I was planning to give it 5 stars based on the reviews, but since it was already fully booked the day before, I participated with 3 stars. Therefore, my expectations weren't high, but I ended up having a more enjoyable time than I imagined.

To have a better experience, here are some points to keep in mind:
1. You should board as early as possible after check-in. Seating is determined on a first-come, first-served basis. I felt that there were seats where it was difficult to see the show or the scenery. I think it's better to board early to secure a good seat.
2. Allow plenty of time. The scheduled end time was 7:30 PM, but we didn't start disembarking until 8 PM. I think it's best not to schedule anything immediately afterward.

I wanted to eat crab, so I booked a seat with a guaranteed option for one star. I had three servings of crab! The drink charges we ordered separately were also easy to settle at the table towards the end. We set sail while it was still bright, enjoyed the sunset, and the night view, and the show had an atmosphere that you can't experience in Japan, which was really great. I set this for the last day of my trip. First, the bus's air conditioning was too cold. From the assigned seat, I couldn't see the stage. The boat wasn't cleaned. I had a window seat, but the window hadn't been cleaned. A child took out all the sugar packets from the sugar container, and when I looked at the bottom of the container to clean it up, it was covered in mold. The sugar and cream looked so old that I couldn't tell how long they had been there. The food wasn't tasty either. I was puzzled as to why this tour was ranked number one on VELTRA.

I used the 3 Star service. The meeting time is 4:45 PM and departure is at 5:30 PM, but if you don't have a reserved seating plan, seats will fill up in the order of arrival. It's better to arrive by the meeting time so you can enjoy some fruit while waiting for departure. After setting sail, there was a lot of entertainment, and the food was good. When I went downstairs to the restroom, I passed by the crab and buffet plan seats, and I could definitely feel the difference that comes with the price of the 3 Star service.

Everyone had a wonderful time with smiles all around! The food was very delicious, and the shows were absolutely fantastic. At the end of the show, all the participants came together, and people from different countries united as one. The sunset viewed from the deck was just amazing! Additionally, while enjoying the night view from the deck, there were even some proposals happening, and the couple looked so happy! It was a time filled with smiles and happiness for everyone! On January 25th (Friday), I participated in the "Sunset Dinner Cruise on the Majestic with Live Music and Buffet/Fireworks Viewing + All-You-Can-Eat Appetizers (with Free Drinks) <Friday Only/Participation until March 31, 2019>" course with a group of seven. It was everyone's first time participating.

Before boarding, we presented the WEB voucher (coupon) displayed on our smartphones at the office on the pier to obtain our boarding tickets.

After boarding, we were welcomed with champagne, and then asked about the number of people in our group, after which we were assigned a table.

Once seated, a staff member came to take our drink orders within 5 to 10 minutes. At this time, we were informed that alcohol was not included in the free drinks. I mistakenly thought that while drinks were free, alcohol would incur a charge due to my reservation.

After ordering a bottle of wine and beer, I checked the WEB voucher on my smartphone again and saw that it stated "Free Alcohol." I then filed a complaint and had all the alcohol provided for free.

The fare to the pier was $38 (including tip) due to evening traffic, and the return trip was $24 (including tip). A taxi can accommodate five passengers in its three-row seating.
The Majestic is docked at "Aloha Tower Marketplace Pier 6. It is located on the right side when walking east along Ala Moana Boulevard from Aloha Tower." This information was correct, but we got a bit lost on-site. The reason was that the ship's operating company, "ATLANTIC CRUISES," was prominently displayed on the hull, but we didn't pay attention to the company name and took a while to notice the smaller "MAJESTIC" written elsewhere. Google Maps directed us to the west side of the Star of Honolulu. Ultimately, we were guided by the office of the Star of Honolulu.

テーブルに着席後、担当者が５～１０分でドリンクの注文に現れました。この際にアルコールは有料であると案内されました。この時は予約を確保した私の間違いで、フリードリンクだがアルコールは有料なのかと思ってしまいました。

ボトルワインやビールを注文した後に、今一度スマートフォンに記載されているWEBヴァウチャーを確認すると「Free Alcohol」と記載されています。そこで、クレームを申し出てアルコールをすべて無料にしていただきました。

WEBヴァウチャーで無く、昔のように紙媒体のヴァウチャーであったなら桟橋のチェックイン時に紙は回収されており、船内でクレームを申し出ることができなかったと思います。

