We participated as a family of three. The sky was cloudy, and the sunset was a bit disappointing, but we were lucky enough to see whales! Two of them!! We thoroughly enjoyed the sight of their dorsal fins, bodies, and tails rising from the waves. All the participants let out joyful cheers. The highlight was the moment when both whales raised their tails high before diving—what an incredible experience! We are truly grateful for this opportunity. The crew's attentiveness made for a fantastic sailing experience!

Even if the weather wasn't really great during our experience, we still had a great time chilling in the boat watching the view, snorkeling and had dinner and drinks. It was a really good value for the price since the dinner and alcoholic beverage were also included. The crew was really great too and we spent time talking to them as well. Captain Don, Trent and Jacob were really fun and helpful throughout the experience. Even if we didn't see the sunset because of the weather, it was still great because we saw a humpback whale swimming next to us.

First of all, Mason Captain's Japanese is incredibly good! I was surprised at how well he speaks, to the point where I thought he might be better than some Japanese people, as he learned it by ear.

We were the only Japanese people there, but he provided translations for all the announcements without slowing down the tempo, keeping everyone engaged. He is truly amazing.

The clientele was also great; there were elderly gentlemen and ladies who surprised me by snorkeling down to about 5 meters deep. Additionally, they opened the restrooms that were only for park members for us when we urgently needed them, which was very kind of them.

Before COVID, it seems that about 30-40% of the guests were Japanese, but after COVID, it appears that hardly any Japanese people have returned. However, even for those who are not good at English, there is really no trouble at all, and the food was delicious. It was the best activity, so I really hope everyone gets to experience it!

耳で覚えたとのことですが、日本人より上手いんじゃないか、ってくらいのレベルでびっくりしちゃいました。

日本人は僕らだけでしたが、全部のアナウンスに和訳も添えてくれて、なのにテンポ落とさずに全員を盛り上げていて、本当にすごい人です。

客層も良く、高齢の殿方とご婦人もいらっしゃいましたが皆さんシュノーケルで5mくらいある底まで潜っていらっしゃったりしてびっくりしました。
あとパークメンバーオンリーのお手洗いを急を要していた我々のために開けてくれたりして、素敵な方々でした。

コロナ前までは3-4割は日本人のお客さんだったそうですが、アフターコロナはほとんど日本人が戻ってきてないそうです。
ただ、英語苦手な方でも本当に全く困らないし、ご飯も美味しくて最高のアクティビティだったので、是非みんな行ってみて欲しいです！

There were surprisingly many participants. Although it wasn't planned, the captain chased after whales and sea turtles when the opportunity arose. The view of the Ko Olina hotels from the sea was incredibly vast. The waves were a bit high, but it was beautiful.

We were blessed with beautiful weather, and the view of Diamond Head and the deep blue sea and sky from the ocean was stunning. Even if we hadn't encountered any whales, I would have been completely satisfied just with the cruise. Just when I was about to give up, the whales finally appeared! The sight of two of them slapping their tails on the water's surface was incredibly powerful. We were able to see them closer than I had imagined. They showed up again in another spot, and I was absolutely thrilled. The kids were also very excited!

It turned out to be a great decision!! The beer enjoyed while feeling the pleasant breeze was very delicious. The check-in location was mixed with other tours from the same company, so if you arrive early, there will be staff to guide you. Those who arrived just in time seemed to check with others around them and lined up.

I was prepared for seasickness, but the rocking was mild enough that I didn't need any motion sickness medication. The whales were quite far away even when we reached the point. In fact, the whale that appeared unexpectedly was the closest one we saw. The view from the sea was also fantastic.

It's all in English, but as long as you understand some words, there won't be any issues.

We were supposed to see Diamond Head, but before we knew it, we made a U-turn?? I thought the swaying of the boat was part of the captain's technique to entertain us, but... due to bad weather, it ended abruptly after about an hour. All the announcements were in English, so it would be nice if announcements in other languages could be provided as well. I think it's great that if you miss out, you can either reboard or get a refund.

It was amazing to have a drink included, and we could freely take and eat snacks. Above all, we saw so many whales and dolphins! We were the only Japanese people on board, but on the contrary, all the other passengers were really lively, and it was a lot of fun.

We saw whales jumping with their calves and slapping their tails on the water's surface many times, and the guide even said, "This is the best whale watching ever," so we were very satisfied. Due to the high waves that started midway, there was no snack distribution. I had planned to go get a drink when the snacks were handed out, so I couldn't go. When I stopped by the bar counter upon disembarking, there were no staff present, and there were only a few snacks in a basket that people who noticed helped themselves to. The drinks were just a display of cans... If the distribution was canceled due to the high waves, I would have appreciated it if someone had been at the bar counter during disembarkation to hand them out. In the end, I wasn't able to receive the limited-time drink benefit. I noticed that some people didn't tip at all, so I wondered if that might have affected the service. Although I didn't see any whales, I had a great time seeing a lot of dolphins, which made the lack of service feel like a missed opportunity.

The weather was nice, and the wind was calm, so I didn't feel seasick at all. As soon as we headed out, we were able to see a mother and baby whale. Although the staff only spoke English, they were very service-oriented and moved us to another area to search for and show us another whale. I had hoped to enjoy the cruising even if we didn't see any whales, but it turned out to be the best whale watching experience!

天気も良く風も穏やかで船酔いも全くしませんでした。沖に出てすぐに親子のくじらを見られました。英語のみですがスタッフもサービス精神があり、また別のエリアに移動して別のくじらも探して見せてくれました。
