、恐怖のあまり、自撮りはできず・・・笑

Go proなどを持っていったら面白い映像を撮れただろうなと思いました。

でもこの不思議な体験は写真を撮らずともすごーーーく印象に残っており、
結果的には飛んでみてよかったと思っています。

しかし高いところが苦手な方にはおすすめしないかも？
私は楽しみながらも震えてました。笑
上り下りでジェットコースターのようなふーっと浮く間隔は全くないのでご安心を。

高さも110メートルでも150メートルでも正直変わらない気がして、
110メートルにしましたが大満足です。高ければいいというものではないと思います。
次は50メートルで参加してもいいかなと思っています。

We participated as three adults. In Guam, we couldn't join due to strong winds, so I was determined to experience it. I was able to fully enjoy the thrill of 150 meters. Looking at the deep blue sea and sky, I felt like a bird; even though it was a short five minutes, it was pleasant. I also appreciated the captain's friendliness. Everything was in English, and I didn't understand the content at all, but I could see the surrounding foreigners laughing, so I felt they must have been having a fun conversation.

私の友人は高所恐怖症なのですが、半ば強引にこのツアーを予約しました。
ボートで沖まで出てパラシュートを装着しボートからテイクオフする瞬間結構ドキドキしていました。
ぐんぐん上って行きます。私は足元を見てしまい震えが止まりませんでしたが、高所恐怖症のはずの友人がとても楽しそうにはしゃいでいるのにびっくり・・しばらくすると私も気持ちが落ち着き、空からのワイキキビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドの美しさに感動しました。
風もなく上空はとても静かでまるで鳥になったかのようでした。
青く広がる水平線と空が最高！
少し料金はかかりますが写真撮影はお願いしてよかったです。ＤＶＤにすぐ焼いてもらって動画もとってくれていたので日本に帰ってからサプライズな楽しみがありました。
足が海につかる瞬間もばっちり撮れてました。
防水のカメラがあれば上空にもって行けたのに残念でした。
