We had a great time! We opted for the sit down dinner to get window seats for 4. The dinner was more food than we could eat which was served course by course beginning with cocktails and skewered shrimp, followed by a salad, lobster, and lastly steak and vegetables. They time the meal so that you are finished in time to watch the sunset. There is a small deck outside that only holds about 20; so keep an eye on the time and leave your table early to secure a spot on the deck to watch the sunset. After the sunset return to your table to enjoy the entertainment and dessert. Overall this was a great experience.

It was my mom's birthday and we went with the family ! What a great time we had and the food was just fantastic. A lot of the dinner cruises don't seem to put to much thought and effort in the cuisine, but whoever came up with the menu for the Pacific Star obviously knew what they were doing. The nice thing was how relaxing and quiet it was. My sister walked around the boat and noticed how loud the hula show was, and I am glad that we chose the Pacific Star. The guitar player was top-notch and it was a nice not having to yell at each other to hear everyone over the music.

a friend of mine who went to hawaii last spring break told me about the pacific star and i am so glad that she did. the food is sooooo good and it is awesome being in the private lounge since i went around the boat and saw the other decks and they were totally crowded. we had our own private restroom and even a nice little deck area too. and only $5 for martinis! can't go wrong!

I often come to Hawaii and have been on pretty much every dinner cruise on almost every island. The Star of Honolulu is a vessel that I often frequent when I am here in the islands since it has always provided my husband and I with a wonderful evening. The Pacific Star has become our new favorite with its initimate lounge setting, quiet atmosphere, delicious Pacific Rim cuisine and a chocolate fondue-like dessert that is to tasty for words. I personally do not like the loud and rowdy hula shows, so the Pacific Star is definitely my cruise of choice!

Cruising on the Makani Catamaran on the Friday Night Fireworks Sail was a breathtaking experience!
After departing from Kewalo Basin, the crew quickly set up the sails so the vessel could glide through the water purely on wind power. It was amazing to stand on the bow of the catamaran, with just the sound of the ocean and the breeze in my ears. Normally there is that incessant growl of an engine when you are on a boat, but not on the Makani!
The crew members catered to the guests wonderfully and were always available to take photos, clean up the inevitably drink spill or answer any questions that we had. There were also some very yummy pupus on board, like chicken wraps, spring rolls, pasta salad and some cookies for anyone with a sweet tooth. Rather than being confined to a table, and being served by waiters, guests are free to snack and walk meander around the catamaran as they please. Oh! I mustn't forget the drinks?the bartenders whip up some very yummy cocktails! The recomm

This past weekend my kids and I went on the Makani Catamaran Sailing Adventure and we had a great time. As soon as we got on board my kids were so excited. The crew of the boat gave a brief safety tutorial and as soon as they were done we were headed for sea. There was food for everyone and a bar to purchase drinks. It was such an adventure especially if you like the sun, the wind, and the waves. My kids joined some of the other guests on the net that was located at the front of the Makani, loving the cool splashes of the water as we picked up speed, while being able to see right under where they sat. The crew was so polite and friendly always checking to make sure that everyone is alright. I would definitely recommend this tour to you if you like the relaxing yet adventurous activities while being able to view the beautiful scenery of the water and land of Oahu.
