During our 6-night, 8-day honeymoon in Hawaii, we used this service on our last night. I was really looking forward to experiencing the cruising in Hawaii (my wife said it was the part she was most excited about for our honeymoon). I will honestly share both the good and bad points I felt during the cruise.

Good points:
1. The food, including lobster and tenderloin, was truly delicious.
2. Each person received 2 drink tickets, which was great, especially with the yen's depreciation, allowing us to order drinks without hesitation.
3. The scenery was amazing. We could see Waikiki and Diamond Head, which we enjoyed, all from the sea.
4. The friendly crew members chatted with us while we were enjoying the view from the deck and even took photos for us.
5. The jazz performance, which is not something we usually get to hear, made the venue even more stylish and was perfect for the last night of our honeymoon.

Points that differed from expectations:
1. We had reserved a shuttle service, but on the day of the cruise, there was significant traffic due to another event, the Spam Jam Festival, causing us to arrive late and miss the welcome show, which was a hula dance.
2. Similarly, because of the late arrival, the optional commemorative photo was taken as soon as we sat down, and it was disappointing that the background was still the port.
3. Due to the late arrival, the course meal was served quickly, and we couldn't take our time enjoying the scenery on the boat.
→ To avoid issues 1-3, it seems that going to the port individually during events that might cause traffic could be a solution.
4. The cruise was scheduled to depart at 5:30 PM and return at 7:30 PM, but it actually departed at 5:45 PM and returned around 7:20 PM, which was disappointing. The jazz performance continued until the end after we returned!

That's all. I’ve shared quite a bit, but personally, I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity to visit Hawaii.

ハワイでのクルージングでどんな体験ができるのか、とても楽しみにしていました。(妻は新婚旅行で1番楽しみと言ってくれていました)
そんな期待大で望んだクルージングで感じた良いことも悪いことも率直に記載します。

良かった点
1.ロブスターにテンダーロインなど料理が本当に美味しかったです。
2.ドリンクチケットが2枚/人あり、とくに円安の中だったので気兼ねなくドリンクを頼むことができました。
3.景色が最高です。自分たちが楽しんだワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドなどが海から一望できます。
4.フレンドリーな船員さんがデッキで海を眺めていると話しかけてくれて、写真も撮ってくれました。
5.普段はなかなか聞く機会がないジャズ演奏があると会場がさらにお洒落で新婚旅行の最後の夜にぴったりでした。

予想と違った点
1.オプションで送迎を予約していましたが、当日はスパムジャムフェスという他のイベントで道がかなり渋滞しており、港着が遅れ、ウェルカムショーであるフラダンスを見ることができませんでした。
2.上記1.同様に送迎の港着が遅れたためなのか、オプションの記念写真が席に着いてすぐでした。背景が港のままなのが残念です。
3.上記1,2.同様に送迎の港着が遅れたため、コース料理がどんどん出てきて、船上で景色をゆっくり見ることができませんでした。
→イベント等で渋滞が起きそうな時は個人で港まで行くことで1〜3の問題が回避できそうです。
4.クルージングは17:30発〜19:30帰港の予定でしたが、実際には17:45〜19:20頃帰港と短くなっており残念でした。ジャズ演奏は帰港後も最後まで続いていました！

以上になります。
いろいろと記載しましたが、個人的にはまたハワイに行く機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思っています。

We participated to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The rich-tasting lobster and tender steak were gentle on the stomach and quite good. Since it was Friday, there were fireworks after sunset, hula dancing, and the staff performed the classic YMCA, which was a lot of fun. We are especially grateful to the female crew who took special care of us since we don't speak English. Lastly, we even received a commemorative cake, making it a wonderful memory.

This was my second time on the Mana Kai Catamaran. First time was doing the sea turtle snorkeling tour. It was fun being able to watch the sunset and see Diamond Head and the city from the ocean. Our experience aboard the Three Tiki Catamaran was nothing short of magical! From the moment we stepped on board, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the incredibly kind staff. I was nervous having a toddler but everyone assured us our son was welcomed. They even had a place store our stroller.

One of the first things that struck us was how immaculately clean the boat was. It was evident that cleanliness and hygiene were top priorities for the crew.

The ride itself was an absolute blast! Having never been on a catamaran, it did not disappoint! As we cruised along, we were treated to breathtaking views of the sunset casting its warm hues over the Honolulu skyline, with the iconic silhouette of Diamond Head in the background. We even got to anchor and jump into the ocean.

What truly made the experience unforgettable was how family-friendly it was. The crew went above and beyond to ensure my little one was comfortable even though he was crying. They were so incredibly nice!

Overall, our time aboard the Three Tiki Catamaran was an absolute delight. We can't recommend it enough for families looking to create unforgettable memories in the stunning backdrop of Honolulu. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our experience so memorable!

