On New Year's Eve, I took my parents in their 50s and participated as a family of four. We chose the plan that included lobster. We were told that a window seat wasn't available for four people, so we were seated at a middle table for eight, but the family we shared it with was from overseas, which allowed us to enjoy an exotic atmosphere. The lobster was incredibly delicious!! I splurged, but I really felt it was worth it to choose this plan! We enjoyed the scenery from sunset to night view, and the boat didn't sway much, so I almost forgot I was on a boat. The show was absolutely fantastic! It was so much fun to participate with everyone! At the end, we were able to take photos together. It seemed like my parents had a great time, so I definitely plan to make a reservation for next time!

I used this service with my friend's family. Since it was Christmas, the city was very crowded, and the bus took longer than expected. I think it was tough for the driver. We enjoyed catching glimpses of the Christmas decorations in the city from the bus. Thank you for the drive.

I used the service on December 30. I had a bit of trouble finding the meeting point inside the Sheraton for the bus transfer, which made me a little late, but the staff welcomed me warmly, which was a relief. The ship was large and had a great dinner cruise vibe. Before the course started, there was a buffet with cheese and fruits. There were about four types of cheese, and the blue cheese was particularly delicious.

The course meal included salad, lobster, steak, and dessert. The lobster was very large and satisfying to eat. The steak was tender and tasty. Additionally, the dance show was impressive. また、金曜特典でヒルトンからの打ち上げられる花火を船上から見ることもできました。
デッキが開けているので、サンセットも綺麗に見ることができ満足でした。
海外の料理ということで、口に合う合わないがあるでしょうが、総じて良かったと思います。

So didn't really see the sunset. We did the crab legs dinner. It was nice. Make sure you get seconds when they offer. They come around a 1 time. The entertainment was fun. The dancers performed in the middle of the deck. That is why dinner is quick. The Honolulu lights at night are a pretty sight. The night was breezy so bring a sweater to through on in case.

In fact, nothing has changed since five years ago. Also, when disembarking at the end, they didn't properly check if everyone was gathered by bus number, so I almost got left behind. Since I had used it multiple times before, I was able to catch up, but for first-timers, they might get lost and miss the bus. It might be because it's held every day, but I would appreciate more attention to detail in certain areas. (Overall, I think the spirit of service was abundant and good.)

My wife and I signed up together. We didn't specifically request a window seat, but we ended up with one.

There was a reserved sign on the seats that seemed to be guaranteed window seats. From that, I gather that among the many window seats available, the non-reserved ones are likely on a first-come, first-served basis. I got dressed up and boarded the boat with my husband. I thought the seats were a bit cramped, but since I got to know the people around us, I considered it a good experience ❤️. The staff's service was excellent, and we were able to eat as much crab as we wanted. The Hawaiian show was amazing to see up close and very impressive. The dance time we all participated in was also a lot of fun.

I was able to check in at the ticket office, and it was a relief to have staff who spoke Japanese. I hadn't checked the dress code and needed to prepare pants, but they kindly arranged everything for me on board. I was able to communicate this with the staff at the ticket office.

The weather was a bit iffy with light rain, but I was impressed by how they guided us with umbrellas. Truly a five-star experience...

I had prepared for it to be cold on the ship, as I had read reviews about it, but it wasn't necessary at all. Our table's waitress was very cheerful and made an effort to enjoy the experience with us. Thanks to her, we had a wonderful time. She was truly a lovely person.

サンセットの時間には何とか雨も上がり綺麗な夕日が見られました。サンセットも素敵でしたが夜景も本当に素敵です。
料理の味も良く、量も丁度良かったです。カクテルも凝ったものが多くオススメです。
生演奏とダンスも素敵です。参加することもできます。
本当に良い思い出になりました。
ハワイを訪れる機会があればまた利用したいです。

The staff was entertaining and made me feel a sense of familiarity, which was enjoyable. The only downside was that I boarded on a Friday, but there were no fireworks. If that's something they promote, I would have appreciated a heads-up about whether the fireworks would be happening or not.

On the last day of our company trip, I participated in a dinner cruise. This was my second time, but it was still very enjoyable, no matter how many times I've done it. From the bus terminal in front of the Sheraton Hotel in Waikiki, we took a shared bus to the port. We boarded while being welcomed by a dance from the dancers. We were shown to a six-person table in front of the stage and waited for departure while drinking champagne. The first half featured live music from musicians, and in the second half, we enjoyed a delicious meal while watching a dance show right in front of us. The waiter even peeled the lobster for us as part of the service. It was a bit disappointing that the sunset was hidden behind the clouds early on, but we were still able to enjoy the night view, making it a wonderful time overall.
