I visited Honolulu during the Obon period in August, and it was comfortable, not hotter than Japan (maybe because there was no humidity). I made a reservation relatively close to the date, but I was able to book under my desired conditions. Since I participated on the day of arrival, I think it was a tour that allowed me to feel Hawaii first. It was a three-star window seat guaranteed plan, and having a meal at a private table for three was nice. The photo was included in the price, and I think it was good to have a three-star experience that wasn't as high-end as a five-star. Other guests were ordering photos on the spot by paying extra. I participated for the first time in two years, but the food had gotten worse. There were a lot more Chinese people, and unfortunately, the floor I sat on was 80% Chinese. First of all, everyone was shouting loudly, which was quite frightening. Additionally, the area under the Chinese tables was so dirty with crab remains that it was hard to walk. Since it was a ship, once it set sail, it was almost like torture because there was no way to leave. If it had been on land, I could have escaped without eating. In that situation, I wouldn't use the service even for $200.

The food was honestly disappointing. I was hungry, but I couldn't eat much. I spent the time just looking at the ocean until sunset. If you think of it as a cruise, it's a lovely time.

The hula started at sunset and ended with a big celebration. Please join thinking of it as a cruise to enjoy the ocean view and the hula. Don't expect much from the food; the salad and dessert were disappointing as well.

The guide on the table mentioned that we could freely explore the ship, and when I asked the staff if I could go to the top to see the ocean, they said it was okay, but the stairs were chained off, and I couldn't go up. That's really disappointing. Even the view left me wanting more. It's certainly not cheap, so it's just one word: disappointing. However, the ocean and hula were nice, so I give it 3 stars.

The only thing that was good to eat was the welcome drink. It was delicious and cute, which lifted my spirits.

The ship rocked quite a bit, so if you get seasick, taking motion sickness medication is a must. I took some, but I still felt nauseous.

Also, there aren't many options for getting to Aloha Tower, so it might be better to go with a shuttle service. We took a taxi, which cost about $20 one way.

After considering various activities to participate in Hawaii, I decided to join a dinner cruise, which is something I don't usually get to experience.

We took a bus to the cruise ship, but the pickup locations were limited to major hotels. I happened to be staying at the Hilton, and it was very convenient as the bus came right to the hotel’s rotary. Before boarding, the staff distributed stickers for participants to wear (they instructed us to place them where they are visible), and the color of the sticker varied by class (the 5-star class had black stickers). It took about 15 minutes to reach the port from the Hilton.

There was a dance performance in front of the boarding entrance, which really heightened the mood before we boarded. It was amusing to see one young male dancer (I thought he might be a teenager) who was still getting used to it, looking around while dancing.

The 5-star guests were guided to Deck 4. Once we reached the fourth floor, we were first directed to the outdoor deck, where we could take a photo with the ship's captain (this photo can be purchased for €27 when you leave, as of May 2015). After the photo session, we were handed pineapple champagne and could enjoy some appetizers.

After that, we returned inside and were shown to our seats. I felt there was enough space between the seats.

Regarding drinks, we were given three drink tickets per person at the start, allowing us to choose from a menu that had about 50 options. Only wine bottles were charged separately, and after the fourth drink, alcohol was $10 and soft drinks were $5.

The meal included soup (which tasted like mango), grilled watermelon (which surprised me), lobster, meat, a palate cleanser of pear and ginger sorbet, desserts, bread, and coffee. The timing of the meal was adjusted for each table, so even if we went out to enjoy the view on the deck, they wouldn’t just leave the food behind, allowing us to eat at a leisurely pace and feel quite satisfied.

During the cruise, there were performances of dance, piano, singing, and saxophone, which contributed to a pleasant atmosphere.

As for attire, it seemed that many men wore collared shirts and slacks, while women were dressed nicely. Although some people were dressed casually, I was glad I dressed appropriately.

The staff's service was very polite and satisfactory.

While the price was somewhat high, I felt it was worth participating.

５スターはデッキ４（４階）に案内されます ４階に上がるとまず船外デッキに行くように言われ、そこで船の船長さんと写真を撮るのことができます（この写真は帰るときに27€で購入できます（2015/05現在））写真撮影が終わるとパインのシャンパンが手渡され、前菜をいただくことができます

その後船内に戻ると席に案内されます
隣の席隣感覚は余裕があるなと思いました

ドリンクについては最初に１人３枚のドリンクチケットをいただくので、メニューの中から好きなものを選びます（50種類はあったかと思います。ワインボトルのみ有料で、４杯目以降はアルコールが10$、ソフトドリンクが5$とのことでした）

食事はスープ（マンゴーのような味がしました）、スイカを焼いたもの（驚きました笑）、ロブスター、お肉、口直しのシャーベット（梨とジンジャー）、スイーツ、パン、コーヒーという内容でした 食事が来るタイミングも席ごとに調整されており（デッキに景色を見に行ったりしても、勝手に置いて行ったりはしません）、ゆっくりいただくことができたので、お腹もだいぶ満たされました

クルーズ中はダンスやピアノ、歌、サックスなどのパフォーマンスが披露され、雰囲気もよかったと思います

服装については男性は襟付きシャツとスラックス、女性は綺麗な洋服を着ている方が多かったように思います 一部ラフな格好をしている方もいらっしゃいましたが、それなりにちゃんと着て行ってよかったなと思いました

スタッフの方の接客も非常に丁寧で満足のいくものでした

お値段はそれなりにするのですが、参加してよかったと思っています

Since I was with children aged 1, 3, and 5, I chose Pacific Star. The seating was reasonably spacious, and although we couldn't reserve a "window-side" table for our group of 11, we were able to enjoy a good view.

