My first winter in Hawaii, and I was really looking forward to whale watching. It rained and was a bit cold for Hawaii, so at first, we could only catch glimpses of the whales. We were very lucky to see whales throughout most of the tour. At least 10 sightings, usually with 2 whales at a time.

Food was delicious but it was hard to sit and enjoy your meal when you are looking for whales too. Every time someone shouted "WHALE!", everyone dropped everything but their cameras and ran towards the edge of the deck.

Luckily, there were a lot of whales out that day so I got to finish my food and saw plenty of whales.

Photos don't do justice for whale watch tours, it's better to watch with your own eyes. You don't want to be fussing over your camera because next thing you know, the whales have disappeared back underwater.

Wonderful experience, would love to go again!

The skies were grey and even with light drizzle the humpback whales were there along with the warm crew of the Star of Honolulu to greet us in Hawaii! I've never seen so many whales on one whale watch and it was my first time to see a turquoise color right next to the whale. Their white pectoral fins turns changes color underwater so it was easier to spot them this time around. The lunch on board was delicious...... The roast beef and those macadamia nut cookies keeps you going back for more. Thank you Star of Honolulu for a very stable ride and wonderful experience to see these enormous animals up so close!

Everyone had a wonderful time with smiles all around! The food was very delicious, and the shows were absolutely fantastic. At the end of the show, all the participants came together, and people from different countries united as one. The sunset viewed from the deck was just amazing! Additionally, while enjoying the night view from the deck, there were even some proposals happening, and the couple looked so happy! It was a time filled with smiles and happiness for everyone! This was the best time I've ever had, and it was the most wonderful cruising experience. I will definitely use this service again!

I joined on January 24th (Thursday) because I wanted to see whales. Unfortunately, on this day, the whales only showed themselves briefly above the water. On January 25th (Friday), I participated in the "Sunset Dinner Cruise on the Majestic with Live Music and Buffet/Fireworks Viewing + All-You-Can-Eat Appetizers (with Free Drinks) <Friday Only/Participation until March 31, 2019>" course with a group of seven. It was everyone's first time participating.

Before boarding, we presented the WEB voucher (coupon) displayed on our smartphones at the office on the pier to obtain our boarding tickets.

After boarding, we were welcomed with champagne, and then asked about the number of people in our group, after which we were assigned a table.

Once seated, a staff member came to take our drink orders within 5 to 10 minutes. At this time, we were informed that alcohol was not included in the free drinks. I mistakenly thought that while drinks were free, alcohol would incur a charge due to my reservation.

The Majestic is docked at "Aloha Tower Marketplace Pier 6. It is located on the right side when walking east along Ala Moana Boulevard from Aloha Tower." This information was correct, but we got a bit lost on-site. The reason was that the ship's operating company, "ATLANTIC CRUISES," was prominently displayed on the hull, but we didn't pay attention to the company name and took a while to notice the smaller "MAJESTIC" written elsewhere. Google Maps directed us to the west side of the Star of Honolulu. Ultimately, we were guided by the office of the Star of Honolulu.

ボトルワインやビールを注文した後に、今一度スマートフォンに記載されているWEBヴァウチャーを確認すると「Free Alcohol」と記載されています。そこで、クレームを申し出てアルコールをすべて無料にしていただきました。

WEBヴァウチャーで無く、昔のように紙媒体のヴァウチャーであったなら桟橋のチェックイン時に紙は回収されており、船内でクレームを申し出ることができなかったと思います。

あいにくの曇り空でサンセットは見えませんでしたが、食事はまずまずでした。
生演奏は良かったです。

上記以外に下記をご案内させていただきます。
　生演奏最中にダンスタイムがあるのですが、生演奏フロア（２階）の出入り口で行っている為に他のフロアへの出入りに不便です。反対側で生演奏すべきと思いました。
　我々は７名で参加しましたので、ハイアットリージェンシーワイキキホテルからの送迎（お一人往復＄１５。別料金。）は利用せず。ホテルからタクシーを利用しました。往路は夕方の渋滞料金で一台＄３８（チップ込）、帰路は一台＄２４（チップ込）。タクシーは３列シートなので一台で５名乗車できます。
　マジェスティック号は「アロハタワー・マーケットプレース・ピア６に係留されています。アロハタワーからアラモアナ通りに沿って東に向かって歩き右側にあります。」と案内されています。この案内に間違いありませんでしたが我々は現地で少し迷いました。その理由は、船体に大きく船の運航会社である「ATLANTIC CRUISES」と記載されているのですが、船会社に注目していなかった為、別の所に小さい文字で「MAJESTIC」と記載されていることになかなか気づきませんでした。グーグル地図ではスターオブホノルル号の西側を案内します。最終的にはスターオブホノルルの事務所で教えていただきました。

3 of us decided we wanted to do something different rather than having dinner at a nice restaurant, and this combination dinner and cruise fit the bill. The food was excellent, both the steak and the crab legs were fabulous, and we had an awesome view from our window-adjacent table. The entertainment on board was amusing, it added a great vibe to the dinner. The duration of the cruise from start to finish was just right - enough time to have a leisurely dinner, enjoy a show, watch the fireworks, and then return back to land. Just perfect, I highly recommend!