あいにくの曇り空でサンセットは見えませんでしたが、食事はまずまずでした。
生演奏は良かったです。

上記以外に下記をご案内させていただきます。
　生演奏最中にダンスタイムがあるのですが、生演奏フロア（２階）の出入り口で行っている為に他のフロアへの出入りに不便です。反対側で生演奏すべきと思いました。
　我々は７名で参加しましたので、ハイアットリージェンシーワイキキホテルからの送迎（お一人往復＄１５。別料金。）は利用せず。ホテルからタクシーを利用しました。往路は夕方の渋滞料金で一台＄３８（チップ込）、帰路は一台＄２４（チップ込）。タクシーは３列シートなので一台で５名乗車できます。
　マジェスティック号は「アロハタワー・マーケットプレース・ピア６に係留されています。アロハタワーからアラモアナ通りに沿って東に向かって歩き右側にあります。」と案内されています。この案内に間違いありませんでしたが我々は現地で少し迷いました。その理由は、船体に大きく船の運航会社である「ATLANTIC CRUISES」と記載されているのですが、船会社に注目していなかった為、別の所に小さい文字で「MAJESTIC」と記載されていることになかなか気づきませんでした。グーグル地図ではスターオブホノルル号の西側を案内します。最終的にはスターオブホノルルの事務所で教えていただきました。

3 of us decided we wanted to do something different rather than having dinner at a nice restaurant, and this combination dinner and cruise fit the bill. The food was excellent, both the steak and the crab legs were fabulous, and we had an awesome view from our window-adjacent table. The entertainment on board was amusing, it added a great vibe to the dinner. The duration of the cruise from start to finish was just right - enough time to have a leisurely dinner, enjoy a show, watch the fireworks, and then return back to land. Just perfect, I highly recommend!

On the last day of my trip to Hawaii, I decided to treat myself a little and used the sunset cruise. Upon arriving at the port and completing the check-in, I was guided by a woman in a tuxedo to board first, separate from the other guests in line. I was taken directly to the top deck, where I received a welcome service that only 5-star guests can enjoy, including a greeting from the captain.

After a while, we went inside, and since we had received three drink tickets each before boarding, I ordered some drinks. The drink menu and food list were written in Japanese, so I could understand the contents even without knowing English.

As we set sail, the food was served, but about 30 minutes later, it was sunset time, so I stepped outside to watch the sun go down. It was a bit rushed, but the sunset, unobstructed by anything, was the most beautiful I had seen during my stay, and it was truly moving. I couldn't capture it well in photos, so I highly recommend experiencing it with your own eyes!

The staff were very kind and took photos for us, offering advice on locations as well. Since the top deck was exclusive to 5-star guests, it was never crowded, allowing us to enjoy our time without worrying about others around us.

The timing of the food being served was based on the progress of each group, so we could enjoy our meal without any stress. The staff were always attentive to us, and when I felt a bit seasick, they quickly provided medication. There were also Japanese staff members, which made me feel very reassured as I could converse in Japanese despite my limited English.

Along the way and at the end, we had a private concert from our own pianist and singer, making it feel like a luxurious moment in a jazz bar. While the lower deck was lively, it felt like we were on a completely different ship, enjoying a quiet and private time.

The food, service, and location were all exceptional and worth much more than the price I paid. I highly recommend this for a special day with someone important. I definitely want to use this service again.

ドリンクメニューやお品書きは日本語で書いてあり、英語がわからなくても内容を知ることができました。
出航と同時に料理が運ばれましたが、その30分後には日没時間でしたので、食事半ば外に出て日が沈むのを見ていました。少し慌ただしかったのですが、前に遮るものが何もない夕日は滞在中に見たどれよりも綺麗で感動しました。写真では上手く写すことができなかったので、是非目で見て体感していただきたいです！
スタッフの方がとても親切に写真を撮影してくださり、場所などもアドバイスしてくださいました。
最上階は5スターの方しか出入り出来ないため、混雑もなく終始周りの人を気にせず過ごすことができました。
料理が出てくるタイミングは、グループごとに進み具合で持ってきてくださったのでストレスなく食事を楽しむことができました。
スタッフの方は常に私たちを気にしてくださり、少し船酔いした時もすぐにお薬を出してくださいました。日本人のスタッフもいて、英語が拙くても日本語で会話することができたのでとても安心しました。
途中と最後には私たち専用のピアニストや歌手の方のコンサートがあり、ジャズバーにいるような贅沢なひと時でした。
下の階は終始賑やかでしたが、まるで違う船に乗船しているかのように静かでプライベートな時間を楽しむことができました。
料理もサービスもロケーションも、お値段以上に最高で私にはもったいないくらいでした。
特別な日に大切な人と利用するにはこれ以外ないくらい本当にオススメです。是非また利用したいと思います。

There is a shuttle service to nearby hotels, so it's安心 at night. The appetizer buffet came with free drinks, and while the buffet was on the second floor, we were on the third floor, which had a great view. This was my first time participating. I chose this dinner cruise because I wanted to experience an overseas atmosphere, and there were fewer Japanese people on it. The content of the cruising was as I imagined; we enjoyed a buffet at the beginning and then each of us enjoyed the scenery, as well as Hawaiian dance and music at the bar. The taste of the food was just average.

