I participated at five months pregnant, of course, at my own risk.

At first, I signed up for the first session, but since it was fully booked, I was recommended to join the second session, which was also nearly full in the shuttle van. It seems to be quite popular. During the ride, a DVD was playing, but very few people were watching; most were sleeping.

When we arrived at the site, we borrowed costumes and danced in a nearby field since we were going to do hula dancing first. It was over in no time, but the explanations were clear and it was fun.

Up until this point, everyone, including the others, was lively.

We boarded the boat and arrived at the dolphin point, but there were several other boats waiting, and we had to wait patiently for our turn. During that time, we saw a few pods of dolphins. They were spinning and there were baby dolphins too. We waited for the guide's instructions and entered the water, but the pod quickly swam away. We saw them several times from the boat, but only caught a glimpse of them in the water.

After that, we headed to the snorkeling point, but some people started to feel seasick, and I had a bad feeling too. However, I thought it would be better than staying on the boat, so I went snorkeling. Following the guide, we discovered a sea turtle, and I was thrilled to see a wild sea turtle. The fish were swimming gracefully, which was also amazing.

However, perhaps due to the worsening weather, I started to feel cold. I swam until I reached my limit but got back on the boat early, and afterward, I curled up due to seasickness and cold. More than half of the people around me, who had been lively just a moment ago, seemed to be feeling sick too, and we took the handmade hamburgers and chips home. When we got off the boat, strangely enough, my seasickness disappeared, and I was happily munching on a hamburger in the car, while my husband looked really miserable, haha.

I didn't get to fulfill my dream of swimming with dolphins, but overall it was a good experience. Motion sickness medication is a must.

最初、一部を申し込んだのですが、満席の為二部を勧められそちらに参加しましたが、二部も送迎のバン？はほぼ満席状態でした。人気なのでしょう。
行きの社内でDVDが流れていましたが、見ている人は少なく、皆寝ていました。
現地に着くと、先にフラダンスをやるという事で傍の原っぱにて衣装を借りて皆で踊りました。あっという間でしたが説明もわかりやすく楽しかったです。

他の方達含め、元気が良いのはここまでです。

船に乗り、イルカポイントに到着するも他の船も何隻か待っていて自分達の番が来るのをひたすら待ちました。その間に何回かイルカの群れを見ました。スピンもしていたし、子供イルカも居ました。
ガイドさんの指示を待って海に入りましたが、群れはあっという間に行ってしまいました。船上では何度も見れましたが、海の中では一瞬見れただけでした。
この後、今度はシュノーケルポイントに向かいましたが、この辺りで船酔いする人が出てきて、自分もちょっと嫌な予感はしましたが、船上に居るよりは良いと思いシュノーケルしました。ガイドさんについていくとウミガメを発見、野生のウミガメには感動しました。魚も悠々と泳いでいて感動です。
しかし、雲行きがあまり良くなかったせいか体が冷えてきて、限界まで泳ぎましたが早めに船に上がり、その後は襲ってきた船酔いと寒さでずっとうずくまっていました。
さっきまで元気だった周りの方達も半分以上酔っていたようで、手作りハンバーガーもチップスもお持ち帰りしました。船を下りると、本当に不思議なことにケロっと船酔いが治り私は車内でハンバーガーを頬張っていましたが旦那さんは本当に辛そうでした　笑
イルカと泳ぐ夢は叶いませんでしたが、全体的に良い体験でした。　酔い止め必須です。

