I thought the event might be canceled because it was raining quite heavily by the meeting time, but we set sail 30 minutes late in light rain. There were only two Japanese families, including us; the rest were all foreigners. Mai Tai was served, and we all toasted together. Mixing with the cheerful foreigners and aided by the drinks, we ended up having quite a bit of fun. Although the enjoyment of sipping cocktails while watching the setting sun was somewhat diminished, the rain stopped, and we were treated to a beautiful double rainbow, so it turned out well.

Perfect way to end the week

The title is a little confusing when booking the Friday sunset cocktail sail ...... kinda sounds like you're getting the fireworks at the end. Unfortunately, that's a totally different sail, but would have been nice. The sail kind of just goes back and forth between the Hilton and the Westin until sunset then goes in. I wasn't fond of the run drink they served, but it comes with the price. All in all, the captain and 1 person crew/bartender were accommodating. I would recommend it.

My fiancé & I absolutely loved every second of this sunset cruise. The staff is fantastic, the drinks are amazing, & the views are just perfect. We have already decided on our next trip, we will for sure be doing this again. If you're smart, you'll take them up on the offer prior to boarding the boat. They offer a shaker with a house cocktail which you get before boarding to pregame but it also gets you on the boat before anybody else (plus the drink is so so good)

I participated in a tour during Silver Week. The sunset viewed from the catamaran and the Waikiki sunset were amazing. The Mai Tai was a bit weak in alcohol but still delicious. I switched to beer and enjoyed a few Mai Tais along with some beer. We encountered some rain and got soaked, but that was part of the fun. It was a very enjoyable two hours.

The only downside was that although the meeting time was set for 5 PM, when I asked the staff before 5 PM, they said, "We won't check in for another 20 minutes," and we ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes before departure. I wish I could have done more shopping during that time, so I deducted one star for that. However, it was such a fun tour that I almost forgot about that.

We booked this event last minute e.g. the afternoon before the event day and we're lucky that we got on. We enjoyed the trip. The food was ok perhaps average for the price of the event. 2 alcoholic baverages were included subsequent alcoholic drinks were 1$ (beer, wine) or 2$ (cocktails, mixed drinks) which is very cheap. So a good deal for people who can drink a lot. The crew was friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

It seems that the cruise on Saturday coincided with a local anniversary gathering, resulting in quite a crowd. There was also a group of about eight Japanese people from a company trip in the Kansai area. The crew was all very friendly, and we had a great time. The boat goes quite fast. Since we departed in the evening, it was a great idea to bring a long-sleeved shirt. We were able to take some lovely sunset photos. Since there was an all-you-can-drink option, be aware that while there are restrooms available, my husband and son mentioned that it might be a bit difficult for women to use them.

The day we participated, there was hardly any wind, so it didn't sway at all! However, since it's a small boat, it seemed like it would sway a lot on windy days. After the ride, the boat quickly heads back, so if you want to take pictures with the boat, make sure to do it beforehand or get off the boat early!

I participate every time I come to Hawaii. I've joined various optional tours, but this one is the most fun. This time, we were the only two Japanese people, and there was a newlywed couple and their family participating, so it felt like their party. Even in such a situation, I think we were able to enjoy ourselves thanks to the sky and sea of Waikiki. We had a great view of the sunset, but I ended up drinking too much, influenced by those around me. If you're staying in Waikiki and don't get seasick, I definitely recommend joining.

The drinks were flowing, the crew members were friendly and outgoing, and the boat was big enough that we didn't feel jammed in - we had plenty of room to spread out and mingle with the whole group. Would definitely recommend this activity to others. Totally worth the cost!

On March 6th, I participated in a sunset cruise. First, I was worried about getting seasick, but it didn't rock as much as I thought, so I was fine. The weather was uncertain, but it held up, and just in time for sunset, the clouds cleared, allowing us to enjoy the sunset beautifully. Surrounded by cheerful Americans visiting from the mainland and Koreans living in Japan, I had a great time on the cruise, experiencing a boat that sped close to the water even after sunset. The staff provided attentive service, making it a very pleasant tour, and I'm glad I participated.

