I have been to Hawaii several times, but I participated in a tour that I had been interested in for a long time for the first time. Since I have many likes and dislikes, I chose the buffet course. I reserved the lobster and steak course. The champagne for the toast was non-alcoholic, but they served beer instead. The lobster was a whole one, simply seasoned with salt, which highlighted the flavor of the ingredients and was delicious. The steak was tender filet and very tasty as well. The sunset was beautifully visible, making it the best experience. There were mostly Japanese people.

We used this service on the last day of our honeymoon. Since it was a special occasion, we chose the highest-ranked 5-star course. When boarding the bus, we were instructed to attach a sticker tag to our left chest, which the crew used to determine the tour rank based on the content and color of the tag.

With the 5-star option, we were allowed priority boarding right from the moment we boarded, similar to a FastPass at Disneyland. After boarding, we enjoyed a photo opportunity with the captain on a private deck, along with a welcome drink and appetizers.

We were then taken indoors for dinner. While enjoying entertainment such as hula dancing, piano, and jazz, we had our meal. We could go outside whenever we wanted, allowing everyone to enjoy the sunset in their own way.

Unfortunately, it was cloudy that day, so we couldn't see a beautiful sunset, but we were able to experience a very elegant and luxurious atmosphere.

While waiting in line for the buffet, we were served pineapple juice. One downside was the long wait from after the meal until the fireworks, but the staff engaged us in conversation to keep us entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed the fireworks from our special seats on the boat.

Since I will be eating lobster and crab on another tour, I chose the Pacific Star Course buffet this time, which does not include lobster. The transportation was smooth, and we arrived at the port without any issues.

Upon arriving at the ship, we were guided to a floor designated for buffet reservations. However, since it was a weekday, the floor was only half full, and they didn't utilize the other half. There was a show (though it wasn't very grand), and I think they gathered everyone towards the front. The seating was quite close, with only about 30 centimeters between the two-person tables.

At that point, it felt a bit cramped, but more importantly, the person next to me had a rather strong odor, making it quite uncomfortable during the meal due to the close proximity. It seemed that even the person two seats away could smell it. While there might be an advantage to being close to your neighbor, it felt a bit tight without any space for bags, especially with the added issue of the odor. I believe they could have opened up the other half of the floor to create four-person tables, and I wish they had done that. I found that aspect quite disappointing.

If you go expecting a wide variety at the buffet, you might feel it’s lacking. The view from the top floor was beautiful, and I enjoyed the little show that involved some guests. I think it’s a good tour for enjoying the atmosphere more than the food. Also, the ship sways quite a bit, so if you are prone to motion sickness, I recommend bringing motion sickness medication.

別のツアーでロブスターやカニを食べるので今回はロブスターなどが付いていないパシフィックスターコースの食べ放題ブッフェにしました。
送迎は問題なくつくことができました。
そして港に着き、船内へ案内されたのですが、ブッフェ予約をした方だけのフロアとなっているのですが平日だったこともあってかフロアの半分埋まるか埋まらないかの人数でフロアの半分は使わず、ショー（というほど大々的ではなかったですが）もあるので前に集めたとおもうのですが、2名席で30センチ歩かないかの距離には隣の席。
その時点で少し狭いなとは感じたのですが、何よりも隣の人が中々きつい匂いがし、距離が近すぎるため食事の際がとてもしんどかったです。匂いのする人の2つ隣の席の方までにおっていたみたいです。隣の人と仲良くできるという利点もあるのでそういった近さなのかもしれないのですが、2名席で荷物置きもないので少し窮屈に感じ、加えて隣の方の匂い。それなら残りのフロア半分もあけて4名席などを作れたと思いますのでそういった風にして欲しかったです。その点がかなり残念にかんじました。。
ブッフェは種類を沢山あるのを期待していくと少なく感じるかもしれません。
1番上の階から見る景色は綺麗でした。ちょっとしたお客さんを巻き込んだショーは楽しめましたよ。食事よりも雰囲気を楽しむのにはいいツアーだなと思いました。
また、船は中々揺れるため、酔いやすい方は必ず酔い止めを常備しておいて欲しいです。

I participated with a group of 15 colleagues from the company.

The pickup was behind the Hyatt, and perhaps due to the large number of participants, it was extremely crowded and chaotic.

I was given drink tickets, but there was one less than needed, and I had to negotiate with a staff member who didn't speak Japanese, which was a bit of a hassle. It seems best to confirm everything at the beginning when there are a lot of people.

The table was an inland round table, but we could still enjoy the view, so it might not be necessary to pay the difference. When people stand on the deck, you can't see outside at all.

The meal was great, especially the whole lobster served. The meat was a bit lower in quality compared to when I had the five-star experience, but it was tender and delicious.

The live performances with singing and dancing, along with the group dance participation, were a lot of fun. It seemed like everyone who participated enjoyed it, so I'm glad we organized it.

My first time in Hawaii, so I went for the classic sunset cruise. Since I wanted to indulge, I chose a 5-star experience! I really enjoyed the food and drinks! I made a reservation for Friday because I wanted to see the Hilton hotel's fireworks from the boat.

The boat rocked quite a bit, and my friend got seasick! I recommend taking some motion sickness medication beforehand. It might not have needed to be on a Friday, though, haha.

But I definitely got to enjoy the feeling of being a celebrity!

It was a steak and lobster course. Both the steak and lobster were very delicious, and I was satisfied. It was a Friday night, but it started to rain partway through. I was wondering what would happen, but the fireworks at the Hilton Hotel went off as scheduled, which was great. The show was also very enjoyable, and at the end, the participants danced together, creating quite a lively atmosphere. The staff were all wonderful with their lovely smiles, making it a fantastic cruise!

ステーキ&ロブスターのコースでした。ステーキもロブスターもとても美味しくて満足でした。金曜の夜だったのですが、なんと途中から雨に。どうなるかと思いましたが、ヒルトンホテルの花火の打ち上げは予定通りあり、良かったです。 ショーもとても楽しく、最後に参加者もいっしょに踊りかなり盛り上がりました。スタッフの皆さんも笑顔が素敵で素敵なクルーズでした！

スタッフのサービスは良かったけれど、混雑しすぎててドリンクを頼んでも30分以上こないし、席もショーが見えない上に窓際でもないし、、、
はっきり言ってがっかりでした。
次回はもう少し小さな船で静かな船にしようと思います。

良い席になるよう集合場所のホテルに早めに行ったのですが、バスが着いたのは道の反対側でそれに気が付いた人がどんどん先に乗り込み、我々が乗ったのは最後のバスでした。
船に着いたら他の集合場所からのバスも着いており、席に案内されたのは最後の方になってしまいました。席は窓からも遠くなってしまい、せっかく楽しみにしていたディナークルーズも台無しで最後まで楽しめませんでした。
案内もなく集合場所を変えないで頂きたいです。
