After getting on the bus for the hotel pickup, there was no particular guidance, and we boarded the ship as it was. We set sail right away, and the meal began! The sunset comes quickly, but the night view of Waikiki from the sea was beautiful and moving! There was a table where they teach you how to eat lobster, but it seemed they would peel it for you if you asked. The unlimited blue cheese was really great. Also, the hula was so enjoyable that before I knew it, the ship had arrived at the dock. We quickly got back on the bus for the return trip.
ホテルのピックアップでバスに乗ったら特に案内はなく流れるままに船に乗船。すぐに出航して、食事も始まりました！サンセットはすぐにきますが、海から見るワイキキの夜景が綺麗で感動しました！ロブスターは食べ方を教えてくれるテーブルもありますが、お願いするとむいてくれるようでした。ブルーチーズが食べ放題だったのがすごくよかったです。また、フラが楽しくて見てるといつの間にか船は船着場に到着していました。すぐにバスに乗って帰り道でした。

I got dressed up and boarded the boat with my husband. I thought the seats were a bit cramped, but since I got to know the people around us, I considered it a good experience ❤️. The staff's service was excellent, and we were able to eat as much crab as we wanted. The Hawaiian show was amazing to see up close and very impressive. The dance time we all participated in was also a lot of fun.

I was able to check in at the ticket office, and it was a relief to have staff who spoke Japanese. I hadn't checked the dress code and needed to prepare pants, but they kindly arranged everything for me on board. I was able to communicate this with the staff at the ticket office.
The weather was a bit iffy with light rain, but I was impressed by how they guided us with umbrellas. Truly a five-star experience...
I had prepared for it to be cold on the ship, as I had read reviews about it, but it wasn't necessary at all. Our table's waitress was very cheerful and made an effort to enjoy the experience with us. Thanks to her, we had a wonderful time. She was truly a lovely person.
By sunset, the rain had stopped, and we were able to see a beautiful sunset. The sunset was lovely, but the night view was also really stunning.
The food was delicious, and the portions were just right. The cocktails were quite elaborate and are highly recommended.
The live performances and dancing were wonderful, and you can participate as well.
It truly became a great memory. If I have the opportunity to visit Hawaii again, I would love to use this service once more.
チケットオフィス内で受付をするのですが日本語を話せるスタッフがいて助かりました。ドレスコードを確認しておらずパンツを用意する必要があったのですが、とても丁寧な対応で船内で用意していただけることに。そのやり取りをチケットオフィスのスタッフにしていただけました。
天気が微妙で小雨が降っていたのですが、傘をさして誘導していただける対応に感動しました。さすが5スターだなと…
船内は寒いというレビューがあったので準備していましたが特に必要ありませんでした。私達のテーブル担当のウィイトレスの方はとても明るく、一緒に楽しもうとしてくれるスタイル。おかげでこちらも楽しい時間を過ごせました。本当に素敵な方です。
サンセットの時間には何とか雨も上がり綺麗な夕日が見られました。サンセットも素敵でしたが夜景も本当に素敵です。
料理の味も良く、量も丁度良かったです。カクテルも凝ったものが多くオススメです。
生演奏とダンスも素敵です。参加することもできます。
本当に良い思い出になりました。
ハワイを訪れる機会があればまた利用したいです。

The meal, including the lobster and steak, was very satisfying! The cheesecake for dessert was a bit disappointing, though. The staff was entertaining and made me feel a sense of familiarity, which was enjoyable. The only downside was that I boarded on a Friday, but there were no fireworks. If that's something they promote, I would have appreciated a heads-up about whether the fireworks would be happening or not.

