Guaranteed window-side or private seating! We participated in the 3-star (lobster & steak) experience with my husband.

First, we got off the shuttle bus and entered the ship, but there was no guide, and we didn't know where to go. Following the crowd to the second floor, we were told, "You are on the first floor," and after going down, we still didn't know which room or seat to go to. We finally managed to find a staff member who helped us get to our seats.

Later, I realized that the sticker given on the shuttle bus had the floor number written on it... However, with hundreds of people boarding, I really wished there had been some guidance on where to go when we got on the ship.

Then, the toast performance started right away, but our glasses were empty, and we toasted with empty glasses. I thought they would come to take drink orders, but the servers were too busy, and it was impossible. When the lobster was brought to us, I asked to place a drink order, but I was told to wait, and it took a long time to get someone. I finally managed to order when the server brought drinks to the people at the next table. I mentioned that we didn't have the toast champagne, but it was never brought to us afterward.

Finally, our drinks arrived, but I ordered a non-alcoholic drink, and when I tasted it, it clearly had alcohol in it. I wanted to get it changed, but the server was always busy, so it was impossible. On the other hand, the performers were doing their best to entertain everyone. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset due to the clouds, but it was a great opportunity to see Waikiki from the ocean side, and the scenery and night view were lovely.

ドリンクの注文は聞きに来てくれるだろうと待ってましたが、サーバーが忙しくしていて全然無理。ロブスターを運んできた時にドリンクオーダーをお願いしたがちょっと待ってと言われ、なかなか来ず。隣の席の人のドリンクを運んできた時に再度声かけてやっと注文できました。そのときに乾杯のシャンパンがなかった旨伝えましたが、その後持ってくることはありませんでした。
やっとドリンクが来ましたが、私はノンアルを頼んだのに飲んだら明らかにアルコールが入っていてトホホ…。変えてもらおうにもずっとサーバーが忙しくしていて無理。ステーキを運んできたときに、注文したものと違うから変えてほしいと伝えました。が待ってもやはり来ず。メイン食べてる時にもドリンクが一滴も飲めていないという状況、私もうセルフのお水飲みました（苦笑）。私の注文はもう諦め、ステーキのお皿を下げにきた時に主人の2杯目のドリンクを注文したけど、これまた最後まで運ばれることはありませんでした。プランには1人2杯のドリンクが含まれていますが、2時間の乗船で2杯飲むことは不可能だと感じました。
ちなみに英語は堪能ではありませんが、ある程度の会話はできます。
ハワイには何回か行っていますので、日本のようなサービスを期待してはいませんが、なんかガッカリでした。
窓側席でしたが、1階の窓は水しぶきで汚れてますので、窓越しに写真なんて撮れません。
ちなみにパフォーマンスの方はみんなを楽しませようと頑張っていました。
くもりでサンセットは残念ながら見れませんでしたが、ワイキキを海側から見る機会はないので景色や夜景は素敵でした。
良い口コミが多いので、私がハズレに当たっただけかもしれませんが、送迎付き2人で約66,000円、誰かにオススメもできませんし、リピートはないです。

We had a wonderful time! The sunset in Hawaii was beautiful, and we even got to see fireworks at the end, which made both the kids and parents very happy. The scenery was truly breathtaking. Dinner while watching the sunset was the best. I took a lot of photos after going out to the deck. The mocktails were delicious and very Hawaiian. I participated in the Star of Honolulu! We gathered at the designated meeting point, the Hilton's Islander drop-off, where staff holding a sign arrived 15 minutes early. Each person received a sticker to place on their bags or clothes. The flow was very clear, and we boarded a large bus with about five groups. After about 15 minutes, we arrived near Aloha Tower and entered the Welcome Honolulu. The staff guided us to our table seats based on the sticker numbers.

We enjoyed a meal with live music and had free time. I took a stroll around the ship to capture the sunset as quickly as possible; it was wonderful to have that freedom. After returning to our seats, the showtime began, expressing Hawaii's history through hula dance. I had given up on visiting the Polynesian Cultural Center because it was too far, but the content was similar, and I felt happy to see it right in front of me on the Honolulu, which everyone from children to the elderly could enjoy.

The ship had minimal rocking, and I took motion sickness medication just in case, but it was fine. The comfortable seats and breeze made the time fly by! On the way back, we were safely guided to the bus according to our stickers back to the hotel. I participated with my elderly father, but there were many people who came alone. The flow made it completely fine to enjoy even if you’re by yourself. After returning home, it’s definitely a memorable experience that makes you want to participate again in this gentle cruise.

