I would definitely recommend the Five Star package if you're having trouble deciding which package to choose from! It was such a nice evening filled with an amazing meal, lovely live music and a great view of the sunset. This is definitely more of an elegant feel compared to the Three Star package if you're looking for something a little more upscale. You really can't go wrong with either one though, both are very nice and the food was exceptional on both!

This was my second time attending with a friend. The view was decent, but the food was bad. The show was average; you can see something similar in Honolulu. The price is too high. At this price, I probably won't come back next time!

We went on our honeymoon on the first day. We chose a 5-star plan with a window seat and a commemorative photo, and we had an incredibly luxurious time. I had seen the reviews about the food beforehand, so I honestly didn't have high expectations, but it was very delicious! The stuffed lobster and USDA prime tenderloin beef were especially tasty. The meat was super tender (о´∀`о). The staff provided attentive service, which was great.

Just before the ship departed, a rainbow appeared, and I was really glad we had a window seat. Plus, it was a double rainbow (*^_^*)♪ It was cloudy, so we could only see a little bit of the sunset, but the Hawaiian sky was still very beautiful. The commemorative photo was given to us in a mini album with the Star of Honolulu logo and pictures, which became a lovely keepsake♪

The jazz performance, singing, and dancing were also enjoyable. I play the piano regularly, so I was thrilled to hear live piano right in front of me. We had a seat near the middle by the window, so we were super lucky. The fireworks were on the smaller side and viewed from a bit of a distance.

There were one or two things that were a bit troublesome; my husband and I took the bus from the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, but the bus stop was crowded with other dinner cruise guests, and it was unclear which line to stand in or which bus to take. The staff seemed busy, and it was a bit hard to get clear directions (><) (It might be understandable since it's a large hotel with many guests). Also, they put stickers on our clothes, but the adhesive was weak and came off quickly (it might depend on the fabric?). So, it's best to be careful not to lose them!

By the way, my husband wore an aloha shirt and chinos, while I wore a pretty ivory dress with small yellow flowers. The first bus was a bit challenging, but overall, we were very satisfied (*≧∀≦*), and my husband was happy too. We booked about seven tours with Veltra for this trip, but this one was definitely at the top with no complaints◎.

ジャズ演奏や歌やダンスも楽しかったです。私はピアノを普段やってるので、目の前で生のピアノが聴けて嬉しかったです。窓際で真ん中あたりの席だったので超ラッキーな席でした。
花火は規模が小さめなのと少し遠い位置から見ることになります。
ひとつ、いやふたつほどちょっと困ったことが;
私たち夫婦はシェラトンワイキキホテルのバス乗り場から行ったのですが、バス乗り場は同じディナークルーズのお客さんでごった返していて、どの列に並べばいいのか、どのバスに乗ればいいのか振り分けられるのですが、スタッフさんも忙しそうで少し指示が分かりづらかったです(><)(大きいホテルなのでお客さんもたくさんいて仕方ないかもしれませんが)
あと服にシールを貼るのですが、粘着が弱くてすぐ剥がれるので(服の素材にもよるかも？)なくさないように気を付けた方がいいです！
ちなみに服は旦那はアロハシャツにチノパン、私はアイボリーに黄色い小花をあしらった綺麗めのワンピースで行きました。
最初のバスだけちょっと大変だったけど、トータルで見たら大満足でした(*≧∀≦*)旦那も喜んでいました。
今回の旅行でベルトラさんで７つくらいツアーを申し込んだけど、こちらは文句なしの上位です◎

At the end of my trip, I made a reservation here. Until then, I had been running around in a T-shirt and shorts, but I dressed up a bit for the first time in a while and boarded the cruise ship feeling sharp. It's nice to do something like this once in a while.

Onboard, various shows were held, and the Hawaiian dance performed by the girls was especially cute. We even took a photo together after the dance, which became a lovely memory.

The food wasn't exceptionally delicious, but it was generally tasty. I ended up sitting a bit far from the food, so it was a hassle to go get it, and I could only go a little (you can't really walk around much during the live performance). I enjoyed the cruise with great scenery as well.

My friend and I went one night when she was in town visiting and had such an amazing time! The boat is very nice and spacious and we loved having the net lounge seating to hang out on. The crew was awesome and continued to walk around the whole time checking on guests to see if they needed anything. You get an awesome view of Diamond Head as well as an amazing sunset view, I would definitely recommend!

My husband, my parents, and I went on a dinner cruise for the first time. We opted for the lobster and steak course, and since it was a special occasion, we secured a window seat with photos and transportation included. I tend to get motion sickness even on swings, so I took some anti-nausea medication, but since we didn't go too far out, there was little rocking. Plus, with the continuous food, singing, and shows, I think I would have been fine without it. Contrary to my preconceived notions about boats, it was beautiful, and the food was delicious without any strong flavors!

