This trip was definitely above our expectations. First, I want to applaud the customer service of this Company. Our first tour was cancelled due to weather. They informed us promptly and immediately rescheduled us for an alternative date. When we arrived after the boat, there had been an error in some customers booking causing a delay in the boat's departure. Not only did they extend our time, but our drinks were compensated due to the delay. We were more than obliged to wait for the late arrivals :). The boat was not crowded, the service was fantastic, and the music was great. As promised, we enjoyed the beautiful boat and the fantastic views of the sunset, city and diamond head. Everything was literally as promised. We would definitely recommend to friends.

We made our way to the venue on our own without a shuttle plan, and there were quite a few participants who were not Japanese in line! After checking in, we lined up, and boarding the boat started exactly 45 minutes later.

The boat was divided into three levels, with different floors for each reserved course!

I had booked the 3-star option, so the first appetizer was a buffet, but since it was served to those who arrived first, the tour participants had less left. (Of course, they can replace it, but it seemed a bit hectic due to the crowd.) I strongly recommend going by car or Uber!

Even though I hadn't chosen a window-side option, when I spoke to the person coordinating the seating, they arranged a window-side seat for me without sharing!

The food was delicious, and the staff serving us were kind and made it enjoyable!

Since it was Friday, there were fireworks, but everyone tended to gather on one side, which made the boat tilt quite a bit and was a bit scary, but it was beautiful! I recommend this for anyone wanting to create memories in Hawaii! Couples, families, and friends all seemed to be having a great time!

船は3階に分かれており、予約したコースごとに階が違いました！

わたしは3スターを頼んでいたので最初の前菜のみバイキングでしたがついた方からなので、ツアーの方達は残りが少なく、（もちろん取り替えてくれますが、、）混雑していて少し大変そうでしたので、自分で車かuberで行くことを強くお勧めします！
しかも窓側オプションをつけていなかったものの席をコーディネートしていた方に話して見たら相席ではない席で窓側を用意してくれました！

ご飯も美味しく、サーブしてくれる方も親切で楽しかったです！

金曜なので花火がありましたが、みんなが片方に偏るため船がだいぶ偏っていて怖かったですが綺麗でした！
ハワイで思い出作りたい方にはオススメです！カップル、家族、友達同士みんな楽しそうでした！

We arrived early and were guided to our seats around third in line, but the first two groups were taken to seats in front of the stage, while the staff who guided us took us to seats separated by the far wall. It was hard to see the stage, the food was slow to arrive, and to top it off, the drink order took a long time to come. Since we had already handed over our tickets, I tried to communicate in broken English that our drinks hadn't arrived, and I was almost charged an extra fee. After asking three times, when the drinks finally arrived, other tables were already being served dessert and coffee. The staff even tried to clear our plates while we were still eating our main course, which was quite alarming. It was very disappointing because the food was delicious.

From our location, we arrived at the boarding area of Aloha Tower Marketplace in five minutes on foot from The Bus. After receiving our tickets, we boarded amidst a warm welcome with an aloha dance. The seats on the third floor were nearly full, with quite a few Japanese guests.

As we went to get appetizers and enjoyed some champagne, the first salad was served. Looking towards the sunset, the sky was cloudy due to the aftermath of the typhoon. We could see some orange light, but a clear sunset was not visible. When the lobster was brought out, a lively Polynesian and Hawaiian show began, adding excitement to the atmosphere. I struggled with the lobster but managed to finish it. After that, the steak was served. By this time, the young guests and entertainers on board were having a great time together. After enjoying dessert, the cruise came to an end, and we disembarked with the crew's farewell. Both the lobster and steak were delicious and exceeded my expectations.

On the way back, we took The Bus to Ala Moana Center. It seemed that most people had shuttle service, as there were hardly any passengers at the bus stop. Even though we couldn't see the sunset, the experience was fulfilling and exceeded my expectations.