This time, I invited my sister, who came to visit Hawaii, to a Cruise Dinner as a gift! It was only my second time, and it turned out to be an even more wonderful experience than I had imagined. From the welcome drink to all the dishes, everything was truly delicious, and the sunset view from the cruise was breathtaking. We anchored offshore until sunset and dived from the boat. Participants jumped in one after another, boldly and without hesitation, doing flips and more. Both the bikini-clad ladies and the older gentlemen with floaties joined in. It felt like a party with lively music playing.

While there were many people who didn't dive, just watching was exciting and a lot of fun. My son, who is a good swimmer, mustered up the courage to do a commemorative dive.

There were no other Japanese people, but there were no feelings of discomfort or issues at all. As long as you fill out the application form diligently, you'll be fine. There's no obligation to purchase unnecessary drinks. The parking lot is hard to find. You can walk from Waikiki. If you want to snorkel, make sure to bring your own gear, as they mentioned there are no rentals available for sunset.

It started to rain after we got into the pickup truck and headed to the boat, which was quite unfortunate, but there was nothing we could do about it, so I decided to enjoy the dinner and cruising.

As soon as we were seated, champagne was served, and the lovely staff welcomed us with smiles!

The appetizer platter (cheese, ham, pickles, crackers, etc.) was diverse and beautifully presented. The lobster dish came out quickly, so there was no awkward waiting time. It was delicious as well. The steak was cooked quite well (you can't choose the doneness), but it was very tender and the sauce was tasty.

We also received two drink tickets, making it smooth without any additional payment needed.

If I had to say something, it would have been perfect if they had a flash show even for the five-star course. Since it was jazz, there was a soothing live piano playing throughout, making it a great atmosphere for couples and newlyweds! The weather was cloudy with intermittent rain, so we couldn't see the sunset, but it became a wonderful memory.

We took this vessel out to watch whales. The staff were awesome. Provided a lot of great information of life as a whale. The water was a bit choppy so there was a bit of rocking. After we disembarked, the Captain spent a good 10-15 minutes out of his busy schedule to talk with us.

I participated in a whale watching tour for the first time. I was surprised by how big the boat was! There were a lot of customers as well. Since it’s a natural occurrence, the whales didn’t show up easily. Just when we were about to give up and head back to the dock, my eldest son shouted loudly, and when I looked over, a whale was just about to jump, which was very moving! It was really just a moment, so I couldn’t take any pictures. But seeing it up close became a wonderful memory. I definitely recommend participating at least once!

It was an absolutely amazing night!
I attended as part of my honeymoon.

The food was delicious, and the service and entertainment were top-notch.
The view was great, and I was able to take a lot of pictures outside.

My husband felt a bit seasick because of the slight rocking, but the wonderful singing made him feel better.

At one point, the captain spoke to us in Japanese, asking if we were on our honeymoon, which made us very happy.

I had a reservation for the last event of the season on April 15, 2024, but due to rain, the boat could not go out. I was contacted and given the option to reschedule for another day or receive a refund. Since I had some flexibility in my itinerary, I requested to reschedule for April 16 if possible, and they agreed to operate the boat on that day as well!

I wanted my 2-year-old son, who loves whales and dolphins, to see these natural creatures, so I rescheduled. On the day of the trip, it was sunny and we were able to set sail, and we saw both whales and dolphins, which was wonderful! The English guide provided thorough information, and it was an interesting experience!

However, be careful as the address for the meeting point provided in the voucher and on the website was incorrect. If you rely on the address, you will end up at the far end of the harbor. The correct meeting point is at Pink Sails Waikiki, which you can find by searching; it’s located just before the harbor, where you turn right at the first road (with hotels on your right and continuing straight past the boats on your left). 今季最後の開催日である2024/4/15に予約をしていましたが、雨天で船が出せないことに。別日に振替か返金かを選べると連絡がありました。
旅程に余裕があったため、可能なら4/16に振り替えたいと連絡すると、予定になかった4/16も船を出してくれることに！
クジラとイルカが好きな2歳の息子に自然の生き物を見せたかったので、振り替えました。当日は無事に晴れて出航できたし、クジラもイルカも見られてとてもよかったです！
英語ガイドも丁寧な内容で、興味深い体験が出来ました！

ただ、バウチャーやべるとら上で事前に連絡されていた集合場所の住所が違っていたので要注意です。
住所を頼りに行くと、ハーバーの一番奥に到着してしまいます。正しい集合場所はピンクセイルズワイキキで検索して出てくる、ハーバーの1番手前の道を右に曲がったところ（右手にホテル郡、左に船を見て真っ直ぐ進んだ先）です。
小さいお子さん連れの場合、かなりの労力を浪費することになるのでご注意ください！

