I went on the 5-Star cruise. I made a reservation with the Celebration Plan (guaranteed window seat) and paid for it, but I was booked under the regular plan. While the manager was confirming my reservation, I couldn't eat the food in front of me for about 30 minutes after being seated. In the end, it turned out that the reservation from VELTRA to Star of Honolulu was under the regular plan, and I was treated as such until the end. I never expected something like this to happen. I'm very disappointed.

Also, it seems that the shuttle bus got caught in traffic, so by the time we arrived, dinner had already started, and other guests who arrived earlier were enjoying their meals.

I thought there might be a separate entrance for the 5-Star guests, but there wasn't anything like that. We all lined up at one entrance to board the ship.

The schedule mentioned that there would be a welcome reception by the captain on the exclusive deck on the top floor for 5-Star guests, but there was nothing of the sort. We were just guided to line up and proceed into the ship.

The food wasn't particularly delicious; it was average. It was mentioned that the meat could be cut with a fork, but it was more like something you could manage to cut with a knife.

I have been to Hawaii several times, and regarding the Hilton fireworks, I've seen them from various places, but sitting on the beach south of the Rainbow Tower is the best spot. Watching the fireworks from the cruise ship was an experience, but since it was from a distance, it lacked impact.

Additionally, guests from the lower deck were casually coming up the stairs to the 5-Star deck. There was a rope at the top of the stairs, but they seemed to know how to unhook it to get in and then rehook it. These were regular guests, not staff.

I was considering this might be my elderly mother's first and last overseas trip, so I regret spending a lot of money and time on this optional tour. I hope this review can be helpful to someone.

セレブレーションプラン（窓際席確約）で予約し、その分の金額も支払いましたが、通常のプランで予約されており、あちらのマネージャーに予約したプランの確認をしてもらっている間、席についてからも30分ほど、目の前の料理を食べることができませんでした。
結局、VELTRAからスターオブホノルルへの予約が通常プランだったそうで、最後まで通常プランとしての扱いとなりました。
こんなことが起きるなんて、思いもしませんでした。非常に残念で仕方ありません。

また、恐らく送迎バスが渋滞に巻き込まれたせいで、私たちが到着した頃にはすでにディナーは始まっており、先に着いていた他のお客さんは食事を楽しんでました。

乗船する際に5スター用の入口でもあるのかなと思ってましたが、特にそのようなものはなく、大勢で列に並んで一か所の入り口から乗船しました。

5スターだと「最上階の専用デッキでキャプテンによるウェルカムレセプションがある」というスケジュールが記載されていますが、そんなものは一切ありません。列になって船内に進むように案内されました。

料理も、特別おいしいものではなかったですね。普通です。お肉がフォークで切れるという記載がありますが、ナイフでがんばって切れるぐらいの感じでした。

私自身は何度かハワイに行ったことがあり、ヒルトンの花火については、いろいろな場所から見てますが、レインボータワーの南側のビーチに座って見るのが一番ですね。
クルーズ船から花火を見れたことは一つの経験にはなりましたが、遠くから見ることになるので、全然迫力はないです。

それから、下の階のお客さんが、普通に5スターのデッキに階段を上ってきてました。一応階段を上がった先にロープがありますが、手慣れた感じでフックを外して入って、またフックをかけてました。スタッフの方ではなく、一般のお客さんです。

年老いた母を含めた、最初で最後の海外旅行だろうと考えてましたので、このようなオプショナルツアーに大金と時間を使ったことが残念で仕方がないです。

This is my fourth time using this service, and each time I have had a wonderful experience that has never let me down. While sailing, we encountered a huge rainbow that connected 180 degrees, and afterwards, we all cheered and celebrated wanting to see it again. It was the best experience.

My wife and I had a great time on the cruise. The weather was pleasant and the fireworks and the views of the city at night were spectacular. The food was good and the drinks were very good. The sailboat was clean and comfortable. We both felt that the captain and crew did a really nice job. We would do it again if we if we ever go to Oahu.

This was my second time participating. Last time, the weather was so great that I enjoyed taking photos while drinking a Mai Tai, but this time, as soon as we headed out to sea, it got really rough. I got completely soaked and couldn't move because of the rocking, but the staff poured Mai Tais for each of us. There were many foreigners on board, which made it very lively. I switched my mindset and enjoyed it as a soaking wet attraction, making it a memorable experience. It's definitely a good idea to bring a towel and a jacket.

During this trip to Hawaii, I was really looking forward to taking a boat ride to see Waikiki from the sea, something I had wanted to do for a long time, but unfortunately, it didn't happen. The backup location was hard to find, and in the end, I was late and couldn't participate. I regret not allowing more time and wish I had joined a nearby tour since I was staying at a hotel in Waikiki.

I have been coming to Hawaii for about 30 years and this was my first time participating. There were only my husband and me as Japanese people, and everyone around us was foreign, but everything, including Waikiki and Diamond Head viewed from the sea, was fresh and very enjoyable! Ride to the ship was ok. Getting onboard was good. Overall food on deck 2, roast beef menu was subpar. Not good enough to want seconds. Wife and I felt this excursion was way too long. Especially being on the water got boring and we love the water. Sorry but the entertainment was that exiting. We were just counting down the minutes to get off the ship. The staff was nice and accommodating but the overall feeling of wanting to stay on the ship died off after the first hour on board.

Outstanding food and drink along with spectacular views of Waikiki at sunset. Service was great and the show was very upbeat and both entertaining and educational. So this is my second time coming around Hawaii and I had to do another Booze Cruz and let me tell you this is the one! By nature I can’t help but to compare similar experiences but man o man the crew of this ship is what really makes the difference they make sure you feel comfortable and they are so funny it was an amazing time the views were amazing the drinks were strong and delicious and the team was so assertive in making sure you felt comfortable! It was spectacular 10 out of 10 definitely will be coming back to these guys! Thank you for making this experience great really appreciate it!

Our family -seniors and adult children-were delighted with the sunset sail. It was the best thing I did in Oahu. We learned about Hawaiian values, the significance of the leis, danced some hula steps, and the men pounded taro. It was fun, staff was excellent, and we ended with a chant to the sunset. Everyone was so glad we did this. Highly recommended.
