I'm really glad I made a reservation for Friday! The fireworks were absolutely wonderful. However, since I only went on Friday, I can't say for sure, but I felt that it was difficult to enjoy a leisurely meal because people were reserving spots early to watch the fireworks. The all-you-can-eat crab was also brought out quickly, so I was able to eat a lot, which was great!

My first cruising dinner. I usually don't go much because I get seasick, but it did sway a bit. However, the food and live music made it enjoyable. This course includes three drinks, but since the portions are large, it might be better to order on the day rather than in advance. It's a double whammy with seasickness and alcohol ( ´д｀ll)

This is my second time participating in the sunset cruise, but last time we were hit by a typhoon and just went around in circles in the bay. My first time in Hawaii. I heard from a local that "the sunset cruise is beautiful," so I decided to sign up for it.

The day I booked was a Friday, so I was able to see the fireworks from the Sheraton from the boat, which was lovely (I booked on Friday specifically for that).

I paid an amount that would be unthinkable in Japan for hotel transfers and securing a window seat (laughs), but since we had a window seat, it was just the two of us (if you don't book, you share a round table with about six people), and we could relax.

I wasn't expecting much from the food, but it was delicious, and we had a really fun time.

I used the 5 Star service. The flow was a welcome with hula dancing, a photo with the captain, and then dining on board. It seems that the seats are predetermined, and when I mentioned my name, I was guided to my seat. On the way up to the upper deck via the elevator, I caught a glimpse of the 3 Star seats, but it seemed that the 5 Star had a bit more space between seats.

The meal started with champagne and appetizers outside the ship, followed by various dishes like lobster and steak. Everything was delicious. The ship swayed a bit more than I expected. I don't usually get seasick, but it wasn't enough to make me feel ill. Since it was Friday, there were fireworks, and many people moved to one side of the deck, causing the ship to tilt for a while. The waiter kindly said it was okay to bring drinks and go see the fireworks, and I was able to take some photos, which I appreciated. The drink service was prompt as well.

After the fireworks, there was jazz music on board. I'm not sure if the musicians were famous, but I was able to enjoy a luxurious time until we returned to the port. The entire experience lasted about two and a half hours from departure to arrival, and it became a wonderful memory.

By the way, it seems that most of the guests on the 5 Star were Japanese. I believe a large portion of the cruise passengers are Japanese. From what I've seen in other reviews, it seems that each course has a different theme. If you want to spend your time elegantly, I recommend the 5 Star.

船は思ってたよりは揺れるかな、という感じです。乗り物酔いはそれほど強い方ではありませんが、酔ってしまうほどではありませんでした。金曜ということで花火が上がるため、途中から大勢が片側デッキに移動したため、しばらく船が傾いてました。ドリンクもって見に行っていいよ、とウェイターの方が言ってくださり、写真を撮ってもらえたりと気配りはよくされていたと思います。ドリンクの提供もほとんど待ちませんでした。
花火の後は、船内でジャズミュージックがありました。有名な方かは分かりませんが、港に戻るまでの時間を優雅に過ごすことができました。
出港から帰港まで2時間半ほど、素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができいい思い出になりました。
ちなみに他コースもだと思いますが、5スターはほとんど日本人でした。恐らくクルーズ客の多くが日本人だと思います。他のレビューを見る限り、コース毎に異なるテーマでされているように思えます。優雅に過ごしたいなら5スターがおすすめです。

The ship has different rooms based on the meal courses. After being shown to my seat, I was a bit unsure about when to go get the buffet food, but since I had read reviews on this site, I decided to wait until someone called me and then go get the food in order. The food was just okay. When boarding, the crew welcomes you with a dance, and during the meal, there is live guitar music and you can enjoy Polynesian dance as well. In the end, the guests also participate in the dancing, which made it a lot of fun!

The highlight of the tour is the fireworks on Friday night. Everyone can enjoy them from the deck with an unobstructed view. Thanks to Captain Josh, Crew Corinne, and Lisa, we had a great time. For some reason, we were encouraged to drink plenty of alcohol (what was the two-drink limit about?).

By the way, the tour is in English. I think it's fine even for those who are not good at English as long as you follow the people around you.

Staying at Hilton Village made it convenient. It's a 54-passenger catamaran yacht. To be honest, it does sway. Depending on the weather, it could get quite rough. I think this is a matter of personal preference. My companions were upset, but we were fortunate with the weather. Also, everyone had to board barefoot, leaving shoes in a box at the pier.

There is no cooler, but since we were on the water, it wasn't hot and was actually quite pleasant. It became a great memory.

肝心のツアークライマックスは金曜日晩の花火です。これはデッキで全員文句なしに特等席で見られます。

クーラーもありませんが海上なので暑くなくむしろ気持ち良かったです。
良い思い出になりました。

I used this for my wedding and the final ceremony. I requested a shuttle from Hyatt, but there were quite a few people, and we had to wait in a long line. That just shows how popular it is. By the way, about 90% of the guests were Japanese.

Since it was a special occasion, we chose the best five-star course, and the food was incredibly delicious and top-notch. The cocktails were also thoughtfully prepared to meet our requests, providing excellent service.

When boarding the bus, we received a sticker with our seat number. All the guidance will proceed based on this sticker, so be sure not to lose it. During the ride on the large bus, both English and Japanese cruise announcements are made, so make sure to check them to avoid any confusion later. Upon arriving at the dock, everyone is guided onto the ship at once. It seems that the deck assignments vary depending on the tour content.

At the reception, seats are assigned, and since we had a guaranteed window seat, a nameplate was set up for us, and a cake was prepared. This was the extent of the proper preparation.

