Now, here are my impressions from the actual experience. First, after arriving, we walked about five minutes to the boat. During that time, there were performers welcoming us next to the boat. Once on board, the seating is divided by rank, so we followed the guidance to the second floor. The standard seating is around circular tables for about eight people, while the guaranteed seats are at the window facing each other for 2 to 4 people. This was a bit different from what I expected, as the seating was quite cramped. I anticipated some closeness, which is why we chose the guaranteed seats, but the distance to the next person is very close. That's why I rated it 4 stars. ここからは、実際に参加して感じたことです。まず、ついたら船まで、5分ほど歩きます。その際、ショーをやってくれる方たちが船のヨコでお出迎えしてくれます。舟に乗ると、ランクによって会場がわかれているので、案内にしたがって二階へ。通常席は、8人程度の円卓席、確約席は窓際で2～4の向かい合わせです。ここが思っていたことと少し違う部分なのですが、席が結構ギュウギュウ詰めです。ある程度は想定していたので、確約席としたのですが、となりとのキョリが非常に近いです。それで、☆4です。ただ、窓際席確約は、オプションの写真撮影やシャンパン1本、ケーキ(新婚旅行だから？)など、ついているので、お祝いごとで利用するなら、つけたほうがいいかもしれません。写真を載せていますが、このケーキがわりと美味しい（笑）。もし、単純にクルーズディナーが楽しみたいだけ、円卓席でも並びになるのであまり気にならないという方は、なしでもいいでしょう。いずれにせよ、ショーは三箇所で同時に実施されますし、海をみにいくのも移動が必要です。
また、料理は、たくさんのフルーツやチーズ、ロブスターなど非常に楽しめました。また、時間がたっぷりあるので、ショーや景色も楽しめました。
わりと人が多くごった返しますが、日本ではないので、周りを気にせずイチャイチャしましょう！楽しめました。ありがとう、VELTRA！

It was expensive, but I added the window seat guarantee option. The tables other than the window seats were large and set up for shared seating, so I think it's better to choose the option if you don't like sharing a table. Honeymoon. My first overseas trip in my life. My first tropical resort experience.
However, Hawaii was a bit different from the resort I had imagined.

After two days of arrival, I was somewhat disheartened and starting to feel homesick when I joined this tour.

日本人なら誰でも知ってる「踊る阿呆に見る阿呆、同じ阿呆なら踊らにゃ損々って」って言葉をきっと思い出します。こんなときにはクールぶらずに楽しんだもの勝ち。

We participated as a couple. It was fun to watch the Hawaiian show while enjoying the meal. The sunset and fireworks viewed from the boat were exceptional and very enjoyable. In the end, the staff and guests formed a circle and danced together, creating a lively atmosphere. It's a tour where you can fully enjoy the Hawaiian vibe.

I booked the luxurious 5-star tour after reading the reviews, and it was definitely the right choice. You can enjoy everything in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere! The main sunset viewing area has a terrace exclusive to 5-star guests, providing ample space for beautiful photos. On our way back, we were gifted a single rose. A gift of flowers is always delightful! Both my partner and I were very satisfied.

There were no staff members who spoke Japanese on the ship. Additionally, it seemed that each staff member had to handle a large number of tables, making them quite busy. As a result, there were many mistakes, such as order errors and items being delivered to the wrong table.

I had also made a reservation to change the lobster to a chicken dish in advance, but they still served lobster, which made for a rather anxious cruise. Since I am not fluent in English, I struggled to communicate these mistakes smoothly, and the staff, being busy, did not seem to have the time to properly address my concerns. It was much easier to catch someone and express my issues using a translation app.

If you are not proficient in English, it would be difficult to communicate without bringing a translation app. The staff spoke quite quickly, making it hard for me to understand.

Moreover, it was a Friday, which was also a fireworks night, but there was no announcement about the start of the fireworks or the timing of the sunset, so if I had just been eating, I would have missed everything. I had reserved a window seat, but the table arrangement meant that one person had their back completely to the view, so we could hardly see anything from our seats.

Considering the price, it was a disappointing experience. However, I was fortunate enough to go out to the terrace and see the sunset and fireworks, which was fantastic. The terrace also allowed smoking, so for smokers, it was nice to enjoy a cigarette while watching the sunset.

I understand that they may not have the capacity to deal with busy Japanese customers with limited English, but it was concerning to have so many order mistakes without any Japanese support.

そのこともあり、オーダーミスや頼んだ物を隣のテーブルに運ばれたりと間違いも多かったです。
また、事前にロブスターをチキン料理に変更して予約していたのですが、こちらもロブスターが置かれたりと、何だか不安の中のクルーズとなりました。
私は英語がペラペラではないので、これらの間違いを訴えたくてもスムーズな会話にならず、スタッフも忙しい為か、相手してられないといった対応で、きちんと対応してもらえませんでした。
ムリヤリ捕まえて、翻訳アプリで訴える方まだスムーズでした。
英語が堪能でない場合は、翻訳アプリ持参する位でないとコミュニケーションが難しかったです。
スタッフもかなり早口で全然リスニング出来ませんでした。
また、金曜で花火の日でしたが、花火の始まる案内や夕日の沈むタイミングなども全く案内がなかったので、そのまま食べていたら何も見れない所でした。
窓際席で予約しましたが、横向きではなく、１人は完全に景色を背中に向けるテーブル配置でしたので、席からは景色はほとんど見れませんでした。
お値段の割には…という残念な結果でした。
たまたま運良くテラスに出て夕日や花火は見れたので、テラスでの景色は最高でした。
またテラスでは喫煙もできるので、喫煙者の方にとっては、夕日を見ながらタバコも吸えるといった感じでした。
忙しく英語のカタコトな日本人を相手している余裕はないのは仕方ないことだと思いますが、日本語対応もなくオーダーミス等を沢山されるのでは困りました。

We participated as a family of five, including our parents and a three-year-old child. Since it’s a popular tour, there were many participants, so the seating was a bit cramped, but that’s to be expected. We enjoyed the meal while watching the sunset. The food was even more delicious than we had anticipated. The staff was very attentive and accommodating to our three-year-old son, which was really helpful. He was wearing an aloha shirt that we bought in Hawaii, and he was quite popular with the staff. The tour ended with everyone dancing the hula. It was a lively and enjoyable experience that really captured the spirit of Hawaii.

両親と3歳児含む家族5名で参加しました。
人気のツアーなので参加者が多く席間が狭いのは仕方のないことですね。
サンセットを見ながらいただくお料理を楽しみました。
お料理は予想以上に美味しかったです。
3歳の息子にもいろいろと気を遣ってサービスしてくださり助かりました。
息子はハワイで買ったアロハシャツの上下を着ていたのですが、スタッフの方に大人気でした。
最後は全員で踊るフラダンス。陽気に盛り上がりハワイ気分を満喫できるツアーでした。