Last time, I signed up for a different tour, but I was just desperately swimming after dolphins and hardly saw any. With Dolphin You, the captain predicts the dolphins' movements and takes you to the right spots, so I was able to see the pods without chasing them around. Also, the life vests allow you to adjust the air yourself, so those confident in swimming can dive, which made it a lot of fun. My 8-year-old daughter, who is good at swimming, was crying because she wanted to use an adult vest instead of a child-sized one, and Shanti kindly comforted her and switched it to an adult vest. I was very satisfied as I was able to see many dolphins during all three tries. At the turtle point, we were allowed to snorkel slowly, and I was able to swim with 4 to 5 turtles for a long time. This tour is truly filled with consideration for making guests enjoy themselves, and I was moved by that. It was completely different from the previous dolphin tour and other tours, as I always felt that they prioritized the guests. The hamburgers were delicious, and trying hula dancing turned out to be surprisingly fun. If I want to encounter dolphins again next time, I will choose this tour. 前回は別のツアーに申し込んだのですが、イルカを追いかけて必死に泳いでいるだけで、ほとんど姿をみられませんでした。ドルフィンユーの場合は、キャプテンがイルカの動きを予測してポイントに落としてくれるので、追いかけ回すことなくイルカの群れを見ることが出来ました。また、ライフベストも自分で空気の量を調整できるため、泳ぎに自信のある人は潜ったりすることも出来るので、とても楽しめました。泳ぎの得意な８歳の娘が子供用のベストでなく、大人用のものを使いたいと泣いていたところ、シャンティが優しく慰めてくれ、大人用のベストに替えてくれました。３回のトライすべてでたくさんのイルカを見ることが出来て大満足でした。ウミガメのポイントでもゆっくりとシュノーケルをさせてくれたので、４~５匹のウミガメとずっと泳いでいられました。このツアーは、本当にゲストを楽しませようという心遣いに溢れており、感激しました。前回のイルカツアーや、別のツアーとは全く違い、ゲストのことを第一に考えてくれていることを常に感じていました。ハンバーガーも美味しかったし、フラダンスもやってみると意外と楽しかったです。次回もイルカに遭いたくなったらこのツアーで行きます。シャンティ・カイナ・イラ・スティーブ、みんなありがとうね！！

I still can't believe I got to swim with the dolphin teacher. Moreover, the turtle teacher also made an appearance, and it felt like a dream. The sounds of the dolphins are still fresh in my mind. I thought the children might be more afraid of the ocean, but they were lively, swimming around with the fish and were very excited.
I felt that the guides' attentiveness and the program's organization were of a very high level. It was truly exceptional.
As a point of reflection for our family for next time, since it gets very cold after coming out of the water, I think we should definitely bring something to wear and a change of clothes. We will participate again!

At the time of booking, I thought the price might be a bit high, but even with the dolphin swim, I was satisfied with the packed itinerary that included breakfast with "malasadas," "paddle surfing," and "hula." The staff were very friendly and made sure we had fun without feeling nervous. Participants ranged from elementary school students to couples in their 60s, which added to the enjoyment. We left early in the morning to match the dolphin time. By the time we returned to the hotel, it was noon. There was still half a day left, and I felt quite satisfied and fulfilled that day!

申し込み時、お値段的に高いかな~と思ったけれど、ドルフィンスイムとはいえ、朝ご飯の“マラサダ”から“パドルサーフィン”“フラ”なども楽しめる盛りだくさんの企画で満足しました。スタッフの方もとってもフレンドリーで緊張せず楽しませてくれました。参加者も、小学生~60代のご夫婦まで各年齢層が集まり、これもまた楽しい要因でした。イルカtimeに合わせ朝早く出発。すべて終わってホテルに戻るとお昼の12時。まだ半日もあるぞ~!と、その日はかなり満足＆充実してました。

We participated as a family of three with our 5-year-old son. Although I was worried about snorkeling since my son can't swim, we decided to join because we wanted to see wild dolphins.

I was really concerned about whether we would actually see dolphins, but on the day of the event, we were able to see many dolphins. They even showcased some beautiful spins. My son jumped into the sea, but he looked anxious since he couldn't touch the bottom. However, the staff supported us, and we were able to meet the dolphin teacher. Thank you for your thoughtful considerations. Since the staff took care of the children, the parents were able to enjoy themselves too.

On the boat, we experienced singing and hula, and we were able to immerse ourselves in Hawaii. Thank you to the dolphin teacher and the wonderful staff who are always positive. We were deeply moved.

We will definitely come back for another session.

I couldn't go buy the DVD because I succumbed to sleepiness.

I participated in a dolphin tour departing from Ko Olina Bay three times, each with a different operator, but this one was the best so far. The reasons are: 1) the guide provided very thorough explanations, 2) after seeing the dolphins, we enjoyed observing turtles and tropical fish, and we also got to experience stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking all in one go, plus meals, snacks, and drinks (juice) were included.

In other tours, the drinks were just something like hot water. It felt like they were cutting costs quite a bit, but here they even included malasadas. It was all very well thought out and fulfilling.

The crew was bright and friendly, and they made sure everyone had a good time. The Japanese staff were also very polite and kind. It was a tour where we could enjoy ourselves while respecting the ocean, and I was completely satisfied. I will definitely re-enroll at the Private Dolphin University next time.

There were truly an unbelievable number of dolphins!!

When the captain spotted a pod of dolphins, the boat moved ahead to wait for the pod to approach. Then, at the guide's signal, we all jumped into the water and floated quietly... and suddenly we heard squeaking sounds from somewhere, and right after that, the pod of dolphins appeared, from the front, the sides, and below!! It was just an incredible sight!