A welcome drink is provided, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. I ordered the alcoholic drink, and my wife ordered the non-alcoholic one. My drink was quickly served as it was already on the tray, but my wife's took over five minutes to arrive as they said they would prepare it. Meanwhile, the ship had already started moving, and the band performance had begun. I wanted to start our meal pleasantly, but it was clear there was a lack of preparation. Moreover, both drinks were the same, and it shouldn't have taken long to prepare.

The crucial crab dish was served too late, and I really began to wonder why we came. The first appetizer was already set on each table, consisting only of bread and salad. その間に船も動き出していますし、バンド演奏も始まっていました。気持ち良く食事をスタートしたいのに、準備不足は明らかでした。しかも、同じドリンクで作り方も同じで時間はかからないはずなのに。

肝心の蟹の食事の提供は遅すぎて、本当に何をしに来たのかわからなくなりました。最初の前菜は各テーブルに用意されています。パンとサラダの2品のみです。食べ終わった人から順番に蟹を出しているようですが、食べ終わった私達には待てども待てども来ませんでした。他のお客さんに提供されてから40分後にやっと提供されました。
その間何も食べるものがありませんし、マネージャーらしき人が2度ほど詫びにきましたが、一体何の為の食べ放題かと思ってしまいます。私たちの隣のテーブルも、同じく提供が遅れており大変怒っていらっしゃいました。
料理の提供がされない人がいる一方で、おかわり用の蟹は他のお客さんに提供しており、どんな体制で提供しているのか不思議でなりませんでした。

おかげで、その後に始まったバンドやダンスのような参加型の余興は全く楽しめませんでした。皆は食べ終わっているのに、私たちはその時間に食事をしなければならなかったからです。

妻も蟹が食べ放題だと行く前は喜んでいましたが、蓋を開けてみると全然食事も出来なく、サービスも楽しめない本当に残念なツアーとなってしまいました。味も特別美味しいわけではありません。

支払う価格とサービスが釣り合ってないです。
料理もサービスも本当にがっかりでした。
あまり期待せず、参加されることをオススメします。

We participated as a family.

It seemed to be a popular tour, as the shuttle bus and the ship were both full. I chose the all-you-can-eat crab option, rated 1 star, because I read that the buffet course wasn't very good. The ship was nearly full, and I was seated at the back, where I couldn't see the stage at all. The service for the food was slow, and I only got a refill on the crab once, around the same time as the ice cream, and they ignored my requests for drinks and lemon. The higher-ranked options seemed to be more comfortable, so if you decide to participate, I recommend the 5-star option. It looked like others were enjoying themselves.

I boarded for the first time two years ago. This is my second time. It's not just a matter of having done it once; the view of Waikiki from the sea, the bright red sun setting beyond the ocean, the Hawaiian music and dance on board, and the delicious food all make for a fulfilling Hawaiian experience. Additionally, this time I was able to watch the Hilton fireworks, and I definitely want to join this tour again if I have the chance.

I attended on the first night.

It was cloudy, so it was a shame that we couldn't see the sunset very well, but the dancing and other activities were impressive and enjoyable.

The food was delicious, and I was especially surprised by how big the lobster was!

Although the ship was mostly filled with Japanese people, I could really feel the vibe of Hawaii.

I attended with my boyfriend. The buffet was quite delicious. Since you go to get food in order, there is a bit of a wait. There were groups of passengers who were drinking heavily, so I would like to see a ban on such behavior. The staff were nice, but there was no time to take photos before boarding or after disembarking. I think it would have been better to have a later time since it was early June and still bright out. Lastly, we had fun dancing to "Young Man" together, so if you enjoy a romantic atmosphere, I think the top course would be great.

順番に取りに行くので少し待たされます。
乗客に団体の方々がいて、一気飲みなどをしていたのでそういった品がないことは禁止してほしいと思いました。
スタッフの方も良い方でしたが、船に乗る前や降りた後に写真を撮る時間もなく、6月上旬で日が暮れるのが遅いということもあると思いますが、まだ明るったのでもう少し遅い時間の方が良かったと思いました。
最後にみんなでヤングマンを踊ったりと楽しめるので、ロマンチックな雰囲気が良い方は、1番上のコースが良いと思います。

First, the good point was the all-you-can-eat crab, which was incredibly delicious. However, there were some frustrating moments. It started with the drinks taking a long time to arrive, and we ended up waiting all the way until dessert. The coffee never came, and neither did the dessert. After waiting impatiently, we finally asked the staff, and they brought it to us. If we hadn't said anything, I’m sure it would have been forgotten. While other tables were being cleared, it felt like we, the four of us, had been overlooked, which was quite disappointing since we were looking forward to it. Also, I didn't know how to catch the bus on the way back. Lastly, I want to mention something that moved me: it was wonderful to see people from various countries enjoying singing and dancing together.

まず良かった点はカニ食べ放題でカニが凄く美味しかったことちょっと腹立たしこと最初の飲み物がなかなかこなかったことから始まり最後のデザートまでずうっと待ち続けコーヒーは待てど暮らせどこないデザートもこないしびれきらしスタッフに頼んでようやく持ってきてくれました、言わなければ忘れられたにちがいありません、他テーブルは片付けているのに我々4人は忘れられていたように思えて仕方ないのです、楽しみにしてたのにざんねんです。それから帰りのバスがどのようにのればよいなかわからなかっことです。最後に感動した事を書きますそれはいろいろな国から参加した人達が一緒に歌とダンスを楽しんだことです。
