I used the service on June 27. I gifted my mother a trip to Hawaii for her 60th birthday celebration along with my sister! We held a surprise birthday party on this cruise! Since we were seated at a quiet corner of the spacious venue, we were able to enjoy our meal leisurely. You can go out to the deck freely at any time, so I don't think it's necessary to specifically request a window seat.

I had reserved a birthday cake in advance, but it would have been nice if they had asked about the timing for when to bring out the cake. The cake was brought out even though not everyone was at the table yet... Also, I took the cake home (the food portions were generous, and we couldn't finish it as three people), but I wasn't given a bag for takeout (I asked, but they said there wasn't one), so I ended up carrying the whole cake box in both hands on the way back. I think it would have been nice if the ship had provided something for that.

However, everyone on board celebrated my mother's birthday with live music, and she looked very happy! Thank you!

母の還暦祝いに妹とハワイ旅行をプレゼント！このクルーズでサプライズ誕生会をしました！
広い会場の端の席だったのでのんびり静かに食事を楽しむことが出来ました。いつでも自由にデッキに出たり出来るので、わざわざ窓側確約にしなくてもいいと思いますよ。
事前に誕生日ケーキを予約していたのですが、いつケーキを出すのかとか、タイミングを聞いてくれれば良かったです。席に人が揃っていないのにケーキが運ばれてきたので・・・。あとケーキを持ち帰ったのですが(料理もボリュームあり、3人では食べきれず)、持ち帰り用の袋を貰えず(聞いたのですが、ないと言われました)、両手にホールケーキの箱をかかえて帰りました。船の方で用意があれば良かったと思います。
でも、誕生日の母を生演奏で参加者皆さんでお祝いしてくれたので、母はとっても嬉しそうでした！ありがとうございます！

This time, we had this plan included in our tour, but when we arrived at the location, we were told that our reservation was not made, so we hurriedly made a reservation on-site.

Since I hadn't printed anything, I had it printed at a travel agency inside the hotel, and there were no issues with the reservation for the next day, allowing us to enjoy ourselves.

As soon as we boarded the cruiser, we were guided to our seats, and perhaps out of consideration, we were seated with a Japanese couple. Since we were both on our honeymoon and of similar ages, we were able to take photos of each other and have a great time, so I appreciated the thoughtfulness.

Once we were seated, there was a photo session, and later we were asked if we wanted to purchase the photos. I bought one as a keepsake, but there was no pressure to buy, and some people declined, so I think it's fine not to worry too much about that.

For the first drink, they asked if we wanted alcohol or non-alcohol. Since it was a strong alcoholic cocktail, if you are sensitive to alcohol, it might be better to ask for a milder version, especially with the ship's rocking.

The meal was a buffet, so I didn't have high expectations, but it was very delicious. There were Japanese descriptions, so I think you can choose what you want to eat.

With this course, we could go to each floor, so we were able to take in the sunset outside, which was memorable. In the end, we all danced together and had a lot of fun.

There were some people who got seasick, so if you are prone to motion sickness, it might be wise to be cautious.

今回、ツアーでこのプランも組んでいたのですが、現地に着くと予約されていないと言われ、慌てて現地にて予約させて頂きました。

印刷等はしていなかったので、ホテル内にある旅行会社で印刷してもらい、翌日の予約でも何の問題も無く楽しませて頂きました。

クルーザーに乗るとすぐに案内され、気を利かせてくれたのか、日本人の方との同席でした。お互いにハネムーンで年齢も近かった為、写真を撮り合ったり、楽しんだりできたので、配慮してもらえてよかったなと思います。

まず席に着くと、写真撮影があり、後に販売を尋ねられます。私は記念に買いましたが、押し売り等は無く、断る方もいたので、そこまで気にしなくて大丈夫だと思います。

最初の飲み物で、アルコールかノンアルコールか尋ねられるのですが、アルコールの強めなカクテルだったので、お酒が弱い方だと船の揺れもあるので、弱めに作ってもらった方がいいかもしれません。

食事は、食べ放題ビュッフェだったのでさほど期待はしていなかったのですが、とても美味しかったです。日本語表記もされていたので、選んで召し上がれると思います。

このコースでも、各フロアに行くことができるので、サンセットは外でしっかりと目に焼き付けることができました。最後には、皆で踊ったりしてとても楽しめました。

船酔いをしてしまっている方もいたので、船酔い等に弱い方は気を付けた方がいいかもしれません。

とても楽しい数時間を過ごせ、いい思い出になりました。

The ship was wonderful, and the onboard entertainment show was fantastic, but I was a bit disappointed that additional drinks were not served after the meal. I think my satisfaction would have increased if the order handling had been more prompt. This seemed to be the case for the table next to us as well, so I believe it's a regular occurrence.