There were some older folks who didn't get in the water, but I definitely recommend going in. You just float, so you don't need to know how to swim! For those who are anxious, the guide will be there to help, so it's very reassuring. Dolphin watching from the boat is nice, but actually swimming with them is just like a dream come true!☆

本っ当に、信じられないぐらいの数のイルカがいました！！

キャプテンがイルカの群れを見つけると、ボートがその群れを先回りし、群れが近づいてくるのを待ちます。そして、ガイドさんの合図でいっせいに海に入り、静かに浮いていると・・・どこからかキューキューというような声が聞こえ、その直後イルカの群れが、前やら横やら下やら！！とにかくすごい数！信じられない光景でした！！

My family and I went on the Hawaii Dolphin Swim & Snorkel on June 26, 2011 morning swim. It was beyond our expectations. We found dolphins right away and the captain and crew knew exactly where to find them. There were several dolphin pods and we were able to get pretty close to them but not touching them. 3 of them hovered about 5 feet below my wife and I making their squeal and clicking sounds. It was amazing. The snorkel equipment they provided was in good shape and very reliable. The boat was fine with plenty of room to move around and feel safe aboard. The crew was very professional, friendly and entertaining. The food was average but any time you've been in the water for a while, coming out to a hot burger is always delicious. I would highly recommend this trip especially if you want to get in the water. We also had time to freelance snorkel in an area 25 feet deep that had several sea turtles hanging out. They were fabulous to watch swim by you on their way to the surface

The prestigious Dolphin University was amazing. Thank you to all the staff for their thoughtfulness.

I was unsure which cruise to choose, but I'm glad I went with Dolphin University.

The boat had a roof, so I wasn't exposed to direct sunlight, and after swimming in the ocean, it was nice to have warm tea served if I got cold. I appreciated that a lot. They took photos and sold them on DVD, so I didn't even need to bring my camera, which made it convenient.

We were lucky with the weather, and I felt like around 50 dolphins swam beneath me.

The turtles and yellow fish were also cute and fun. I will definitely participate again when I go to Hawaii!

海でのクルーズでどれにしようか迷いましたが、イルカ大学にしてよかったです。

天気にも恵まれ50頭ぐらいはイルカが私の下を泳いで行ったように思えます。

I participated with a group. It was far from Waikiki, and since it was early in the morning, I originally didn't plan to go, but one of the members wanted to, so I joined them. I had seen reviews mentioning that there might be times when you don't encounter dolphins, so I thought I would enjoy snorkeling even if it didn't work out, and I participated without expectations. However, it was far more enjoyable than I had imagined.

Instead of a snorkeling experience where you lure fish with feeding, I was able to see real wild fish, and above all, I encountered a surprising number of dolphins and sea turtles. When I was peering into the ocean, I was so engrossed that I lost track of time. I made wonderful memories on my first trip to Hawaii.

Since it was early in the morning, most people were fast asleep on the way back, but we were able to return to Waikiki by early afternoon, so we could enjoy shopping and other activities afterward.

I would definitely like to participate again the next time I come to Hawaii.

初めてのハワイですごく良い思い出ができました。
朝が早いということもあり、帰りの車ではほとんどの人が爆睡でしたが、お昼過ぎにはワイキキに戻ってくることができるので、そのあともゆっくり買い物などを楽しめます。

次にハワイに来るときには、またぜひ参加したいです。

It was quite a while ago, but I participated in October. I heard that there had been high waves for about a week prior, which made the sea murky and reduced visibility.

While on the boat, we could see the dorsal fins of the dolphins swimming, and each time we spotted them, we were told to "go! go! go! go!" and everyone hurriedly jumped in, but we could hardly see them swimming.

After jumping in three times, most people caught a glimpse for just a moment (about three seconds) on the third try, but another couple and I couldn’t see them at all. We moved again, and only those who hadn’t seen them got to try again. Finally, I managed to see them for about five seconds.

I should have been happy, but maybe because I had seen too many participant experiences and photos, I felt a bit disappointed, thinking, "I thought I would see more..."

After that, we moved to the bay. It was also murky there, with visibility of just a few meters. Of course, I couldn’t see any turtles or tropical fish at all. We alternated between kayaking and paddle surfing, but my spirits were low, so I ended up eating snacks on the boat.

