I participated in a sunset cruise for my last dinner in Hawaii. I enjoyed a beautiful sunset sinking on the horizon as expected, and there was also a surprise with whales swimming alongside us. Since it was Friday, we were able to see fireworks off the coast of Hilton as well! There were so many events that I didn't upgrade the buffet, but it was just right. The hotel provided transportation, so getting around was easy.

We celebrated the night before our marriage on this event. We were a large group of 27. They accommodated us and sat us all together. The entertainment and the food were excellent. The servers kept everything flowing and joyful. Very organized and fun. I really enjoyed the dancers and singers. They performed in front of us and had them all over so everyone could enjoy them. The only bummer was that I specifically chose to go on the Friday sunset cruise for the firework show. However, it didn’t happen due to the winds. I was very sad. Other than that, I thought it was a fabulous experience.

I participated because I wanted to see the sunset. The hula show was very Hawaiian and great. It was a buffet, but it felt pretty ordinary... I think it would be very enjoyable for families with children.

This was a lovely experience. The jazz singer was incredibly fun and talented. The food was excellent. The servers (Collin and Rob) were incredibly kind and attentive. The sunset was stunning. Finally, the Polynesian show was lovely and a great way to end the night. I would come again.

サンセットを逃さないちょうど良い時間、完璧なタイミングで運ばれてくるお料理、楽しいショータイム、このお値段で盛りだくさんの納得の内容でした。
特にカニが美味しかったですし、全体の量も十分でした。
デッキからはワイキキの夕景や空港から飛び立つ飛行機が見えてとても綺麗です。
ただ、満席だった場合は隣の人と肩や肘がぶつかるくらいの距離感で仕切りのアクリル板などは無いので、そういうのが気になる方はご注意を。

The meal included two drinks, but since it was crowded and the waiter seemed busy, I ended up not receiving the second drink even after requesting it.

I used this for our Christmas dinner. A senior colleague from work had a great experience here during their honeymoon, so I decided to create some memories. I requested a seat with an ocean view and chose the Three Star (Lobster & Steak) menu. I knew in advance that we could have a commemorative photo taken, so my husband and I wore matching aloha shirts when we boarded!

The result was absolutely satisfying! The food, the view, and the music were all wonderful, allowing us to completely forget about work and enjoy the best time. I am truly grateful to the waiter who brought us so many dishes, the dancers who performed, and the chef who came to greet us.

What a great & wonderful experience. This was our first time to do this type of event and we were blown away. Staff and crew were so professional and courteous! My expectations were definitely exceeded! I will return to the Star of Honolulu and next time we are bringing my daughter and her boyfriend. Food was prepared and cooked to perfection! It was the night of the Honolulu Marathon, so it wasn't fully booked, and we were able to relax comfortably.

It rained and was windy in the evening, which made it rock more than I expected, but since it was a large ship, I didn't get seasick, and the food was delicious.

This time, I thought it would be a good change of pace for my mother since my father has passed away. She seemed to have a lot of fun and was very satisfied. It's quite a large ship, so I thought it was understandable that the service was a bit rough around the edges. However, the fun atmosphere is something that everyone, including the guests, creates together, and in the end, we really enjoyed ourselves with the dancing. The YMCA and Hawaiian dance were the best.

The sunset and the night view afterward were indescribably beautiful, and I'm glad I booked this tour for Christmas.

I chose the lobster course. At our table of six, three of us were seated with an Italian family. They were such a lovely family, so we had a great time dining together. The cheese and fruits were arranged on the deck, but there was no explanation, so I wasn't quite sure about them. The food and drinks were delicious, and we were able to enjoy the show at a leisurely pace. When everyone danced at the end, it was truly fun, and we were all smiling the whole time.

P.S. We also got to see the whale's spout and tail!

At the dockside check-in they were very helpful. I just showed my confirmation email and she gave us out boarding passes. The dockside hula show was good. They had 2 musicians playing and 3 dancers, it wasn't Cirque Du Soleil but if thats what your expecting go to Las Vegas!!

I loved the meal. The purple bread (made with Ube) was good, it tasted like the Kings Hawaiian Rolls! The steaks are cooked medium rare, which I enjoy but was too under cooked for my wife. Even since she didnt eat her steak she still was full with the Crab and Chicken. The ice cream was delicious. The Mai Tai's were on point.

Our server was perfect. Very attentive to our needs, conversational without being annoying. Extremely gracious and appreciative.
