Since my partner requested to go on a dinner cruise, we participated in the Star of Honolulu Sunset Dinner Cruise. I didn't have many good memories from dinner cruises at other beach resorts, but as expected in Hawaii, this one was much better than any I had experienced before. The ship was beautiful, and the five-star cuisine was delicious. We were able to create wonderful memories in a great atmosphere with live piano and jazz performances. My partner was very happy with the commemorative photo with the captain. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the deck, and I appreciate the staff for taking our pictures despite their busy schedule. If the sunset time is earlier, we could also enjoy the night view of Waikiki, so I would like to use this service again.

We went on a trip to Hawaii to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and used this tour. Since it was during the Obon season, we made our reservation online six months in advance. The sunset was, of course, beautiful, and seeing the city of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the boat was wonderful. I applied just before leaving Japan, considering the weather. I wanted to show my children the wonderful sunset we experienced 17 years ago with my husband, so we participated. My son, who was born in July, was invited to dance the hula and danced with a few guests. In Japan, he would be too shy to do that, but in the cheerful atmosphere of Hawaii, he was able to do it! This became a great memory. After enjoying a lot at the buffet, we stepped out onto the deck for a photo opportunity with the cityscape of Waikiki and Diamond Head in the background! The sunset view was breathtaking! It was a moment when I thought, "I'm so glad I came!" The sunset was perfect too. Since it was a large cruise ship, I didn't feel any seasickness at all, and I was able to enjoy a wonderful time with a bit of a luxurious feeling.

This time, I used the venue for a meal with family after the ceremony. My impression is that it was average. The food was normally tasty. However, while crab is all-you-can-eat, due to the overwhelming number of people, when I requested more crab, it didn't come out quickly, and I had to wait. It felt like the staff were managing multiple tables by themselves and might have forgotten my order.

We had a blast!, great food, all you can eat crab legs. great service and great show! If you're still deciding what dinner cruise you should take, here's your answer! You can't go wrong! My suggestion take this event as your grand finale of your vacation, probably on the last day of your trip. Thanks so much hawaiian activities, they added Hanauma Bay trip as a extra bonus at no cost( but you need to pay for the entrance fee)which you can not missed! My family and I had a wonderful time.

I participated with my mother in her 60s. The interior of the Star of Honolulu was smaller than I expected, and the distance between tables was quite close. Beautiful views from the boat, areas on boat need work

My grandmother and I chose this as something different to do from the sightseeing and beach time we had been enjoying. The transportation is great even for those of us that are familiar with the island, and well worth the additional cost. The seating area is packed and truly would be more enjoyable with fewer people crammed in. The food and service were far better than expected and the "All You Can Eat" crab truly lives up to the name. The boat from an external view is beautiful and makes a striking appearance out on the open ocean. On the decks there are areas that could be maintained better, especially the areas that food is served from and are in plain view of guests. The top deck is amazing for catching sight of the city line and would be a great place to spend a romantic evening with a significant other. Overall this is something that I am glad we experienced and would be willing to take others on.

This was my second time participating. Last time it was a three-star experience. This time I tried a one-star, but I preferred the three-star. It must be the difference in price. The food wasn't that different, but the show was different. The three-star experience had more flair. However, the staff's smiles were great, and I was satisfied as I enjoyed my meal.

We participated on the last night of our honeymoon. The place was fully booked, and we reserved a couple's seat as an option. The seats were close to each other, but it wasn't bothersome. We received welcome champagne and two drinks each. The food was average, but the steak was tender and delicious. We enjoyed the view of Waikiki Beach from the deck, and the sunset was beautiful. The scenery of the sunset from the boat was amazing. By chance, we also saw a swimming sea turtle. The show was lively, and in the end, everyone sang and danced, which was fun. I was happy to receive a commemorative photo at the end. If you go without transportation, I recommend boarding the boat at 4:45 PM. Since we boarded right away, we could listen to the boat's explanation slowly and choose our appetizers at a leisurely pace. (After 5 PM, the transportation people arrive all at once, so there was a line to be shown to our seats and to get appetizers.) I recommend this for a great memory of Hawaii.

This is a tour I recommended at a colleague's wedding. I thought it was a fun tour for a large group when I participated before, so I joined this time.

I attended with my grandmother, aunt, and uncle, and everyone was very satisfied! I thought the meat was a bit tough, but everything else was delicious. Above all, I think the service was great. The servers and the hula dancers were very friendly, and by the end, it turned into a dance party with all the guests! The sunset was beautiful, and I really had a wonderful time!

The shuttle bus from the hotel was very helpful as my child fell asleep, and they guided us to a sofa seat at the very end so we could lay the child down when we got on the boat. We were able to use two tables, which was a great help. However, since we were at the back, we couldn't see the stage at all, but I accepted that since we had a child with us. The dancers performed right next to our seats and even came over to take pictures with us, which showed great service.

The taste of the food wasn't particularly remarkable, but we enjoyed visually appealing dishes like a whole lobster and steak. The finale on stage was a blast, and we had a very enjoyable time. I think it's a good value tour.

ホテルからの送迎のバスの中で子供が寝てしまい、船に乗った時に子供を寝かせられるようにと一番端のソファーの席に案内していただき、2テーブル使って座ることができ、とても助かりました。
ただ、一番奥だった為、ステージが全く見えず、子供がいるから仕方ないと諦めましたが、席のすぐ横でダンサーの方が踊ってくれたり、席まで来て一緒に写真を撮ってくれたりととてもサービスが行き届いていました。
お料理の味はそれほどでもないのですが、丸ごと1匹のロブスターだったり、ステーキだったり、目で楽しめました。
ステージの最後は全員で盛り上がり、とても楽しい時間が過ごせました。
コスパは良いツアーだと思います。

In May, the departure was at 5:30 PM (sunset was just after 7:00 PM). We drove to Pier 8, where the Aloha Tower ticket office is located, and checked in around 4:30 PM. It was a trip for two, and thanks to arriving early, we were seated by the window. The charter buses for groups started to arrive around 5:00 PM, and many people boarded until just before departure, so I recommend early check-in for couples and families as the tables fill up on a first-come, first-served basis. It was a buffet style, but with unlimited roast beef and various dishes, I thought the cost performance was better than a course meal.

5月は17:30の出航でした（サンセットは19:00ちょっと過ぎ）。レンタカーでアロハタワーチケットオフィスのあるピア8まで行き16:30頃チェックインしました。二人での旅行でしたが、早めに着いたお陰で窓側の席に案内されました。団体チャーターバスは17:00頃から現れ始めて出航間際まで乗船する人が沢山いらして、先着順でテーブルが埋まっていくためカップルや家族連れの方は早めのチェックインをお勧めします。ビュッフェスタイルですが、ローストビーフや色々な料理が食べ放題なので、コース料理よりコストパフォーマンスは良かったと思います。