This was my first time, so I booked a reasonable course. I boarded the ship with my mother. The crew members were wonderful! We experienced a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but the meat was tender and the lobster was delicious. However, I think the portions might not be enough for men. We also enjoyed the view from the deck and were able to see the fireworks from Hilton Hawaiian Village! Dancing together at the end was a great memory as well. If I had to wish for something, I would have liked a bit more space at the tables and seats.

I made a reservation for the sunset cruise at my mother's request. I wanted to book the 1-Star, but unfortunately, it was fully booked, so I went with the Pacific Star. Since the sunset was the main attraction, I was okay with any food...

At first, I was mistakenly guided to a 1-Star seat, which was a round table that barely fit six people and had three groups sharing the table... and the space between the seats was tight... After that, I moved to the Pacific Star seats, which mainly had tables for two, so I wasn't sharing a table there (laughs). The space between the seats was also wider than the 1-Star, so that was good.

There was a show, but on the Pacific Star, it was mainly just two dancers who occasionally came to perform. However, I could still feel the Hawaiian atmosphere, which was nice. The food was mediocre. The main dish, the roast beef, was really tough... The sunset was positioned behind the mountains, and there were clouds over the mountains, so it wasn't particularly beautiful. It didn't have the image of the sun setting on the horizon like in Wakayama. I think it's often cloudy near the mountains, so I wondered why they chose that position.

I made the reservation for Friday because I heard we could see fireworks from a hotel, but since it was a bit far away, I thought it might not be necessary to go on a Friday.

ショーもありますが、パシフィックスターは基本2人がたまに踊りに来てくれる感じです。でもまぁまぁハワイの雰囲気は感じられ、良かったです。料理はイマイチでした。メインのローストビーフはすごく固かった…。サンセットも山の向こうに太陽が沈んでいくポジションで、山の上は雲がかかってたので、さほど綺麗でもなかったです。和歌山みたいに水平線に沈むイメージではなかったです。山付近は雲がかかってることが多いと思うんですが、なんであのポジションなのかなって思いました。
金曜日はどこかのホテルが打ち上げる花火が見れるとのことで金曜日に予約しましたが、ちょっと遠目なのでわざわざ金曜日でなくてもいいかなと思いました。
でも最後はウェイターの人もフラを踊ったり、みんなで輪になって踊ったり（フラじゃないけど）お客を楽しませようとする気持ちはすごく伝わり、楽しかったです。
ご飯とサンセットはイマイチでしたが、全体的にすごく楽しかったので満足しました。

At the end, everyone in the room formed a circle and had fun dancing with the staff at the center. It was clear that the locals are very skilled at creating a lively atmosphere. Oh, and the lobster was delicious!

17時ごろの出港でしばらくして食事が始まります。そこからは次から次へお料理が運ばれてくるので席を経つ余裕は正直ありません。ただし、船上からは夕方のワイキキが一望できて風が吹きとても気持ちがいいです。私たちの席は、日本人と韓国人のみの小ぢんまりした空間でした。あいにくの天候で夕日は見れなかったものの、終始キーボードの生演奏と、ハワイアンダンスでとても盛り上がりました。最後にはその部屋の全員で輪になり、スタッフを中心にダンスも楽しみました。やはり、向こうの人は遊び方になれているなぁと盛り上げ方がとても上手かったです。そうそう、ロブスターも美味しかったなぁ。

We had a great experience on this dinner cruise. The entertainment was outstanding and the firework show was just the icing on top. The waitress and staff went beyond expectations to make sure we were having a great time. The food was good but I wish they would give an option for the lobster. I do not care for lobster and therefore did not eat it. I just wish the steak would have been a larger portion since we did not eat the lobster. Other than that, excellent time!

I boarded the Three Star with my friends. Although our seats were somewhat difficult to see the entire show from, being almost right next to the performers allowed us to communicate with them, which was fun in its own way. The show was packed with live performances, dancing, and interactive segments, making it a lot of fun. I thought I would just chat casually with my friends while watching the show, but it turned out the show was so enjoyable that I couldn’t do that. I didn’t have high expectations for the food since it was cruise fare, but the shrimp was incredibly delicious and shocking. Even the dessert was tasty. For those who want to drink a lot, it might be different, but the offerings were more than sufficient without any additional charges. At one point, I went out to the deck to enjoy the scenery from the ship, and it was also wonderful. While window-side seats might be nice, I enjoyed it from the deck as well.