The best way to end our Mother Daughter vacation is with a sunset & fireworks on the water!
Three Tiki did a great job reassuring our experience even though the weather was not great. Captain Mark? did a great job sailing and keeping us safe and mostly dry! LOL
The crew was great from start to finish. Friendly and accommodating they provided a cooler and ice for our BYOB.
The location was easy to find and had a great staging area with food trucks and firepits that were great after our cruise.
Overall, very happy with our experience and will definitely refer others to enjoy a memorable evening with Three Tikis

I went on a mother-daughter trip and was lucky enough to find a monitor tour where the second person was free, so I booked the 5-star option! Since I thought I would be drinking on the way back, I added the shuttle service option.

**Flow of the Experience**
First, the shuttle service was very clear and smooth. The person in charge handed out stickers that served as identification on the boat and instructed us to place them in a visible spot. I stuck mine on the back of my phone case. Drink tickets were also distributed at this time.

Once we arrived at the location, it was finally time to board. The hula girls and staff warmly welcomed us. After showing the sticker we received, we were guided to our designated areas. Since we had the 5-star option, we took the elevator to the top deck. Upon reaching the fourth floor, a friendly staff member confirmed my name and guided me to my seat.

Once seated, we enjoyed welcome champagne and snacks, and when the lobster was served, the piano performance began. The piano played continuously until just before sunset. After the captain's greeting, we all toasted together, and the captain made rounds to greet each table, happily posing for photos as well. After that, everyone enjoyed their meals freely or stepped out onto the deck to take in the views. One male captain spoke to us and was incredibly fluent in Japanese and entertaining! I wish I had asked for a commemorative photo! All the staff were wonderful and had a great attitude!

Time flew by, and around 7 PM, the lights dimmed, and the jazz performance began, reaching its climax. The female vocalist celebrated those with birthdays or anniversaries that day with a song. So, if you're celebrating a birthday or anniversary, don't be shy to raise your hand when asked!

Then, as the event came to an end, we disembarked at the signal from the vocalist and took the shuttle bus back to the hotel. It was a whirlwind two and a half hours!

**Food**
When we sat down, there were already plenty of snacks like nuts, cheese, prosciutto, and dried fruits on the table. The welcome champagne was served immediately. Everything was delicious! The main course was lobster and steak. Since I have a slight shellfish allergy, I asked to substitute the lobster for fish, and the sautéed salmon was very tasty. There were also plenty of vegetables. The steak was tender and easy to eat. I could eat that forever. The cheesecake for dessert was delicious and topped with lots of berries!

The menu on the table included not only the alcohol options but also the schedule and details of the dishes, which was very easy to understand! Additionally, we could go out onto the deck at any time, and the food was brought to us while we were seated, so we could comfortably enjoy the sunset.

**Special Thanks**
A staff member was assigned to our table and provided excellent service. I asked questions in my limited English, but they clearly explained their recommended drinks and the sunset time, always with a smile—just the best. There was a minor issue that arose, but they handled it very smoothly, which impressed me. Thank you, Brandon!

**Note**
The shuttle bus was cold. The boat was also a bit cool, and I wore a thin jacket over my sleeveless dress the whole time. It can get quite rocky, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication.

母娘の二人旅で今回は２人目無料のモニターツアーが運良く空いていたので5スターを申し込みました！帰りはお酒も飲むしと思って送迎のオプション追加。
《流れ》
まず送迎はとてもわかりやすく、スムーズでした。
迎えの担当の方が船の中で自分の身分証となるシールを配ってくださりわかりやすい所に貼るように言われました。私はスマホケースの裏に貼りました。ドリンクチケットもこの時配られます。

現地に着いたらいよいよ乗船、フラガールやスタッフの方がたくさん迎えてくださいました。船に乗ると配られたシールを見せ各自の導線に誘導されます。5スターだったので最上階のデッキへエレベーターであがりました。４階にあがると感じの良いスタッフの方に名前を確認された後席に案内されました。

席についてウェルカムシャンパンとおつまみを楽しみロブスターが出てきた頃にピアノ演奏等が始まりました。ピアノはサンセットの時間前くらいまでずっと弾いてくれてます。
キャプテンの挨拶でみんなで乾杯したあと、キャプテンが各テーブルを回って挨拶してくれます。記念撮影にも快くこたえてくれてました。
その後は各々自由に食事を楽しんだりデッキに出て外の景色を楽しんだりしてました。
１人の男性キャプテンが話しかけてくれたのですが、めちゃくちゃ日本語堪能で面白かったです！記念撮影頼めばよかった！とにかくスタッフみなさん感じがよくて素敵でした！
時間はあっという間で、19時頃になるとライトダウンしてジャズ演奏がはじまりクライマックス、ボーカルの女性がその日誕生日や記念日の方々を歌でお祝いしてました。なので誕生日や記念日で利用される方は聞かれたら恥ずかしがらずに挙手を(^^)

