I was very excited to experience my first dinner cruise in Hawaii. The interior of the ship was very clean, and I was able to listen to live Hawaiian music, take photos of the sunset and Diamond Head, and at the end, everyone danced together. It was a packed schedule, and I had a really fun time. The food was delicious, and I was especially happy to have the experience of enjoying a whole lobster, which is not something you get to do often! The staff were all very friendly, and it became a wonderful memory.

This was a great experience. The performers and all staff were professional and made sure we had a good time. Food portions were perfect so that we weren't super stuffed but full enough. Beautiful food presentation. Hats off to the culinary team and chef!!!! This was a memorable experience and the interactive dance for everyone at the end was a perfect way to end the dinner cruise. Only one recommendation would be to have air conditioning in the boat. Other than that, the night was amazing!!

The service on board was perfect, and the commemorative photo gift turned out amazing! I chose the normal course, but the food variety was limited and the portions were small, making it completely unappetizing! I could hardly eat anything. The onboard hula show featured only one male and one female dancer, and to top it off, the staff serving the food also performed a dance. The weather was cloudy, so we couldn't see the sunset either. It was a disappointing tour.

My first time in Hawaii, and it might be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, so I went on a Friday with a window seat, lobster, steak, and the chance to see fireworks. It was amazing!
The meal was luxurious and delicious, and Michael, who served our table, was a very attentive young man, frequently checking in to ask how everything was.
A woman sitting next to us seemed to get seasick, and he brought her sparkling water and showed great concern; the service was outstanding.
The boat went back and forth on the sea, and we could see Diamond Head beautifully, the sunset was lovely, and we also got to see the fireworks at 8 PM—there was nothing to complain about.
The music during the meal was wonderful, featuring Hawaiian music, jazz, hula, and local ethnic shows,

This was our second trip on the Star of Honolulu, the first being 9 years ago. I paid more this time for an upgraded meal. The meal was good, but I think we would have been happier with just the buffet. The upgrade wasn’t really worth the price we paid. The entertainment was good and the views were spectacular! If we come to Hawai’i again, I think we’ll just get the lowest price meal and still do the cruise.

This was my third time participating. My previous experiences were rated 3 stars. My faint memory was of a relaxed atmosphere, but the buffet had a huge number of guests. There were few Japanese people. Although it was a buffet, there was only one place to get food, and I wondered how that would work. However, we were guided in order. I was worried that the first people would eat everything, but there was enough for us who went last. In fact, just going once filled me up. I was looking around to see if we could get seconds, and it seemed that after the first round, refills were allowed. I remember the 3-star experience having a relaxed musical atmosphere, but the buffet area was lively. It's on the lowest floor, but you can see beautiful sunsets and sunrises, so no issues there. This concludes my record of a buffet experience that doesn't have many reviews. If you're someone who can't wait, gathering on-site will get you guided faster.

で、おかわり自由なのか？と周りを伺っていましたが、一巡した後はおかわりは自由な様子でした。
3スターは音楽もゆったりした記憶がありますが、ビュッフェのところは賑やかでした。
一番下のフロアですが、夕焼けとか日の入りも綺麗に見えます、問題なしです。

However, I ordered my first drink, but it didn't arrive for my seat and the seat next to me. After waiting for a while, I asked again, but it took about 30 minutes to come. We used this service with our parents, who are over 70 years old. Since our arrival date was Friday, we wanted to ensure they could safely watch the Hilton fireworks, so we made a reservation. The fireworks were, of course, amazing, and we also got to see a beautiful rainbow and sunset, which was the best. An amazing experience that really can’t be replicated on land! Being on the water for a sunset makes it so magical, I’ll never get over the vastness of the ocean. Not that it needs to be said, but the sunset was beautiful.

The crew is excellent. They know exactly what they’re doing and are very accommodating and check in on you regularly without making you feel checked in on ‘too much’. The drinks are strong and tasty! The appetizer was more like a meal, and was delicious, especially for a bulk prep-made food item; we had a chicken sandwich (with actual chicken thigh) on a purple potato or ube bun!

There is music playing for the whole ride, so if you’re noise sensitive get there early so you can be one of the first on the boat to pick your spot (don’t sit inside where the bar is - that’s the noisiest spot). With that said, if you’re focusing on the beautiful scenery, the noise sort of fades away into the background, anyway.

We had an amazing time, and will do it again next time we are in Waikiki area.

I had been curious about the Five Star Dinner Cruise for a while. My husband was hesitant because he gets seasick, but it turned out to be a great decision to go.

From before boarding, we were welcomed with hula and music, which really set the mood. As soon as we boarded, they provided us with motion sickness medication, so my husband said he felt almost no nausea.

The meal included champagne, salad, lobster, steak, and dessert, along with two drinks of our choice. There was also piano music and live singing, creating a wonderful atmosphere.

On Friday, we enjoyed the Hilton fireworks, and there was even a surprise proposal among the guests, making it a very lively cruise. I would love to take this cruise again if I have the chance.

I made a reservation for the Pacific Star Dinner Cruise.
Everyone from the reception staff to the performers spoke Japanese, so I felt comfortable participating.
The main dish of the buffet, the roast beef, was excellent. Throughout the meal, there were Hawaiian dance performances and live singing of Japanese songs arranged in a Hawaiian style, which made it feel like Hawaii all the time.
Next time, I would like to try the 3-star or 5-star course meals as well.

受付の方からパフォーマンスされる方まで日本語が話せるので、安心して参加できました。
ビュッフェのメインであるローストビーフは最高でした。食事中もハワイらしいダンスパフォーマンスや、ハワイアレンジ？された日本の曲などの生歌など常にハワイを感じれる演出でした。
次回は3スターや5スターのコース料理の方も体験してみたいです。