On the last day of our company trip, I participated in a dinner cruise. This was my second time, but it was still very enjoyable, no matter how many times I've done it. The sunset was beautiful, and we had a delicious dinner while listening to Aloha dance and music, which everyone in the company also found to be a lot of fun. From the bus terminal in front of the Sheraton Hotel in Waikiki, we took a shared bus to the port. We boarded while being welcomed by a dance from the dancers. We were shown to a six-person table in front of the stage and waited for departure while drinking champagne. The first half featured live music from musicians, and in the second half, we enjoyed a delicious meal while watching a dance show right in front of us. The waiter even peeled the lobster for us as part of the service. It was a bit disappointing that the sunset was hidden behind the clouds early on, but we were still able to enjoy the night view, making it a wonderful time overall.

ダンサーたちの歓迎のダンスに迎えられながら乗船。ステージ正面の６人掛けテーブルに案内されシャンパンを飲みながら出航を待ちました。

It was disappointing that we couldn't see the sunset due to the rain, but the show was fun and everyone got excited. The crab and the final ice cream were delicious, but if there were more variety instead of just all-you-can-eat crab, I would have been happier. I would like to use this place again if I have the opportunity.
雨でサンセットが見れなくて残念でしたが、ショーも楽しくて皆んなで盛り上がりました。
カニと最後のアイスが美味しかったですが、カニ食べ放題ばかりだと飽きてしまうので他にも色々種類がでたら嬉しかったです。

It was our first time in Hawaii, and we spent a week in a bit of a flurry during our honeymoon. We participated in a dinner cruise after our beach wedding on the second day.
The buffet was delicious, with plenty of vegetables and meat, and we enjoyed live ukulele music and authentic hula dancing. In the end, everyone danced and sang together, and we were very satisfied.
We had a wonderful time!

We used this as a conclusion to our honeymoon trip. It turned out to be the best day of our entire travel period, with perfect timing. In particular, we had a window seat that allowed us to see the sunset perfectly, and it was truly beautiful. The welcome drinks were separated into non-alcoholic and alcoholic options, so my wife, who doesn't drink, was able to enjoy something delicious as well. The food was absolutely amazing. However, eating crab was quite difficult. Unlike in Japan, there were no tools like scissors or spoons, so it felt like we were fighting with our bare hands! Also, there was nowhere to put the crab shells, which just kept piling up.

特に、席は窓際でありサンセットが丁度見える側であったため本当にきれいなサンセットを見ることが出来ました。
ウエルカムドリンクもノンアルコールとアルコール分かれており、お酒が飲めない妻も美味しく飲んでいました。料理は最高に美味しかったです。
しかし、カニが食べづらいですね。日本と違って、ハサミやスプーンなどはなく、ほぼ、素手で格闘しているようなものでした！そして、カニの殻を置く場所がないことなんの。殻だけがどんどん溜まってしまいます。

I was worried about seasickness due to the strong winds while traveling with my 4-year-old and 1-year-old, but there was no rocking and it was fine. I was very satisfied with both the atmosphere and the food!

The food was absolutely delicious! Additionally, I was able to enjoy live performances, singing, and dancing. It was unfortunate that I couldn't see the sunset due to the rain. Also, my ordered drinks were forgotten, and I had to remind them several times before they finally arrived. Furthermore, the air conditioning was quite strong, making it very cold inside the ship for women in formal attire. However, the night view was incredibly beautiful!! Seeing Waikiki from the sea was refreshing.

スコールがあったため、夕日が見れなかったのが残念でした。

My overall experience aboard the Star of Honolulu dinner cruise ship was fantastic! I went with my 7-year old son and he had a blast as well. His favorite part of the evening was going up and down the stairs from one deck to another exploring. And my favorite part was... the view of the Hawaiian sun disappearing behind the endless horizon. :)
We chose the all-you-can-eat crab dinner, and it was literally “all-you-can-eat!” The spirit-of-aloha-filled staff member was cruising along the dining area asking who else would like some more crab legs until the guests could not say a "yes" any more. The quality of food and entertainment were superb.
It was my first cruise dinner, so I did not know what to expect. A funny jokes-filled driver picked us up in a luxury motorcoach bus and upon arrival to Aloha Tower, an elegant staff representative escorted us to the ship. The tables were set beautifully with an orchid in the middle of the dinner plate.
I would definitely recommend this experience both to tourists and to those who live in Hawaii!

