The day we visited was crowded, and overall the seating was cramped. Since we didn't reserve seats, we ended up at a central table for eight, but the space in the middle of the boat was so tight that chairs were bumping into each other.

As expected in Hawaii, the waitstaff were a bit careless, and due to the cramped space, I bumped my head on trays multiple times. Of course, they won't apologize unless you say something, so if you want to avoid an unpleasant experience, I strongly recommend reserving a window seat, which is somewhat better even in the tight space.

The show featured various traditional Hawaiian dances for a long time and was quite impressive. At the end, all the crew members were dancing, but there were a few waiters who looked stiff and unmotivated, making it feel like a waste of time to see them not putting in any effort.

If you want to see the Hilton fireworks better, I recommend giving up a bit on the live jazz performance and heading to the deck as soon as you finish your dessert. You can see them from the three-star seats, but the ceiling does obstruct the view. The deck is occupied by one-star guests who have finished their meals, so getting a spot in the front row is difficult. If you stand behind the loungers on the deck, it's slightly elevated, allowing you to see the fireworks without being obstructed by others' heads.

I participated in the Three Star cruise. Since it was a honeymoon, I opted for a window seat and a welcome cake. In conclusion, I think the cake was unnecessary. Additionally, we received two drink tickets per person, so we couldn't finish the champagne that came with it. Coffee was also served after the meal (we ended up leaving three tickets unused... what a waste!).

When we were shown to our seats, we were told there were snacks available for us to take freely (crackers, cheese, and a variety of fruits). We had about 20 minutes before departure, so we enjoyed those, and it was rare to find blue cheese available. The taste was average.

The appetizer salad was beautifully arranged on a large plate. The vegetables were quite large, so I used a knife to eat them. Next, a whole lobster was served. The tail was split down the middle, making it easy to crack, but the small legs and fins were tricky to get the meat out. It was also difficult to separate the tail from the body. I had to twist it off with my hands. The waiter kindly asked, "Shall I crack it for you?" so I took him up on that offer. The lobster came with butter sauce and ponzu, along with a slice of lemon. I recommend the ponzu and lemon.

After the lobster, we had steak, which was very delicious. It was cooked to a rare to medium-rare level. The sauce was also tasty, although the mashed potatoes on the side were a bit bland.

前菜のサラダは大きなお皿に野菜が綺麗に広げられています。野菜1枚が大きいのでナイフを使用していただきました。
続いてロブスターが一匹丸ごと出てきます。尻尾の部分は縦に真っ二つになっているので簡単に割れますが、尻尾についている小さな足やひれの身が引っかかって中々身が外れません。また尻尾を胴体から切り離すのも難しいです。思い切って手でねじ切りました。ハサミの部分はウエイターさんが「割りましょうか？」と聞いてきてくれましたので甘えました。ロブスターにはバターソースとポン酢が付いてくるほかにレモンも一切れ付いてきます。ポン酢やレモンがおすすめです。
ロブスターの次はステーキです。これはとても美味しかったです。レア〜ミディアムレアくらいの焼き加減でした。ソースも美味しかったです。付け合わせのマッシュポテトは味気なかったですが。。。
最後に直径6センチくらいのマンゴーケーキが出てきます。ケーキも普通の味でした。
さて肝心のサンセットですが、タイミングを自分で見計らっていかないと誰も教えてくれません。コース料理ですが、どのタイミングで席を外しても大丈夫です。料理が勝手に置かれているようなこともないようでした。(ドリンクは別)船尾の階段から4階のデッキに上がれます。5スターの方々とはエリアが仕切られていますが、十分な広さが確保されていると思います。また5階というか展望スペースのような場所にも上ることができました。そこから眺めたサンセットはとても綺麗でした。
3スターは日本人が多いように思います。ハネムーナーや記念旅行の方々のようでした。
席は全体的に狭いです。また参加者の服装は皆さん小綺麗な格好をしていますが、ハーフパンツにスニーカーの方もいます。あまり気にしなくてもいいと感じました。一般的なカジュアルで大丈夫ではないでしょうか。

While there wasn't much rocking during the cruise, when we stopped offshore for about three hours, the waves caused significant swaying, and many Japanese guests felt nauseous. 総合的に考えても、もう利用しないと思います。

I arrived in Hawaii on Friday and participated in a dinner cruise where we could enjoy fireworks from the sea. The onboard show and other aspects were great. It was an all-you-can-eat crab, so they kept bringing more as we ordered. In the end, even when we didn't order, they kept saying "Eat, eat" and brought more. I was full of crab. This trip was a unique adventure with my eight friends who always gather together. I was quite worried about whether this elegant sunset dinner cruise would be suitable, but there was absolutely no need for concern. Everyone enjoyed it immensely, and it became the highlight of our trip to Hawaii.

We opted for the Three Star and Waikiki Night View Tour. The experience began as soon as we got off the pickup bus and continued without interruption until we disembarked. The dedication of the staff was evident, as they genuinely wanted all the guests to have a great time. The food was also satisfactory, especially the lobster, which was substantial and fulfilling. This year, Hawaii was quite humid, and there was hardly any breeze on the water. The venue had no windows, and I would have appreciated even a little air conditioning. The live band and singing were of very high quality, providing a pleasant moment. The sunset dinner cruise, where we all danced and had a great time, might just be the best attraction in Hawaii.

I also thought the night view of Waikiki afterward was truly wonderful.

　その後のワイキキの夜景もとても素晴らしかったと思います。

I went on a 5 Stars Cruise. I took a photo with the captain and took my seat. Initially, I was at a table near the center of the floor, but since a window-side table was available, the staff kindly moved me to the window side.
The meal was a French cuisine course and it was very delicious. It wasn't the typical American heavy flavor, but rather a delicate taste that I think suits the Japanese palate very well.
The drinks were also very tasty and stylish.
There was a dress code, and I wore an aloha shirt and muumuu that I bought locally, but everyone was dressed beautifully. There were more Westerners than Asians.
Dressing as one would for a wedding in Japan would definitely be appropriate.
I was very unsure whether to tip or not (since I had already paid with a credit card in advance, there was no payment on the day...). However, since they treated me very well, I gave a $40 tip, but I'm not sure how that was received.
If there had been information about tipping when I made the reservation, I think I could have enjoyed the cruise even more (whether it's necessary or not, how much to tip, when to tip, etc.).

5スターズクルーズへ出かけました。船長と写真をとって、席に着きました。最初はフロアの中央付近のテーブルだったのですが、窓側が空いており、スタッフの方のご好意で窓側に変えていただきました。
料理はフランス料理のコースでとても美味しかったです。いわゆるアメリカンの大味なものではなく、繊細な美味しさで、日本人の口にとても合うと思います。
飲み物も非常に美味しくオシャレでした。
ドレスコードもあり、現地で買ったアロハシャツとムームーを来て行きましたが、みなさん綺麗なお洋服を来ていらっしゃいました。アジア人よりも欧米の方の方が多かったです。
日本人で結婚式に出席するときくらいのドレスで行くと、間違いなしですね。
チップは払うのか払わないのか非常に迷いました。(お金はクレジットで事前に払っているので当日は支払いはないので…)。
ただ、非常によくしていただいたので、40ドルをチップと
して渡したのですが、これがどうだったのか分かりません。
予約の時にチップについての記載があれば、よりクルーズを楽しめたかなと思います(必要なのか不要なのか、いくらくらい払うのか、いつ払うのかなど)
