I participated in the Three Star event. The food was more delicious than I expected. The meat was tender, and the lobster was whole and very filling. Both women and men will leave feeling full.

However, perhaps due to being busy, the drinks took a while to arrive, and I waited about 30 minutes. There were also a few instances where my order seemed to be missed.

There was singing and dancing, which was enjoyable. I previously attended the Hawaiian show at Hilton Hawaiian Village, and while the show there was better, the food here was far superior in taste.

I think it's great for those seeing a show for the first time, as there's plenty of content. I found the cost performance to be very good. The presentation and taste of the food, along with the opportunity to hear live Hawaiian music beyond the show, make the price here quite reasonable.

The food is just okay. As soon as we boarded, we were introduced to our assigned waiter, who was really enthusiastic. I booked the Three Star. It seemed like they were overpacking guests, as the floor was completely filled with tables, making it difficult to walk around. Additionally, the service for the food took a long time, and our table ended up finishing the cruise without receiving all of our dishes. The set drinks arrived for the first round, but the second round never came. I had hoped to enjoy the night view leisurely after the meal, but there was obviously no time for that, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic, resembling a middle school field trip dining experience. Perhaps it was due to the special circumstances of the day before Thanksgiving... It’s harsh, but it was at a level where I would demand a refund at a regular restaurant. However, the show was lively and enjoyable.

We chose Pacific Star (buffet) to accommodate our family's diverse preferences and to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. I was a bit worried about my picky mother-in-law, but it seems there were things she could eat, which was good.

When it got dark, we encountered heavy rain and couldn't see the night view from the top deck. I'm glad we went up to the deck during sunset.

Smoking is only allowed on the deck.

It was mentioned that tips needed to be prepared separately, but since tipping is not a custom for us, I would have liked the tour details to specify that tipping was necessary and how much would be appropriate.

In the end, I wasn't sure when, at what timing, to whom, or how much to give, so I couldn't tip. I'm concerned that I may have committed a social faux pas.

The show featured the same performers changing costumes and instruments as they danced one after another. I was so close that it was hard to see at times. There were also several moments where guests could participate, which was nice.

It was a bit inconvenient that there wasn't a staff member who spoke Japanese in our room.

ショーは次から次へ同じ人が衣装や楽器を変えて踊ってくださいました。
私は近すぎて見辛いくらいでした。
お客さんが参加する場面も何度かあり、よかったです。

日本語を話せるスタッフが私達のいる部屋には常駐してなくて少し困りました。

I made a reservation at the cheapest all-you-can-eat buffet. I wasn't expecting much after reading other reviews, but I was completely satisfied! The food was delicious, and even though it was on the lower floor, anyone could go up, so everyone was taking lots of pictures upstairs. Since we spent a long time taking photos, I didn't go back for more food. There were many Japanese people, and in the end, we all danced together on the same floor, which was a lot of fun!

Everything was amazing. First of all, I want to thank the staff. Their hospitality was abundant. I was truly impressed by the sunset view from the Honolulu. The lobster was incredibly delicious, and the filet steak was tender and also very tasty. I'm glad I chose this tour. The live Hawaiian and jazz music on board was wonderful. I came to Hawaii for my daughter's wedding, and I am recommending this tour to my family and my son-in-law's family as well. The dinner was amazing, the filet was cooked perfectly and the crab legs kept on coming. We got a complimentary mai tai that was actually a very good drink (not that pre-mixed yucky stuff) and also ordered the $40 bottle of champagne. When dinner was finished, they put on a Polynesian show within the cabin that was loads of fun. Unfortunately the sunset was blocked by cloud cover but the show made up for it. The waitress was fantastic and the room supervisor was very attentive. Would definitely do this again! An additional note: they took the usual souvenir photo and charged $27 which we thought was way over the top...but it was framed beautifully (book-bound style) and ended up being the best photo of our entire honeymoon!! Worth every penny!