帰りはThe Busでアラモアナセンターへ。大半の方は送迎付きの様でバス停で乗る人は殆どいなかったけど。
サンセットを見られずとも内容が充実して期待以上に楽しめた。

The purpose of this tour is, of course, the sunset. When I went to Hawaii last year, it rained, so I was concerned about the weather for about a month after booking this trip to Hawaii. In the end, I made the reservation for this tour just two days ago. However, I was glad that I could book it right away without being on a waiting list.

On the day of the tour, although there were some clouds, we were able to see the sunset. Watching the sunset from the beach is beautiful, but being on the boat is something special. Also, since it was close to a full moon that day, we could see a big moon rising behind Diamond Head, which was lovely.

Regarding the food, I was worried because I read on other sites that the lobster wasn't good, but that was not the case; it was juicy and delicious. Additionally, the staff kindly taught us how to eat it, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The other dishes, including the meat and drinks, were also tasty.

We were able to enjoy our meal in a great atmosphere with live music and singing, and it concluded with a show that included hula dancing. Just when I thought it was over, all the guests stood up and formed a circle to dance, and we ended by dancing to YMCA together.

I truly enjoyed the singing, dancing, sunset, night view, and food. Thank you very much. Next time, I definitely want to see the fireworks on Friday.

このツアーの目的は勿論夕日です。
昨年ハワイに行ったとき、雨だったので今回ハワイ行きを予約してから
約１か月天気が気になっていました。
結局、当ツアーを予約したのは２日前になってしまいました。
でもキャンセル待ちもなくすぐに予約出来てよかったです。
ツアー当日ですが、多少は雲が出ていたものの夕日は見られて、砂浜で見る夕日も勿論きれいですが、船上はまた格別です。
それと、当日は満月に近くダイアモンドヘッドの向こうに大きな月が見えて
きれいでした。
食事ですが、他のサイトで調べたときロブスターがおいしくないと書かれていいて心配しましたがそんなことはなくジューシーでおいしかったです。
また、食べ方も係の人が親切に教えてくれて堪能できました。
その他のお肉をはじめとした料理や飲み物もおいしかったです。
音楽、歌も生演奏で良い雰囲気の中で食事ができ、最後はフラダンスを交えたショーで締めくくられました。。。。
と思いきやその後お客さんみんなで立ち上がり輪になって踊り出し、最後の最後にみんなでYMCAを踊って終わりました。
歌、踊り、夕日、夜景、料理と本当に満喫出来ました。
ありがとうございました。
次回は是非、金曜日の花火が見たいですね。

I made a reservation for the last day in Hawaii on Friday. I was really looking forward to it, but… there was no information about when, what, or where things were happening. It seems there was live music, but in the end, I couldn't see or hear anything.

The dinner buffet guests were on the 1st and 2nd floors, while the appetizer guests were on the 3rd floor. After boarding, we were taken to the 1st floor, and seating was free, but there was no guidance on that either, so everyone was just wandering around aimlessly.

For some reason, it seemed that non-Japanese guests had arrived early and had already taken the window seats and were eating. I had also made a reservation for a children's chair since I was attending with a small child, but since there was no assigned table, they didn't bring it until I asked. The child was really looking forward to the hula dance, so it was truly disappointing.

An amazing way to experience the beauty of Waikiki from a breathtaking perspective

The sailing vessel was very impressive and incredibly well maintained and professionally operated. I am a sailing enthusiast and this catamaran was extremely smooth and well built to service a delightful dinner event. The crew was attentive, while also allowing the guests to enjoy their cruise and take in the beauty of Waikiki. The cruise had a personal ambience to it while accommodating the 25 to 30 guests that were on our specific sailing. We did not feel crowded at all, and it was nice to not feel like a “herd” of guests on those double decker party cruises. The food was tasty and filling. We did get to enjoy actually sailing on the main and the jib, and we only motored for a very short time. There is something magestic and almost spiritual about sailing on the sea. The cobalt blue water beneath, and the gentle trade winds so effortlessly powering the huge sails is an experience to treasure.

The only encouragement that I would make to the Makani experience is to provide some gentle Hawaiian music on top where the forward trampoline is. Most guests enjoyed staying forward on the trampoline, and the music only played below in the bar/covered seating area.