We were blessed with great weather, making it the best cruising experience. This time, we were a group of six: an elderly couple in their 70s, a 4-year-old, a 1-year-old, and my spouse and I. The waves were calmer than expected, and we enjoyed the beautiful sunset without any rocking. Also, as the name suggests, the Mai Tai Catamaran offered unlimited Mai Tais, which was satisfying. Although my English skills are limited, I was able to board smoothly without any inconvenience. It was nice to see that most of the guests were foreigners, with only a few Japanese families. I would love to use this service again when I come back to Hawaii.

I had a great time. It felt like I was invited onto a friend's yacht, and everything was so friendly. I used it on the evening of my arrival in Hawaii, and I felt fine; I wished I could have stayed on longer. I regret not being able to speak English better, as it might have made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff engages with you, so you can really enjoy the travel atmosphere. They also speak some simple English, so it's recommended for those who want to feel like they're having fun locally. Lastly, the sunset is very beautiful. By the way, if you want a proper meal, you might want to reconsider, as it's just light snacks.

揺れると聞いていましたが、本当に揺れますので酔い止めが必要な人は飲んで行ってください。アメリカの方々？が５〜６　ヨーローッパ２名　日本人６名くらいで参加しました。最初は結構揺れるのでドキドキですが最後の方は穏やかです。スタッフの方々が話しかけてくれるので旅行気分がかなり味わえます。

At first, I was worried about getting seasick or if the boat would sway, but the other passengers were also in high spirits, and we were able to enjoy the slight rocking like it was an amusement park ride. There were many foreigners on board, and although I was initially anxious, they were actually more lively than the Japanese passengers, and we all had a great time together. The excitement when the sun was setting reached its peak. When we passed by other cruise ships, we waved at each other and cheered, which added to the excitement. This time, I participated with my mother and sister, and both of them praised the cruise throughout our trip. Next time I visit, I will definitely book the catamaran sunset cruise again.

Due to the time of sunset, our departure was delayed by about 30 minutes. While waiting, we took photos with the boat and Diamond Head in the background and played in the ocean. Before departure, they took a commemorative photo of each family (available for purchase at $20 upon disbanding).

Onboard, there was an unlimited supply of Mai Tais and soft drinks, along with a tip service. The Mai Tais were incredibly delicious, so I had quite a few refills! About one-third of the guests were Japanese, but it was quite lively, and the breeze felt nice. The captain was cheerful, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.

We were blessed with good weather, and the sunset moment on the boat was truly moving. Depending on the weather, I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises. Of course, the photos taken before we set out turned out great, and I felt good about purchasing them.

日の入りの時間の関係で出発予定のより30分ほど遅れての出航、それまで船とダイヤモンドヘッドを背景に写真を撮ったり海で遊んだりして待ちました。
出航前に家族ごとに記念写真（解散時に20ドルで販売）を撮ってくれて出航。
船上ではマイタイ、ソフトドリンクの飲み放題、チップのサービスがありました。マイタイは大変美味しかったのでたくさんおかわりしました^^;船上も日本人は1/3くらいでしたが、かなり賑やかで風も気持ちよく、船長さんも陽気でかなり賑やかで心地よい空間でした。
天気にも恵まれ、船上でのサンセットの瞬間は感動しました。天気次第ですが、また機会があれば参加したいですね。もちろん出る前に撮ってもらった写真は写りもバッチリで気持ち良く購入しました。

I participated with my daughter. It might have been a coincidence, but on the day we attended, there were few Japanese people, and it was lively from the start, with a local group present. We were moved as we watched the sunset gradually tilt from offshore Waikiki while high-energy music played. It felt like our hearts were being cleansed... those two hours were incredibly happy moments. I want to participate again soon, but since it's popular, it might be difficult to align it with my schedule!

たまたまだと思いますが私たちが参加した日は日本人が少なく最初から盛り上がってて、ロコ系の団体さんがいました。ハイテンションなミュージックが流れるなか夕日が少しずつ傾いていくのをワイキキ沖から観られて感動しました。
心が洗われてるような…あの約2時間はとっても幸せな時間でした。

My partner and I went on this sunset cruise. We had a wonderful time!! It's about 2 hours out. The staff was awesome and made sure our drinks stayed full. It was one of our highlights of our trip. We will do this again and recommend people do this. LOTS OF FUN!! The sunset out there was so beautiful. A must do!!