生演奏付きの中、お食事しフリータイム。途中なるべく早くサンセット撮影に船内をお散歩、自由が最高です。お席に戻りショータイムスタートハワイの歴史をフラダンスで表現✨ポリネシアンカルチャーセンターは遠くて諦めてましたが、内容は同じく船内で貸し切りのように目の前で拝見できるホノルル号でしたらお子さんからお年寄りまでみなさん楽しめて幸せと感じました꒰ღ˘◡˘ற꒱✯*･
船の揺れが少なく、酔い止めも念のため飲んでから乗りましたが大丈夫です。
心地良いお席と風に...あっという間の時間でした！お帰りもシールの通りバスに誘導されホテルまで安全です
高齢の父と参加しましたが、お一人参加の方たくさんいらっしゃいました。
流れ的に1人でもまったく問題なく楽しめます

We participated with eight family members. After four years, we had one more person join us. Our grandchildren, aged three and five, were thrilled with the show and ended up dancing together at the end. The sunset was also incredibly beautiful, and the food, starting with the roast beef, was delicious. Both adults and children had a wonderful and enjoyable time.

I was looking forward to the fireworks on Friday and made a reservation, but...

1. It was nearly full and quite cramped, which is understandable.
2. The food was served on one plate. While I was struggling with the crab, the meat got cold, which diminished its deliciousness.
3. The stage had a lot going on with singing, hula, and powerful male dancing. However, since the talk was only in English, I couldn't understand it, which significantly reduced the enjoyment. At the end, they brought out a couple celebrating their wedding anniversary that month, and everyone celebrated. I regretted that we couldn't participate because we didn't understand the call.
4. The fireworks were visible, but I was left wondering if that was all there was to it...

On Friday, during the Hilton's fireworks night, I participated in the lobster and steak menu.

First, we each went to the table where the appetizers were set up to grab various crackers, cheeses, and fruits. The blue cheese was delicious. Bread and salad were already on the table from the start. A large lobster was served, followed by tender steak. The lobster came with a sauce that tasted like butter and ponzu, and the steak was also tasty.

During the meal, we were served champagne and two large cocktails, the last of which had sherbet in it and was delicious, along with cake and coffee or tea. I was so full it was uncomfortable.

In the meantime, there were two singers, a saxophonist, and several Hawaiian dances, and after watching the fireworks, everyone danced in a circle. They really knew how to get the crowd excited. However, there were too many people, and it seemed cramped for the performers. It might be better to limit the number of guests a bit.

Overall, the food was delicious, the performers were enjoyable, and although it was expensive when converted to Japanese yen, I was glad I participated. Also, during the fireworks, everyone got up and went to the aisles, so if you were seated, you couldn't see anything, leaving no choice but to stand. I thought it would be better to prohibit standing in the aisles.

金曜日のヒルトンの花火の日に、ロブスターとステーキのメニューで参加しました。
最初前菜が用意されているテーブルに各々取りに行ってクラッカーやチーズ各種とフルーツを取りに行きました。ブルーチーズが美味しかった。
パンとサラダは最初からテーブルにありました。大きいロブスターがでできてその後柔らかいステーキがでました。ロブスターはバターとポン酢みたいなソース付でステーキも美味しかった。
その間にシャンパンと大きなグラスのカクテル2杯がでで、最後のカクテルはシャーベットが入っていて美味しかった、あとケーキとコーヒーか紅茶。
お腹が一杯で苦しかった。
その間に歌手が2人とサックスの演奏とハワイの踊りが数種類で花火を見たあとはみんなで輪になって踊りました。盛り上げ方が上手。
でも人が入りすぎていてショーをやる人が狭そうだった。お客さんの人数をもう少し控えた方がいいかも。
全体的にみるとお料理は美味しかったし、ショーの人たちは楽しかったし日本円にしたら高かったけど参加してよかった。
あと花火の時みんなが席を立って通路に行ってしまうので、座っていると見えないのでみんな席を立つしかなかった。立ち見を禁止すればいいのにと思った。

This was my first time participating. I had a hard time deciding on the course for the meal, but since it was my first time, I went with the buffet to see what it was like. The taste was better than I had imagined, but I felt it would have been even better with a few more options.

You can choose between alcoholic and non-alcoholic Mai Tais, but I found the alcoholic version to be quite strong, and I wished I had gone with the non-alcoholic one.

The sunset was beautiful from the boat, and the night view of Waikiki from the sea was really lovely! Considering the boarding time, scenery, atmosphere, and food, I think the price is reasonable. I would love to go again if I have the chance.

今回初めて参加しました。お料理のコースもいろいろ悩みましたが、初めてだったのでどんな感じかとビュッフェにしました。
味は想像してたよりも、美味しく、もう少し種類があるとより良いかなと感じました。
マイタイはアルコールかノンアルコールか選べますが、アルコールはけっこうきつく、ノンアルコールにしたら良かったと思いました。
サンセットは船の中からとてもキレイに見え、海から見るワイキキの夜景はとても素敵でした！
乗船時間、風景、雰囲気、料理、全てを合わせてのお値段を考えると妥当な金額だと思います。
また機会があれば乗りたいです。