そしてそのまま終わりを迎え、ボーカルの女性の合図で下船→送迎のバスでホテルに戻りました。
あっという間すぎる2時間半でした。



《お食事》
席に着くとすでにナッツチーズ生ハムドライフルーツ等がたくさん乗ったおつまみがすでにテーブルにありました。ウェルカムシャンパンもすぐに提供されました。どれも美味！
メインはロブスターとステーキで、私はちょっと甲殻類アレルギーなので念の為ロブスターをお魚に変えてもらったけどサーモンのソテーとても美味しかったです。お野菜もたくさんのってました。
ステーキはしっとりしてて飲めるように食べられました。あれはいくらでも食べたい。
デザートのチーズケーキ美味しくベリーたくさん乗ってた！



テーブルにおいてあるメニューにアルコールの他にもタイムスケジュールや料理の内容が書いてありとてもわかり易くてよかった！
またデッキには好きな時間に出られ、お料理は席にいる時に合わせて持ってきてくれたのでサンセットも気兼ねなく見に行って大丈夫です。

《スペシャルサンクス》
席には担当のスタッフの方がついてくれてとても親切に色々とサービスしてくれました。拙い英語で聞きましたが、おすすめのアルコールやサンセット時間、なんでもわかりやすく教えてくれたし、常に笑顔、最高。
あと、ちょっとだけ困った事が起こったけどすごくスマートに助けてくれて感激しました。Brandonありがとう(^^)

《注意》
送迎はバス寒い。船内も涼しめで私は袖なしのワンピースでしたが薄手の上着ずっと着てました。
結構揺れる時もあるので酔い止めおすすめ。

First of all, the waiter who attended us was very attentive and had just the right amount of brightness without being pushy. The dinner was delicious, and many people of all ages seemed to be quite full. When the fireworks started, everyone moved to the side to watch, and the boat tilted noticeably. But apparently, that's okay. The live performance was wonderful, and the MC singer was good too! For those on the Five Star, you go up to the fourth floor, but there was a smoking area outside on the same floor, which was appreciated by smokers who feel a bit out of place. Also... the inside of the boat is cold!!! Perhaps because Westerners tend to have a higher body temperature than Japanese people... if you're attending in a sleeveless, thin dress, it might get really chilly, so please be careful.

まず、ついてくれたウエイターの方はよく気がつくし、しつこくないくらいの明るさで丁度良かったです。
ディナーも美味しく老若男女割とお腹いっぱいになっていた方が多かったです。
花火が始まると皆さま一斉に花火側へ移動されるので、分かりやすいくらい船が傾いてました。笑
が、大丈夫だそうです。
生演奏も素敵でしたしMCの歌い手の方もgoodでした！
ファイブスターの方は四階へ上がりますが同フロアの外に喫煙所がありました。
肩身の狭い喫煙者には有り難かったです。
後…船内は寒いです！！！
欧米の方々は、日本人より体温が高めだからか…
ノースリ薄手のワンピで参加となると、めちゃくちゃ冷えるかもなのでお気を付けてください。

There were three of us at a six-person table: a young Japanese woman, a middle-aged American man, and myself. I thought about what to do, but I decided to relax and enjoy myself freely, which allowed me to truly enjoy the singing, music, and Tahitian dance. The venue was quite lively and bustling. The food was delicious, and I was full. The view of the islands from the ship was wonderful, and the fireworks were beautiful. It would have been even better if it weren't for the exchange rate of 152 yen (mid-rate). If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate again.

約40年前は家族4人で参加、とても楽しかった思い出があり、申し込んでみた。今回は子供も独立し、1人での参加になった。不安はあったが席に案内してくれた中年の女性の差配が余り芳しく無く私の他に若い日本人の女性と中年のアメリ人男性の3人、席は6人掛け。どうしようと思ったが開き直り自由に過ごすことに、それが返ってよく歌や音楽やタヒチアンダンスを楽しめた。会場も結構盛り上がり盛況であった。料理も美味しくお腹も一杯になった。船上から見る島の景色も素晴らしく、花火も綺麗であった。円安152円(仲値)が無ければもつと良かった。

From start to finish the staff was all engaging and professional. They worked through any language barriers and got everyone set up for the cruise. The size of the boat and number of people on board was just right, intimate but still lively and fun. There was plenty of room onboard to move around and never felt crowded. The views were gorgeous throughout. When the water got a little choppy, the back of the boat was still calm. Just a great time made better by the crew, would definitely go again.