In the distance, I could see a group of dolphins meeting with a school of dolphins. Having come to Hawaii to see dolphins, I was envious of those on the school’s boat who were chasing dolphins until the end, rather than staying in the murky bay for paddle surfing. I didn’t expect to see so few dolphins.

The staff were great. They really tried to make it exciting. If we could have seen the dolphins clearly instead of just for a moment, it might have been a lot more fun.

船の上にいると泳いでいるイルカの背びれが見え、その度に船で移動し、「go!go!go!go!」と言われて皆慌てて飛び込むのですが、なかなか泳いでいる姿は見えず。

３回飛び込んで、３回目にして大半の人は一瞬（３秒くらい）見えたのですが、私ともう１組のカップルは見れず。
再移動して、見れなかった人だけ再チャレンジ。
ようやく私も５秒程度でしたが見えました。

本当は嬉しいはずなのに、参加者の体験談とか写真とか見過ぎていたのか、「もっと見られるかと思ったのに」という気持ちで、イマイチでした。。。

その後、湾のほうへ移動。
こちらも濁っていて、視界は数ｍ程度。もちろん亀も熱帯魚も全く見られず。
カヤックとパドルサーフィンを交代で…という感じでしたが、気持ちも下がっていたので船上でお菓子を食べていました。。

離れたところでは、イルカ中学がイルカと会っている姿が。
イルカに会う為にハワイに来た私は、パドルサーフィンなどの為に濁った湾に留まっているよりも、中学の船で最後までイルカを追いかけているのが羨ましかったです。
こんなにイルカが見れないとは思っていませんでした。

スタッフの方はいい方達です。すごく盛り上げようとしてくれます。
イルカが一瞬だけでなくしっかり見られれば、きっと楽しかったのかもしれません。

Swimming with wild dolphins in the ocean has been a dream of mine for many years. I thought it would be difficult, so I participated with the expectation of being lucky to catch even a glimpse. However! Not only did I see them, but from the boat, I witnessed dolphins jumping, and once in the water, there were pods of dolphins coming one after another! I could even hear their cute sounds, and it was truly moving.

After getting off the boat, we had a hula lesson in a cool shade, which also became a heartwarming and enjoyable memory. I definitely want to participate again the next time I go to Hawaii.

I was picked up from the hotel where I was staying, passed by the "What Tree Is That?" tree, and arrived at the port. After a bathroom break, we boarded the boat. Before reaching the dolphin point, we were lucky enough to see a rare whale at the end of April. We snorkeled at the dolphin point. When we were told to "look down," we saw many dolphins! The underwater world, illuminated by sunlight, was beautiful.

My 4-year-old child was indeed scared of the ocean, but the staff helped by putting them on a kayak, and they seemed to have a great time.

The hula dance while feeling the wind was also enjoyable, and the CD of the photos I purchased turned out to be excellent. I brought an underwater camera, but I couldn't compete with the professionals.

Since it was April, I was glad I brought a hoodie.

It was my first experience with snorkeling!

Even though I wore a life jacket, it was quite challenging for me, who can't swim, to get used to using the fins ^^;

However, they assessed how well each participant could swim at the beginning and provided support, so I was able to swim with peace of mind ;)

The water wasn't as clear as in photos or stories, so I couldn't see the dolphins clearly underwater or swim with them, but I could hear their voices! ((＠0＠) From the boat, I was able to see several mother-dolphin pairs and groups☆

The captain and crew were incredibly kind, and the hamburgers were delicious ♥ When I was on the kayak, I got to see a sea turtle up close, which was truly moving (:_; )

And above all...

The ocean was so beautiful!!!!

I forgot everything and felt so relaxed ´ω`

The final hula experience was also a lot of fun *^'*b

I think anyone, whether friends, couples, or families, will definitely enjoy it!!

As soon as we got on the boat, there were over 50 dolphins waiting for us right there. The dolphins swam so slowly that we could swim alongside them at a distance that felt really close, and it was incredibly exciting! We could hear them well too! My middle school daughter, who is a beginner at snorkeling, said, "I definitely want to participate again!" The dolphins were just too cute! The dedication of the staff was also evident, and we had a truly enjoyable time! Thank you very much!

We booked this tour after reading about it on a web site. We asked our kids do you want to go to amusemant park setting and touch dolphins, OR swim with them in the ocean, and the results was unanimous The wild ones in the ocean! They picked us up at our hotel and took us to the boat, they were very friendly and punctual. The staff on the boat were beyond awesome. They were fun and explained everything and paid special attention to our 9 year old who was a little scared to go out in the big ocean. Pete sense her fear, and took control and jumped in the water with her and she had the best seat in the house on his back swimming with dolphins! He even brough her up a sea urchin to delight her while she was eating lunch! We had pretty rough water but the captain on the boat did a great job, very obvious he knew exactly what to do in in rough ocean. They bbq'd burgers for lunch with purple colored hamburger buns wheich totally delighted our daughter! They entertained us afterward

The tour guide was a wonderful Japanese lady who was very kind.