We chose to have the Makani pick us up from our hotel and the driver and vehicle were very professional. We recommend this option as it made the entire experience effortless. I would definitely do this activity again. It was worth the time and was a good value.

Unfortunately, we couldn't see a beautiful sunset due to the cloudy weather, but the night view and fireworks visible from the sea were great. The boat sways quite a bit, and if you're prone to motion sickness, it might be tough for you.

This catamaran cruise this evening was an unforgettable experience! We have been coming to Oahu for over 15 years as a couple (this is our 25th wedding anniversary trip) and have never seen Honolulu and Waikiki from a boat tour before. The Makani was an excellent first-time experience: Well captained and crewed, this vessel holds people above and below deck. It has a head (bathroom) that is easily accessible before or during the voyage. The crew did a nice job with the meal and beverage service, were on top of all the ship and passenger details, and readily and easily answered our questions. We sat topside in the front on bean bag canvas seats by the webbing and thoroughly enjoyed the view of the boat, the water, and the sunset and coastline. It was fun to sail as far as Diamond Head and see the lighthouse, as well as Koko Crater. Also, the hotel pickup and dropoff was a nice experience. The suggestions on attire were right on track. We would someday like to try the Friday night fireworks cruise!

It was great. The lobster was quite delicious, and I thought the overall meal was good. Regarding the service, it falls short compared to the solid standards in Japan, but there was nothing unpleasant. The atmosphere created by the staff was nice. If you think of it as the norm over there, it's fine. The scenery met my expectations, and I could enjoy the beautiful sky and views. I also think the little kids were having fun.

There were live performances and hula dance shows, and honeymoon couples could come forward and dance along with the music. The fireworks on Friday are a bit tricky to time, but I want to see that too!

In any case, I recommend it.

I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel, but even though I paid for a pickup to the hotel, I was made to walk to DFS. Other tours had much larger buses that came to the bus stop, so paying extra for my family with mobility issues felt pointless. If you can't come to the hotel, I think you should clearly state that; it feels very unkind and deceptive.

Additionally, the buffet had a limited selection and was not tasty at all; the meat was tough and cold, which was disappointing. The sunset was mostly out of view since it was behind us, and it felt more like we were just looking at the night view of Waikiki. The plan seemed to focus mainly on shows like hula dancing, which I wouldn't recommend.

Also, this plan had no air conditioning, just windows covered with plastic, making it quite hot.

The boat sways more than expected, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication if you're prone to seasickness. The haka performance right in front of you is truly impressive!

The parfait was delicious, and in front of us, beautiful men and women performed hula dance. At the end, we all sang "YMCA," danced, and really livened up the venue. It was the best night!

I planned this for my wife's birthday celebration, bringing along our 1 year and 4 month old daughter. The crew members were very affectionate towards her. People in Hawaii really love children and are very kind. The dinner cruise lasted about two hours, and both the food and live show were excellent. The sunset and the night view of Waikiki were beautiful. It was fun to dance to Y.M.C.A together at the end. Those two hours flew by. I would love to go again.

My wife and I took a Saturday evening sunset cruise while in Oahu on our honeymoon. It was the perfect ending for our trip.

The pickup was efficient and smooth from our Waikiki hotel. The crew did a great job of interacting with the guest and sharing their knowledge of the sea-life and other boats we saw. We even saw a school of dolphins! The food was also plentiful and good.

The best advice I can give, the best night to go is Friday so you can stay longer and view the fireworks, but is best to book early because it probably won't be available to book once you get to Hawaii.

I booked this tour because it offers transportation to the hotel from Ko Olina (^｡^) It happened to be the day of the Hilton fireworks, so it was great to watch the fireworks from the boat, but I wish we could have seen them a little closer. The food was a bit tough, but the portion size was just right! The staff at our table were very friendly, and I was able to enjoy the cruise comfortably (^｡^) The show was fun, and the time flew by. I would love to go again if I have the chance!