Overall experience was fantastic. Felt like a condensed cruise trip. Need to make sure you don't eat the trip away because they keep bringing food and before you know it you are back to the dock. Good entertainment staff.

The food was delicious, and the view transitioning from evening to night was amazing. Although we were in the front row, it was at the end, so it was disappointing that we couldn't see the performance and dance from the front.

I had heard it would be a dinner cruise, so I thought it would be quite a formal occasion, but in the end, it turned out to be a really fun cruise where we danced a lot! The lobster was delicious, and I think it will be a memorable experience for first-timers in Hawaii!

I participated with my elderly parents and my one-year-old child. The ship looked beautiful from the outside, but the interior was a bit old. There didn't seem to be many Japanese guests. The food wasn't very tasty, but the crab was decent since it was all-you-can-eat. The steak wasn't good. There was nothing for small children to eat, so it would be better to bring something along.
Honestly, the weather wasn't great on the day, so I thought it might be a bit of a miss, but the other guests were very considerate and tried to make it enjoyable for everyone. There were many types of shows and dances, and the performers really engaged the guests and created a lively atmosphere. In the end, it was much more fun than I expected. My child was also happy watching the dance and clapping along.
Lastly, it was nice that they took photos and gave us a free photo book. The night view from the sea was beautiful.
We went by rental car, but it was a bit disappointing that the parking fee wasn't completely waived, and we were charged later for drinks.

船は外から見ると綺麗ですが、中は少し古かったです。
日本人客は少なかったように思います。
食事もあまり美味しくなかったけれどもカニはまぁまぁ食べれたので（食べ放題ですし）
良かったです。ステーキは美味しくなかったです。
小さい子供が食べれるものは全くないので、何か持参した方が良さそうです。
天気も正直当日は良くなかったので少し外れかなと思ってましたが
中のゲストたちはとても気を使ってくれ、楽しませようとくしてくれました。
ショーや踊りもたくさん種類があり、
パフォーマーたちはゲストを巻き込んでとても盛り上げようとしてくれ、
最後は想像以上に楽しくて良かったです。
子供もダンスを見て喜んで手拍子してました。
最後に写真も撮ってくれて無料でフォトブックなどをくれたのが良かったです。
海から見える夜景も綺麗でした。
レンタカーで行きましたが、駐車場代が完全にタダにならなかったのと、
ジュースなどは有料で後から料金を取られたのが少し残念でした。

It was a bit awkward that our family of five was seated at a shared table. I can understand if it were just two people, but... For those who want a quiet meal, it might not be the best option. The food was average. The show was wonderful. I hope they improve the guidance for the return bus. I was confused and it was a bit of a hassle.

We dressed up in muumuus and aloha shirts as a family to participate. The lobster and steak were delicious, and the show was a lot of fun. It's not often that we get to go on a family dinner cruise, so it became a wonderful memory. It was really enjoyable to participate together at the end as well.

This time, since it was a 3-star experience, we had a comfortable window seat for two, with a great view of the outside. My neighbors were both foreigners, and we got along well, even exchanging emails to send photos. The food was good too. The lobster was delicious.

We went for dinner as a couple on the last day♪ Our main goal was to have lobster, but we also got to see the sunset and were enchanted by the wonderful dance and singing♪
The staff were friendly and it was a lot of fun (*^_^*) We truly had an amazing time that went by in a flash!!!