The food wasn't particularly delicious; the pilaf had a somewhat peculiar flavor that my children rejected. However, they really liked the taro bread that was served at the beginning and kept nibbling on it.

There were Japanese, American, and Chinese people, and everyone was happily participating in the final dance together.

While you can't expect much from the food, I recommend it as a memorable activity.

I used this for my honeymoon, and it was definitely the right choice to go with 5 stars. I previously stayed at a 3-star hotel, but it was crowded and uncomfortable, so I was able to relax here. I used the service on June 27. I gifted my mother a trip to Hawaii for her 60th birthday celebration along with my sister! We held a surprise birthday party on this cruise! Since we were seated at a quiet corner of the spacious venue, we were able to enjoy our meal leisurely. You can go out to the deck freely at any time, so I don't think it's necessary to specifically request a window seat.

I had reserved a birthday cake in advance, but it would have been nice if they had asked about the timing for when to bring out the cake. The cake was brought out even though not everyone was at the table yet... Also, I took the cake home (the food portions were generous, and we couldn't finish it as three people), but I wasn't given a bag for takeout (I asked, but they said there wasn't one), so I ended up carrying the whole cake box in both hands on the way back. I think it would have been nice if the ship had provided something for that.

However, everyone on board celebrated my mother's birthday with live music, and she looked very happy! Thank you!

事前に誕生日ケーキを予約していたのですが、いつケーキを出すのかとか、タイミングを聞いてくれれば良かったです。席に人が揃っていないのにケーキが運ばれてきたので・・・。あとケーキを持ち帰ったのですが(料理もボリュームあり、3人では食べきれず)、持ち帰り用の袋を貰えず(聞いたのですが、ないと言われました)、両手にホールケーキの箱をかかえて帰りました。船の方で用意があれば良かったと思います。
でも、誕生日の母を生演奏で参加者皆さんでお祝いしてくれたので、母はとっても嬉しそうでした！ありがとうございます！

This time, we had this plan included in our tour, but when we arrived at the location, we were told that our reservation was not made, so we hurriedly made a reservation on-site.

Since I hadn't printed anything, I had it printed at a travel agency inside the hotel, and there were no issues with the reservation for the next day, allowing us to enjoy ourselves.

As soon as we boarded the cruiser, we were guided to our seats, and perhaps out of consideration, we were seated with a Japanese couple. Since we were both on our honeymoon and of similar ages, we were able to take photos of each other and have a great time, so I appreciated the thoughtfulness.

クルーザーに乗るとすぐに案内され、気を利かせてくれたのか、日本人の方との同席でした。お互いにハネムーンで年齢も近かった為、写真を撮り合ったり、楽しんだりできたので、配慮してもらえてよかったなと思います。

まず席に着くと、写真撮影があり、後に販売を尋ねられます。私は記念に買いましたが、押し売り等は無く、断る方もいたので、そこまで気にしなくて大丈夫だと思います。

最初の飲み物で、アルコールかノンアルコールか尋ねられるのですが、アルコールの強めなカクテルだったので、お酒が弱い方だと船の揺れもあるので、弱めに作ってもらった方がいいかもしれません。

食事は、食べ放題ビュッフェだったのでさほど期待はしていなかったのですが、とても美味しかったです。日本語表記もされていたので、選んで召し上がれると思います。

このコースでも、各フロアに行くことができるので、サンセットは外でしっかりと目に焼き付けることができました。最後には、皆で踊ったりしてとても楽しめました。

船酔いをしてしまっている方もいたので、船酔い等に弱い方は気を付けた方がいいかもしれません。

とても楽しい数時間を過ごせ、いい思い出になりました。

The ship was wonderful, and the onboard entertainment show was fantastic, but I was a bit disappointed that additional drinks were not served after the meal. I think my satisfaction would have increased if the order handling had been more prompt. This seemed to be the case for the table next to us as well, so I believe it's a regular occurrence.

This was my first time, so I booked a reasonable course. I boarded the ship with my mother. The crew members were wonderful! We experienced a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but the meat was tender and the lobster was delicious. However, I think the portions might not be enough for men. We also enjoyed the view from the deck and were able to see the fireworks from Hilton Hawaiian Village! Dancing together at the end was a great memory as well. If I had to wish for something, I would have liked a bit more space at the tables and seats.