The drinks included a welcome champagne and two additional drinks, but while we were on the deck and watching the show, we didn't feel the need to order more; the provided drinks were sufficient. The photos were taken before sunset, and I was glad they were before my face turned bright red from the heat and alcohol (laughs). The sunlight was very strong, and the shawl I brought just in case turned out to be unnecessary. Sunscreen and sunglasses might have been more useful.

The transportation was convenient, but since it wasn't far from our hotel in Waikiki, a taxi might have been a better option for four people. The dancing was impressive, and the deck felt great, making it a wonderful memory. I especially recommend the photo package if you're going with a group!

日差しはとても強く、念のため持って行った羽織物は不要でした。
日焼け止めやサングラスの方が必要だったかも。
送迎は楽でしたが、ワイキキのホテルから遠くなかったので、4人ならタクシーでもよかったかもしれません。
ダンスは迫力があったしデッキは気持ちよかったので、いい思い出になりました。特に複数人で行くなら写真付はオススメです。

I used this for a family trip.

I had been interested for a while, so I decided to sign up this time. I was worried about seasickness, but based on the experiences I checked, many people said it "didn't sway as much as they thought," which eased my anxiety and I boarded the ship. However, it swayed more than I expected (>_<). I took motion sickness medication just in case, so I didn't get seasick. The sunset was truly a beautiful sight. The show viewed up close was also very impressive. I was very satisfied! Honestly, I felt the buffet had a bit fewer options. The round-trip shuttle service to the hotel was included, and I think the cost performance was good.

I highly recommend this dinner cruise! This cruise is unique in that it’s a formal dinner, a sunset cruise, and a luau all wrapped up into one delicious and entertaining evening. I’m vegan and always skeptical of trying vegan options, but this dinner far exceeded my expectations. The jazz band did not disappoint either. Good music goes a long way in my book, so I can easily say the saxophonist was actually my favorite part of the evening. The band happened to play one of my favorite songs and it made my day, the icing on the cake.

I participated in this event as a memory of my last day in Hawaii. I attended with my young children, and the buffet-style meal was more than enough. The Hawaiian dance was wonderful, and the entire staff really energized the venue, making it a lot of fun. However, my children seemed a bit bored after the meal and didn't quite understand the appeal of the Hawaiian dance. If you're bringing small children, I think it would be a good idea to bring something to keep them entertained in case they get bored.

Good points:

We participated with a total of six people, including five family members and one infant. When I inquired with Veltra about bringing a stroller, they responded very politely and sincerely after several exchanges, saying, "We will make adjustments somehow," and on the day of the event, we were able to sit with the stroller. Veltra's response was truly wonderful.

However, the cruise was really disappointing and fell short of expectations.
1. Even though we had seats by the window, we couldn't see anything because other passengers were constantly taking photos on the deck. Of course, everyone wants to enjoy themselves, so I can tolerate it to some extent, but there were people coming and going on the deck throughout the cruise, which was noisy and ruined the atmosphere. All we could see was a crowd of people. I wish the staff had managed the traffic a bit better.
2. The number of passengers compared to the staff was off. No matter how many times we called, no one came, and the service for drinks and food was slow. It was quite stressful to be in a situation where drinks weren't coming at all, and nearby, people were taking photos and making noise, making it impossible to see the scenery. It felt like we would have changed venues if it weren't for the boat.
3. After the cruise ended, there was a dance party at the port. What’s fun about dancing on a stationary boat???? I thought it would be held during the cruise.

For six people, it cost 100,000 yen. Even in Hawaii, this was the most cost-ineffective event during our trip.

ベビーカーの持ち込みについてベルトラさんに確認したところ、何度かやりとりさせていただきながら「何とか調整します」との回答で、非常に丁寧かつ真摯に対応してくださり、当日もベビーカーのまま着席できました。
ベルトラさんの対応は、本当に素晴らしかったです。

が、クルーズは本当に期待ハズレというか、がっかりでした。
①窓ぎわの席なのに、他の乗客が常にデッキで写真撮影しているため、何も見えない。
もちろん皆様楽しみたいのである程度は許容できますが、クルーズ中ずっと入れ替わり立ち代り人がデッキいるため、うるさいし雰囲気もなく、何よりも人混みしか見えない。スタッフはある程度交通整理してほしかったですね。
②乗客とスタッフの数がおかしい。
何度呼んでもこないし、飲み物・料理のサーブも遅い。全然飲み物が来ないなか、近くで写真撮影でわーきゃーされて景色が全く見えない状況は、なかなかのストレスでした。船じゃなきゃ店変えてるレベル。
③クルーズも終わり、寄港してからダンスパーティー。
止まっている船で踊って何が楽しいの？？？？？てっきりクルーズ中にやるのかと思ってました。

これで6人、10万円。
いくらハワイといえど、旅行中の最も費用対効果に見合わないイベントでした。