When you go out on deck, the sun is strong, so I recommend bringing a hat and sunglasses. The wind is strong, so be careful not to lose anything.

港に着いて受付を済ませると、他の方が並んでいる列ではなく、5スター専用でタキシードを着た女性に案内され1番に乗船することができました。そのまま船の屋上に案内され、船長のお出迎えなど5スターの方でないと受けられないウェルカムサービスをしていただきました。
しばらくして室内に入り、乗船前に1人3枚ずつドリンクチケットを頂いていたので、ドリンクを注文しました。
ドリンクメニューやお品書きは日本語で書いてあり、英語がわからなくても内容を知ることができました。
出航と同時に料理が運ばれましたが、その30分後には日没時間でしたので、食事半ば外に出て日が沈むのを見ていました。少し慌ただしかったのですが、前に遮るものが何もない夕日は滞在中に見たどれよりも綺麗で感動しました。写真では上手く写すことができなかったので、是非目で見て体感していただきたいです！
スタッフの方がとても親切に写真を撮影してくださり、場所などもアドバイスしてくださいました。
最上階は5スターの方しか出入り出来ないため、混雑もなく終始周りの人を気にせず過ごすことができました。
料理が出てくるタイミングは、グループごとに進み具合で持ってきてくださったのでストレスなく食事を楽しむことができました。
スタッフの方は常に私たちを気にしてくださり、少し船酔いした時もすぐにお薬を出してくださいました。日本人のスタッフもいて、英語が拙くても日本語で会話することができたのでとても安心しました。
途中と最後には私たち専用のピアニストや歌手の方のコンサートがあり、ジャズバーにいるような贅沢なひと時でした。
下の階は終始賑やかでしたが、まるで違う船に乗船しているかのように静かでプライベートな時間を楽しむことができました。
料理もサービスもロケーションも、お値段以上に最高で私にはもったいないくらいでした。
特別な日に大切な人と利用するにはこれ以外ないくらい本当にオススメです。是非また利用したいと思います。

This was my first time participating. I chose this dinner cruise because I wanted to experience an overseas atmosphere, and there were fewer Japanese people on it. The content of the cruising was as I imagined; we enjoyed a buffet at the beginning and then each of us enjoyed the scenery, as well as Hawaiian dance and music at the bar. The taste of the food was just average.

The problem was the shuttle service to the hotel. We were staying at the Prince Waikiki, and during the pickup, we were the first to be picked up, followed by stops at other hotels. Considering that they drive on the right side and the route to the destination, it was a logical order. However, on the way back, we passed by the Prince Waikiki first but for some reason, we just went straight past it. In the end, we were left until the very last, and ultimately dropped off about 100 meters away from the Prince Waikiki, being told to walk back. It didn’t make sense since other hotels were dropped off at their pickup locations.

Additionally, it seemed that the arrangements for the return bus were poor, and we had to wait for about 30 minutes. Because of that, what was supposed to be a tour ending at 7:30 PM ended up with us getting back to the hotel at 9 PM. Given that this tour operates daily, the poor arrangements and inefficient shuttle route make it hard to recommend. It might be better to meet on-site. I will not participate in this tour again.

私たちはプリンスワイキキに宿泊していたのですが、迎えの時は最初にピックアップされて他のホテルを回るルート。右側通行であること、目的地へのルートを考えると合理的な順番です。そう考えると、帰りのルートはプリンスワイキキを1番最初に通過するのですが、なぜかそのまま真横を通過。結局最後まで残されて、挙げ句の果てにプリンスワイキキから100メートルほど離れたところに降ろされて、あとは歩いて帰れと言われる。他のホテルはピックアップした場所で下ろしているのに意味が分からない。
この日はさらに、帰りのバスの段取りが悪かったようで30分ほど待たされる。
それも重なり19時30分に終了するツアーのはずが、ホテルに帰り着いたのは21時でした。
毎日運行しているツアーなのに段取りが悪い点や非効率的な送迎ルートを考えるとあまりおすすめはしません。
現地集合がいいかもしれませんね。
私はもうこのツアーには参加しません。

店員、劇の出演者のサービスも非常に良かった。特に、劇の出演者と劇中に触れ合える、ハイタッチ等が出来る事が非常に素晴らしいと感じた。

③ 船からの景色が非常に綺麗だった事
沖からサンセットを眺めるという事で、邪魔する物がなく、当日は晴れであったため、とても綺麗であった。
また、サンセット後に、船から眺めるハワイの夜景もとても綺麗であった。

We set sail in a relaxed mood with acoustic guitar performances. There were many tourists, including Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and American visitors, and the musician played music that appealed to everyone (like Southern All Stars for the Japanese audience).
