I had a hard time choosing from several sunset cruises (including dinner cruises), but the result was "absolutely right!" (laughs).

On the day of the cruise, there were some clouds (which made the temperature comfortable), and the sun peeked out from time to time. With the cheerful captain and female crew guiding us, we started with a toast and enjoyed free-flowing Mai Tais, which set the perfect mood for watching the sunset. Plus, we even got a bonus view of a "rainbow" over Diamond Head!?

I think the weather can affect the experience, but for those who want to feel close to the sunset, I highly recommend this sailing for its cost performance as well.

We had a great time on this catamaran cruise. Captain Johnny and his crew were awesome, and they made the experience to remember.

My first booking with another boat was declined since it was last minute, but VELTRA called me and suggested to book this one instead. I'm glad they did because it was definitely on my bucket list of things to do. The price was also reasonable. The boat is a bit smaller than expected and they don't serve any alcohol on board, so grab some beers from ABC store and they'll keep them cold for you. I'll recommend this cruise to everyone who is looking for something casual.

We were a group of Aussies celebrating my 50th in Hawaii. Thought this would be fun to do and we weren't wrong - everyone had a ball - even those who weren't expecting to. The weather was perfect - not needing jackets at all and the sunset was beautiful. We took heaps of photos with the sunset in the background and then Diamond Head as the boat turned around. The Open Bar was a great hit with the Mai Tai's flowing very nicely. The crew were friendly and fun. We had one member of our group worried about being sea sick but she said she felt nothing and really enjoyed the sail. Highly recommend doing this - all ages.

Started off that the shuttle was completely full and a couple people had to stand up. Seems we were overbooked
2nd the people downstairs got served first and those sitting at the top like myself didnt get food for at least one hour and a half after those on the bottom did.
The food was good. There was not any seconds and they served bags of cookies for dessert. Not what you would expect. No communication about fhe dining was privided

With that being said views were good.
Next time would do a buffet. Would not do this cruise again

I participated for the first time on a Friday night when the Hilton had fireworks. I thought the fireworks would be far away, but they were quite close and very beautiful! After that, I enjoyed the stunning night sky filled with stars. There wasn't anything particularly eventful, but the relaxed hour and a half spent sipping Mai Tais and wine was fantastic. Comfortable, scenic, and fun. The views were great and the crew were very attentive. They went above and beyond for a couple passengers with sea sickness.
Don't worry if you're the last to board and can't find a seat, once you take off everyone is outside and moving around. No wait at the bar or food table. Friendly crew, and they're more than happy to share their knowledge of the islands.
A light jacket or long sleeve shirt might be needed at sunset.
And don't arrive too early since there is a little wait before boarding.

The meeting place was farther than I expected, so I was a bit late, but the boat hadn't arrived yet. I wanted my 2-year-old to experience sailing, so we participated! There were two other families with small children, and about 40% of the participants were Japanese.

I had expected mostly young foreigners based on the reviews, but surprisingly, there were quite a few older participants as well (laughs), and the atmosphere was quite relaxed. However, when the waves splashed, everyone got excited and started squealing, and as the drinks kicked in, we gradually began dancing to the music, enjoying the lively vibe of a different culture!

The captain and crew didn't speak Japanese, but they were friendly and cheerful, which made for a pleasant experience.

While some reviews mention negative experiences, I think those who enjoy drinking and having a good time will really enjoy this. We've participated in various activities during our trip to Hawaii, but my husband, who doesn't speak English, said this cruise was the most fun. The rocking of the boat is quite intense, making it perfect for those who love roller coasters! Conversely, if you're looking to enjoy a more serene sunset, you might want to choose a different cruise.

キャプテンやクルーは日本語を話せませんが、フランクな陽気な方でとても感じが良かったです。

口コミでたまに嫌な思いをされる方がいるようですが、お酒が好きで、ワイワイするのが好きな方でしたら楽しめると思います。このハワイ旅行で色々と参加しましたが、英語が話せない主人でもこのクルーズが一番楽しかったと言っています。揺れが激しいので、ジェットコースター好きな方にもピッタリです！
逆に、しっとりとサンセットを楽しみたい方は別のクルーズにされた方がいいかもしれません。

I was moved when I rode it for the first time last year! I've decided to make it a regular tour starting this year! Enjoying a delicious Mai Tai against the backdrop of the hotels in Waikiki and Diamond Head♡ This is pure bliss.
