I was able to make a smooth reservation despite the large number of people and booking the day before. I used the shuttle service, and it was easy to find as they held a sign in the hotel lobby. Inside the ship, the dining areas were separated by meal type. We opted for the buffet plan. Since we were in a room at the bow of the ship, there was some slight rocking. The buffet selection was just okay. We could also go up to the top deck to enjoy the sunset and night views. The onboard events were well-organized, and each room had its own show, so there was never a dull moment.

I have visited Hawaii several times, but this was my first time participating in a sunset cruise. Since we were going, my wife requested a limousine transfer that she wanted, and we booked it through a five-star service. We laughed at how, despite the spacious interior of the car, we were sitting together in the corner, all excited from the hotel. The welcome hula and the captain's greeting made us feel thrilled. Unfortunately, the cruise was under cloudy skies, so we couldn't see the sunset, but listening to live jazz while enjoying the beautiful night view of Honolulu was lovely, and the food was very delicious. Above all, thanks to the attentive care of the staff, we had an incredibly happy time. I would love to participate again next time.

I boarded the Aloha with about 30 participants from the pier. To prevent water and dirt from getting on our feet, we handed our belongings to the crew when boarding and received them back upon returning to the pier.
The two drink tickets given at check-in can be exchanged for drinks of your choice, but the crew will also serve drinks without tickets, so in a way, there are no restrictions. Apart from us, there was one couple and a man who boarded alone for photography, along with couples and families from overseas.
It was a bit chilly outside due to the strong wind, but itโs not a long voyage, so itโs manageable. The fireworks against the backdrop of the Hilton Hawaiian Village last only about five minutes, but they are as spectacular as the finale of a Japanese fireworks festival. This short evening activity is convenient to enjoy after daytime sightseeing or water play.
Although itโs called a buffet, itโs more of a light snack rather than a lavish spread. Enjoy the fireworks with the image of flowers rather than dumplings!

I participated with my mother. We chose a course that included taking commemorative photos, so we enjoyed the beautiful scenery, didn't experience any seasickness, and had a great time with the food and the show. The food was very delicious and impressive. I think the 5-star portion is quite large for women. The show was of high quality, and it felt very luxurious to slowly enjoy the night view from the sunset! My boyfriend was exhausted from drinking, but the staff who spoke Japanese gave him some medicine, and there was space on the deck for him to lie down, so he was able to recover in the night breeze. I reserved the 3-star course with a guaranteed window seat. The appetizers, including fruits and cheese, were available in a buffet style, and there was a wide variety and plenty to choose from! After that, everything was brought to our table, and the lobster was the highlight!! Having a whole lobster was such a luxury.
If I had to say something, since it was a guaranteed window seat, I would have liked to enjoy the view a bit more, but other than that, I was very satisfied! The service was also quite good, so if I have the chance, I would like to reserve the same course again.

During my stay in Hawaii, I kept missing the sunset, but Iโm glad I chose this tour. I was able to see the most amazing sunset.

We enjoyed a lobster and steak course as a couple. The food was average, but considering we were on a ship, it was acceptable. The drinks came in larger glasses, which was satisfying. During my first trip to Hawaii, I experienced the "Star of Honolulu," which was recommended by a friend. Ten years ago when I rode it for the first time, the weather was great that day, and the sunset shining on Diamond Head looked pink and truly beautiful. I took a cruise on the last day in Hawaii, Friday! I made a reservation for Friday thinking it would be nice to see the fireworks from the Hilton Hotel from the boat.
