This was a fun cruise...good music, great staff, fun atmosphere...we were especially happy and grateful to the staff, as we were a group of 8, celebrating a friend's 60th birthday. Three of us had neglected to get tickets in time, and were on standby, hoping that we'd all get on the boat. Luckily, we were all able to go on the cruise, making this a special event for our friend...thanks so much, Holokai Catamaran!

The captain and crew were great and they made the cruise enjoyable. The ride was nice even tho' it did not go to sunset, probably about 1/2 hour short. Major complaint was that the wine selection was WEAK. No red!!

They take you quite far out into the ocean. There’s an all-you-can-drink alcohol option, but they also had non-alcoholic tropical cocktails that tasted just like the tropical blended cocktails. You can still have fun even if you don’t drink. It can get quite bumpy, so if you’re prone to seasickness, it might be better to skip it. Most of the participants were foreigners, and they seemed to enjoy the rocking. There were groups dancing energetically to the loud music, and just being in the same space was fun. If you have plans afterward, please allow for extra time. They took us out to sea for about 20 minutes longer than scheduled. I think it’s a good idea to make restaurant reservations with some buffer time.

During my last visit to Hawaii, I experienced a dinner cruise, but since the meal was the main focus, I wanted to enjoy the sunset more this time, so I participated in this cruise. It departs from the Sheraton beach, so I think it's best to go in beach sandals. You can go barefoot on the boat and store your belongings under the seats.

Aside from us, there was only one other group of Japanese participants, and most of the attendees were foreigners. The drinks were all-you-can-drink, including Mai Tais, beer, and soft drinks. Everyone was cheerful, enjoying their drinks and dancing to upbeat music, which was quite impressive.

As for the main event, the sunset, there were no clouds, and I was able to enjoy the moment when the sun sank, painting the sea and sky a brilliant red. This cruise offers a 360-degree view of the ocean, which was very refreshing.

The boat does sway quite a bit when it accelerates, but I didn't feel seasick. The wind was pretty strong and felt cold, so I think having something to cover up would be a good idea. I had a wonderful time and would love to do it again.

シェラトンのビーチから出航するのでビーチサンダルで行くのがいいと思います。船では裸足になり、座席の下に荷物を入れておくことができます。
参加者は私達以外に日本人の方は1組しかおらず、ほとんど外国の方でした。
ドリンクは飲み放題で、マイタイをはじめビールやソフトドリンクもあります。
皆さん陽気で、お酒を楽しみながらアップテンポな曲に合わせてノリノリだったのが印象的でした。
メインのサンセットですが、雲もなく、太陽が海と空を真っ赤に染めて沈んでいく瞬間を楽しむことができました。
こちらのクルーズは360度全方位から海を眺められるのでとても開放感があってよかったです。
船が加速する時はかなり揺れますが、酔うことはありませんでした。
風が結構強くて寒く感じるので、羽織るものがあるといいと思います。
とても満喫できました。また利用したいです。

On the night we arrived in Honolulu, just before my daughter's wedding the next day, we boarded the ship. I had been on this cruise over a decade ago and had a great experience, so this was my second time. With the captain and crew's enjoyable conversations and atmosphere, we had some drinks and were able to watch the sunset. In the end, we got completely soaked from a downpour, but that was part of the fun. My jet lag has completely worn off. I had prepared a parka for the rain, but be careful as it can get chilly with just a short-sleeve T-shirt.

I planned a cruise to fully enjoy the sea in Hawaii. Since I was going on a cruise, I made a reservation for Friday night to watch the fireworks. I had previously been on a dinner cruise, but this time it was a cocktail cruise on a yacht, so I was a bit worried. I participated in the fireworks night cruise on February 24 (Friday). Boarding started around 6 PM, and it was pleasant as we enjoyed the sunset, but as the sun set and we set sail, it gradually became colder. No matter how many cocktails I drank, I couldn't bear the cold anymore. The cocktails were delicious, but I felt the need to go to the restroom. When I asked for directions, I was told there was a small hole-in-the-ground type of restroom, with a toilet seat at a depth taller than my height. You have to squat down to use it, and if someone looks down from above, they might see you. In any case, it's better to prepare for the cold before boarding. If you do, you might enjoy it more. The staff had a friendly atmosphere. The sandy beach where you board is a bit hard to find, so I think it's better to arrive early.

My husband and I did this experience as part of our honeymoon. When we checked in the girls were very helpful. However, while the catamaran experience itself was amazing...when we checked in the girls who helped us forgot to validate our parking voucher. My husband and I were forced to buy something at the hotel bar to receive validation after we got off the catamaran. We were very disappointed in this because in the excursion description it says that validation was included.

What an amazing experience! Friedlist crew and spectacular view not to mention tasty cocktails and a bathroom ( there really is a bathroom and they are trying to fix the error that says one is not available) we had such a great group of singles and families! We thoroughly enjoyed the fireworks, and as the night sky darkened, the stars began to shine, and the sparkling night view of Waikiki was beautiful. It was the best cruising experience, with the sea breeze blowing. However, when disembarking, the high tide caused the waves to be rough, and someone fell due to the strong waves. It's recommended to keep your phone and other items in a waterproof case.

It was hard to find the location, and I got lost. There is a boarding area at the beach inside the Sheraton. Before boarding the yacht, we took some photos and then got on. The welcome drink was a Mai Tai, followed by an all-you-can-drink option. There were about three groups of Japanese people, but most of the guests were white. However, I really enjoyed that it was the most interaction I had with foreigners during my trip to Hawaii.

When getting on and off, high waves came, and I got quite wet up to my waist. I had read reviews about this, so I wore a quick-drying dress, flip-flops, and a swimsuit underneath, which allowed me to enjoy without any stress.
The black yacht named Mai Tai stood out and looked cool, and the staff wore matching colored T-shirts, so I thought I would definitely buy one if they had it.
Drinking a Mai Tai, seeing a rainbow, and viewing Diamond Head from various angles felt really nice.

Originally, I was planning to use a different, cheaper catamaran, but I couldn't make a reservation. I also hadn't booked Holokai, but luckily, when I got there, I was able to slip into an opening that became available at the last minute. The sunset I was hoping for was decent, but the fact that I was able to go whale watching by chance was the highlight. The cheaper catamaran didn't go out far enough, so if I had used that one, I probably wouldn't have been able to go whale watching. I'm glad I chose Holokai.

It was our first time in Hawaii with our 9-year-old and 16-year-old! We had a great time taking photos with a family we met on the trip, even though we didn't understand English! My daughter was thrilled to take a picture with a beautiful model-like woman at the helm in a Titanic pose. The sunset, Mai Tai, and atmosphere made for an amazing time.