It was a lucky day; I was able to swim with dolphins (although they were a bit far away), see whales, and swim very close to turtles.

On the way back, I was thrilled to see a larger dolphin that rarely appears!

The lunch burger was really delicious, and those who wanted to could also enjoy kayaking, making for a very fun experience.

The local guides and hula dance instructors were also very warm and wonderful people, creating great memories.

There were couples, solo travelers, and groups of two girls, among others.

The boat swayed a bit, so it's better to take motion sickness medication!

I highly recommend this tour!!

The staff members are very welcoming. It's surprisingly hard work as the school focuses on swimming to find dolphins, creating an atmosphere where everyone encourages each other to do their best!

We went all the way to the North Shore, which was farther than usual, and the waves were rough, causing some seasickness. However, I was truly moved to encounter a large group of wild dolphins, sea turtles, and seals.

I think it was a great experience that I will cherish!

It was the rainy season, but we were blessed with wonderful weather and had a fantastic experience. We were able to swim close to dolphins and sea turtles, which was an incredibly moving time for us. The staff were all very friendly and their service was excellent.

However, the staff's strong desire for everyone to see the dolphins was a bit overwhelming at times. They would say things like, "I found one! Come this way!" and everyone would rush over. Then another staff member would call out, "Come over here!" and again everyone would go that way... It was quite tiring! ^^; Haha.

Thanks to that, we encountered many dolphins, but I think it might be better to find a favorite staff member and stick with them. Overall, I believe it was a great tour. If you have the chance, I highly recommend participating!

It was a good decision to take motion sickness medication based on the information I gathered beforehand. Thanks to that, despite feeling unwell, I was able to forget the discomfort and enjoy myself.

The $10 wet gear rental was also a big plus. Considering the temperature difference when getting out of the water in December, I can't imagine doing it without that.

From a large family including grandparents to just two mothers and children, couples, and friends, various generations became "classmates," which made me wonder how it would go, but the "class representative" did a great job of bringing everyone together.

On the boat, you could really feel the crew, led by the captain, working together to ensure everyone had a good time, and their attention to safety left a great impression.

And of course, the dolphins and turtles made an appearance, which was incredibly exciting. Since they are wild, it was just a fleeting moment, but then a whale even showed off its spout and tail! That might have been the most thrilling part, haha. The professional photographer captured every scene, and even though it was pricey, I ended up buying the CD and DVD set. Considering I couldn't take those photos myself, it felt reasonable.

I also can't forget how delicious the cheeseburger we received on the way back was (though I was only able to eat half due to feeling unwell, which was a shame).

Honestly, I thought it was a bit pricey compared to other tours, but if you're looking to enjoy yourself without worries, I highly recommend this tour. By the way, the dolphin university bag we received at the end was very useful as a souvenir bag when returning home.

ウェット１０ドルの貸し出しがあったのも大きかった。12月の海はもちろん、水から上がったときの温度差を思うとこれ無しは考えられなかった。
おじいちゃんおばあちゃんを含む大家族から、母子２人、カップルやお友達同士など様々な世代が「同級生」となり、どうかな~とちょっと思ったけれど、「学級委員長」が上手にまとめておられました。
船の上では、キャプテン以下皆さんが一丸となって楽しませよう！とする姿勢がビシビシと感じられて、さらに安全に対するケアもちゃんとされていて好印象。
そして肝心のイルカ先生もカメ先生も登場して、大興奮でした。野生なのでまぁ一瞬なのですが…。さらにはクジラ先生まで潮吹きと尻尾を披露！！これが実は一番興奮したかも＞笑。写真はプロの方がどのシーンも押さえており、高いながらもCDとDVDのセットを買っちゃいました。自分で撮れないことを思えばリーズナブル☆
さらに帰りにいただいたチーズバーガーの美味しかったのが忘れられません（といいつつ体調不良で半分が限界だったのが残念）。
他のツアーに比べて値が張るな~と正直思いつつも、アレコレ安心して楽しむならオススメのツアーです。
ちなみに最後にいただいたイルカ大学のバッグ、帰国時にはお土産用のかばんとして大活躍しました。