I arranged this meal for the last day of my trip as a final memory. I boarded expecting a luxurious cruise ship, but the service was lacking.
We had two drink tickets, but only one drink was arranged for us. Additionally, we were supposed to have wet wipes provided since lobster can be messy, but our table did not receive any, and we had to ask several times to get them. Moreover, while other tables were being cleared, our table was not attended to, and our food took a long time to arrive. It was just a matter of timing, but overall, it felt like we drew the short straw.
The food was okay. I thought the dance performances were good.
旅の最後の思い出に最終日のお食事として手配しました。
豪華客船を期待し、乗船しましたがサービスはいまいちです。
ドリンクチケット2枚ありましたが、1回分のドリンクしか手配してもらえず。
また、ロブスターで手が汚れてしまうためウェットティッシュが用意されるはずが私たちのテーブルはもらえず、何度かお願いしてもってきてもらいました。
また、他のテーブルはかたずいているのに私たちのテーブルは食事を下げてもらえず、なかなか料理もこない。順番だったので仕方がないのですが、全体として貧乏くじをひいた感じです。
料理はまあまあでした。
ダンスパフォーマンスなどはよかったと思います。

The ship, which was supposed to set sail as the sun was setting, did not seem to be moving at all. It seems that one of the participants arrived late, and they were waiting for them. What was supposed to be a sunset cruise turned into a night cruise after sunset. It seems there are risks like that.

I booked Pacific Star with a focus on price, but the dining area was small and not very open. The dinner cruise itself was lovely, but I felt that if we were going to have a meal, we should have upgraded to a better option!

I boarded on October 29. For the past few years, I've stayed in Oahu around this time, but it had been about five years since I participated in the Star of Honolulu tour. I hadn't requested a window seat, but I was lucky to be assigned one.
The content of the show had improved since my last trip, and it was enjoyable from any seat. At the end, everyone was encouraged to join in a circle and dance, which was a lot of fun.
Regarding the meal, it was an all-you-can-eat crab, and the staff came around two or three times to offer more, so if you were in the mood to eat, you could have as much as you wanted.
It was great to board again after a long time and have such an enjoyable experience.

ここ数年、毎年この時期にオワフに滞在するが、５年振り位でスターオブホノルル号の同ツアーに参加した。窓側席を指定していなかったが、窓側席に案内されラッキーだった。
前回乗船した時よりショーの内容等が改善されていて、どの席からも観られるようになっており非常に楽しむことができた。最後には、全員が参加して輪になって踊る工夫もされていて大変楽しむことができた。
食事内容については、カニの食べ放題とのことで、スタッフが二度、三度と回ってきてくれて追加をしてくれるので、食べる気になればいくらでも食べることができた。
久しぶりに乗船して楽しい時間を過ごすことができた。

I participated with five friends. When I heard about the dinner cruise, I didn't have high expectations and thought, "Well, since we're in Hawaii... let's give it a try," so I booked the shuttle from KoOlina. The meal was about a 3.5-star rating; the steak and crab were decent. However, the post-meal attractions were so much fun! Almost all the passengers got involved, dancing and singing together... I fell asleep in the limousine on the way back, thinking I definitely want to join again next time (laughs).
友人５人で参加 ディナークルーズって聞いた時から期待せず「まあハワイに来たんだから・・・行ってみるか」みたいなノリでKoOlinaから送迎付きを申込みました。食事は星３．５
位でステーキ＆カニのお味は及第点 しかし、食事後のアトラクションは楽しい 楽しい 乗客ほとんどを皆を巻き込んで踊ったり歌ったり・・・ 次回も必ず参加しようと思いながら帰路のリムジンで熟睡してしまいました（笑）

I participated in the all-you-can-eat crab and steak (1 star). Both the crab and steak were delicious. Although I wasn't seated by the window, I still enjoyed myself. It was cold for the first hour after departure. Maybe they turned down the air conditioning after an hour. I think people who are sensitive to the cold should bring a Uniqlo down jacket. At the end, we all formed a circle and danced, which was a lot of fun. The staff in the middle danced, so it was easy to just follow along. For those participating, please join in the dancing. It will be a great memory.
