We participated in a one-star all-you-can-eat crab and steak course with six family members. My mother, who cannot eat meat, was relieved to be able to switch to crab and fish. The show and the view were decent, and the food was somewhat tasty, but our experience was marred by the very careless service from the female staff assigned to our table. I believe that was the main reason we couldn't fully enjoy the cruise.

Specifically, even though we were guided to our table at first, we waited a long time without receiving our welcome drinks, while drinks were served to those who arrived later. We were left waiting until we were parched. When the staff was serving food to the neighboring table, the tray she was holding came right over our heads, showing a lack of consideration, and we had to eat while worrying about whether it would spill on us. It didn't feel like a relaxed dinner atmosphere at all.

When she was serving the crab refills, she dripped sauce on my child's clothes and arms without apologizing, which even made my elementary school son angry.

The response from Veltra (for reservations and meal changes) was very prompt and courteous, and I have no complaints about that, but I don't think I will ever take this cruise again.

私たちのテーブル担当の女性スタッフがとても雑な人で、それだけが理由でゆっくり楽しむことのできないクルージングになってしまったと思います。
具体的には、最初にテーブルに案内されたのに、いつまで待ってもウェルカムドリンクがこなくて、あとから来た方に先にドリンクが配られるので、こちらはのどがカラカラになるまで待たされる始末です。隣のテーブルに料理を配っている時も、その女性スタッフが持っているトレイが私達の頭の上にくるという配慮のなさで、いつひっくり返されるかとヒヤヒヤしてよけながら食事をしなければならず、ゆっくりディナーを食べるという空気では無かったです。
カニのお代わりを配る時も、子供の服や腕にポタポタと汁を垂らしながら配るのに、謝ることも一切なく小学生の息子も怒りだす始末。

ベルトラさんの対応（予約や料理の変更など）は、とても迅速で丁寧で申し分なかったのですが、この船には二度と乗ることはないと思います。

I was worried about the late-night plan, but the kids, aged 10 and 4, were super excited. At first, a Mai Tai was served, and they asked if we wanted it with or without alcohol. This time, since there were some people with small appetites, we opted for the buffet course only. Upon boarding the Star of Honolulu, we were first shown to our seats. There, cakes and coffee were prepared, along with a welcome drink. After departure, we were called in order to go get our meals.

I'm really glad I made a reservation for Friday! The fireworks were absolutely wonderful. However, since I only went on Friday, I can't say for sure, but I felt that it was difficult to enjoy a leisurely meal because people were reserving spots early to watch the fireworks. I used the 5 Star service. The flow was a welcome with hula dancing, a photo with the captain, and then dining on board. It seems that the seats are predetermined, and when I mentioned my name, I was guided to my seat. On the way up to the upper deck via the elevator, I caught a glimpse of the 3 Star seats, but it seemed that the 5 Star had a bit more space between seats.

The meal started with champagne and appetizers outside the ship, followed by various dishes like lobster and steak. Everything was delicious. The ship swayed a bit more than I expected. I don't usually get seasick, but it wasn't enough to make me feel ill. Since it was Friday, there were fireworks, and many people moved to one side of the deck, causing the ship to tilt for a while. The waiter kindly said it was okay to bring drinks and go see the fireworks, and I was able to take some photos, which I appreciated. The drink service was prompt as well.

After the fireworks, there was jazz music on board. I'm not sure if the musicians were famous, but I was able to enjoy a luxurious time until we returned to the port. The entire experience lasted about two and a half hours from departure to arrival, and it became a wonderful memory.

By the way, it seems that most of the guests on the 5 Star were Japanese. I believe a large portion of the cruise passengers are Japanese. From what I've seen in other reviews, it seems that each course has a different theme. If you want to spend your time elegantly, I recommend the 5 Star.

船は思ってたよりは揺れるかな、という感じです。乗り物酔いはそれほど強い方ではありませんが、酔ってしまうほどではありませんでした。金曜ということで花火が上がるため、途中から大勢が片側デッキに移動したため、しばらく船が傾いてました。ドリンクもって見に行っていいよ、とウェイターの方が言ってくださり、写真を撮ってもらえたりと気配りはよくされていたと思います。ドリンクの提供もほとんど待ちませんでした。
花火の後は、船内でジャズミュージックがありました。有名な方かは分かりませんが、港に戻るまでの時間を優雅に過ごすことができました。
出港から帰港まで2時間半ほど、素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができいい思い出になりました。
ちなみに他コースもだと思いますが、5スターはほとんど日本人でした。恐らくクルーズ客の多くが日本人だと思います。他のレビューを見る限り、コース毎に異なるテーマでされているように思えます。優雅に過ごしたいなら5スターがおすすめです。

We participated in this tour for our honeymoon. We chose a plan that guaranteed a window seat and included a photo service. However, the food was very disappointing.

During the ride on the large bus, both English and Japanese cruise announcements are made, so make sure to check them to avoid any confusion later. Upon arriving at the dock, everyone is guided onto the ship at once. It seems that the deck assignments vary depending on the tour content.

At the reception, seats are assigned, and since we had a guaranteed window seat, a nameplate was set up for us, and a cake was prepared. This was the extent of the proper preparation.

おかげで、その後に始まったバンドやダンスのような参加型の余興は全く楽しめませんでした。皆は食べ終わっているのに、私たちはその時間に食事をしなければならなかったからです。

妻も蟹が食べ放題だと行く前は喜んでいましたが、蓋を開けてみると全然食事も出来なく、サービスも楽しめない本当に残念なツアーとなってしまいました。味も特別美味しいわけではありません。

支払う価格とサービスが釣り合ってないです。
料理もサービスも本当にがっかりでした。
あまり期待せず、参加されることをオススメします。

We participated as a family.
The live singing and dance show (with various costumes and changing music styles) was exciting.
The amount of food was just right and delicious.
The staff were friendly and engaged in conversation, which was enjoyable.
Since it was a large ship, I, who am prone to seasickness, was fine.
At the end, we all danced together, and it made me feel very happy.
I highly recommend it if you're going to Hawaii.