私たちはプリンスワイキキに宿泊していたのですが、迎えの時は最初にピックアップされて他のホテルを回るルート。右側通行であること、目的地へのルートを考えると合理的な順番です。そう考えると、帰りのルートはプリンスワイキキを1番最初に通過するのですが、なぜかそのまま真横を通過。結局最後まで残されて、挙げ句の果てにプリンスワイキキから100メートルほど離れたところに降ろされて、あとは歩いて帰れと言われる。他のホテルはピックアップした場所で下ろしているのに意味が分からない。
この日はさらに、帰りのバスの段取りが悪かったようで30分ほど待たされる。
それも重なり19時30分に終了するツアーのはずが、ホテルに帰り着いたのは21時でした。
毎日運行しているツアーなのに段取りが悪い点や非効率的な送迎ルートを考えるとあまりおすすめはしません。
現地集合がいいかもしれませんね。
私はもうこのツアーには参加しません。

② サービスの品質が高かった事
店員、劇の出演者のサービスも非常に良かった。特に、劇の出演者と劇中に触れ合える、ハイタッチ等が出来る事が非常に素晴らしいと感じた。

③ 船からの景色が非常に綺麗だった事
沖からサンセットを眺めるという事で、邪魔する物がなく、当日は晴れであったため、とても綺麗であった。
また、サンセット後に、船から眺めるハワイの夜景もとても綺麗であった。

船の前でフラダンスと音楽で熱烈なお出迎えを受けました。船の中ではどのスタッフが笑顔で案内をしてくれました。何人で来たか聞かれ、「二人」と答えると、2人用の席を二か所勧められ、どちらか選ばせてもらえたのは嬉しかったです。マイクがある方が前方となり、フラダンスショーを見ることになるので、それも考慮して席を選ぶといいと思います。座席につくとスタッフが来て飲み物の注文を取ってくれます。旦那はアルコールをオーダーしましたが、パスポートの提示は求められませんでした。この時に、カメラスタッフが来て各テーブルごとに写真を撮り、あとでアルバムにして販売に来てくれます。クレジットカードＯＫかどうかわかりません。写真購入を考えてる方は念のため現金を持っていくといいと思います。（私の席はカメラスタッフに忘れられており、写真を撮ってもらえなかったです。後半になるとフラダンスショーが始まり、写真が撮れなくなるので、写真を忘れられた人は気づいた時点でスタッフに声をかけましょう。）船から見える景色は①海　②山　③街並みの三カ所が見えて、どれもきれいです。船は沖まで来ると、同じ場所をグルグル廻り、どの席からも全部の景色が見えるように配慮してもらえるので嬉しいです。そのときに、やや揺れるので、船酔いしやすい人は事前に酔い止めを飲んでおくといいと思います。（私はめちゃくちゃ船酔いしやすいタイプなのに酔い止め薬を飲み忘れたけど大丈夫でした）ビュッフェを選択したのでとてもカジュアルで、司会の方も「写真撮ってきていいよ」と声をかけてくれたので、皆自由に席を立って写真を撮っていました。外国人も自撮り棒を持ってきてる人が多かったです。景色がすごくきれいなので私も持っていけばよかった・・・。日中、日の入り、夜景とどの時間帯でも景色がきれいです。食べたい人は食べ、写真を撮りたい人は撮り、と自由でよかったです。最後にフラダンスショーがありますが、小さな子供が泣いたりしていましたが、船には屋上があるので、フラダンスショーが始まってもすぐに移動できるので子連れでも参加しやすいと思います。フラダンスショーは男女一人づつが踊っていて、かなり本格的だったと思います。すごく素敵でした。最後に全員でＹＭＣＡを踊ってとても楽しい経験になりました。食事はまぁまぁですね。デザートはパサパサしたケーキだったりしましたが、このツアーは食事より、景色、フラダンスを楽しむのがメインだと思うので、私は全体を通したら満足です。もし、食事に重きを置くなら、コース料理の方がいいかもしれません。食事がいまいちだったのと写真の撮り忘れがあったので、辛口ですが☆4つにしたいと思います。家族連れならこのコースで十分楽しめると思います。
【参加者へ】
①チップが必要
ベルトラの詳細に書かれているようにチップが必要です。多少現金を持っていくといいと思います。
②男性は襟付きの服、女性はワンピースが無難
ビュッフェ形式のにしたので割とカジュアルでしたが、正装してる人が多かったです。（正装といってもカジュアルなワンピース程度のものです）日本人女性でズボン、スニーカーで来ている方もいましたが、ちょっと浮いていました。服装に困ったらＡＢＣマートで19ドルで売っているようなワンピースでも十分だと思います。
③上着は必須
海側の席になると夜ですし、日によっては寒いので、カーディガンを持っていくといいと思います。
